Hello everyone, my name is [redacted] but, you can call me Kitt_Katt. I'll accept Kitt, katt, or chocolate :)
This is an auxiliary volume to let you in on the basic layout of my book called Project Ultimatus, but first, a little background. I love superheros but not as much as supervillains. My favorite hero-villain pair is Batman and Joker. I love batman because he sticks to his morals even in the most trying of times, and he shows you that you don't need superpowers to be a good hero... just dead parents (pause for laughter)... I joke, but what I love about Joker is that he's maniacal and daring, pulling stunts that surprises Batman all the time. Thus, Project Ultimatus was born. Of course, I'm not going to tell all my secrets of what lies in store, only that this book is one of my own design, unlike my other book Robot for a Boyfriend, which is cowritten by my friend TMO. I've been thinking about the plot for a solid 3 years now, and now that I see I have success in my other book, I think now is the right time to let it out to the world (or however many people actually use this app/website). With all that being said, here is the layout. I'm going to have descriptions in one paragraph, and then when a character is speaking, I'll act as a quote, so it will be easier for me to write. 
I.E.

The man lies on the table, cold and frozen over from being compacted in ice for several hours.

As I sleep, there is a voice trying to call out to me. 

"Hey, Wake up.."

I turned my head away. But the sound still didn't go away, instead the voice became even louder, Then, I felt a bit pain above my forehead.

"Write a good story, please make good books!"

I opened my eyes slowly. I didn't remember what I've been doing, nor have I found who was the voice calling out to me, and so too, was the wall I looked at which had some anime drawings plastered on with post-it's of notes beside. As I start to recall what I was going to say or do, just then, the tv in the bedroom turned on despite i was doing nothing, right I was surprised just getting up, and I remember about the book I was practising, as I ignore what happened just now, I get up and grab the phone on the stand and start typing words.

"Hello people, whoever reads my practice story book, I've come to tell you all about some stuff about this book, so here we go!"

All I could remember was when I finally broke down, my heartbeat was pounding like crazy for seconds, and I wanted nothing but to lie down on my bed for a brief rest, perhaps caused by 5 consecutive days of studying and working overtime  at my job I have pushed myself to the limit, to be honest I thought I was dead for a second, oh well, anyway, I am announcing a couple things relating to the story.

"Alright then, this story the way I wanted it to head has broken because of me, why sadly, cause of my practising and trying complicating paths for someone like me, I can't see how this is heading anymore, so it is like a puzzle with bad spellings and even different story writing styles or words layout.

"Despite that I'm still going to be posting here, as for the original story, I plan to re-write the whole thing once someone or myself finds the writing of it ok, what I mean is the way I try explaining my story's for the readers and my interest that I'm satisfied with so I could write more story's as I have a lot of ideas, but my way of explaining is awful I say."

"Next chapter is Kate, to be honest I am never going to do a word layout again, as this chapters side is complex because it's a gaming fantasy i tried from a different book, as the 1th chapter of this book is near the original path, but sad, cause the words are missed up with miss spelling words that ruined it."

"I think I might change the title temporarily or not, I just do not know, ya know.."

This is a story about Alex the demon lord he never seen his parents only portraits of them his mother past away giving birth to him his father going in war everyday Alex alone then his father passed away the servants in the house takes hold of  the power to control the country using Alex as their puppet Alex not knowing he was a puppet matures and Learns about what's going on by with his surroundings and his encounter with the hero that was about to slay him changing his destiny and his kingdom that was lost full of evil he changes his people from there evil way since long age. With a Mystery path ahead of him he takes charge coming through tough encounters and happy counters all stuff he never got to truly enjoy in his life with his kind heart or dark heart that changes him for the better or worst through his adventures in this Cruel world

Jiro successfully reunited the 2 races. He was happy to declared that they will having a big party celebration for his lovely small village.

While he's glimpsing in the twilight skies. The old man goblin saunters come closer to him and granted him a black book.

"Lord Jiro you're now the headmaster of this village, so this the right time to give this precious item," Guruta

While the old man bestowing a book. Jiro just starting to him think about what the book certainly contains. He grabs the book and place it on his lap, Even Jiro already held the book. He took a couple of minutes before he opened it.

He took a deep breath and releasing his body air to wash away the remaining dust that pasted on the book.

"A new world, I guess this the book title," Jiro said while rubbing his chin

Once Jiro opens the book he's surprised by what's the book certainly contained. A book contains the training process on how to increase mana capacity. Also in how to use magic elements while it's explaining the 3 classifications of magic.

