It was a parasol tree! Song Shuhang's eyes lit up—the phoenix in legends would often rest on the branches of a parasol tree!
Was it possible that the spirit beast senior he was going to see was a phoenix? And even if it wasn't a phoenix, it should be a spirit beast of the same lineage, right?

The curled up pig didn't reply, and soon after, it became completely pink.
After a while, it said weakly, "Don't look at me like that, you're making this old pig feel embarrassed…"

Don't tell me that this pig curled up into a ball is the spirit beast senior we've come to meet…?

“It means that to light the lantern there is a condition. This is a Go board, and the decorated lanterns are the stones. Right now, the black stones are one move away from winning. If someone stops them in one move, then the lantern will be lit,” said the man next to the lantern.

“A fee,” he said.
Everybody looked to the two glass bowls stationed underneath the banner. One of them already had silver coins covering the bottom, while there was a single silver banknote in the other.

The eyes of the people gathered around immediately twinkled. When they saw the sum on the banknote, their jaws dropped.
“Five thousand taels.”
A voice cried out, causing more people to gather around.
Liu’er gasped loudly and looked at Miss Jun incredulously.

The thick clouds that hung over Graybrookes seemed almost like a fixture at this point, catching the golden light of the early morning sun and making it look as though it breaks upon the clouds, bathing the skies in a light orange hue, a few beams of warm light peek through down at the megacity. 

Oliver stood on the sidewalk, dazed from the effects of the spell yet as the cold morning breeze brushed against his skin, chilling his cheeks he remained stalwart and focused for he knew he had far more pressing matters to attend to. 

First, he looked down at his gloved hands, counting the digits, then checked his pocket watch, taking note of the reality checks before finally looking at the address. "291 Rosewood Boulevard." Everything checks out, he wasn't affected by a temporal spell nor a psychosomatic illusion. It was real. That could mean one thing. 

"Fuck." He cursed, his right hand rubbing his nape as his left reached into his front breast pocket, pulling out a cigarette. He threw it into the air and pressed the nail of his index finger hard against the webbing of his thumb, flicking a tiny flame at the tip of the cigarette, catching it between his index and middle fingers, the smoke swirling in the air around his hand. "Looks like we've got another one." Oliver sighed, bringing the cigarette to his lips and taking in a deep breath, letting the nicotine calm his nerves. 

"Yeah, seems so." Noah said, his slicked black hair disheveled and unkempt thanks to the spell. "I'll add her to our list but for now.." Noah said, his voice trailing off as his gaze moved to the three teens they had successfully rescued despite how neither of them would claim responsibility for obvious reasons. 

"You three doing alright?" Noah asked as he bent down to one knee beside Ashley, the sun's golden rays bathing him in warm orange light and casting a large shadow behind him. The raven-haired girl simply glancing in his direction and nodding, dusting herself off and standing up. "Where are we?" She asked, looking around 

"Graybrookes." Oliver simply answered, his right hand holding the cigarette to his lips, the left in the pocket of his tan trench coat, the smoke swirling around him, creating an air of noir. 

"Y-yeah, yeah. We're alright." Leo said with a smile, despite his facial expression saying he wanted to throw up. 

"Graybrookes?" Piper suddenly said, slowly rising to her feet. "That fortune teller.. ported us all the way to Graybrookes?" She said, the warmth in her voice began to return as she came to one conclusion. "If she managed to do that, then.. that means!" She paused, the sparkle in her amethyst eyes returning, a warm smile on her lips. "I'll see him again... Ezra." She said, clenching a fist and pressing it against her chest. 

"It would seem so, now come on. Let's go." Oliver said, his arms crossed over his chest, the lit cigarette still in his lips as he leaned against the wall. They were in the residential suburbs of Graybrookes, in the second ring of the megacity. The houses seemed to be slightly on the wealthier side, the smallest in sight was two stories tall. The road was paved concrete, with the streets quiet but not barren, the walls that separated the properties from the sidewalk were of textured brick with a few black vertical streetlights every few blocks to break the monotony of the sidewalk. 

The twins looked surprised while Piper's thoughts moved to something more important. They never thought they'd find themselves somewhere so well-off. 

"Go? Like.. to your apartment or something, while we wait for orders from the rest of the remnants?" Leo asked, confused as he looked at the gruff yet suave looking man. 

