"Get up you filthy pig!" the guard spat on the ground and grinned wickedly. "Better yet lick up that 'dere spit and use your tongue to clean my shoes." the soldiers who had gathered around to watch the scene howled with laughter, they jeered and encouraged the guards antics. Pig, dog, beast. All my life I was referred to as less than human, unworthy of rights and equality because I was a Fidanite...destined to be a slave until I died.
"Well then go on what are you waiting for you filthy animal?" the guard snarled.
When he bent down to grab my hair I struck. I slit his throat so fast the other soldiers didn't realize until his body hit the ground. The silence was deafening as I stood from the ground and faced them. At the top my lungs I shouted, "Fidan Sera Libere...FIDAN WILL BE FREE!!" Then we attacked.