The attack magic, healing magic, and summoning magic the 3 basic classifications of magic and divided into 6 tier of users. The beginner, intermediate, mid-tier, advance, holy, and god's magic. It's use to determines how's strong the magic-user.

The attack magic it's divided into two categories the first one is called "attack magic" this magic use an elemental magic like water, fire, earth, wind, shadow, light and etc. The second one call "enhance magic" it use to enhance the physical abilities of the magic user. Also it can use to transfer your magic elements by using a magic weapon. The enhance magic will increases the possibility to dealt more damage.

The second category is called "healing magic" healing magic is not focused on certainly healing the body of its self. The healing magic has a big scope in this world, it can back object or resources that already destroyed but the thing it has limitations because it can't revive a person who already died. The healing magic has 3 levels 1, 2 and 3 few people reached the 3rd level is 99.9 percent of healing.

The third one is called "summoning magic" it's a skill that can summon an object or a monster an easily called summoner. By using chanting magic spells or you can use a magic key to summon. it's also can grant you high power weapons or monsters that will obey your orders it as long as you had the magic capacity and perfect the magic manipulation.

The system has a language detection so he can read the book easily.

Jiro jumping all over the place, he really wanted to get back to his room. That he certainly focus in each pages of the black book, when he leaves Jiro wave at the Guroto to show how he appreciate the book.

"I will handle this book until I die thank you so much for granting this book I will make it useful to our villages," Jiro yelled and swifty entered to his room.

The old man goblin put a smile on his face, because he landed a big help to his lord Jiro. That's the first time he felt of worth to being alive in the wolrd had full of dangerous monster.

"I will be going to served you lord Jiro until my last breath," Goruto murmur and slowly walk back to his inn.

On the other side Jiro stands on front of his window. he's read a enchanting spell that he get from the black book.

"Hmm... I just follow what the book says" Jiro grunted as he stand straight, raising his right hand forming it like a gun. He back his eyes from the book to read the chanting spell.

"The magic come from above grant me a power and from now I will let you flow inside my body same as my blood. Slaughters all the strength,"

[Fire ball!]

Black circle magic occurs on his right hand, Jiro's mana transmits all through his body, and flowing to his veins makes them gleam. While he's gathering the mana to his hands, the place starts to blow a whiff coming inside to his room. The black book starts to turn the page automatically. Once he completes the gathering of his mana "!!!" black fire release from his hands. A black fire fell on the as he released it.

The black widescreen appear to his eyes,

Black fire- Gathering exact mana in your mana body and release directly at the opponent. It will deal +140 true damage. Mana cost 55   

"It seems dangerous magic skill, No! No!" Jiro yelled inside of his room.  He quickly gets water to didn't spread the fire to his room, but he looks so happy that he can now produce a magic elements.

"I should try again [fireball!]" Jiro yelled.

Fireball magic skill occurs again, but it's different from before the black fire almost perfect to build-up, but again it won't fly. It's drop on his lap makes Jiro roll over on the ground.

"Ouch? Why I didn't felt hurt after all?" Jiro said 

He notices that the fire wasn't enough to make him to felt some pain "Haiss... I'm exhausted" he lay on the ground while pointing his right hand at the night skies.

When he tries to cast a new skill again, Jiro felt something different from his vision. The place start to blur enable him to felt dizzy.

"This is all my magic capacity?" Jiro said with a small amount of voice.

Jiro's hands fall to the ground, make him fall asleep easily.

Tomorrow morning everyone has a smile on their faces, they can now walk freely inside and outside of the Priad forest. Goblins and wolves helping each other to gathers the resources that their village needs.

As Jiro's opened his up he stretch his body and promptly stood up. The first thing comes to his mind to get the thick black book, he steps outside to get some bread and milk and for his training. 

"Ymuga! cam omer here!" Jiro yells while he's eating delicious bread.

Yuga quickly jumps at Jiro's place it makes a big force enable Jiro to outbalance, Yuga's tale starts to circulate that sign wolf was certainly soothed to him.

"Why I can do for you Lord Jiro?" Yuga utter

Jiro was thinking about where he can find a place that he can practice his magic power freely.

"Do you knew a open place" Jiro replies

The wolf nodded sign that he already knew the place, Jiro rode on his back and order Yuga to walk closer to Gorutu.

"You will be assigned again to handle this village okay? Tell to all the goblins to cut some woods and dig a hole this how it looks." Jiro said.

He shows the layout of the place, Jiro planning to build new strong houses so he wanted the goblins to gathers all the item.

