Chapter 2: 1. The First Day of High School Senior 3rd
It was the first day of high school senior 3rd and all the friends decided to meet up at school and hang out for a little as they haven't seen each other all summer because of vacations with their families.
"Oh my God, hey!" Malia said as she crossed the road to meet the friends.
"Hey! Where have you been all summer?" Addison asked hugging her friend.
"I've been on vacations with family and you know, we couldn't really text much." she replied hugging Hayden and then Tyler.
"Well I don't know about you others, but me, Tyty and Theo have been contacting a lot lately." Addison said while her friend looked at her with jealously.
"Hm.. fine, fine.." Malia said with sarcasm as her friend hit her arm gently.
"Well so most of you were busy, we used to talk a lot, mostly with Tyty and he's my neighbour." Addison said when Theo and his team came to interrupt.
"Missed us?" Theo said coming near.
"Of course!" Hayden replied and went to hug him.
"Not really, we've seen each other often." Addison said joking and Theo looked at her giggling.
"Well, almost every night both from our own rooms" Theo added hugging Malia then Addison and the others hugged too.
"You didn't miss each other but I've missed you a lot." Lauren said hugging Addison and then Malia tight as they couldn't breathe.
"I might end up at the hospital before school today if this happens again." Addison said laughing before Audrey ran up to her, "Oh here we go, God help me please!" she added before Audrey jumped up on her.
"Rest in peace, we lost an amazing member of our team." Leo said laughing while helping her get up.
"Where are Elijah and Dylan?" Ember came around asking.
"You should know that, he's your boyfriend not mine. And about Dylan he'll be here soon as he'll have to finish a job he has." Addison said while she stood there in front of Tyler, some millimeters away.
"How do you know about Dylan?" Tyler asked confused.
"He told me as I'm the reporter here, not to forget my partner Theo." the girl replied smiling.
"Reporters on board, let's get this job seriously sooner." Theo said and started laughing.
"Yeah, you know." she added winking.
The bell rang and everyone got told which class to go in. Malia, Hayden, Addison, Tyler, Crystal and Theo got divided in Class 1A, while Audrey, Leo, Lauren, Dylan, Ember and Elijah got divided in Class 2A.
They were a little bored without all the team not being on the same class but they texted with each other and sent videos and photos to each other of what they were doing in class.
In Class 1A, Malia was sitting with Hayden in the middle 3rd desk, Crystal with Addison in the left 3rd desk and Theo with Tyler in the left 2nd desk. And in Class 2A, Lauren was sitting with Dylan in the right last desk, Ember with Elijah in the middle 4rth desk, and Leo with Audrey in the left 3rd desk.
It was the drawing lesson and everyone got different things to draw, Tyler wasn't really good at drawing and Addison knew it better so she asked the teacher to change seats with Theo and the teacher allowed her.
"Need help with that?" Addison asked while she sat near him patting his back.
"Yeah, I figured out you'd do this for me." he replied smiling.
"Of course, you know. I'll help you with it." she said smiling and they started working.
"So do you have any plan for later?" Malia asked as she took Hayden's pen to draw on her paper.
"Not really. Hm.. maybe you can come for dinner?" Hayden asked blushing.
"Sure, I'd love to. You're my best friend and so is Addi." she said smiling.
"How about seven?" he asked smiling.
"Would be nice? I'm taking Addi after school today to study and later we'll come together for dinner." she said looking at Addison. "Addi! Addi!" she shout whispered so the teacher wouldn't hear.
"Yes?" Addison turned her head back to see.
"You're coming with me after school to study." Malia said whispering.
"Why is she coming? I was about to go home with her." Tyler interrupted.
"Well too bad, you're going with Hayden and I'm taking Addi and then we're going for dinner." she replied smiling while Tyler rolled his eyes at her.
"To whose?" Addison asked.
"Your house, Hayden invited me." Malia said smiling.
"Oh really? Okay then." Addison replied and turned to Tyler. "Then you'll come too. Take Hayds to your house and I'll go with Mali to my house to help with dinner because my mom is busy." she added.
"Okay, as you say ma'am." Tyler said and both of them laughed.
"Hi." a guy said while he turned back with a smile from the front desk.
"Hi." Addison replied back with a smile.
"I'm Liam, and you?" the guy asked politely.
"I'm Addison, nice to meet you." the girl replied before her friend looked at them.
"And I'm Tyler." her friend interrupted talking politely.
"Nice to meet you both too." Liam said smiling. "So, what do you think about today so far as it's the first day." he asked.
"I think it's pretty good." Tyler replied back before Addison interrupted.
"I think it's pretty good too. What about you?" Addison asked.
"I think the same." Liam answered, "So are you two from LA?" he asked.
"Yes we are, what about you?" Addison asked back.
"I'm from Las Vegas but I came here to live with my brother and started school here." Liam replied.
