I have waited all my life for that flower to bloom but my fate wasn't as I always wanted it to be. That flower never bloomed again. When that flower was blooming I ignored. Then I realised the flower is already in the safest place that it could be and it was my heart.

"I Love You both Lee Mi Soo and Park Mi Soo. I can never choose between both of you. I wish in next life, I'll one of you. "

"Your name will be big pillow slime," said Dean while smiling.

Then Sys said, "That sounds lame. Don't you have any better name?"

"Well~ I don't have a good naming sense. I think that sounds fine. Simple and straightforward." After Dean said that, he asked Sys to create the new slime, big pillow slime. 

"Okay, next will be combination between slime core and water absorb skill," said Dean. 

Dean wanted to try every possible combination and thus he chose the elite grade purple slime core and water absorb skill as add-on. The result was disappointing. The two combinations produce the same set of skills as pillow slime but with the appearance of purple slime. In other words, a purple slime with more skills. Nothing special about it even from the descriptions. So, Dean decided to not create this one.

Dean move on to the combination between elite grade kilo slime core and the water absorb skill. There was no change in appearance for the kilo slime. It loses the bounce skill and learned water absorb. Again, Dean decided not to create this. 

Then, Dean try the combination between elite grade pillow slime core and water absorb skill. Just like previous combination, it retained the same appearance but the water absorb skill was upgraded to water absorb II. It was good that the skill upgrade but if there was no change in appearance, there was no point to Dean.

Dean realized that he wanted many different slime based on its appearance so that people will know there were many types of slime. Without changing in appearance, people won't know especially those with slime compatibility. 

In the end, Dean decided not to create another slime. He now understood that whatever he added will create something new but that did not mean their appearance will be different. Dean learned more and more about the monster creation. 

Dean suddenly realized something. If what he wanted was based on its appearance then, there was one slime he rejected before. The hair clip slime. Although the slime did not learn any new technique, it does have different appearance. It was minor but it was still fine for him. 

He needed to become strong so he can't be choosy about what he got. So, Dean decided to create the hair clip slime and named it the butterfly clip slime. He used the elite grade pink slime core as the core and the slime was the pink slime wearing the butterfly clip. 

He did not make the brown colored kilo slime because that will be just color difference and he already made the normal slime like that. 

Now Dean had four more new slime he can hunt. The rabbit coat slime, the rubber slime, the big pillow slime and the butterfly clip slime. He believed that the two new slime will be easy to find because the pink slime and pillow slime can easily be found in the prairie. 

After he finished everything, Dean closed the monster creation menu and looked up to the sky and he sighed. He needed to find more material for the monster creation if he wanted to create more. Dean already thought what he wanted to hunt next. He needed to hunt more different kind of monster. 

He remembered that there was a special rabbit in the prairie that can be found early in the morning. The bloom rabbits. He thought he should hunt that first. Other than the bloom rabbit, there were also the magpie and sparrow but these two were hard to hunt thanks to their ability to fly. 

There were also some other monsters that will be impossible for Dean to hunt due to too many people hunting them. All those monsters were quite rare and many people's compatibility were related to them. Since Dean came to the first dimension, he never once found any of these rare monsters. He did read in the forum that some people found them. 

He thought that he had enough of rest and decided to continue training the heavy tackle skill. Soon, it will be summer vacation. The summer vacation was weirdly long after the earth change. Due to the days and month change in one year and the discovery of the dimension, school gave a lot of holiday.
 
For summer holiday, it was for 4 months. Only the first month of summer was school day and the rest of the summer months were school holiday. There was a reason for long period of holiday. The school wanted to give time for their students to train hard in the dimension. School took most of their time and the long holiday was meant to help the students got back their time spent at school for their strengthening in the dimension.

In 3 days, the school summer holiday will start. That meant, Yuri will be home most of the time. Dean did not know Yuri's habit of going to the first dimension. He never saw her going to the first dimension using the teleporter at home. 

Dean sighed thinking that he might see Yuri most of the time during the summer holiday. It was still really awkward between them. Dean hoped that Yuri will go to the first dimension and spent most of her time there. 

Summer 34th – Month 1 – Year 2001

School summer holiday started. Just like what Dean hoped, Yuri told him that she will spend all the summer holiday in the first dimension. She won't come back until the holiday end. Dean was happy to hear that. Yuri left home after that. Just like he thought before, Yuri did use another teleporter.
 
Summer 22nd – Month 2 – Year 2001

Dean finally finished learning both the heavy tackle and water absorb yesterday. He thought it will take him almost two months to learn the skill but he learned it in less than a month. Dean finished learning the heavy tackle first before the water absorb. He focused all that time after that for water absorb. 