The layout looks like Jiro trying to makes a new generation of goblin that updated in modern habitations.

"Yes Lord Jiro, we will finish this assignment," Goruta said.

Gorutu gathers all the man goblins, and he shows the layout of what they're going to make, he assigns each one of them to pick their soft spot. After that, he assigns all the woman goblins to make food for the goblin workers.

"He's a good leader, he's easily pick up my orders I really need him for my village. But for now I will let him to handle all the works because this training most important," Jiro said to his mind

The 4 wolves are seated on his front waiting for him patiently they want to follow Jiro in his training. Jiro notices that kind of situation.

"Hmm... 4 wolf you need to stay at this village to protect them for surprise attack also our goblins friend need your help," Jiro said 

The wolf looks so disappointed when Jiro refuses them to come along to his training.

"Don't be sad guys, I will not leave you for a long period of time, when the sun went down I'm already at the village next time I will bring all of you" Jiro said giving smile at them.

Jiro knows how dealt in every situation "As I thought" the wolf nodded sign that they were convinced.

Jiro rode at Yuga's back. The wolf starts to move swiftly, Jiro is excited to give himself a hard of training, on his mind if he can master the magic manipulation he can able to defend his village from the other races.

The white wolf stops and bringing him to the high cliff that full of grass, in his mind this the best spot to train himself because he can cast any skill without hesitations.

Jiro's astonished at the high cliff view. He sees the place has full of life again he took a deep breath to felt the freshness of the air. "It's good to be back"

He went off out of the wolf back, Jiro gave some of his bread to show Yuga that he appreciates his effort. 

The sunlight touches upon his green skin makes him to felt more fired up to his training.

"Thank you for the ride buddy, watch me over here, I will going to surprise you, but this promise to okay? don't tell this to everyone this our little secret" Jiro whispers

The Yuga getting curious because of Jiro words, the atmosphere suddenly changed the blow of wind felt more different. The white wolf knew there's a justification behind this atmosphere.

Jiro walks slowly in the cliff summit, he gets his book from his inventory. Jiro starts to murmur the chanting a spell while Yuga is watching him carefully he didn't let his eyes wink.

"Fireball" Jiro yelled

Earlier the sun shines so calmly, then now the place it's getting darker the skies. It encircles Jiro locations, the wind blew vastly sharper.

Black circle magic occurs to his body. The black fire magic gathering in one position, Yuga started to enormous his eyes he doesn't believe what he seeing right now.

[Fireball]

"Lord... Lord Jiro what's this" Yuga utter while clasping on the ground.

Jiro releases the tremendous fire by using his right hands, the [fire ball] skills reaches 2m distance before it fell on the ground. The sun starts to shine again, when his skill is release. Jiro rubbed his head he thinks that the wolf disappointed at him

"He-he I'm sorry, I'm still practicing," Jiro said

The monster bigger his mouth, he's shocked at what he recognizes Jiro capabilities. He can't even spit any words out of his mouth.

In Jiro's mind, he needs to keep practicing until to his last mana. 

"Your unbelievable!"

After Sparrow dies she is transmigrated to a new world and is given a system known as the "Ethereal System". While have this system her new life becomes adventurous and... complex. 

With a single goal in mind: Create a kingdom of her own to rule over, she begins her journey into the world of Caeleste and starts to plan her future.

After potions, we had defence against the dark arts. We reach the classroom and enter, only to see tons of painting of the professor himself. 

"A bit egotistical, don't you think?" I ask, looking left to right. 

"This class is gonna drag on." Ginny said, sighing at the room.

Everyone nods, and me, Ginny and Luna get a table together. Ginny was right it did drag, he talked about a vampire he subdued. But when I asked him what spell he used, he just replied by saying it was in his book. I really don't think he's done any of the things he wrote about. I don't even remember his name, not that it matters.

The rest of the day flew by and nothing really interesting happened. We sat in the Great Hall and Harry come up to us. 

"How did you get Snape to give you house points?" He asked, with a 'I want to know' look. 

"I just made the potion perfectly, that's all." I said, shrugging.

"But even Hermione couldn't get any points off him, and she's the best in our year." Harry said, he really is trying to hype her up.

"Maybe she just wasn't good enough?" I ask shrugging, not really caring about it. 

I see tears start to form in Hermione's eyes. And I just sigh. 

"Hermione you are only book smart, but for something like potions you need intuition, something you lack at this moment." I say, with brutal honesty.

She just held her head down and walked back to the Gryffindor table. 

