"No, I'm fine... It just, I had a lot of challenges in this journey" Kazuma still talking with the manly voice while Aqua found nothing wrong in her skills.
"I fought terrible opponents, even the one called the Beater... Which is a very stupid nickname" Kazuma still remembers Kirito doll and the stupid nickname he heard from Leo.

"No way…" Misaka remembered something very important... She forgot her belongings in Leo's mansion.

The potion maker was still nervous, but in the next second, Yu Shijin really sat down, his hand still on the table. "Look."
Potion Maker Yu was stunned.
Only after knowing Yu Han's reminder did he react and couldn't help but look at Su Huiqing.
"Potion Maker, can you tell what's wrong with his body?" Su Huiqing strolled over. Her tone was mild, but her expression was grave. "Is there any way to cure him?"

Thinking that Su Huiqing really didn't hear him, the potion maker repeated, "Miss…"

However, before he could finish his cigarette, Su Huiqing took it away and extinguished it. Her movements were smooth and fluid.
"Do you know this Old Master Zhuge?" Su Huiqing casually threw the cigarette into the trash can without even raising her brows.

All stabbed by this type of screw has EVERYTHING reduced to the level of Kumagawa. Although the bolt needs to pierce the victim to take effect, the damage to the body is nearly zero; Kumagawa labels the Book Maker as a skill that only soils the heart.

[ Leg Eating Forest ] - Kumagawa covers the floor with flat end screws, forcing both himself and his opponents to balance on top of them. Though the screws are not Sharp, the Weight alone can still cause heavy Damage should someone Fall. However, in truth, all the screws are Book Maker screws; their heads are Buried so that his opponent cannot distinguish them from his other screws.

[ F.E.A.R. Weapon ] - Creates a weapon that can do anything Kumagawa wants and imagines, is extremely useful for capturing souls. Everything killed by the F.E.A.R. weapon has only two fates. The first is to have half your strength absorbed by Kumagawa when Kumagawa devours that person's soul. The second is to become an eternal slave of Kumagawa when Kumagawa fuses that person's soul to his F.E.A.R.
[ FEAR ] - When the skill is used Kumagawa's opponent is paralyzed for a whole minute living his worst nightmares and fear. All fear generated by the person while living his nightmares is absorbed by Kumagawa, making him stronger and healing him in general (resistance, magic, and mind). Healing only works if fear is generated through this Ability.

[ Lack of Presence ] - Kumagawa erases his Aura, becoming 'non-existent' for others. Kumagawa can still interact and do whatever he wants, but no one can notice him, it's like he doesn't exist.
[ Imagination Manifestation ] - Kumagawa can manifest his imagination in physical form. With this anything can be created in exchange for a fair amount of Magic.
[ Combat Expert ] - Thanks to hundreds of defeats and studies, Kumagawa knows perfectly someone's physical abilities just by looking at her. He can easily aim precisely at the opponents' weaknesses to defeat them with a single blow.
[ Superhuman Physiology ] - Kumagawa's Most frightening trait is his tenacity; no Matter how Many times he is Beaten down, he Always gets back up due largely to his history of losing at Everything, meaning he can easily Shrug off any Kind of beating. Even without All Fiction, Kumagawa is capable of Bouncing back from injuries that would Cripple other Humans for months.

