it does get explained in-chapter. BUT, it's only explained after an event occurs post C60. Atm on Webnovel it's still C40 territory, so it would take at least a month before we reach there. The brief explanation is more so just to clear up some misconceptions so that the readers dont make too out there assumptions or accusations

They are relatively weak. Like the Chitauri. The Messengers have a specific weakness (like zombies: headshot) that makes them easy to deal with for those woth enough skill. It only bevomes a problem when they become a horde. The first appearance of a Messenger is in C51!! At that point we'll see exactly how strong/weak the messenger is

I didn't watch Captain Marvel, all I know is that Fury knows about the infinity stone. Whether it is just the Space stone or if he knows others, I do not know at all. But in the MTL, it was written that Fury knew about all the stones, so I followed that line. I tried googling about it too, and it didnt help xD I didnt want to watch Captain Marvel just to confirm, so, for this series, Fury knows VAGUELY about the stones.
Seeing Luke write about a supposed 'God' capable of endangering reality itself, Wanda and Natasha thought that Luke was exaggerating. However, Fury knew of the existence of the Infinity Stones, specifically, the Reality Stone. With that knowledge, Fury could only grimace at Luke's written words.

[For one, the reason for the existence of the Abyssal Covenant is what worries me. Marak revealed that their purpose was to release their 'God' from its eternal prison. Because for when it does, reality as we know it would face a calamity that not even a Celestial could stop.]

Sorry bout that, sometimes the emotions run high when especially when my brain hurts .-.
E/d note: First of all, what the flying f*ck was the original author smoking in the MTL? HE JUST PULLED OUT A BUNCH OF BS THINGS ABOUT THE MC OUT OF HIS ASS???? The MTL had in no way talked about most of the things that Natasha had reported to Fury in the MTL, and yet reading through the two chapters, I found myself going back and forth the MTL chapters just to find out where the f*ck in the MTL it mentioned those things. Like for example, the MTL stated and I QUOTE "I could detect a faint hint of anxiety and exhaustion in his eyes" BITCH PLEASE >:* !!! SINCE WHEN DID THIS INTERACTION EVEN TAKE PLACE????? >< The only thing I pulled out my ass was the "discretely observing the surrounding" thing because I don't recall writing about that in previous chapters xD But the MTL just had way too many instances of that happening that I just couldn't bring myself to use those two chapters. So, here's the combined chapter of 13 and 14 of the MTL, re-written to AT LEAST have some coherence with the story and what HAS ACTUALLY happened! I hope you enjoy it because I certainly did not enjoy losing the brain cells required to get past those chapters!

Ahhh I see. I mean that could be a good plot device for an early OPMC fanfic for a system theme like the one in this series. But the direction was already set early on that MC in both mine and the MTL that the MC will be a regular human agent in the diary, and not some prodigious martial artist like Goku or have the eidetic memory of like Mike Ross from suits xD So even if i wanted to include like you mentioned training from Kamar Taj (through strange) or learning engineering from like Tony or smtg, it just wouldn't fit the already established norm of the MC of this particular fanfic. So i guess it's neither of what you mentioned in the first comment, he's neither too exploitative, or too dumb, because he just wants to be "normal". (I guess it fits too dumb)

I think you've got the system function wrong. Yes he can write those abilities and that he has them, BUT he won't receive them. The system only gives the EXPERIENCE and knowledge, not actual abilities and etc. He can write he "knows the location of the stones" or he knows "the weaknesses" but in this series he wont actually receive those knowledge BECAUSE he didnt write about those location or weaknesses specifically. someone brought this up early into the fanfic as well, but guess i'll need to include this in the Auxiliary chapter soon regarding the system xD

In the invented one. The current timeline they know he is 19, but because they read the diary, they know he is at least 30 in mental age. But i won't be writing Luke acting as a full-on 30 year old 😂😂 it's more of a plot line for me to use for when Luke needs to "Switch on" his 10 year+ agent and superhero experience