Luckily both skill limit at level 10 and that meant he did not need to use the limit breaker crystal to reached the max level limit. It will take time for the upgrade to finished and Dean did not want to waste time on that. 

He checked on his stat and he was happy that both heavy tackle and water absorb skill was registered as his skill. He can fight better than before. He already thought the combo he wanted to try with the three skills and eager to go. 

Dean went to the first dimension early in the morning. There was a reason why he went there early, he wanted to hunt the bloom rabbit. The bloom rabbit can only be found early in the morning and they were quite rare too. 

Bloom rabbit was a monster with big single flower on their back. They were as agile as their normal rabbit counterpart and they did not have any skill too. What was special about them was the flower on their back. It was used as potion ingredients. 

There were many types of flower on their back. Different flower meant that it was a different species of bloom rabbit. It was summer and that meant only flower that can be found during summer can be found on the bloom rabbit. 

Dean's aim was to get as many flowers as possible from the bloom rabbit. All those different flowers will be good as his slime add-on. Dean knew the bloom rabbit was rare but he did not want to give up on it. Not many people went out hunting so early in the morning and that meant Dean had a chance to find a few of the bloom rabbit.

Once he woke up, Dean took a shower and went to the first dimension and straight to the prairie to hunt some bloom rabbit. When Dean arrived at the prairie, he can see from far that there were quite a few people on the prairie. They were all hunting for slime. 

The hype for slime was still going strong. There were too many people hunting it during the day thus he can understand that some people went hunting at night. Just like what Dean thought before, the big pillow slime and the butterfly clip slime can be found in the prairie. News about them came out a day after Dean created them.

Dean walked around the prairie to find the bloom rabbit. Due to his experience hunting rabbit a few months ago, Dean knew exactly where a rabbit will spawn. He did not know whether the bloom rabbit will spawn at the same place but they were rabbit and it was possible. 

Dean went to one of the spawn areas he knew a rabbit will come out. While walking to the area, he saw two guys was hunting some monsters too. Nothing weird about them as there were many people dean saw on the way there. 

A few minutes later, Dean arrived at the area. He looked around the area if he can find any bloom rabbit. He activated his map function and detected some common rabbit in the rabbit. Dean detected one lone monster. He smiled because it was possible that that lone monster was the bloom rabbit.

He did not waste much time and went to that lone monster immediately. Even if he managed to kill it, it did not mean he will get the item dropped and thus he did not want to let someone else killed it. Once Dean was closed to that lone monster, he walked slowly.

Dean knew how good a rabbit ear was. He had plenty painful experience dealing with rabbit and once the rabbit knew he was nearby, it will immediately run away. The bloom rabbit was not much different than the rabbit physically thus it might act the same. 

He looked at the direction where the map detected the lone monster. Dean saw the monster and he smile. It was indeed a bloom rabbit. 

The bloom rabbit Dean found was white with pink flower on its back. It was dark and he can't properly see what flower it was. Dean took deep breath. 

The bloom rabbit was a normal grade monster as indicated by the yellow dot on the map. That meant Dean who was an elite grade can out speed the bloom rabbit if it ran away. Dean agility was 6.7 and a normal grade monster peak agility was 3. This will be an easy hunt. 

Once Dean found his chance, he quickly ran towards the rabbit and stabbed its body with his dagger. The rabbit did not manage to evade because Dean was too fast and Dean was ambushing the bloom rabbit. The bloom rabbit died with single stab and Dean was happy with that. Dean did not even need to use his skills.

'Normal grade Pink Cosmos bipinnatus bloom rabbit killed. Gained pcb bloom rabbit core' the system notified Dean. Dean head dropped when he found out he failed to get the item dropped. However, he was happy that he can easily killed a rabbit unlike before. His eyes lit with fire and Dean went to hunt for more bloom rabbit after he registered the pcb bloom rabbit core. 

The flower on the bloom rabbit he found was the pink Cosmos bipinnatus or commonly known as garden cosmos. Garden cosmos can be found in crimson, pink and white. They were not a big flower but when it got on the bloom rabbit it became big. 

Dean went searching for more bloom rabbit. He did not target the same bloom rabbit as there were too many kinds of them but if he found the same one, he will be more than happy to kill it again. 

After that, Dean found few more bloom rabbits with the same flower but with the other color. However, he was a bit unlucky and did not get the item dropped but he was more than happy to confirm that the spawn area he currently on will spawn the Cosmos bipinnatus bloom rabbit.

2000 years ago, Demons appeared in Antarctica and did something that made Earth expanded. Humans and Demons went to war but humans were too weak. A group of scientists found a way to become stronger and this method helped humans fought the demons on equal grounds. 