"That was too mean, Claire." Harry said, pissed off. 

"It's better she knows now, so she can change. It's for her own good." I said, still not caring.

Harry stormed off to Hermione, and Ron just looks stunned. 

"Do you really think she can change, Claire?" Ron asked, looking towards the Gryffindor table. 

"Everyone can change Ron, it's just if she wants to change, that's the question." I say, looking over as well. 

I see Harry comforting her, and just shake my head. She's not going to learn, with Harry afraid of hurting her feelings. I just turn away, stupid people. The evening post comes, and Luna got a magazine.

"What's that Luna?" I ask, looking at the cover. 

"It's the magazine, my dad publishes." She said, handing it to me. 

I look at it, it's called The Quibbler. Wow it's got some unique ideas, but this layout is terrible. I think I'll draw up a new layout, Mr Lovegood could use. I give Luna back her magazine, and I see Kuro in front of me. 

"Sorry girl, I didn't see you." I said patting her head.

I take the letter and see thin slanted writing. I open it and it's from Dumbledore, he wants me to go see him in his office. And it says he likes sherbet lemons. Password maybe or he wants me to bring sherbet lemons, I'm going with password. I show Ginny, and we exchange looks. So I decided to eat fast and head to his office.

I say goodbye to Ginny and Luna, then head off. I take some of the shortcuts, dad told me about. I end up in front of a gargoyle.

"Um sherbet lemon." I say, and the gargoyle jumped aside and revealed a moving spiral stair case. I jump on and waited. It stop at a grand door, I knock and hear a come in. I open the door and see Dumbledore behind his desk, with an ill looking bird. 

"You called professor?" I asked.

"Yes I need your help, it's embarrassing to say but I lost the diary." He said, looking down. 

"How it's not possible for a human... it was a house elf that stole it." I say, remembering a book I read saying house elf's can use magic that humans can't. 

"Exactly, the paintings of the former heads, saw a house elf take it. I fear it might be in the wrong hands Miss Black." He said

"Well that thing had something evil about it, so I'm guessing you want me to keep my eyes out for a sign of it?" I asked, knowing my eyes are the only ones that could find it. 

"Yes, but I also wanted to warn you, we don't know what this thing does." Dumbledore said.

But I can't help but think he's being entirely truthful, there is something he's hiding. 

"So I need you to be on the lookout, sorry for putting this on you." He said with a sad smile.

It’s a what if story. 

What if Sirius had a wife and kid. 
What if Sirius captured Peter and Peter went to Azkaban.
What if the Dursley’s were actually nice. 
What if Harry and Ron was friends before Hogwarts.

Ves resumed his work on his design after taking a break. The board meeting led to modest changes but gave everyone a lot of food for thought. One thing that struck him was that everyone pushed for mass production. They didn't believe the LMC could deliver the necessary quality to grow into the high end market.

"They're right, in a way."

He'd have to become a Journeyman Mech Designer to break into the top and most lucrative end of the market. That was still a long way off despite the help of the System.

"My various Skills have reached Journeyman-level, but I'm barely scratching the surface. I'm still short on depth and experience."

Ves vaguely estimated he would have to design at least five or six original models to gain the minimum amount of experience to advance. They also had to be distinctly different mech, so Ves couldn't get away with designing six identical knight mechs.

"Let's get back to work."

Ves thought about the implications of forming the structure of his artificial musculature from scratch.

"The more experienced mech designers can do this by heart. I haven't reached that level yet, even with the theories I've learned."

In such cases, it would be a shame to consult a reference book and adapt a expertly designed template that had been derived from examples of nature. For example, knight templates often took their inspiration from studying the bodies of athletes and soldiers.

Ves chose to be fairly extravagant by borrowing a high quality reference book from the Clifford Society's Moon Library.

It took a couple of says for the fast courier to deliver the secure materials required to read the book. For a price of ten merits, the Society went out of its way to make sure that Ves didn't propagate its contents.

He didn't spend his time in vain during the wait. He re-read the textbooks on Battle Mechatronics and looked back on his old designs to study the way their musculature worked.

Mechs generally adopted simplified structures compared to a human made out of blood and flesh. In particular, they didn't require so much fine control for their toes, neck and head. Knight mechs also sacrificed a lot of finesse in their arms in favor of brute strength.

"Still, a strong pair of legs forms the basis of a sturdy knight."

Knights relied on the strength of their legs to build up momentum and withstand shocks. They also depended on their legs for balance.

