Unfazed, Arwen asked, “So, do you accept? If yes, we’ll get the certificates now.”
“On one condition,” he said. “I don’t do contract marriages. The woman I marry will be the woman I share my bed with. If you agree, then we’ll—”
“Not a problem. Let’s go,” Arwen said without letting him finish, pulling him into the Civil Marriage Bureau.

I have read the entire novel. I have read so many Billionaire novels but usually lose interest after a few hundred chapters because many are similar in storyline and characters. I enjoyed this book because of the character development and a unique storyline. Also the love story between the FL and ML developed nicely and we got to watch and experience their falling in love and their devotion to each other. I especially liked the character development. With web novels that last for several hundred chapters it is important to have compelling characters. This novel delivers. One thing that was done really well was the ML who was ruthless but loved and adored the FL. The ML was not made to be one dimensional but had layers to his character proving how much he loved the FL and why the world feared him. In the beginning many readers were quite critical of the FL but it was a joy to watch her journey and finding her true self and her true love. Finally, it was great the author stayed engaged with us readers and the comments made it more enjoyable to read this novel. Do not let the number of chapters stop you. Web novels are usually designed to be longer than your typical book novel. Look at it like a series and get absorbed with the various characters. I know I will reread it, so I can read the entire novel without waiting for updates and look for things I missed in the first reading.
Okay first of all ur writing style..I have always admired and loved ur writing style like anything. The reason why I like ur book is bcoz the way u describe the whole story. It makes me imagine everything. Coming to thw story its going good My favorite for now is Dr Clark iykyk😂😂But all the best author. Keep up the good work. 👍👍
Started reading as a 24H free reading then decided to give a couple more chapters a chance. The beginning is pretty good - I thought it would go the usual route of rebirth but it didn't. FL actually broke free from the forced relationship early on. ML is decent as well. There's enough mysteries to make you want to read more. However, I'm not sure if it's about the pacing or the redundancy of having Ryan and Delyth chapters of "regretting", "brain washing", then "being more annoying", or a combination of both that it's making me feel the story is dragging. I personally would prefer for some mysteries to be solved or partially solved soon.
okay so i completed reading 15 chps and believe me I'm enjoying it so much. The character development is also good, the story has a good pace .Overall I'm enjoying it to the fullest. Waiting for the new chps .Fighting author🥳
The story is genuinely engaging, and I really enjoyed it! But I feel like the characters’ interactions and speech are a bit too formal, which takes away some of the romance and chemistry. If their conversations felt more natural and emotionally charged, the love story would shine even brighter. A little tweak here and there, and this could be a truly unforgettable romance!
The opening scene is very attention grabbing. There's mystery & hints of supernatural elements that leave questions that demand answering. I was taken out of the story though when the mishandling of an injured person happened. There are procedures done by Emergency Services that minimize the risk of death in any situation. Ignoring those set procedures when the Emergency Services is on hand, increases risk of permanent injury & death. While I'll continue to read it for the mystery elements, there are probably places I'm going to be asking myself, "What did I just read & why would the character do that?"

Is it possible that the drug giver is Arven herself it's just she has forgotten because her granny love her the most . Well the story is really nice . Love of Aiden towards arwen omg gives me butterfly. I am happy that both ml and fl are really strong character they can't be easily manipulated . Such a lovely pair .🔥🥰

I saw this book in my recommendation and now I'm addicted. So far the story development has been good. I like the way the author explains the story in detail and the characters are also very relatable. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a romance novel. 😊😊😊
I like the pace of the book. I actually thought this book had only a couple of hundred chapter and when I noticed the chapter today being over four hundred I actually went and reviewed the chapters thinking numbers were skipped. I have really enjoyed this story. I have read a few books that are close to 2000 or more chapters. Usually the first few hundred drag on. A lot has already happened in this book. It has been a fun read.
Worthless stupid MC. The worst kind of trash. Do not waste your time with this. 18 chapters in and she is still as dumb.
This is a slow paced story with mystery romance. So far, I love the development of the FL and ML romance banter and their faceslaps on their adversaries. The FL mom could be emotionally abusive, so be prepared with lots of tissues as onions are getting sliced in some parts. 😭😭 Good work, Scarlett-san! Hopefully this will be another masterpiece~