Dean awakened his power but he got unlucky because he awakened a compatibility to slime. He was pushed aside by his family. Upon entering the first dimension, Dean obtained something that can helped him becoming stronger.

... Three hundred sixty-five days already

His dark sleep-deprived tired eyes were focused looking on a bunch of beautiful blooming little flowers.

The flowers are small, measuring 6mm. in width. Each radially symmetrical bloom has a fused corolla that opens into five rounded lobes. The flower is powder-blue with a conspicuous, bright yellow center. Flowers are arranged in tightly coiled, rounded clusters that unfurl as the flowers progressively bloom.

The leaves are oblong, measuring 2.5-5 cm. in length, and oblong. These deep green leaves are often stalkless, have blunt tips, a deeply recessed midvein, and are covered with fine hairs.

They were like wild weeds but beautiful to look at the longer you look at it. Slowly swaying with the soft blows of the wind that was planted on the corner lot. His thoughts were wandering elsewhere, as he whispered to no one in particular.

"Just like, I can stare at you for a long time and my eyes won't get tired. You are like that bunch of little blue wildflower they get prettier the longer I stare."

His lips curve a smile but never reaches his sad eyes, remembering the stories she used to share during their bedtime together about her exciting and adventurous childhood memories that resembles his own.

"I hope our three sons will have the same adventurous experience in this lifetime. That they will remember their happy childhood memories and someday would tell their own children in the future."

Long Lei was confirmed now. This man was thinking exactly like her. But why is he so interested in my godfather?

She tried focusing some more but there was no sound coming from the room.

But a loud ruckus was created in the main auction hall. The second prince and some more young people were engaged in fighting. Long Lei rolled her eyes at him.

A gust of wind passed by her room when she was busy observing the fight.

It was that lazy highness, where is he going?

She decided to follow after him but she lost him after coming outside. 

How strong is he dammit?

After these two years I am still not powerful enough to track him back.

She decided to go home and inform her godfather about this new development but then she noticed a footprint going towards south direction.

It leads to dark forest also known as the forbidden forest. 

She used her space light steps to trace that man. She was sure that he was the one who went in this direction.  Within few minutes she reached the perimeter of the forest.

The entire area was still like there was no movement at all. It was untouched but it could not fool Long Lei. She knew he went past this place but where was the main question.

This deadly forest has many treasures and people dying here are more than few. Why would a powerful expert go inside this place?

She concentrated around her surrounding and felt something going towards the center of dark forest at a rapid speed. 

At this time why would someone go towards the center?

Long Lei remembered something her godfather said about pale moon night. She looked at the sky and noticed the moon had a different allure tonight. 

Oh no today is pale moon night. It means that secret door will open today. Only few people knew about this so why was this bastard going this way?

He keeps on searching about godfather that means he is connected to him somehow. So he must know about this. Godfather had instructed her to go there if he was in seclusion. 

How could she forget about this important thing?

She sprinted towards the centre in her full speed. In this dark night the trees were denser and beast with the seventh level and above kept on coming in her way but it didn't stop her from her target.

She defeated all of them and then used her Space Light Dance again to reach there as it was being too troublesome. 

Long Lei could see traces of fight and group of ninth level panther lying dead on the ground. They were killed in a clean shot. The space between their eyebrows was pierced.  This was the simple yet most dangerous method to kill all nine level beasts.

"What a waste? Whoever killed them didn't even take their beast cores. It is good for me I should keep this war spoils for myself after all it can help me in many things." 

Long Lei decided to collect them in her space ring just like all the beasts she had killed a while before. She will extract all the important things after coming out of this mysterious place.

As she started to go inside she saw a man wearing a silver mask or was that diamond and a huge dragon fighting with each other.  

But contrary to her belief the human was more skilled than this beast. 

The aura leaking around was so dense that she was not able to go near them. Behind them was a field of heaven grass which has a pond in its centre.

 It looks like the dragon flower is about to bloom. Godfather had told her it will bloom as soon as the first rays of sunlight hit its leaves. 

"What a bad situation? This dragon must be the watchman of the dragon flower." Long Lei murmured silently.

Although the man and beast sensed her presence but they still choose to ignore her. It was completely fine with Long Lei.

She was praying that the dragon can kill this man so that she will easily take the dragon flower away but her hopes were crushing as the dragon was not able to compete with this punny sized man. 

"What are you doing huge dragon? How can you lose to this bean like human? Squish him to death" long Lei shouted. 

She wanted to cheer that stupid dragon so that he will defeat this man soon but again to her disbelief both of them stopped fighting and were giving her incredulous look.

