Chapter 1: Chandraprabha pack
There was a festive atmosphere in Chandraprabha pack today. There Luna 'Bhanuja' gave birth to a fifth son. The Alpha 'Yug' were very happy. On the holy night of 'Sharad Purnima' when the moon is closest to the earth, even after 500 years with the blessings of the moon goddess Selene, Yug continues to rule his pack and empire very well with Bhanuja. The Royal palace of the Yug is very beautiful and modern. Here there is democracy on the surface and the rule of the alpha Yug on the inside, which is being led by the Yug as sole king.
Human beings do not have knowledge about werewolves, but the rulers, some industrialists, important people of the society know about the Alpha Yug, his truth.
It is not wrong to say that all of them are afraid of Yug and his men. Wolves living among humans do not hunt humans. They don't need blood like vampires. If anyone is found doing this, then his punishment is very dire.
Over time, the relationship between wolves and humans has deepened, knowingly or unknowingly. Werewolves have started getting their life partner i.e. mate in humans too, they have started becoming half of them and humans also feel the same way as werewolves feel.
But this was not always the case. Before rise of Alpha Yug, there was a lot of fighting between werewolves and humans. So when the ruthless and fearless Yug came to rule, the wars grew cold.
Everyone had to accept his authority over time. Gradually, he started controlling everything behind the scenes because Selene, the goddess of the moon, does not like the identity of the werewolves being revealed. Selene is definitely a good goddess but she doesn't like carelessness.
Yug is a 700-year-old white wolf with a beautiful straight black stripe on its spine that runs from the beginning to the end of its spine. Yuga's longevity is due to a boon he has for the entire pack. Not every werewolf lives that long. Their ability to hear is also sharp, their other senses are also nothing less and the sixth sense is as if made for them.
Bhanuja is a rare pink wolf. She was the princess of the East kingdom where the sun is the first to appear, the werewolves worship the Sun god differently from others, she was also born with his blessings and not because of the influence of the moon. The two met in a war. Bhanuja was the first who dropped the weapons of Yug and defeated him. For the Yug, she was such a princess, seeing whom Yug was beginning to come to its senses. They came close to each other and came to know by smell that they are each other's mates, life partner.... the basis of the soul.
Werewolves are loyal to their mates. There is only one mate in their life, if for some reason that mate dies, then the other cannot choose the other as their mate. Often after the death of mate, werewolf follows in the footsteps of his companion and embraces death. Some who have some responsibilities, find themselves a way to overcome this sorrow. On rare occasions they get the opportunity, but most of them carry this sorrow on their shoulders and leave this world.
