Maharlika is an archipelago lying where the sun rises. One of its beautiful islands was named by its native ‘Abbalon’ in where Laum, a sixteen-years-old and a son of the famous Rajah Suliman, lived. Laum was also destined to lead his village when the right time comes.

However, things had changed and peace was disturbed in the islands of Maharlika. It was when foreign ships anchored near the shore of one of the islands. He even declared that their heads will be speared and will be the next decoration in their village if they don’t leave his island alone.

The foreigners were unhappy with his aggression and loaded their cannons to annihilate the village of Laum’s Uncle. However, Laum’s uncle upheld his name, Pula-pula (Red-red), by bathing his whole body with the blood of the foreigners. He even killed the captain of the ships. The news quickly reached on the foreigner’s homeland, The Empire of Pantala.

Instead of being displeased by the death of the captain, Pantala Empire celebrated for they found a reason for them to give retribution to the natives and conquered the new lands. They sent a message to the natives of the Maharlika; Submit to the Empire or taste its retaliation. Some villages resisted but most of the leaders sought that bloodshed was unnecessary and they yielded before the Empire. One of these leaders who surrendered was Rajah Suliman, brother of Pula-pula. What’s more intriguing was the council of Rajah Suliman advised him that they should compensate for the captain’s death and present Rajah Suliman’s inheritor to the Emperor of Pantala.

Things went bitter for Laum. It was decided without his consent or even he was given notice about the council’s decision, he could do nothing to change it. A week after the decision reached Laum, he got on board into a merchant ship to travel west, to meet the emperor. He came with a pixie Marikit, who was always with him and his partner. But as he reached the Port of Pantala, she was picked up by a witch just to learn that the Pantala Empire was uninterested about him and he was going instead to another kingdom, the Iron Kingdom of Ferrum.

A new life awaited Laum. New friends, new things, new family, new enemies. Perhaps he will see love on the foreign land. That day, she and Ji Yi wrote a letter to their future selves.
She was the first to finish writing. After her pen dropped, Ji Yi was still happily writing in front of her, so she incidentally glanced over at her letter and saw several lines with the words "Yuguang Ge."
At the time, she and Ji Yi were still on good terms; a rift hadn't yet happened in their relationship. They used to do everything in the same way. Since Ji Yi's letter was written to her future self ten years from then, so was Qian Ge's.
Come to think of it, it'd been almost over seven years since then, more than two years shy of ten years. If that bookshop hadn't shut down by now, that letter should still be there.

When Ajay send his mana into the ring insatantly he started feeling a strange connection with the ring. When he concentrated on the coneection he was able to see and feel another dimension. But inside he knew this was dimension was inside the ring.
He saw that ring was divided into 4 portions. In the first portion, he saw there were 8 big shelves filled with books. The second portion consisted of a laboratory of some sort as it had plants and different apparatus of some sort. The third portion consisted of what looked like tiny shining stones. Whereas in the fourth portion there was a small table.
On that table, there was a Japanese style Katana was lying as well as there were also two letters on the table…
Ajay knew that those letters were further instruction that this body's parents had left for him. But he ignoered them for now as he was more intrested in other things that were kept in the ring. He first started observing the books that were kept in the book selves.
He was able to read the words written on the spine of the books. The books that were in the selves covered various topics. He didn't understood the most of the topics but he was happy from some of the books. There was a book called the 'The History of Faction'. He wanted to study about the powers and government of the country in which he would spend the rest of the life. There were also some books that covered the world history.
While he was reading the names of the books that were in there he alos came across the book titled 'Rookie Mage Encylopedia'. That book may help him covering the important aspect of the mages that he didn't understand. He was happy that now he would be able to learn more about the mages without spending a sigle penny.
Ajay was curious that how was he suppose to get the books out of there. So he concentrated hard a tried on the book and surprisnglt the book appeared in his hand. Ajay was amazed by this. It felt like a dream to him. His whole he had only seen people pulling out coins out of thin air. And now he was able to take out big books out of thin air.
He smiled and looked at the book. He wanted to starte studying the book instantly. But he knew that he had to sleep now or otherwise he wouldn't be able to get up early for his job.
Ajay then looked at the book at his hands. He knew that with these books he would be able to gather more information about the world. But his jobs and Raiders of Dark would a pain in the ass. He needs to lose ties with them.
He had the option that he could run away. But the problem was that where he would go after cutting ties with them. He needed a plan to escape. He needed to go somewhere where he could live his life inconspicuously.