"Apartment?" Oliver said with wry smirk and a raised brow. "No, nothing of the sort." He said, moving his arms back to his sides and straightening his tan trench coat, the blonde man turned peered into the house behind the tall black gate. "Welcome to House Valentine." The property was large, people entering having to pass through a garden with numerous hanging lanterns and a small pond before reaching the house itself. 

"Wait, wait. Valentine?" Ashley asked, raising a brow. "So, this place is yours?" 

"Well, technically it belongs to the Valentine Family, but seeing as three last members would be.." He paused, his gloved hand reaching for black gate handle, a yellow ring of energy appearing as he gripped it. Pushing it open and stepping inside, he continued. "Me, myself and I? Aye, this belongs to me." He said with a wink. 

As they moved through the garden, the hanging lanterns began to glow a light blue, Ashley's gaze moving around as she looked at them. "Electric lanterns? Motion triggered?" Ashley questioned. 

"Observant." Oliver said, his boots thumping on the paved stone path. "But neither." He stopped in his tracks to look at one of the lanterns, they were spherical caged lanterns with black grills and glass walls. "They're specially tempered by me to detect the raw magical potential in people that enter, the stronger the magic the brighter the glow." Oliver said, turning back to the path. "Think of it as one half of an early warning system." 

Suddenly, just as Piper had entered the middle of the garden where the number of lanterns is densest a barely audible high pitched hum began to emanate from the lanterns. The sound began to rapidly get louder, proportional to the growing brightness, giving off so much light that it could blind someone until- 

*SHATTER* 

The lanterns all began to rapidly shatter, starting from those at the middle to those at the ends of the garden, Oliver and the other shielded their faces with their arms to protect against the small shards of glass. 

"Bloody... and I just tempered a new batch." Oliver sighed, his lush green eyes wide as saucers as he looked at the three, his gaze moving from Leo, to Ashley to Piper. "gods, at least now we know why Apollo wanted you three so bad." 

"Wait, what happened? Why did all the lanterns break?" Leo asked, confused. Oliver never mentioned what the lanterns shattering could mean. 

"Well, while my lanterns glow brighter the more magical potential a person in the general vicinity has, there comes a point where they can't glow any brighter. Meaning, either one of or a combination of two or even all three of few have such a magical aura of such capacity that it broke past the limits of the temper." Oliver said. His partner elbowing him lightly, 

"Translation: You three are probably really with magic." He said a goofy yet charming smile on his lips as he cocked his cheek to the side. "Now come on, let's head on inside." 

As they got closer to the house, Leo could clearly see there were either four or five stories to the Valentine House. The building had a classical rustic feel to it with its textured brick walls on the ground floor, cream smooth walls on the upper floors, dark blue overhanging roof, and ornate window grills. 

Noah reached for the doorknob on the ornately carved wooden door but saw a spark of yellow energy as he reached for it. Retracting his hand, he looked to his partner and smiled with a shrug. "On second thought, you open the door." 

Oliver rolled his eyes and reached for the door handle the same yellow circle appearing above his hand as he deactivated the defensive temper, he pushed the door open. Inside, despite the beautiful exterior, the house didn't look to be one of the tidiest this side of Feyomere. While the outside was decorated with beautiful and rustic, the inside was equally ornate yet seemed as though it was rarely, if ever at all dusted. 

"Well, home sweet home." Oliver said, stepping inside, he let out a huff of smoke and turned to his left, the dining room leading to the kitchen, to his right was the living room and the loft. 

"Come inside, make yourselves at home." Noah said, the inside of the house was mostly wooden with hard rosewood planks under the carpeted floor. Directly leading from the door was a large staircase leading up a few flights. 

"Just don't get too comfy, you'll be with us till the council decides where your new permanent residence is." Oliver said as he made his way up the steps. 

"Why can't we stay with you?" Leo asked Noah, the man smiling warmly and ruffling his hair. 

"That's not up to us, sweetie. Unlike the Equilibrium that has three major leaders, the Remnants work differently. You see, we aren't as large or as well-funded as the Equilibrium, we've got our own financial backers, it's just that the Equilibrium has their hands in the pockets of many major industries in the cities around Ravencrowne. So, instead of having everything centralized where we could all be taken out with one strike, the Remnants are separated in houses, with each having an appointed leader. This is House Valentine, I and Oli are the only member of this house but others number in the dozens." Noah explained as he took off his light grey jacket, making his way towards the kitchen. 

"Now, make yourselves at home. Just call me if you need help with something." Noah said, pouring three glasses of milk. 