The reference book he borrowed happened to contain a couple of templates for all the different archetypes. After a lot of browsing, Ves chose to go with the lightest knight template.

"It's the most responsive and agile out of all the medium knight templates. It's the only choice that conforms with my vision."

The black phoenix would never sit still like a rock for long. It wished to endure attacks only up to the extent for it to close in on its opponent and take it out.

A lighter musculature that facilitated movement over force enabled this choice of battle. Unfortunately, Ves also had to accept a substantial reduction in arm strength.

"My knight will never match the strength of a purely offensive type like a swordsman mech."

He accepted the compromise, since his mech's substantial defense made up for its lacking offensive prowess. It aimed to outlast its opponents by surviving to the end rather than killing them off first.

Ves made a couple of tweaks to the standard template.

He increased the range of motion of the shield arm to facilitate bashing with the flat or sharp end of the phoenix-emblazoned shield.

He also strengthened the back and abdominal muscles to insure they wouldn't overstain if his mech dug into hardy ground.

His inexperience with designing a musculature led to long nights of continuous work. The black phoenix remained demanding throughout the process, sometimes even forcing Ves to throw away hours worth of development.

The delays resulted in further refinements that provided greater strength without taking up too much space, which was getting very cramped by now.

He sat back in his seat with a satisfied smile after the latest round of modelling pronounced his work to be without any major flaws.

"This is the best I can achieve at the moment."

It helped that he licensed a fairly premium artificial musculature system from the Society. If he licensed a generic one, he would have been forced to bulk up his frame.

Still, the various compromises he made so far made it clear it didn't excel as a damage sponge. "It's leaning a bit too heavily on the offensive side."

Ves intended to use the armor cladding process as a way to correct this imbalance.

Much like the artificial musculature, the application of the armor system also came with a lot of complexity. Many mech designers either used a reference book or modelled the most optimal layout with sophisticated processors.

This time, Ves declined to borrow another reference book. His experience and his Optimization Sub-Skills should be sufficient for him to design an adequate armor layout.

The Veltrex armor system consisted of a minimum of three layers.

The upper layer consisted of various composites that worked best against directed energy weapons.

The middle layer consisted of heavier alloys that specialized in stopping kinetic weapons.

The lower layer mainly dispersed heat and force that went through the other layers. It also worked great in mitigating explosive damage.

The weakness of this armor system became apparent. If an enemy force stripped the upper layer with a ballistic weapon, it could easily penetrate past the middle and lower layers. While their sheer thickness could still mitigate a certain amount of energy damage, it was obviously not ideal.

"I doubt my models will become prolific enough for enemies to know about this weakness."

Despite this wrinkle, the Veltrex armor system could withstand a surprising level of abuse for its thickness.

Some armor systems could be trimmed or thickened by adjusting the amount of layers.

The Veltrex system worked a little differently by adhering to the same three layers, only this time he could adjust the thickness of each of the layers.

Ves spent a lot of time with the fine-tuning of the armor layout. He adopted a fairly standard medium knight layout but trimmed some fat wherever he could get away with it. However, he didn't go too far, as a knight still had to withstand a lot of blows.

"Even if the internals are easier to repair, it's still not a good idea to make it easy to get past the armor."

He took his time in this phase, dragging it out over four weeks as he meticulously verified his design choices with advanced mathematical modelling. From chilly ice planets to desolate asteroids, Ves simulated every possible hostile environment he could come up with. His model performed surprisingly poorly in vacuum and hot environments.

"My mech doesn't generate as much heat as a laser rifleman, so I didn't put too many heatsinks in its design."

This limited its heat processing capacity. The only way his phoenix could shunt its heat was through shunting it from its feet or dissipating it through infrared radiation.

"Isn't it ironic for a phoenix knight to be prone to overheating?"

Ves decided to keep the current amount of heatsinks. Adding any more meant decreasing his mech's performance to an unacceptable level in his eyes. He took the Republic's geography into account as well.

"The Bright Republic doesn't have that many hot planets anyway, and spaceborn mechs are far more suitable to deploy in vacuum environments."

After making sure the armor held up in every other environment, Ves surrendered himself to his artistic fancies. He meticulously carved the upper layer of the armor with phoenix-themed reliefs.

He shaped the generic humanoid face into a phoenix's head. He carved up the shoulder pauldrons into a feather-like appearance. He added minor decorative lines throughout the torso to reinforce its association with blackfire and phoenixes.

The only downside to this 'extra' addition was that the carvings affected the structural integrity of the armor system. Ves had to bulk up many of the sections due to the weaknesses he inadvertedly introduced.

