Chapter 2: What the heck are u sayingggg???

"Piaaaaa, what the heck are you sayinggg???pleaseeee, don't scare meeeee..... Piaaaaaaa..... Piaaaaaaaa..... are you thereeee???? pleaseeee talk to meeee.... "
Pia wasn't talking to me. I really felt that something bad has happened to her; no, something worse.
I wasn't able to think clearly. All that came to my mind was Pia's cries.
I even wasn't aware that I started cycling.
I was in a daze. I felt that I will never see Pia again.
I felt like screaming. She was my life; the only reason why I never ended my life after all that happened.
I wanted all of it to be a dream like those nightmares that had been haunting me all these years.
I lost my parents like this. I wasn't able to save them that day. All I could do was to scream for help when they tortured them to death.
I still wish if I was dead instead of them that day so that atleast Pia would have been to live a good and happy life with mom and paa.
But what God left behind was me - the voodoo who brought all the bad luck.
Granny was right. I brought bad luck to all my loved one's life and now my Pia is in danger.
I should save her. I have promised mom and paa that I will protect her.
I tried calling her but she wasn't picking up.
I didn't know where I should search for her.
I was cycling without knowing where to go.
Atlast I decided to first go to her college.
I cycled hard to reach her college as fast as possible but this damn cycle couldn't speed up as I wished.
I panicked thinking I wouldn't able to see her.
I only wanted to see her. I wished I was the one who was in danger instead of her.
She didn't do anything wrong. It was all my bad luck.
"Trinngggggg"
My phone rang and I immediately picked it up.
"Piaaaaaaaa, are you okayyy????"
I heard her sobs from the other side.
"Piaaaaa, where are youuuuu????? "
