概要

Fantastic story, a slow build with a system they is surprisingly unique. I enjoy kingdom building novels, and this is a gem in the genre. At chapter 60, mysticism or magic seems to be introduced, which may provide some depth.
The MC was a transmigrated person from modern earth. But any morality he supposedly had disappeared if he ever had any. He enslaves and exploits vulnerable people without thinking twice and slaughters them if they slack off work. In order for the MC to progress the author made the subjects of the MC's territory accept this situation with no complaint, even become loyal towards the MC. It's extremely backwards and messed up. An example: A family moved from another lord's territory to the mc's territory due to heavy taxation, only to be enslaved by the mc. No pay for work and death if not obedient, But they all accepted it happily. I don't mind reading novels with an evil mc but it really does not fit in a kingdom building novel. And the author clearly has a skewed concept of right and wrong since he consideres enslaving people as good behaviour as long as you feed them.
Everything is good and story is quite slow paced. Also what's the point of having system when it doesn't give you anything like perks, etc.
Yet another Mount & Blade fanfic. It really doesn't do anything to keep my attention, even making me prefer looking at nothing more than the contents of this story. I don't know who'd like this, but if there are any that want a very slow developing m&b fanfic, I guess this is for you.
review as of chapter 30. it's a slow paced realistic village development novel. novel goes into detail about survival and crafting and seems semi well researched (though some of it wouldn't work in reality as described). overall it's okay and might be worth a read if you like survival and base/village building