"It's worth it, though. My design looks good, really good."

He already applied a coating of black and gold to his mech. The change in color amplified the connection between the design and the image in his mind. The black phoenix strongly approved of the phoenix knight's impressive appearance. It definitely possessed a strong level of gravitas that he only found in his recent Marcus Aurelius limited edition model.

What particularly stood out from its appearance was its underlying menace. The black coating gave his design a sinister association that Ves didn't see very often in knights.

The Marc Antony Mark II radiated aggression as well, but it always had a noble and flamboyant touch to it. The phoenix knight decried the brave charge, choosing instead to triumph over its opponent through a mix of guile and speed

"This doesn't fit with the knight ethos. Even offensive knights don't go this far."

Fortunately, Ves still had to design its shield and armor. He compensated for the menace by adding a slightly wider shield. He spent over three days perfecting the phoenix wing design on its surface. The asymmetrical look caused by the exaggerated curling wing gave it a distinctly exotic moon-like appearance.

As for the sword, Ves went ahead with designing it as planned. The winged guards and the phoenix body hilt gave the sword a fine touch, but besides that he didn't stray from standard doctrine. Together with the use of generic sword alloys, it was clear the sword would never be able to outshine the shield, which Ves had cladded it entirely with premium Veltrex armor layers.

His mech came into shape after more than three months of design work. The seasons changed and the tension between the Republic and the Kingdom neared the boiling point. Despite the passing of time, Ves hardly noticed any of it as he became subsumed in perfecting his design.

He spent the final weeks in subjecting his tentatively functional design through a barrage of tests. Quite often, the simulations revealed a host of flaws in the interaction between the armor and the internals underneath. These flaws hadn't showed up when Ves tested those systems in isolation. Only when he put together every piece in a single package did the flaws come to light.

"This is still rather sloppy for me. It's taken longer to eliminate all these flaws than I thought.

Nevertheless, Ves successfully completed his first iteration of what he temporarily called the Blackbeak.

"Blackwing sounds better, but it's too bad my mech isn't capable of flight."

Perhaps he'd adopt the name for an aerial variant of his design. The base model possessed sufficient space in the back to accomodate a flight system, though he would also have to overhaul the internals to increase its heat-handling capacity.

"That's a problem for later."

Now that he finished a solid design with concrete specs, Ves thought about the next step in his design process.

"I'm going to have to fabricate a prototype and subject it to an extensive amount of gruelling tests."

This went doubly so for knights that specialized in long-term durability. Ves couldn't trust his mathematical models to reflect the actual truth. His design might still hide a small number of critical flaws.

"The thing about models is that they reflect a distorted version of reality. No single model exists so far that can simulate our reality with perfect fidelity."

Even the System's impressive models admitted defeat in this area. For an existence capable of materialization and time travel to express its inferiority in this area, Ves didn't delude himself that he could trust his models blindly.

"First, let's see what the others have to say. They must be brimming with anticipation with what I've been cooking up all these months."

He exited his office, only to encounter a worrying development.

"What's happening?" Ves asked.

"You should check the mech portals." Carlos replied as he passed him a data pad. "One of your competitors is one step ahead of you."