"Oh, and one last thing?" He said, calling their attention, the warm smile never leaving his face. His deep blue eyes meeting each of their gazes before handing them each a glass of milk. 

"Welcome to the Remnants."

Standing on the sandy surface the giant insect predator finishes consuming its latest victim before twisting its head, glaring at the surviving Sinestro Lanterns who dared to dodge its attack.

Notifications were going off in-front of Pennywise who dismissed them as he charged at the nearest Lantern in-front of him, tackling it to the ground before burrowing into the sand with it. The Lanterns fired energy blasts from their rings in attempt to stop or harm the beast that was facing them but it was too late as the alien monster already dug it's way into the ground again.
The ground begins to shake as the giant mutated buglizard digs underneath the Lanterns who are still on the ground. A huge amount of sand is lifted into the sky as the beasts stinger of tail strikes, piercing a nearby Yellow Lantern who was turned into a meat shield by his partner next to him.

The impaled Sinestro Lantern is then pulled underground as Pennywise charges forward while still being underneath the sand like a scorpion.

"Lord Sinestro, I think we should go we're dropping like M'ugan flies at this rate there won't be-" The Lantern couldn't finish his comment as a yellow beam pierced through his chest killing him instantly and leaving black smoke to rise up from his corpse as the lantern hits the sandy ground.
"Your counsel was valuable Tulok, not irreplaceable." Sinestro said as his blew off the smoke that emerged from his ring due to the energy beam he shot.
The remaining Yellow Lanterns gulp at the sight of one of their own being killed by Sinestro, sensing this Pennywise emerged back onto the surface and began to glow yellow again causing the space around them to distort as reality begins to change.
No longer were Sinestro and his minions on 'tropical' desert planet instead they found themselves on a snow and ice planet which has a never ending blizzard for weather, the cold was the first thing that impacted the Lanterns with the planets surface temperature of -440 degrees Celsius (Twice as cold as Hoth) being felt even with their rings energy field around them.
Using his ring Sinestro created a spot light that shined through the blinding snowstorm revealing a large 9 foot tall four armed, two eyed and blue skinned yeti who had four horns jutting from the side of its head. (Image)
"WAHHHHHH!!!" The creature roared before jumping with such power that it forms a hole in the snow from where it perviously stood. The yeti immediately arrived it front of a crocodile alien lantern, the yeti brought of its arms up and punched the crocodile alien so hard that blown the other lanterns away.

The crocodile yellow lantern submerged in snow that cushioned his fall and lessened the damage but not by much.

The yeti lands right next to the croc alien then proceeds to stamp its foot into the lanterns chest causing the lantern to spit out and cough up blood and saliva from the impact.

The yeti continued to slam his foot into the alien lanterns chest each time with more force causing multiple bones to be broken which end of piercing and implying other organs causing more pain to spread through the lanterns body.

Blow after blow was delivered till the chest was nearly caved in, using its immense strength the yeti pulled the lantern up my its head before using two of its arms to rip apart the lanterns jaws killing the Yellow Lantern.

Pennywise still in his alien yeti form looks up and spots multiple lanterns pointing their rings at him before firing off multiple small energy blasts that mostly misses him colliding with the ground next to him, Pennywise jumps up again and grabs a random lantern before using two of his hands to rip the lanterns arms out of its sockets and using another hand to pull head off the body spinal cord included.
*Wrrrrrryyyyyyyy* Pennywise howls as he picks up a large chuck of snow and ice from the ground and throws it at a group of three lanterns who put up an energy shield to stop the attack, the shield broke upon the impact of the ice ball which immediately collided with the group causing them to be crushed by the weight and impact from hitting the group.
Out of dozens of Yellow Lanterns that were with Sinestro originally only four including himself still survived, the yeti glanced at Sinestro and his remaining 'army' before his eyes glowed yellow and space time began to change once again.

Sinestro and his minions were now in a dark shantytown that looked like it came out of a horror movie with graveyards plastered everywhere and a large castle that is surrounded by various spikes, the castle has four spikes and pink windows on top. There are some gaps between the spikes and the entrance were guarded by giant Mutant Pumpkins.

The sound of something flying through the air was heard but the group saw nothing when looking at where the sound came from.

