And last but not least is a picture of a 3 years old child with twin tail hair and a chubby face, a small black dot can be seen on the middle of Its upper chin. And there's also a moon shape on its forehead with black color that contrasts its body color.
Many will guess that it's a human if they saw the picture but it's far from the truth.
Since the most notable was the words on the feet of the baby picture that read 'DOLL'.
Yes! A doll, a realistic doll that you can mistake for a human child.
'A pills, pistol, and realistic doll? normal except for the cute/creepy realistic doll' Ian thought.
"Good job Lily," said Ian. Although she didn't get it he still praised her to make her happy.

Ian was stunned. He can't follow what Lily means by her words. He looked again at his rewards and didn't see anything special. So he asked her for confirmation.