It was Saturday and Jade went to the institute with Jace and Clary to start her training as a Shadowhunter. When Jade started her training, she found out that there were vampires, werewolves, faeries and warlocks. "Am I hearing this right there aren't just mundane's, Shadowhunters and demons out there" said Jade. There was a surprised look on Clary's face. "Yes Jade there are vampires, werewolves, faeries and warlocks as well as mundane, Shadowhunters and demons" replied Clary. Jace just watches them talk.                                     
Jade's training as a Shadowhunter had finished for the morning, so instead of her heading home she went to the library to do some research about vampires, werewolves, faeries and warlocks. The library was massive that she couldn't find the books and then Izzy came in and saw Jade struggling so she found the books for her. "Here you go Jade, these are the books you need" said Izzy. "Thanks Izzy that was a big help I didn't realize how big the library was, could you tell me what you know about the faeries?" asked Jade. Izzy smiled and told Jade all that she knew about the faeries and she also added in the information about vampires, werewolves and warlocks too. "Thanks for the information Izzy, I guess it's time for me to get back to my physical training" said Jade.   
Jade went back to the training room to continue her physical training, she tried and tried so hard not to get her ass handed to her but she got it handed to her several times and the last time she fell on her as she got up and that was the end of her physical training. Now it was time for her to study the runes in the Gray book that all Shadowhunters should know. Jade only knew a couple of the runes and they were the Angelic rune and the Iratze rune, those were all she knew, so she had to study the other runes in the Gray book. The studying of the Gray book took Jade all night. Jocelyn found Jade asleep in the library in front of the Gray book. So Jocelyn decided to move Jade to the sofa so she would be more comfortable and placed a blanket over her.     
Jade had a weird dream that night about when she was on her way home and she was being followed down the short cut she always took. Jade was being followed by werewolves and too her surprise one of them was her foster dad or so she thought. "What the hell! You're a werewolf and you didn't tell me" said Jade in her dream. Luke found Jade and Jocelyn at the institute in the library.    
Then Jade suddenly woke up and saw Luke and backed away slightly. "Y-you're a werewolf" said Jade to Luke scared. "Yes Jade I am a werewolf, but I'm not going to hurt you, since you have been in mine and Jocelyn's care, I have protected you and waited every time for right moment to tell you but there was never a right time, I'm sorry Jade" apologized Luke. There was silence from Jade for a few minutes. "It's okay Luke, I know you were just trying to protect me, but in the future when you find out something I should know tell me sooner please" said Jade. Luke just nodded his head not having anything else to say.                                                                      
 Jocelyn woke up to find Luke and Jade talking but she didn't know what they were talking about so she watched. "Hey guys, what you talking about?" asked Jocelyn. There was silence from both of them. "Umm well Jade found out that I'm a werewolf" said Luke. Jade was still quiet will they talked. "What did you tell her?" asked Jocelyn. It was Jade that spoke this time. "He told me why he hadn't told me he was a werewolf and that I could trust him and that he would never hurt me" replied Jade. There was silence from Jocelyn for a few minutes then she spoke again. "Yes Jade you can trust Luke he would never hurt you" said Jocelyn.               
Jade believed Jocelyn and she left the library to go to the training room and Luke followed her to talk to her some more. "Luke is there any other royal families, and is there anymore of my family or am I the last?" asked Jade. Luke had to have a think for a minute. "Well I'm not sure if you are the last of your family, but I do know that there are other royal families, but to be honest I'm not sure how many there are, you know someone named Tessa put a block on your mind, she is part warlock but she is also older than Magnus Bane" said Luke.      
Jade was surprised that Luke knew about the warlock Tessa. Jade looked down in sadness hoping that she wasn't the last of her family. "Luke is there any chance I would be able to meet Tessa to find out more about my royal family and get my memories back" asked Jade. Luke was thinking if he knew a way to contact Tessa. "Yes Jade I will talk to Magnus to see if he can set up a meeting in Idris for us to meet with Tessa" said Luke. Jade had a small smile on her face and she stopped where she was and turned to Luke and hugged him. "Thank you so much Luke" said Jade. Luke smiled with surprise. "I will do anything to help and protect you, you know that right" said Luke. "I know you do, that's why I like you being my father as I didn't know my birth father" said Jade.           
Jade went to the training room to train while still thinking about what she and Luke were talking about. While Jade trained, Luke went back to the library. Jocelyn was sitting on the window ceil, looking out the window worried about what Jade might find out, when she meets Tessa and gets her memories back. Luke goes into the library and walks up behind her and hugs her.  
Jade was in the training room, training on a dummy when Clary came in with Jace and they saw her hitting the dummy hard. "Hey Jade, take it easy on that dummy, what did it ever do to you" said Jace. Jade stopped and turned around to see Clary and Jace. "Opps! I must have had too much anger" said Jade. "Is there a reason for you to have this much anger Jade?" asked Clary. There was silence from Jade for a few minutes then she spoke. "I just found out that Luke is a werewolf and that I could be the last of my family" said Jade punching the dummy as hard as she can. "I know what you're going through with Luke, I didn't know for years and he was around like he is for you all the time" said Clary.                    