Long Lei felt awkward for the first time coming in this world. "What? How can you be a holy beast? You can't even fight a human. Shame on you." Long Lei huffed in anger but still the both figure were maintaining their static position and were more interested to see her.

By now she was so angry that she wanted to tear their hairs apart. " And you …" Long Lei pointed towards the masked man "How could you be so cruel as to hurt him? You are clearly more powerful so why are you not lowering your cultivation down and hitting the dumb beast?" she questioned righteously.

But her silly question shocked both the man and beast so much that they fainted from it. Long Lei was speechless to see both of them falling down and at the same time too. 

"WOW! I am so cool. People are fainting just from my words. I don't even need martial arts to defeat people. This dumb beast is really too silly. Should I contact with him?" Long Lei pondered about her thought but then she saw the dragon flower blooming and a purple mist covering the surrounding slowly.

She jumped and used her Space Light steps and plucked the dragon flower but before she could leave her eyes caught a flute in the pond. It was a jade flute but was very attractive. She picked it up too and wanted to go back but then she too lost consciousness.

Through a stupid incident, a lazy girl transmigrated into the ancient world where strong ruled and the weak were despised.

She, a mere mortal of the 24th century was confused as to what triggered this chaos and tried to undo this phenomenon but alas! how could she a mere mortal can do this?

Embarking on the journey for going back to where her family resides she went through all the trials and tribulations. Finally encountered love as a challenge. She the lazy yet cunning miss does not want this stupid feeling game but could anyone win in love?

He, the narcissistic sovereign of the dark realmwould not let her go and would definitely capture the silly her in his love trap.

“I thought I was the fox in human skin but never expected that you truly are one.” She exclaimed astonished.

"Little fox! You are cunning but can’t understand the heart of a true fox. You are trapped with me for eternity and no one can free you from my clutches.” He promised arrogantly.

When she asked the handsome man how she could help him she was actually hoping that he might be there to get her help to break the curse. Instead he only looked at her with vacant eyes and slowly said, "I need a bouquet for the most beautiful woman I know." The words might have been sweet if he had said them with any emotion at all. As it was it seemed like he was just repeating something he had been told and believed none of it.

The blandness bothered her. She couldn't be sure that pre curse he would speak with more emotion but this dead robotic tone didn't feel natural. "Oh," she said trying to conceal her disappointment. "Is there anything she likes? A favorite color or type of flower?" 

The man only looked at her blankly for a moment his eyes brow arching slightly as though it was a ridiculous question. "Does any man really know that?" She couldn't help the smile watching him even knowing that every reaction might be false but it reminded her of so many other men that came in. They thought simply giving her flowers was enough. They didn't think that the kind, color or variety would really show how much they paid attention and could earn them bonus point from their girlfriend or wife. 

She swore his eyes seemed to light up as she chucked  and replied, "Only the best men. But don't feel bad I can make something any girl will be happy to receive." She turned a moment to start reaching for blooms before she turned again to catch the man his eyes still glued to her. "There are a few things I need to ask first" she held up a finger. "First thing. What's my budget?" 

The man looked at her a moment and his lip twitched as if he was considering this carefully. "No budget I guess. Just something that isn't too over the top but looks impressive." He didn't seem like he truly cared that much about the flowers or maybe it was that he didn't care about who was to receive them. That thought made her heart leap. She had a feeling that whoever cursed him had something to do with who was getting the flowers. 

"Alright," she said and then held up her second finger. "What is the lady like? Is she shy? Bold? A romantic?" She was asking for the bouquet but also because she was hopping that any information might make her find a connection to who had cursed this man. She was still determined to free the man behind those haunted eyes. 

"She's..." it seemed he struggled to find words to describe her. Or maybe she thought it was the spell that kept him from being able to reveal any information about the woman or situation completely. "Is the most beautiful woman I have ever met." He finished with a small frown. She couldn't help the narrowing of her eyes and the small frown as she took note that it was the same phrase he had already used before. "Ok, well then final thing, what's your favorite color."

"My favorite color? Shouldn't it be hers?" There was a quick flash of a smile before his face went blank once more. And she wondered if perhaps she shouldn't have been able to express his own thoughts of emotions. Was he currently fighting the curse? It gave her a moment to wonder just how strong a spirit a man like this would need to be to fight dark magic. 

"I figured you didn't know her favorite so your favorite will have to do this time." She offered him a shrug and what she hopped was a supportive smile. 

"Green. Today, "he said softly, "my favorite color became green." He didn't smile but the fullness from his eyes lifted a little. 