"Get into formation." Sinestro commanded.
The lanterns in a panic put their backs together and formed a circle pointing their rings out to protect them in case of danger, two hands with finger like claws that are long as a ruler (30 Centimetre) phased out of the ground and grabbed the ankles of an alien lantern before pulling him into the ground suffocating him and eventually killing the lantern.
A few seconds later a figure phased from the ground a few meters away from them the creature's body was gray-purple and had black nails with lines on its chest which were black as well, it had a grey-brown, upside-down head with one eye along with a spine that was sticking out of iys back and a tail that was fully exposed with white black stripes. "It seems we have came to an end of our little game." A raspy voice that made the lanterns shiver came out of mouth of alien spectre.
"Tell me, what is it you want, there's got to be something that-"
"Quiet down." 
Sinstero tried to speak but was cut off by the spectre in front of him that turned invisible.
"What you say or do doesn't matter anymore as you will be long forgotten in grand archives of history, just as many specks of dust before you." Pennywise spoke as he moved around them while still invisible.
 "Now see here-" Sinestro started but once again was interrupted.
"Quiet down child, don't make me repeat myself." Pennywise said as he appeared in front of Sinestro scaring the other Lanterns causing them to break formation and drift away from Sinestro.
"You are a child, as you behave like a child demanding and throwing fits on something your not given." Pennywise said as he floated around Sinestro speaking almost in a whisper that was still loud for everyone to still hear him.
"I have lived far longer then you can ever know child, I have seen the beginning of the universe, the rise and fall of countless civilisations and I have seen the death of worlds." The spectre says as he floats closer to Sinestro until he's just half a meter away.
"I am eternal child, I am the eater of worlds and of children." The spectre says before he is blasted away by Sinestro.
Pennywise's spectre form is destroyed making him revert back into his clown form, patting off the invisible dust his clothes accumulated due to the attack.

Pennywise's eyes glow yellow before teleports and possessing a nearby yellow lantern who starts to have his insides becomes his outsides causing  gruesome and painful death, Pennywise leaves the body before moving onto his next target possessing a frog like alien who starts to rot and wither away until it collapses onto the ground a rotten husk.

"Kiff oh Kiff, they're dead man, it's game over man game over." A fat slug like alien swore while panicking.
"Will you shut up, and try to find a way out of here, understand."  Sinestro said while started firing a few energy blast around him.
"..."
"Hey do you understand you useless sack of-" Sinestro said before turning around and seeing the yellow lantern slug slowly splitting apart in half revealing that he was already dead.
Before  Sinestro had time to turn around he was hit but something and was sent flying into one of the graveyards, Sinestro landed and like a rag doll rolled across the decayed ground until he was right next to a newly dug out grave.
Sinestro slowly pushed himself up on to his knees and saw to the tombstone causing his to widen as what was written.

*Here lies Thaal Sinestro of Korugar may his body be feasted upon by the worms*

"I see you spotted your new accomodation, don't worry I made it as homey as possible hahahaha." Pennywise said and laughed as he appeared behind Sinestro picking him up and holding him over the grave, Pennywise grabs Sinestro's hand and crushes it including the ring causing him to scream out in pain.
"Tell me, do I kill?" Pennywise asks Sinestro who briefly recovers from the pain.
"You will be a curse upon the Multiverse. Children will wake from sleeps screaming at the thought of you. Your legacy will be death and madness." Sinestro groans out as if something was speaking through him.
"Excellent." Pennywise says before dropping Sinestro into the grave that had open Pinewood coffin that strapped and held down Sinestro's arms and legs.

(A/N: I do not own The Hearse Song by Rusty Cage, you can skipped this part if you want but I find this song very fitting for this part of the story.)

"~Don't ever laugh as a hearse goes by, for you may be the next to die.~" Pennywise starts to sing.


"~They wrap you up in bloody sheets, to drop you six feet underneath.~"


"~They put you in a pinewood box, and cover you up with dirt and rocks."~


"~It all goes well for about a week, and then your coffin begins to leak.~" Pennywise continues to sing as the dirt in the grave begins to move.


"~And the worms crawl in, the worms crawl out, the worms play pinochle on your snout. They eat your eyes, they eat your nose. As you begin to decompose.~" The dirt shifts revealing hundreds if not thousands of worms crawling towards and falling onto Sinestro.


"~A slimy beetle with demon's eyes, chews through your stomach and out your sides. Your stomach turns to rancid grease and puss pours out like melted cheese, you spread it on a slice of bread and that's what you'll eat when you're dead.~" A large beetle crawls over to Sinestro


"~And the worms crawl out, the worms crawl in, the ones that crawl in are lean and thin. The ones that crawl out are fat and stout, your eyes fall in and your hair falls out.~" The worms start to borrowing into Sinstro causing him to scream in pain and in fear of being eaten slowly by hundreds of mouths.