It Ajay another two weeks to make arrangenments for his escape. After asking around here and there he was able to find a perfect job for him away from all this nonsence. This job was in a beast hall…
Beast hall is like the stable for the school. It is where all the domesticated beast of the school are kept. The job he got was of faeces handler. It was the fancy name for the stable boy. Many studenst weren't intrested in the job as it was considered a low level job. But Ajay didn think so.
The beast hall was located outside the outer wall of the school. Which was beneficial for his escape plan. And it was away from the Raiders of the Dark and their influence. Pay was good and most important of all, he will beome so low key by taking that job so that not many people will like to approach him. That would be very beneficial for him…
There fore one night when all the fooders of the hostel were asleep Ajay sneaked out of his room with all of his stuff and made his way towards the Beast Hall…

In dense forest giant black wolf was sleeping peacefully. The wolf was very big. It could be said that the book was almost the size of a tank back on earth. In the amist of quietness of the forest the wolf was sleeping peacefully when the wolf abruptly woke up. He raised his head towards the north. He then started growling towards the north. He then stood up and started running towards the south.
The wolf came running towards a small cabin in the woods. He then growl outside the cabin. Soon a limping middle aged man came out of the cabin. He had a wooden leg and one of his arm was missing. The man looked at the wolf. The wolf growled at the man. It seemed like the man understood what was wolf trying to say.
"Fu*king Siberians" the man said. The man went back inside and came out with a axe in his hand. He then looked at the wolf and nooded at him. The wolf understood him and bent down. The man got on the wolf and then wolf started running towards the north.
One could see blood lust in the eyes of the man. He looked like a man who would either kill or be killed in action. Soon the wolf took the man up a hill.
When they got up the hill, the man came down from the back of the wolf and came towards the edge of the hill. The man looked down the hill.
Under the hill a clean river was flowing. And beside the river a brown haiered boy was practicing the swinging of the sword.
The man looked at the boy. He then tightened the grip of his axe and observed the boy…



3rd person P.O.V 

"What?" Alok asks her. 

"I always had a backup plan, just in case the first one didn't work out as planned," Miara said to him. 

"But, why didn't you tell us about it?" he asks her. 

"Because I didn't think about it until now," Miara said to him. 

"What is it?" he asks her. 

"We don't have time to discuss it now, they will be here in no time, do you have a secret room where no one can find me or disturb me so that I can concentrate to execute my plan?" she asks him. 

"Yes, follow me," Alok said to her and lead her to his office. 

"Let me tell you this before I lead you to that room if I found out that you fooled to escape from them, and if I make out alive from there, then keep in your mind that I will hunt you down and kill you without ant mercy," Alok said to her. 

"Don't worry, I am not planning to do that, because I crave for power and immortality, as much as you," Miara said to him. 

He nodded his head at her and walks towards the book selves behind his desk and looks for a book when he finds that book, he takes it out from the shelves. 

As soon as he does that, the selves move aside and the stairs appear in front of them. 

"Walk downstairs and take a left turn, there you will find a door, it was a room and it has everything you can need for a few days," Alok said to her. She nodded her head and follow his instructions. 

She opens the door and a room with a single bed, a small fridge, T.V, play box, sleeves filled with books, movies and fast and heat up food, she walks inside the room and saw a small washroom with a shower, cupboard, shink, and a small closet inside it. 

She walks towards the bed and sat down in it, takes out a bottle which contains the water of shadow coven witches magic, which she has taken from Ballistic before following Aloks to come here and drink it all in one go. Knowing that she is going to need a lot of power to perform that ritual. 

She sighs in content feeling even more powerful and energetic than before. She murmurs a spell and summons all the things she needed to perform the ritual. Then she opens the book that appears in front of her and read all the instructions she needs to follow to do this ritual. 