"Can I help you?" The man looked down his nose, haughtily eyeing Hans with suspicion and disgust. Why did people always do that? They assumed that Hans had some sort of contagion or perhaps that he was mentally deficient because of his deformity, but Hans' problem could not be caught, and his mind was perfectly adequate. He tried to thrash the monster of discontent that rose up in him and shouted that it wasn't fair. Of course, it wasn't fair; what had fairness to do with it. Even still, if life were fair, then everyone would be in danger of bearing the full weight of their consequences. 
	The arrogant man repeated himself, and Hans hesitated. Maybe this was a bad idea; after all, he knew no one in the palace. Hans shook his head slightly. 'No,' he thought, trying to remind himself why he was here. 'I have no other choice. The master will kill me if I show my face there again, and I must do something lest I wind up begging on the street.' 
      Hans closed his eyes, recalling the night he returned to the master's house. When the forest had faded about him and the house he shared with Master Frederick snapped sharply into focus, Hans was met with the most severe punishment that he'd ever faced before. 
	Eye's blazing with rage, Master Friedrich met Hans' gaze as the vestiges of the spell faded away. "So you've returned, have you?"
	Hans froze, feeling the blood rush to his head as panic flooded his entire body. What was he going to do? How could he expect to escape punishment for his theft? 
	"What's this? You've no excuse for yourself?" Hans remained silent, feeling like a ram caught by his horns. "Where is the book, you miserable hunchback?" Still, Hans could reply nothing, so Master Friedrich struck out with his cudgel, shrieking the question madly, thrashing him over and over until Hans lay broken and trembling in his blood on the rough wooded planks. 
	When the master's rage was abated, he stormed out of the hovel in pursuit of a strong drink. The master was still breathing murder and threats, but with Hans no longer able to cry out in pain, the beating had apparently lost its ability to satisfy. When Master Friedrich sated his thirst, however, Hans had no doubt that he would return to beat the location of the book out of him. 
	Tears flooded Hans' eyes as considered his plight. What was he going to do? Master Friedrich would return to kill him, and Hans had lost the book in the midst of the spell. 'What will death be like?' Hans wondered, momentarily giving into the deep despair that invaded the depth of his very being. 
	'No,' another inner voice seemed to argue back. 'You have to keeping going. You can't let the master win.' Hans fought the urge to close his eyes and struggled to lift himself from the floor. 
      He prayed against the pain. 'Please help me to figure a way to escape.' A sudden thought struck him, prompting him to use the magic. Hans wished with all his heart, mind, and soul to be in the forest again with the book, but it seemed that the spell was all used up. Panic flushed through him anew. What if he couldn't get out? What if someone found the book? 'Please,' Hans begged, feeling a sense of shame that his new power had given him a confidence that supplanted the Maker. Hans begged for forgiveness, praying that he'd be able to bear his consequences if that was what the Maker willed. As the world began to blur, fading in and out, Hans thought he heard someone call his name. 
	"Please," Hans whispered to the voice that seemed to come from his dreams.
   	Now Hans stood at the door of the castle, with a letter commending him to the steward for employment. His savior had been one of the master's patrons, a very influential Baron who had assured Hans that he would help him to find work in the castle. Surely it would be enough. Unlike life with Master Friedrich, he would be protected here, and he might even be able to find the master's book. Hans knew he must return it somehow. He shouldn't have taken it in the first place. 
	"I said, 'Can I help you?'" The servant repeated with such disdain that Hans was tempted to hang his head in shame, but he fought the urge and stared straight into the servant's face, trying desperately not to let the embarrassment rise to his face. He must find employment, and with his deformity, no one wanted to allow him to apprentice or even serve. It was this abject need that drove him to resolve and kept him from his natural desire to shrink back into the shadows and fade away like a shadow melting away from the public eye.   
He adjusted his posture as well as he could and breathed deeply. "I must needs speak with your lord or whomever is charged with appointing new servants." 
His voice resonated with command, and the servant's eyes flickered with surprise. Hans quenched his irritation at the confirmation of his suspicion that this man assumed that his deformity somehow affected his mind. Hans was by no means stupid, but that label had followed him since his birth.
"There goes simple Hans," they would jeer, throwing mud or rocks, and no one had ever interfered. After all, the Maker Himself must have struck the boy with his affliction for the evil that lurked in his twisted heart, twisted just like his body. Of course, what man was not inflicted with evil; it was a reality in the hearts of all men, save one, and Hans felt the anger boil up inside him at the hypocrisy. Since when did the outside perfectly mirror the inside? Beautiful people often committed great evil, but when they walked down the road, fingers did not point nor did brows draw in suspicion like they did when Hans shuffled along, minding his own business. Hans nearly growled but caught himself before he made a complete fool of himself and made the conscious effort to pull his face into a mask of indifference. 
Hans produced the letter from Baron Wolfe, which the servant took with a dubious look painted on his face. "Come this way, please," he said with pained reluctance, and as Hans followed, he begged the Maker for mercy that he might rejoice in his afflictions.  
Several hours later, Hans stared down at the steward's ledgers, feeling the old sense of dread he had when he was younger man learning the trade, but he swallowed his reluctance and fixed a grateful expression to his face. Maker forbid the King revoke his offer of employment due to Hans' reluctance. The King dismissed Hans and left the room, so Hans' new employment was begun.

