Chapter 7: 007 Moving Day
After admiring himself for a couple more minutes Nan'ke was ready to get started. He went on to the desktop to search for a condo that was within range of his University, he thought of living off campus while studying but he decided that its best he alternates by having his condo act as his base of operations for now until he has the necessary resources to build a bigger one. Going through several of the local real estate websites and calling a few of them for information on particulars an such, he finally landed on a real estate agency name 'LongWei Real Estate Agency'.
'Hmmm, base on the information on the website this agency seem pretty good, they aren't particularly huge in the sense of branches but there reputation isn't to scoff at' Nan;ke surmise and deciding that it would be best to call the local branch and determine if they have a condo he was looking for.
*Ring Ring* "Hello Good day, thank you for calling LongWei I am Bai Xiu Xiu how may I help you?" A stern yet energetic female voice spoke on the phone, it carried a sense of authority yet mix with a hint of playfulness that caught him by surprise, *cough* "Hello and good day, you can call me Mr. Zhang." Nan'ke spoke acting like a big shot, he already decided last night that for people to take him seriously he must have some sort of force with him or he might be another casualty if they knew of his current background, still thinking of the people that might be after him. "Miss Bai I'm currently looking for a condo near Wu university, is there anything available? Price doesn't matter". Sounding like a tycoon, he had already ask dawn how the deed works and she said [all you need is the location of the place then fill out the deed with the information and the condo would be yours, no payment necessary as its a gift from the system my chaos energy would work its power to keep everything inline rest assured no one would question your ownership]
After that Miss Bai and Nan'ke end up talking and discussing the locations of certain available condos. He choose one that was around fifteen minutes away from the university but in a gated community out of the general public eyes know as 'Jade community' which was around $3.8 million dollars a sum of money that made his draw drop. "Thank you for your help Miss Bai, someone would make the necessary arrangements for me to obtain this house" Nan'ke voiced. While Bai Xiu Xiu was somewhat disappointed as she probably won't get a commission seeing he didn't directly buy the host from her she kept her composure as the good sales agent she is "Your Welcome Mr. Zhang and if you have any problems or questions please feel free to reach out to me at 234*****".
After exchanging few more pleasantries Nan'ke began writing down the address on the deed he obtained from the system, he also added the seller or sales agent name in the space provided however after a while the deed was bathed in a reddish energy before returning to look like a normal house deed. He speculating that the system did it this way so there would be a record of who sole the condo on their end;

It would be an understatement to say he was surprise by this development but he generally understood that having a house is an achievement one had to work had to accomplish in their lifetime but he has one without working yet truly astonishing but he wasn't satisfied yet nor was he taking for granted the luck he had for gaining the system.
Now he started packing up his belongings getting ready to leave, going to his new house before he decides to do anything else. He didn't have much, a couple of bags with his old clothes and the new ones from the system he had already check out in thirty minutes and was at the bus stop waiting for it to arrive. 'I should buy a car after a get my licensed' he said while paying attention to his surroundings, he still wasn't sure if people were looking for him that he believe was after him had stop or not . Keeping vigilant he boarded the bus before speaking to Dawn. 'Do I have to buy something from the shop in parts or can I buy something that is already assemble like a custom made computer?' he ask.

His brain felt like it had been mauled by a pack of wild animals, it took about ten minutes for the pain to subside. After assimilating the new knowledge he smile as he can finally create his programs combine with his programming skill, speaking of which;

'Nice with this 'TradeMoore' could be completed by the end of the week if I work on it.' I should also be able to get 'The Assistant' ready for a test run. I won't be able to fully complete it as of right now due lack of hardware equipment but with the current hardware I plan to have for the pc computer it should be able to handle at least 25%.
Nan'ke said as he just arrive at the Jade community, he proceeded to walk up to the guard and showed him his deed, the guard didn't react that much and continued to check to see if his credentials match his system. After five minutes of due diligence on the guards part he was let into the community, however before getting any further than just the entrance an enigmatic voice rang out with some uncertainty in their voice, "Mr. Zhang?"
Nan'ke turn around and he was completely shook, his heart skip a few beats, as the person he saw was extremely beautiful in his eyes. She was dress in a business suit but it wasn't any ordinary office lady attire it looked purposeful like it was design just for her. Her eyes were brown neither dark or light but the shade between, luscious straight hair with red lipstick on, ardently pronouncing her gorgeous lips with jade white skin in addition to that she had a tattoo on her forearm. Nan'ke drool a bit before catching his breathe an answered "Yes, and you are?"
"Forgive me Mr. Zhang I am Bai Xiu Xiu, we spoke on the phone earlier today. I didn't expect Mr. Zhang to be so young." Xiu Xiu said. "Yes Miss Bai is nice to put a face to the name, and believe me the face is quite captivating, Miss Bai is truly one of kind." Keeping his cool on the outside while he was terrified on the inside he complimented her. This was the first time in his life he had spoken to a woman that generated this feeling, he wasn't sure what it was but he continued to soldier on. However Xiu Xiu just smiled at his compliment and continued conversing.
After their greeting Xiu Xiu offered to take him to his new house to thank him for his purchase as she was able to receive a commission form it. As they spoke Nan'ke found out that she was 6 years older than him which didn't surprise him as she seem like a refined lady. She was currently a low level manager but after this sale she may be up for a promotion so she wanted to treat 'Mr. Zhang to a meal as a thank you but seeing he was a little younger than she imagine she just walked him to his door before giving him her business card and saying a final thank you before leaving.
Entering his home with a smile on his face he decided to quickly check out the house before getting down to business. The home two floors high, had three bedrooms, two bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and patio on the second floor that looks outwards to the rest of the community rather that the city. Lying down on the bed in the Master bedroom on the second floor he began describing what he wants for his hardware in his computer.

Mind_Medicine Chapter 7-a slow one, just a bit of world building if you can call it that by introducing a new local player. Oh and a new character introduction, a potential love interest? I see the support and I thank you whole heartedly. The system is OP but not at the same time as I don't want this to be a wish fulfilment story but gaining a system knida blurs the line so the interaction with dawn will be limit for now as why would cosmic being pay much attention to him as he is. She would just answer his questions when it comes to the system. However she is very important to the story.