"Oh, that's nice." Addison added with a smile.
"You seem so friendly." Liam said smiling.
"Oh she is, with everyone and believe me, everyone likes to be her friend. And so for the other girls." Tyler said pointing at Malia and Crystal.
"Oh, you've got company here?" Liam asked looking at the girls who were sitting talking with their partners.
"Yes, also the boys." Tyler replied.
"That guy looks so much like you, is he your brother or maybe your cousin?" Liam pointed at Hayden.
"Yes, he's my twin brother." Addison replied smiling.
"Woah, it's cool to have a twin who looks like you." Liam said when Theo and Crystal stared at him and they waved hands to each other.
The time passed and their final lesson was chemistry, they got prepared as Addison knew that her mother was going to be their teacher for this year, she got prepared for the lesson and told her friends to be quiet.
"Hello class. I'm Rylee Jones, your chemistry teacher." Rylee said some minutes later after she walked to the class and smiled at Addison, Hayden and the others.
"Do you know her?" Liam asked whispering.
"Yes, she's my mom." Addison whispered back.
"You really do know and are related almost to the whole school, do you?" Liam asked surprised while Addison chuckled.
"Probably, we have friends in the class opposite us too. 5 of them." Addison added.
"Really? Wow, 5 of you here and 5 in class 2A. You're a lot, and lucky you guys." Liam said smiling.
"You can stick with us too if you want." Addison smiled at him.
"I'd love to." Liam replied happily and Theo interrupted as always.
"What are you talking about?" Theo asked.
"About how she knows the whole school and is related to them, even the teachers." Liam chuckled.
"You haven't met my mom yet." Theo said laughing.
"What!? Oh my God!" Liam whisper shouted while laughing.
"Yeah, we're all settled here." Theo chuckled.
"Does someone's dad work here?" Liam asked surprised laughing.
"Nope, they have other jobs." Tyler answered laughing.
"What are you planning to do after school?" Liam asked.
"Well, me and my best friend Malia are going to my house to study and Tyler with my brother are coming after. What about you?" Addison asked back.
"I don't really have any plan." Liam said.
"Would you like to come with us? My twin brother and I are going out with our friends from the other class, Elijah and Dylan. You'll meet them too, if you want." Theo interrupted.
"Sure, I'd love to." Liam replied smiling.
"Does anyone know when we go home?" Hayden asked bored.
"You're going at Tyty's, me and Mali are going home." Addison replied.
"Why?" Malia asked.
"To prepare dinner. We'll also talk to mom after the bell rings, by the way Tyty is invited too." Addison replied.
"Oh really?" her brother asked in jealousy.
"Yes really." the girl replied a little harshly.
"Well okay, I'll go at Ty's." her brother said when the bell rang and they all went out besides Addison and Malia who stopped to tell Addison's mom about the dinner and she said she was going to Malia's house to stay with her mom, and Addison's dad would be at work so they could have dinner alone.
Everyone went home, Addison and Malia were studying and they called their friends to ask for opinions on a chemistry project that Addison and Hayden's mom gave them so they had to work together on groups, which involved Liam too. After studying, the two girls started preparing food for dinner, Malia knew how to cook very good as her mother is a cooking chef on one of the most famous restaurants in town, Addison knew pretty well too, she learned from her grandpa.
"Come on Addi, don't think you could lie to me." Malia said and her friend looked at her confused.
"Why would I lie to you, and about what exactly?" Addison asked raising her eyebrows while preparing the meat.
"About your feelings towards Tyler." her friend replied.
"Oh that.. Well I wouldn't lie to you of course, yes I like him.. like a lot!" the girl said sighing.
"Oh I'm pretty sure he likes you too." Malia said winking at her friend.
"Don't think I didn't notice you and Hayds liking each other." Addison said smirking when her friend looked at her with wide eyes open.
"What!? He likes me?" her brown eyed girl asked shocked.
"Yes, duh. How couldn't you notice?" Addison asked back.
"I really didn't know that." Malia said as the bell rang and her friend went to open the door.
"Hey! We couldn't stay anymore. Ty's parents weren't home so we were bored." Hayden said going in immediately in the kitchen to greet Malia.
"And you.." Addison said as she put her arm on the door blocking Tyler.
"Yeah, me." Tyler kissed his friend's cheek before her arm fell down and he went inside.
"Woah." Addison said blushing. "Hayds, are you going to help Mali?" she asked when both, his brother and friend looked at her.
"Yes I will, take your time." Hayden replied smiling and her sister went upstairs to her room with Tyler to do homework.
Malia couldn't reach a bowl on the drawer and looked at Hayden, "I can't reach it, could you help me please?" she asked begging him.
"Sure." Hayden said smiling while he went to reach the bowl with Malia standing near him and she was melting from his charm.
