From the ambulance,,, the patient got a brain injury, because of the car crashed, an immediate operation is needed.
Head nurse what should we do most of our resident doctor is now on the seminar it takes 1 day travel for them to be here...the other nurse said....
The patient situation is too much in trouble,,, there is a crack on his skull due to the impact,,,, his left eye and nose is also damage. Looking on his situation, only operation can save his life...

Lets tranfer him in Metropolis hospital, all the equipment there for this kind of operation is much better than here. Ok mam, i will call on their head nurse.