Hans is a hunchback with an extraordinary amount of untapped, potential magical ability. Cordelia is a princess who is unhappy with her boring life. When Hans’ unstable wish magic grants Cordelia a child, the two find themselves in a predicament that they could not have foreseen.

As he walked through the bookshelves to find the woman librarian, he had to marvel at all the different varieties of books that he passed by. He couldn't even imagine himself being able to read all the books that were in this library in his lifetime and knowing that there were bigger libraries here, in Haven online, blew his mind away.
"All that knowledge," he mused, skimming his fingers along the edges of the books. "It would be hard to pass upon." One day, he decided, after he was living a comfortable life, he would spend his time leisurely traveling to all the different libraries in this world, so he could read to his heart's content. 
She was a truly lovely girl from the beastmen race, from her ears and tail he could tell that she was a half deer. She had long, snow-white hair that flowed over her delicate shoulders, her leaf green eyes were focused on her task while her pink saccharine lips were pursed in concentration. 
Xinya politely cleared his throat to gain her attention but, sadly, it was of no use, she was too absorbed in what she was doing. Since the first approach didn't work, he said in a loud clear voice, "Excuse me, miss."
The sound of his voice must have startled her because the book she was holding slipped through her hands and she almost fell off the step ladder she was on. Bracing herself against the shelf, she took a calming breath before looking at him.
"Oh me, oh my, I didn't notice you there. You scared me witless." The woman said. "Would you be a dear and hand me that book I dropped."
Xinya was happy to comply, if she really had fallen, he probably would have had to catch her and just thinking about having to touch her made his skin crawl. "Here you go, ma'am."
"Well, aren't you a polite thing, but I'm still too young to be called a ma'am. People in these parts call me Ms. Wynter. On the account that I was born in winter, you see." Ms. Wynter said cheerfully.
"Alright, Ms. Wynter, then," Xinya replied.
"So how can I help you, young man?" She asked curiously.
"Well, it's about Shilvak." Xinya watched as Ms. Wynter's smile disappeared, only to give him a complex look. "I think you may know something about him."
Putting the book she was holding away, her face turned serious. "Before I say anything, may I ask why you want to know about him."
"The reason is that I want to become a combat potion maker, just like him," Xinya replied.
"And you think you have what it takes?" She asked while looking him up and down in disbelief.
Xinya didn't like the doubt he saw in her eyes, so he said with all the confidence he could muster, "Yes, I do."
Quest Triggered!!
Once Xinya saw the notification, he knew his action was right. The woman got down from the ladder she was on and stood a step away from him. She gazed at him with penetrating eyes, as if checking for something, it reminded him of how Melvin looked at him when he first asked to be an artisan.
"I see you are sincere in your desire to be a combat potion maker, please follow me," she says.
Xinya followed her to a seating area located behind an alcove, instead of the expected table and chairs, there were two chaise chairs, separated only by a small glass table. Wynter sat in one, making herself comfortable while motioning for him to do the same.
"When I was younger," She started when she saw that he was sitting. "I also wanted to be a combat potion maker. Shilvak was my hero, you see, he saved hundreds of thousands in the great monster war. Not only with his healing potions, but also with his combat ones. I wanted to be just like him, but one day he just disappeared. No one knows what happened to him."
Xinya's attention was caught, "Did you ever figure it out?"
"I had my speculations, but could never be sure." She replied sadly.
"That's too bad," Xinya said.
A reminiscent smile appeared on her face, "I remember being so happy when I learned that he left a manuscript of all his adventures and of how he created his potions, but then something happened. His apprentice destroyed most of the copies and hid the original. He didn't want the masses to obtain so freely something that took him so much dedication in learning. So, he divided each book into two parts and hid them in different places around the world. After years of researching, I found that one of the places is hidden near Bellport. I wanted to look for it myself but have come to realize that I am too old. But, looking at you, I think you will be able to find the first half of the book. All I ask is that, once you find it, you allow me to read it."
"Of course, I will. It's the least I could do." Xinya replied sincerely.
Quest has been created. Wynter has always wanted to be a combat potion maker but, due to her age and fighting skills, finding Shilvak's manuscript would be hard. But she thinks that you have potential. So, she is willing to impart upon you her knowledge, the only thing she asks is to see the book once you finish reading it. *Quest is sharable.