"~Your brain turns into maggot pie, your liver starts to liquify and for the living, all is well. As you sink further into hell.~" More and more worms start the pour out of the ground and into grave as they too start slowly consuming Sinestro slowly.


"~And the flames rise up to drag you down, into the fire where you will drown. Your skin melts off as you descend and Satan tears you limb from limb, your suffering will never end.~"


"~And the worms crawl in, the worms crawl out. They'll eat your guts and then shit them out and when your bones begin to rot, the worms remain, but you do not.~" Worms start coming out of Sinestro body as they chew through other body parts.


"~So don't ever laugh as a hearse goes by. For someday, you'll be the one to die and when Death brings his cold despair ask yourself.~" Pennywise slowly starts to finish singing as he watches the pleading eyes of death from Sinestro.


"~"Will anyone care?"-"  Pennywise Finishes as the coffins lid closes on Sinestro and the coffin starts to go deeper into the earth with the grave slowly collapsing and covering itself up signifying the newest member has been accepted in this graveyard of lost souls.

A random guy died and now is reincarnated as Pennywise the dancing clown from Steven King’s IT, he is now tasked to finish what the original failed to do by the same ROB who turned him into a inter dimensional shapeshifting clown. Will he be able to kill the Losers? or will he forever repeat the same mistakes as his predecessor?

"Thanks," said Ji Yi as she got out of the car.
After she found her feet, the driver pointed over at the bend nearby. "Miss Ji, Mr. He asked if you could please wait over there for a moment."
Why did He Yuguang ask me to meet half-way up a mountain in the middle of nowhere at night?
Ji Yi was suspicious at heart, but she still shot the driver a smile. "Got it, thanks."
"Then, Miss Ji, please take a seat. I'll head down now and wait for you," said the driver.
"Alright." Ji Yi nodded.
The driver courteously bowed at Ji Yi then turned to get into the car after saying goodbye.
When the car started, the car lights lit up the area half-way up the mountain.
The summery mountain landscape was beautiful with luscious trees and rich wildflowers in bloom.
Soon enough, the car made a turn not too far up ahead, then followed the path down the mountain.
The entire area instantly fell pitch-black. It was relatively quiet on the mountain, and subtle sounds now seemed unusually loud. The car had driven off for quite some time now, yet Ji Yi could still hear the faint sound of the car.
Ji Yi stood still in the same spot where she got off the car for a short while before she reached for her phone and used the light to guide her to the bench.
About two minutes later, the sound of the car completely disappeared and the atmosphere instantly fell quiet.
The night breeze blew gently as the tree leaves rustled. Wave upon wave of an intense floral scent made its way into Ji Yi's nostrils.
Ji Yi was the only one in the area. It was pitch-black all around her and aside from the endless sounds of insects, she couldn't hear anything else. Seeing as Yuguang still hadn't appeared, Ji Yi's heart grew apprehensive, so she grabbed her phone and prepared to send him a message to ask for his whereabouts. Just as she opened WeChat, she saw a light in the corner of her eye not too far away.
Ji Yi instinctively looked up and saw a blurry ball of fire glowing from the foot of the mountain.
Before she could figure out what those balls of fire were, she saw several more balls of fire coming into her field of sight.
Those balls of fire glowed a golden-yellow yet orangey light, which looked shockingly beautiful in the pitch-black sky.
Ji Yi stared for a good while before she called herself stupid and realized they were sky lanterns.
As the first sky lantern came into view and rose higher and higher, Ji Yi started to notice numerous sky lanterns at the foot of the mountain drifting up to the sky.
With her own eyes, she soon saw the entire sky filled with sky lanterns.
It was a magnificent sight to behold; so beautiful and stunning that it took Ji Yi's breath away.
She raised her head and stared at the rising sky lanterns for some time before she took out her phone to take a photo.
She chose all different angles and took about five or six photos when her phone rang. A message jumped onto the screen from "He Yuguang": "Manman, do you like it?"
Ji Yi was tempted to take another photo, but then she suddenly stopped.
Yuguang Ge's asking if I like it?
By this, does that mean he's the one who filled the sky with sky lanterns?
Did he ask the driver to mysteriously take me there just to give me this stunning sight?

