the story is good, but I hope that thay will put more content in each chapter
I seriously have a problem with these types of novels..there is a huge difference between nano machine, the library of Haven's path etc vs these types of novels. with a 30 year old intelligence, even as a baby, what the system showed you was a "could have been future", but that little one year kid is just a baby. what you did to that child "I will agree till the way you defeated him to get the reward but placing the chicken legs or whatever, that's something a s cu m would do to a 1 year kid." make no mistake your soul is not one year old nor is your intelligence. you do that revenge thing only if the person is going to harm you in the actual future at that moment.. what you did now when that baby didn't do anything, you definitely deserve an equally horrible thing done to you.".

The story follows a "child" in a cultivation world. From his first year being in this world he is faced with someone who wishes to do him harm. My guess is that you follow his story of getting stronger alongside his half brother and fiancee as he deals with the dangers that stand in their way. I think it is nice that he has some companions on his journey. It seems that at least one of them will have a trial of their own that they have to face (in the background of the story). I have read this story till around the 54th chapter. For now I like the way the author describes events and relationships with other characters. Something that I personally woud have liked to see is a more active involvement from the main character (MC) in his climb towards the top. The MC has been active in getting cultivation resources for himself, though to me it feels excessive in how far he goes to get the resources. The story seems to talk more about his talent/system than to any effort that he is making on his journey. This does not have to be a negative thing as some stories can have a skewed balance in talent and effort and still work. It also depends on the perception of the reader whether a certain balace is enjoyable or not. Personally, I think the story has some potential, but I'm unsure if I like the direction the story is going. Translation have been getting worse over time. I can’t say I’m could rate high or low on release as I’ve joined later but based on some of the authors comments I can’t rate it high either. Story developement has been good. Have had to many plot holes. Not saying I’m a huge fan of the direction it’s going but it is flowing well. The characters though are either very flat or bi-polar inconsistent. I can’t rate them high just because their cultivation increases when they’re nothing but a character on a cereal box, all 2 dimensional. The world is interesting but at the same time feels constrained by the storyline. The character doesn’t explore or does the author do a good job contextually describing the world. Overall I’m starting to fall away from this story and frankly am upset that it’s deteriorating so quickly. I know others series struggle once they get in the thousands but this one started in the 600’s. Im not going to expose spoilers but take it for what it’s worth. MC character has a tendency to be very immoral and the side characters and very side characters as the story goes on. I’m not a fan of jumping view points but at least make the side character people not NPCs in a game.
Uh I can read most stuff but I hate harem. And I thought it wasn’t at first, but at ~250 chapter I’m not sure. I want to drop. I think LXR would be like ‘I will accept no matter how many side hos you have, cuz I love you’ sooner or later.

I just hate how some authors spoil novels with great potential. Some harems are just somehow, everytime all the girls around mc just happen to fall in love with him 🤦♂️🤦♂️
A really good book overall. There is a proper story instead of normal chinese cultivation novels that seem to be brainrot. MC is pretty level-headed. The ones with proper boundaries and not someone who things from their chrysanthemum or banana. The World building is a bit lacking. I read about 200 chapters. But there is a decent story line, people with emotions and proper interactions of characters. Family has some issues still there was brotherly affection towards stepmother's son so I loved that part of it. All other characters are pretty decent. MC is always given an edge but his character makes it easily acceptable for me. So far, except the world building being a bit lacking, it's a really good read.

I think it was a book with a lot of potential at the beginning but things changed over time. I think MC cannot fully benefit from the power of the system. While he could have seriously strengthened himself, the system collects points randomly by spreading them over time. I'm sure it would have been much more entertaining if he had plotted or tried similar things instead. This negatively affects the development of the story. I think his own talent is already mediocre so it would have been good if he had used the system to its full potential. Still, it is a readable, middle-level book. Progress can still be made. For example, it would have been good if the character had suddenly received a difficult psychological blow and continued to strengthen himself under the effect of this. I couldn't understand this either. Despite the system providing him with such a great talent, he lags behind the others in terms of cultivation.