This is ritual was once performed by shadow coven witches to seek revenge from spiritual moon coven witches for kicking them out of their cove, she had found this book when she had gone to the shadow coven witches cave, where they used to live before their fight with spiritual coven witches and find this book and all the things which are needed to perform this ritual. 

This ritual needs a lot of power, so much that the caster of this ritual can go to a comma, or die if it is not performed perfectly or the caster was a very weak person. 

After leaving her at his office, Alok goes back to the throne om to give orders to his and Miara's army, to prepare for war. Half no of the vampires in his army shift in their bat form and hide under the tree waiting for them to come so they can sneak a surprising attack on them. While the other half surround the castle with dark witches, ready to fight with them. 

The animal in the forest hides in their hideout and the birds that were resting on the tree fly away from there feeling the tension around the forest knowing something is going to occur in the forest. 

Peter reaches Elena's mansion and landed on her shoulder and tell her everything that happens in the castle and the orders given by Aloks to his army. And Elena informed everyone about it. 

"What should we do now?" others asks her. 

"We will go as per the plan, but the people in group 2 and 3 have to be careful, don't be surprised, do a huge surveillance first and check for any traps, then attack them okay?" she asks them and they all nodded their head at her. 

"Let's go," she said and everyone loves to go to their destination with adrenaline running through their blood and fear spreading through their heart, fear of not making through the war and seeing their love ones again, but they know it's needed to be done and they will risk their life happily if that means they can protect the life of their loved ones and protect the future of their offsprings 

Elena reaches a little bit far away from the castle and signals others to stop She summon a hug no of owls and asks them to do a swap for bats hiding under the tree or traps that they may have prepared for them. 

"The second group, have arrived near another castle," one of the white wizards said to Emma while looking around the surrounding, to find anything suspicious around them. 

 

"Good, first I want you to check the surrounding for any dark witches or anything that you found suspicious, then divide into 4 groups and surrounded them, give them the last chance to choose, whose side they want to be, leave the people who choose to be on our side and the females and children, and kill the people who still wanted to be on enemies side, okay," Emma said as she read the main castle with others. 

 

"The third group reporting here, there is no other vampires out hunting for humans," Sia said to Emma. 

 

"Good, then, divided into 2 groups one group go to another castle, and another one comes here to help us, deal with them," Emma said to them.

Ike walks in the door and goes to his room where he just sits around and tosses a baseball back and forth. Until its six o'colk and his grandmother or grandfather yell at him that its homework time.

" Hey Ike, what are you up to?" "Nothing, why?" "Oh, you just looked like you where thinking was all."

Ike gets up and walks to his next class, which is study hall. Since it is second period he doesn't do anything during it. Except sleep or read a book he brought from home.

In philosophy class, he is chosen to say something, anything about what he thinks of people. Ike just looks out the window and says "Humans put them selves above them selves, they being animals are so narcissistic that they think they are better then animals when they are an animal themselves."

The human is a narcissistic animal, who thinks it is better then the others. when they are just as lucky to be alive as the rest of them and not extinct.

Hey, guys! It's Lavender. I hope everything and everyone is okay in this time of COVID-19. I know that this time is stressful and crazy however, in this time with struggles there comes new and different opportunities.

   I know you guys have been a fan of the book! And it's has been a great piece of mines and I promise this isn't the only book that'll come out with a bang. I have so much more to come—so many projects I'm working on so keep in mind there WILL be more. 