Many sages used to say that the will and the nature of the common people are inherently similar, and the most important thing a man can have is his soul, the soul of the common folk are often nurtured by the transience of nature, the feeling of nostalgia and melancholy stretches the soul. 

The mother nature was benevolent that day, the day the Lunar-Dust festival. The people on the street were in blissful trance, some dancing, some praying for it was a holy day when all the struggles they had in the past and the the struggles awaiting for them did not matter, for today was a day off from all that's dark and gloomy.

The streets were filled with manifold colours of light and today was the day for silver, even gold failed in radiance today. Lunar inscribed accessories were being sold at every corner of the streets. Different sorts of games were being played by all sorts of people. People were spraying each other with silver coloured Abeer[a type of dye] in a playful manner, this was also one of the holy customs which was practiced on this day. People of all races and caste were gathered there.

" Don't break the fucking lines, you fucking ingrates." shouted one of the shop owners. There was an unending long line in front of this shop, and a placard was hanging in front of this shop that said 'Floating Lanterns' . the absolute craze for the floating lanterns was due to a   superstitious rumour that has been floating around  the floating lanterns since eternity, that if someone's floating lanterns somehow reached the moon, then his or her wish will come true. Of course there are some sceptics that believe that it is simply absurd for flying lanterns to reach the moon.

"Ten silvers for one lantern, guaranteed flight, and no fucking bargaining." said the shopkeeper.

Almost all the people gasped after hearing the price.

"TEN SILVERS! my god, man, for ten silvers I can literally buy your mother and send her to the fucking moon." said a by a bystander while grabbing his own penis.

While a small fight broke out in front of the busy store, two little boys were intently looking at the prized possession of the foul mouthed shop keeper.

"It cant be done, Herpes." said the plump boy with sharp eyes and even sharper freckles.

"Stop calling me Herpes, people are always listening, i dont want a weird nickname." said Hermes.

"Your father shouldnt have named you Hermes, all the ammunition for mockery are right there." said Orion.

"Enough with the low witted jokes, and quickly find the way sneak out one of those lanterns." said Hermes.

"I dont think thats possible, Hermes. That man is a foreigner, His name is Musashi Kentarou. When somebody goes to a foreign land he is far more vigilant than he is in his homeland. He has no openings." lamented Orion. 

"Thats excellent!" said Hermes.

"How is that excellent? doesn't that mean that we are doomed" inquired Orion.

"Stupid! rather than using some unstable and unpredictable opening it is far better to make an opening of our own" chuckled Hermes.

"Ohh...  HERPES BANZAI! HERPES BANZAI!" said Orion while being awed by his friend.

"Shut up fatty and just listen." said Hermes while pulling his friend closer and whispering in his ear.

While this was going on, the commotion infront of the store died down, and from chaos order came as no one bargained anymore after seeing what happened to the bystander who heckled the foreigner.

 But order never lasts very long as history would suggest. While everything was going smoothly the shopkeeper suddenly noticed a strange chubby boy walking towards him in a stiff manner. The boy went upto him and handed him a piece of paper and walked away. 

The shopkeeper was bewildered not because how strangely the boy acted but because he couldn't understand a thing that was written on the piece of paper, the shopkeeper knew how to speak the common tongue but he never learned how to read and write, he even paid someone to write the placard in front of his store. The shopkeeper became even more vigilant. The shopkeeper looked around and could not find the boy, he looked around for a long time and then finally he caught the silhouette of the the boy, only this time there were black mystic patterns were engraved in his body.

Musashi Kentarou was a man with a vast amount knowledge, well he had to be in order to be succesful in a foreign land. The moment he saw the patterns his memory echoed. He started recollecting all the horrible things he heard about the Mystic-Plague twenty years ago. As the boy started walking towards him he took a step back instinctively and stepped on something which made him lose his balance and he fell along with some of his lanterns. Mushashi was afraid, afraid of the prying eyes which were ogling his lanterns with malice and geed and mostly of the boy with black patterns on his body, and it proved too much for him. So he jolted himself back up and said " THE SHOP IS CLOSED FOR NOW, COME BACK AT ANOTHER TIME."

Just as he was about to close the shutter in front of his shop, he heard a voice " So you are going to take my money and also keep my lantern, what kind of buisness are you running here mister." 

Mushashi was so restless, that he didn't even bother to check anything, all his attention were on the boy who was still walking towards him, he then took one of his prized lanterns and threw it at the voice and closed the shutter in front of his shop causing a mass commotion.
