Chapter 16: A little surprise ?
Well, I was waiting near the teleport gate of floor 54th with my girls including Strea. Floor 54th is a floor that's similar to a normal village with mountain range surrounding it. In each mountain, there is a cave entrance which is the entrance to a dungeon.
Well, we were waiting until something interesting happens. The teleport gate started to shine brightly then a bunch of people started flying in, by flying in I mean literally they're sent flying through the teleportation gate. They were Kirito, Asuna, Silica, Liz, Agil, and Klein. We then ran toward them and notice something odd. The way they look at each other.
"Oh hey Hino, Wait why am I there and Why am I in Kirito's body?" Said, Liz, while looking surprised.
*Chattering about why is this happening*
They kept on talking and I needed to calm them down to investigate who is who. After some investigation, it seems that they had switched bodies. So according to the investigation it switched like this. (Ex Hino --> Yui. which mean Hino is in Yui's body).
-Kirito ---> Klein
-Klein ---> Asuna
-Agil ---> Agil
-Silica ---> Liz
-Liz ---> Kirito
-Asuna ---> Silica
(AN in dialogue I would use Character (Character they are in) Ex: Hino (Yui) which mean Hino speaks in Yui's body)
When we saw this we laughed our ass off because it seems impossible to happen. But it actually did. Klein(Asuna) did get tied up so he didn't try anything funny. The most interesting thing is the fact that they know how to battle normally it seems that CS didn't move the muscle memories of the bodies.
Well, they couldn't battle as well as when they're in their original body which is obvious except Agil, well I don't know why but Agil didn't seem to be any different which is a good thing. We kept on thinking on how to revert the changes but find nothing so we could only continue doing what we wanted to do and that's raiding the dungeon.
We then went towards the dungeon entrance. The entrance is a stone door with a weird engraving surrounding it and a statue of A book. When we wanted to enter it suddenly the book opened and released a ball of light which suddenly engulfed us. 'Wait what the heck is happening ?', our vision than went blank. After a while when we opened our eyes we see that we're in a forest near a waterfall. We checked our map and the result is ??? - 0th floor. When we see this we're surprised never would we ever thought there is a 0th floor in here and the most magical thing is that we could perceive this place just the same as the real world. It's so similar that if you didn't know you're trapped in a death VRMMORPG you would think it's real life.
We started exploring and found a piece of crystal. When we appraise it, the description says the following 'A crystal which was founded on the 0th floor could be used to exit this floor but can only be used once by every person. If a person exits the 0th floor they couldn't come back again. Remove all negative effect inflicted to a player and heal to max health when used.' So basically it's a one-way ticket towards the exit but we can't come back and maybe it could fix the body switching problem. In which Klein was still tied up.
"So what should we do?" I asked them, "We'll follow you" Yui reply. Strea and Yuna just nodded in agreement. "We should explore this place for a bit." Kirito (Klein) Said, "And we need 9 more crystal anyways." The other stated a similar opinion with Kirito. So we decided to roam to search for the rest of the crystal and search for some clue regarding the 0th floor.
~A few days passes~
Well, let me summarise what happens these days. We found out that 0th floor, consist of 3 main parts.
1st is the one we spawned at a peaceful area and safe zone with waterfall. 2nd is a village between the 1st and 3rd a neutral zone but still, some kind of fight happens there. In the village, there's a shop which sells weapons that are rare to find even on the higher floor and only purchasable via crystal. 3rd is a place of monsters where hunter hunt monsters and the monsters drop crystal. Don't underestimate these monsters each of them is equal to a 3/5 of a floor boss and some even on par with floor bosses.
We have collected a total of 30 crystal and we wanted to at least trade for one weapon in this place. Today we're going to the 3rd zone to farm some crystal, we hope luck is on our side today since if we couldn't get enough crystal then we had to wait for another day which really sucks. And my friends basically got used to their own bodies except for Liz, and Klein who couldn't even take bath properly much to Kirito and Asuna's concern about their body hygiene since this become the 2nd reality to them.
We're heading towards the 3rd zone right now and when we arrived there we saw a slim girl with milky white with a hint of purple skin, lustrous and gorgeous, long, purplish-black hair, and red eyes. She wore obsidian chest armor, a bluebottle violet tunic and a windswept skirt of the same color beneath the armor. A thin, black sheath hung on her waist. (Taken from Wiki) got chased by 3 monsters we then rushed toward her and decided to help her.
We fought with the monster. me, Yuna, Yui and Strea takes on 2 while the rest take on the other one. Why we fought with 2 monsters and them only one because our fighting prowess as a group far surpassed them. Eventually, the girl joined my group and fought with us. When I saw her fight I was pretty surprised since she could match up with our attack pace and her speed surpasses Kirito by a margin. Even when she suddenly entered everything flows like normal without any discomfort at all.
After a few whiles, the monster is finally defeated and we then sighed in relief and then asked the girl to follow us back. On the way back, "By the way what's your name ?" I asked to her. "My name is Yuuki, Konno Yuuki." She answered with a smile.
