She always imagined her husband would be like her sister’s. A handsome man who shared similar interests with her. He didn’t need to be royalty. All that mattered was that they were in love.
Davien got the handsome part down but unfortunately, nothing else. To top it all, he was a vampire.
However, she wouldn’t have minded his terrible traits if she loved him but she didn’t, and neither did he love her.
When her father said she had no option but to marry him, Bel vowed to do everything in her power to make Davien hate her.
