Chapter 34: Madness: INHUMANITY

In short, as much as impossible it may seem, Billy was easily suppressing the entire empire alone. If he would use a million of minions at the same time, he could even destroy the empire within 3 days, but he didn't want any bad surprise coming from either Budo or Esdeath…
However, under order of Najenda, he was asked to take down Budo alone… All because he can resurrect back to life. She isn't wrong though, if there is someone capable of killing either Esdeath or Budo alone, then it's Billy.
Right now he was at the stronghold of Shisuikan, behind him there were 10 giants and 1'000 minions, all armed with an RPG-7, obviously the giants held the Mag-version.