"Why are you learning cooking? It's just a waste of a skill point."

"Your learning potions?! Are you daft there no point in doing that."

"Why did you pick that trash class? You will never make it in this game."

Xinya just ignored everyone, with a knowing smile he just paid them no mind because he knew they would be eating their words soon.

   The sun, the stars, the moon, none of their light was able to reach the world. For the first time in centuries, no external light shone down. For the first time in centuries, Maker grew annoyed. She stood on the other side of the barrier and gathered her mana. Her radiance condensed into a ball the size of her fist. It rushed forward, battering against the barrier only to send a few calm ripples across it. She frowned and held up her hand. Two of her children appeared behind her. The goddess of good and the god of evil both kneeled down. All thoughts of battle were put out of their heads when their parent was angry. "That man…" Maker mumbled. "I thought we destroyed everything." She struck the barrier one last time then turned to face her children. "You both know what this means, right?"
   "Yes ma'am," said the god of evil.
   "Yes mother," said the goddess of good.
   "Then you will both need to separate." She pointed to the central landmass. "When the barrier dissolves, I'll search the main continent while you two get the east and west. I want him or whatever legacy he left behind destroyed." The two children nodded and tried to help pass the barrier ahead of time only to be pushed back. "I guess we have to wait." Maker summoned a chair and sat down. "Even after so much time he continues to be a thorn in my side."

