Fuck I don’t know what’s going on
You know this entire battle and war doesn’t make sense? Are slaves really that valuable for them to all risk their entire organizaitons? It doesn’t really make sense for slaver organizations to go to full war.
You know I enjoy this book but so far there are two major problems. One I believe which will probably be fixed over time. The other I’m not sure. For one, Jack needs to grow some balls. I’m getting sick of how he’s been acting but I believe this is all just to show growth so it will probably be handled in time. But the do the roen I’m not sure. To me, Daruun actually takes away from the main character. Idk because of fate and Daruun practically handing plans to Jack, it just makes him not seem special or even talented. He’s just a tool for Daruun to use in his plans. Idk I just guess I was hoping for MC to be kind of badass and smart to where he’s coming up with plans and outsmarting people and achieving things himself instead of it just being fated or being told what to do. He may still have to do the things he is told but it’s a lot easier when the map is laid out for you.