So, what is this new opportunity I speck of? Three people could be seen wandering throughout what is called the scorched lands, the Scorched Lands are a place which is filled with high fire attributed energy and is the perfect place for fire type spirit beast and a great place for fire spirit masters to find spirit beast though most of the beasts in the scorched lands are 10,000 years or older, tree hey were currently heading for the dragons dwelling of the scorched lands which is within one of the scorched valleys.
After Leo returned he asked Celene whether he could share what he learned with his grandfather and uncle an Celene thought it would help him to tell someone so of course she said yes she just wasn't expecting that grandfather and uncle to be titled doulou's she also didn't expect them to willingly accept it an decided to incorporate finding her brothers and sisters into Leo's training. So after a year this brought the three to the Scorched Lands where Celene told them to search for the only crimson scorched valley and to skip all the orange ones no matter what they heard less the meet with a 100,000 year spirit beast.
As the three were traveling past all the orange valleys they kept hearing strange calls when suddenly Leo spoke out "just what are those sounds" "probably a 100,000 year beast trying to lure spirit beast or any unlucky visitor to its lair if what Celene said is correct" Old Jin answered Leo, according to Celene the valleys  make the spirit beast turn mad and after a while the lose all there sanity and develop a thirst for blood and it just increases as they age, Leo just nodded his head an stepped closer to Old Xin who smirkef at Old Jin who glared back soon enough they across a crimson valley which was being guarded by 10,000 year old beas which Leo had to face as part of his training so he summoned his book spirit "Chapter One: Strengthen" Leo then strengthened his speed the he dismissed his book, since the effect lasts till hes out of spirit power or cancels it, and summoned his sword spirit and he then ran towards the beast while activating his spirit bone then using his absolute ice manipulation to make the feost cover his entire blade and released an arc at the two beasts which froze one while the other sent an pillar of fire at him which made Leo jump to side but as he was jumping he threw his sword at rhe frozen beast which shattered, Leo then recalled his sword an summoned his book "Chapter One: Strengthen" Leo then strengthened his spirit power then he recalled his book and summoned his sword then took a stance with the tip of his blade facing the sky and a pale blue light formed at the tip "Sovereign Sword Story: Frozen Volume Chapter One" Leo then charged at the beast which charched back Leo then sung his sword at the beast down vertically "Land of Ice" Leo's sword froze the beast an as soon as it touched the ground the area within a 10m radius froze then the beast begun to crack and shatter.
Old Jin ans Old Xin watched at how a seven year old was able to fight two 10,000 year old spirit beast "your grandson is beyond a monster" Old Xin said as he watched Leo freeze one of the beast as the other attacked him "that he is so young yet he already has such a tactic mind freezing one of the beasts so not to be overwhelmed and he has such frightening instincts" Old Jin responded seeing Leo dodge the pillar of fire that was sent at him "he's a genius when it comes to the sword all it took was a year for him to develop a technique even if its still developing" Old Xin said seeing Leo use his sword technique "Sovereign Sword Story a technique that uses both of his spirits to work the power of it is frightening though its flaw is how he can only use one spirit after the other only if we could find a way for him to use both" Old Xin explained as Leo finished the beast. 
Old Jin and Old Xin then walked up to Leo "so how was that Grandpa, Uncle Jain" Leo eagerly asked the two who both smiled an patted Leo's shoulders "that was excellent use of your strengthening ability" replied Old Jin "your technique with your sword was excellent" replied Old Xin Leo then begun to smile happily "yeah lets go find flame dragon guy" yelled Leo as he started to walk into the crimson valley 'Little Le be more respectful of my husband' Celene voiced aloud causing both old men to laugh and Leo to apologize, this last year even if Celene is apart of Leo's spirit they all got closer she would often scold Leo when he's wrong or praise him if he's good filling the role of a big sister for him this caused Old Jin to be happy since Leo lost his parents he hasn't been as emotional as he used to but with Celene around Leo is slowly returning to his old joyful self, soon the three found themselves selves in a burial ground "are all the dwellings empty" asked Leo aloud 'Yes Leo, our auras are too strong for spirit beast an sice there mose susceptible to it they all stay clear the only one that come hear are the other dragons but during this time of the year all dragons gather at the Eternal Mountains to discuss their tribal relations' "so you dragons have your own economy" asked Old Jin 'yes all spirit beasts live by some type of code dragons follow the Dragon Kings while the Phoenix's watch over their respective areas as Guardians and ants follow their Queens while the Rabbits watch over the spirit beasts not protected by a Guardian led by the Rabbit Queen' "so spirit beasts aren't as simple as we thought they were" said Old Xin.
The three found themselves selves infront of a gigantic door with a dragons head and a symbol of a flame carved into it 'hurry young one I wish to speak to my wife' sounded a masculine voice in Leo's head then the eyes and the center of the flame began to glow, Leo then summoned his sword and placed it into  the center of the flame and when it begun to rumble Leo recalled his sword and the door opened it self and the three walked in as the door slowly closed behind them the three soon stepped through the light at the end of the cave.