Jade left the institute that afternoon and went to the shadow café to meet up with Abbie to work on their art assignment. When Jade got there, Abbie had already started on the layout of the assignment. "Hey Abbie nice layout of the assignment" said Jade. Abbie turned around to see Jade. "Hey yeah, I thought this would be a good layout for the assignment, how are the drawings coming along?" asked Abbie. Jade got out the sketches she had done so far. "Wow! Jade these drawings are amazing, they are perfect for the assignment, and by the way what's the title going to be for our assignment" asked Abbie. Jade smiled. "Thanks but I had some help from Clary on the drawings, and as for the title I was thinking 'the things that hide in the shadows'" said Jade. "That suits the assignment perfectly" said Abbie.                                              
Jade and Abbie finished sorting out the rough sketch of the layout. So Jade headed home and started working on the look of the title of the assignment. Clary and Jace came back from the institute and saw Jade at the table working and the title kept going wrong, so Jade screwed up the piece of paper and threw it towards the door but when she didn't hear it hit the floor she looked up to see Clary and Jace. "Hey Jade what you working on" asked Clary. "I'm working on my art assignment and I can't seem to get the title to look right" replied Jade. Then Jace had an idea. "Clary why don't you give Jade a hand before she goes on a mad rant again" said Jace. So Clary helped Jade with the title of her art assignment before dinner.         
Jade went to bed that night and had a dream and saw the angel Ithuriel, and found out that she had more than just angel blood in her but she couldn't believe it. Jade woke up to a burning pain on her arm and when she looked at her arm she had a new rune there that was not in the Gray book.  Jade was so scared that she went and woke up Clary to see if she knew what it meant. "Clary, I have a new rune and it's not from the Gray book" said Jade. Clary was fully awake now then Jade showed Clary the arm with the new rune on it. Then Clary remembered the rune that the angel Ithuriel showed her.                                      
Then Clary remembered the rune only appeared on Shadowhunters that had more than angel blood. Jocelyn was still up so Clary and Jade went down stairs to see her and tell her what Jade had found out. "Mom, we have something to tell you, and I'm not sure if you're going to like it" said Clary. Jocelyn looked up and saw the scared look on Jade's face. "What is it Clary what am I not going to like?" asked Jocelyn. "I found out that I have more than just angel blood" said Jade. Then Jade showed Jocelyn her arm. Jocelyn had a shocked look on her face as she knew what that meant. "Mom what is it?" asked Clary.                 
Clary started to worry about her mom, and Jade started to shake as she was terrified. "Mom please tell us, what you are thinking" said Clary. Jocelyn looked up at the both of them. "Girls I have something to tell you and Clary, you are really not going to like this but you really need to know, your father Valentine" she takes a deep breath. "Is alive and when he finds out the princess has more than angel blood, he's going to come after her and there could be no stopping him" said Jocelyn. Jade started to shake more when she found out that the notorious circle leader is alive and making a new circle to come after her and end all Downworlders which would include her and her friends.                                                 
Clary saw Jade from the corner of her eye and saw that she was scared to hell. "Jade you are going to be okay, I'm not going to let my father get a hold of you or hurt you, I will stay by your side" said Clary. Jade looked at Clary with her legs shaking, so she fell to her scared of what might happen to her. "Clary I'm scared, I heard about Valentine and what he planned, but I never thought that I would be used in his horrible plan, we need to stop him now" said Jade.            
Clary goes to Jade. "We will stop him Jade, all of us the Clave won't let it happen" said Jocelyn. Jade got up to her feet slowly and goes upstairs to her room and draws in silence. Clary helped her to her room and stays with her. Jocelyn waited up for Luke to get home. When Luke finally got home it was nearly midnight. Luke saw Jocelyn on the sofa writing something down. "Jocelyn your still up" said Luke walking up to her. Jocelyn looked back at him. "I have something to tell you about Jade, and we only just found it out" said Jocelyn in a shaky voice. "What is it Jocelyn you sound scared��� asked Luke. There was terror in Jocelyn's eyes. "Jade has more than just angel blood" said Jocelyn. Luke looked at Jocelyn. "That means Valentine could be coming after her, and how is Jade handling all this?" asked Luke. "She is so scared that she's upstairs drawing to stay calm" replied Jocelyn.
The next day Jade goes to the art academy with Clary by her side but glamoured as she didn't go there anymore. "Jade I'm going to send Alaric with you so he can protect you and let me know of any activity or trouble containing Valentine" said Luke. Jade rolled her eyes. "Ok fine but he can't come into the classroom" said Jade. Luke nodded. So Clary and Jade left the house and headed to the academy where Alaric was waiting for them outside. When Jade and Clary arrived outside the art academy they stopped in front of Alaric. "Alaric you know what you're here for right?" asked Jade. Clary stood next to Jade and waited for him to answer. "Yes princess, I know what my job is, it's to protect you and let Luke know of anything that happens to contain Valentine" said Alaric. The morning passed by very quickly and when the afternoon came Jade had finished for the day. So because Jade had finished for the day they left the academy and went home. Alaric walked them home doing what his alpha asked him to do by protecting the princess from any threat containing Valentine.
