If it was an ally or even a neutral person then it would be “in you” but since it is an enemy “on you” is fine since they would want to be rude. For example “I can smell your disgusting father’s blood on you, you must have quite happy with him dead at your feet.” Also “I can smell Rhea’s blood in you, you must be her son.
