Updates don't count. Firstly, It had opportunity to be good. But There are too many inconsistencies. The author says one thing and then contradicts itself in next chapter. These are not big contradictions or anything, simply lazy and leaves bad vibes. Nothing major thought. The Author tries to make MC hide strength and in the first few chapters it would have be ok. But it doesn't make sense One and secondly, it makes the world feel stupid. In addition, it is stupid to hide strength than all powerful Ranking system pretty much spills the beans. Lastly, the translation is not good, but it is not bad either. Overall, I would not recommend it.
Yeah, gonna be honest, I can't tell if the author of this story is terrible or if the translation is just terrible. Maybe both? The story says one thing then like a paragraph or two later it will contradict itself. If it was a one time thing it would be whatever, but this seems to happen constantly throughout the story so far. I didn't even finish all the trial chapters because it was so bad. Pretty sure some of it is on the translation as I think a character randomly changed names. It's my first time seeing a scoreboard concept so I guess it has that going for it, but that's not really enough to make it passable.
With a system like this, what's the point of story progression? Protagonist in chapter 4 opens a gold chest: obtaining invincible magic god training hall, origin wood and plethora of other items. All the artefacts he recieves are amongst the rarest, most powerful in the entire universe. Mind you, each of these items in a typical Chinese xianxia stories are usually the protagonist's cheat. And this protagonist just recieves them in mass. The author overly-compensates in this story.
reads like an mtl novel eg we are introduced to a dude named omega,turns out he's a she but wait the mcs calling her big brother now oh and also we'll randomly change her name from omega to ao something In the middle of a paragraph. spoiler spoiler another example would be them saying that the mc who is a rank 3 god and is num 90 on the board is above rank 6 gods who are below him in the rankings then they show two magister level people ranked 95-96 so you're telling us that there above rank 6 gods aswell?? what kind of golden finger having mc's are they?
