Overall this is a good book. I would like to see a little more speed in the story.
I like this book I just hope the chapter prices don't keep going up so quickly.
How much I read so far, and I really like this novel. The MC is smartโnot overly smart, but definitely better than most Chinese novel protagonists. This novel deserves more recognition.
I am really enjoying this story so far. I am a sucker for global lord style stories so take my recommendation with a grain of salt.
Everything is covered, so there aren't many confusions left. I think author could make do with more women in the novel because it's pretty weird that up to 200 chapters there are barely any women in the whole novel, even as unimportant side characters. Batches of people from earth come here, and there are supposed to be every type of person, but there hasn't been a single female earthling. Do I care? Not really, but it reflects badly on the world building. Besides this and the MC being OP, everything else is good.
well character writing is trash, mc is stupid and the stupid character is not that stupid
The book is ok to read for time pass but the character depth is not so good and sometimes it feels like the character does not follow any flow
A complete waste of time. Let me give an example - MC wants to collaborate with a big company. he saved the daughter of the president alone with one mid upper executive. that executive (Lu) gives him a business but didn't tell him that he would be facing extreme risk because Lu himself has a competitor in the company. MC had to fight pirates, but he doesn't think it's Lu's fault. he captured the pirate leader which is extremely beneficial to Lu but now it's also MC's responsibility to go to lawless sea region to gather evidence against Lu's competetor. And here That competetor does everything to kill MC but Lu doesn't lift a finger. but MC still doesn't has a problem with it. it's stupid.
author wants to convey funny character in novel but couldn't due to his inability in writing and presentation and the weirdest thing is when crew members that barely know mc said that mc is greed for profit and driven by lust even thou he didn't show any lust toward woman and literally pays high salary plus bonus