   Doevm was pulled forward, crashing him and Horse into the ground in a dark room. As he got up the doors slammed close. An enormous lock made of an unknown material barred the door. Doevm held his leg, expecting pain to rise up, but it never came. The wound on his leg was healed. He stretched his limb out a couple times to find it was fine. After standing up on it, it was verified he was completely healed. Horse, on the other hand, vaporized. The mental connection was severed.
   'This is either a holy shrine or a sort of safehouse from another race,' Doevm thought. He tried to use his magic to see, but it was blocked. He tried again yet nothing happened.
   As if acting for him, a blinding blue light flooded the surroundings. After his eyes adjusted, he saw the source of the light was a transparent pillar. Inside were masses of blue energy flying around like a tornado. One after another, more pillars lit up on his left and right going down a long hallway. The way back was blocked, so he walked forward on the faded velvet carpet. Massive holes had been ripped in it. Besides the carpet, the floor was made of Ploly (Pl-ole) bricks.
   While the roof forty feet above him was made up of thousands of shining mana crystals, the walls of steel and aluminum to reflect the light, Ploly bricks were unexpected. 'Did the construction crew run out of money half-way through this project?' Doevm thought as he picked one up. Ploly bricks were famously useless. Their melting point was of dirt. They were so soft that one could crush them in their palms. Even Doevm had a hard time believing it was that useless. He had spent a year examining them only to find out they truly were garbage. Yet, despite his failure to find anything useful about Ploly, he knew they were useful for something. It was a material no one knew the origin of. If one used alchemy to split it into its original state, it would not turn into any other base elements. It was its own dark brown material.
   For a few minutes he walked until he got to the edge of the ruins. On the back wall constructed out of pure Ploly bricks were more hieroglyphics that read: "She is watching always. She is watching always. She is watching always. She is watching always." Over and over again. It filled the wall. As he continued to read, the hieroglyphs got more hurried and sloppier. By the end, it was illegible. Embedded into the center was a single book with a dark grey leather cover. The title read: "The game of the Gods, by Maximus Draken".
One hundred and fifteen years ago…
   Arthur walked straight past the two Undead knights guarding the library and into the throne room. "Doevm, are you ready for this week's session?" He took off his gauntlets and leaned his sword against the wall. He made sure not to get close to the bookshelves as this Lich would always get angry whenever his stuff was touched without permission.
   Doevm was in his half-destroyed throne hunched over a book. His skeletal head turned up to meet his instructor. "You're early." He shut the book and handed it to one of his Undead minions. "I guess that means we can spar for longer today." He rolled up the sleeves of his black cloak.
   "You know, I always see you reading the same book, why is that?" Arthur asked.
   "That's unusual," Doevm chuckled. "You interested in a book? What interests you about it?" He motioned for the servant to return. He plucked the book out of its hands and opened it once more.
   "Not just the one." Arthur walked shoulder to shoulder with him. "You mostly read books by the same author, Maximus Draken." He pointed to the signature. "The capital of the Acrin Kingdom is also Draken. What's he so famous for?"
   "That depends." Doevm held the book away from Arthur, afraid that his rough hands would damage the old book. "If you ask humans, they say he was the first hero. If you ask demons, he was the greatest magician. If you ask me, he was a great philosopher." A dozen servants came into the library and bowed with books presented. "Each of these is his work. His theories about mana are fascinating. They've kept me busy for a half a century now, testing each one of them. The most interesting thing about him, however, is that everyone is wrong about him."
   "You mean, he wasn't smart at all?"
   "No, not that." Doevm nearly hit his friend with the book, but that would most likely damage the book more than the hero's thick skull. "No one knows why he was so prominent. He was able to do so many things in his lifetime. It was like he was great at everything. Combat, magic, thinking, building, he did everything. His tombs can still be found around the world, hidden from the public's eyes. When he was at the height of his power, he lost his magic. He was unable to even see it. The kingdom that he built up was taken over. Many of his books were labeled as hearsay and destroyed. No matter how much I find about him, there is no answer to what he actually did to get so strong and who made him crumble. His family was unknown. He had no heirs. Only his accomplishments are known."
   "Sounds harsh." Arthur looked at the rest of the books. "They seem to be getting darker                 as they go. Did you notice that?"
   "What do you mean, the content? There are only a few copies in the world so how could you have read them?" Doevm closed the book.
   "Look at this one." Arthur forcefully yanked the book out of Doevm's skeletal hands. "This is volume one and it is bound in white leather." He picked up the next volume before Doevm could snatch his book back. "This one has a slightly darker cover and its volume two."
   "Ok I get it, now put the books down before I have to kill you." Lightning cackled around his hands. Arthur shrugged and put the books back as dramatically and gently as he could. "It could be because they are getting older or just a coincidence." His blue flame eyes inspected each book. The limit of his collection was at grey. "This means there might be more…" He picked up the last book and mumbled to himself, "That means his theories continue. From the latest volume I was able to invent light magic. What happens if I get my hands on the latest volumes?" He put them back down and shooed his servants away. "I'll investigate this matter later. Our time is limited. Let's spar." He went for a quick jab. Arthur ducked. "This is for touching my stuff!" He executed a combination attack against air.
   Arthur got into a stance: "I am going to touch e-ve-ry-thing after I win."
Back to the present…
   The book was a trap. It had to be a trap. Doevm knew deep in his heart that such an elaborate hallway was just to make him more impatient. His magic was sealed, and he had no idea as to why. Since there was no exit to this place, only the book, it was obvious that picking up the book was what the maker of this ruin intended. He grabbed the book and opened to the first page. Right on cue, a trap activated. A soft repeating clinking went down the hallway. The pillars cracked. The blue swirling mist burst out and rushed toward Doevm, who was zoned out. His eyes were glued to the first line: "Instruction for basic soul magic."

"Screw magic, I want to learn how to do cool flips and stuff." Magic is awesome, until you've studied it for centuries. Doevm reincarnates into a human to experience the path of a fighter to its fullest and swears not to rely on magic. There is only one problem, a goddess stands in his way. She pits him against both the hero and the villain for all of eternity. How will he escape this, with magic or his fists?