Onyx nodded and then turned to the flowers. She created a gorgeous bouquet of soft pinks and oranges with a bunch of leafy greens and wrapped it with soft cream paper and a turquoise bow. She had to keep herself from adding any of her powers into the bloom like she usually did to make them smell sweeter and last longer. If this was going to the person who had cast the curse she didn't want to let them know that another witch had come across the curse. She turned to present the bouquet a bit surprised to see him watching her intently. She took a deep breathe before she presented the bouquet to him. Without more then a nod he accepted the flowers and she quickly gave him the price and rang him up. The thought of him leaving without any way for her to find him or help him again made her almost panic. So Onyx did the only thing she could think of.

In her hand under the counter she let a bit of her magic come forth. With the magic she did something she rarely did. She created a charm. It's magic would be small and since it was something that was already bound to the nature of the fragile bloom itself. And so the heat and power created a small flower that she hopped would help to bring this man back to her. The forget me not in its deep bluish purple with its golden yellow center was perfectly formed in her palm. So before the man could walk away she brought the small flower up. And motioned for him to wait a moment. 

He looked at her questioningly. So she smiled and opened her palm to the delicate flower. "This," she said proudly, "is a forget me not. They are one of my favorite flowers. As it's name suggests it's a flower meant to hold onto a memory. To make sure you don't forget  the person who has given you the bloom." Before the man could ask questions or argue she slid the small bloom into the mans front pocket. "So keep this on you and remember us here. Remember me. If you ever have a need of anything please come find me. I'm Onyx and this is my families shop."

The man looked down at the pocket and then to her. "Onyx, thank you." He patted the pocket once and then turned to leave the shop his bouquet in hand. "Until next time." He said as he walked out the door.

Onyx wasn't expecting the empty feeling that seemed to come over her. She hoped that the forget me not would not only remind him of her and help draw him back to her so she could work on breaking the curse, but she hoped that the forget me nots magic would help the man remember himself beyond the limits of the dark magic. 

She helped a few more people pick out flowers and took a delivery order for a hospital patient for the next day. She wasn't going to be making the bouquet but she made a mental note to touch the flowers and give them a little of her power to encourage healing. The afternoon was busy but Onyx was more then a little distracted just in the memory of the mans eyes.

Onyx had a perfectly happy life working in her families nursery during the day and making charms and potions at night. It was the perfect place for a witch like her who’s magic was more Earth based. The day she met him her world changed. The day the man with the dark curse stole her heart with only a look. 

Faolan was a powerful businessman and Alpha of his wolf pack. As a wolf Shifter he was naturally powerful and charming women came naturally to him. Only his charms had attracted a powerful witch who was convinced she was in love with him. Only when he didn’t return her feelings she cast a spell upon his heart and made him her slave. It wasn’t until he went hunting for flowers as her daily gift and saw the most beautiful woman that he felt anything other then trapped. For the following week Faolan manages to see the beautiful woman and each day the witch’s spell begins to crack. But when the beautiful girl serves him a special tea and gives him a quick kiss does the spell break. But the thought that she’s a witch sends him running scared to be trapped yet again. 

Onyx was heartbroken when Faolan fled when she broke his curse instead of staying. As she gloomily goes about her day she is the last person in the shop when an in raged woman enters the store. Onyx can tell she is a witch immediately but because of her sadness she doesn’t defend herself fast enough and the woman casts a dark curse upon her as well. Onyx is turned into a Cat without a clue how she can find the woman or how to remove the curse. Her family doesn’t understand that the cat is her and casts her into the streets. 

Onyx wonders the streets until she is struck by a limo. The driver collects her injured body and takes her to his home. It turns out he works for Faolan family and she must try and get his help 
To find a way to end the curse.

Jung Heewon and I passed through the central shopping district of Paradise and arrived at a small hill.

The place where the master resided was naturally gorgeous. It was the same with the castle in Peace Land. However, the lord of Paradise wasn't a normal existence.

As I moved closer to the hill, the constellations of Eden reacted violently.

I climbed up along the road and a shadow appeared near the brick house. A man with a beautiful appearance stood there, as if he had been carved into a sculpture.

If I didn't have Fourth Wall, I would've stopped breathing from his beauty. Yoo Jonghyuk was also handsome but this person's appearance couldn't be described. It was a demonic beauty.

"I'm sorry but please wait a moment. These guys were shy around strangers."

The man was watering the flowers on the hill. The flowers were blooming towards the air. Their petals were wide open, like they were trying to swallow the sky, but they were just small flowers.

I knew the name of the flower.

"The Perpetual Motion."

It was was a collective term for things that worked forever without being supplied energy sources from outside, but here it was merely the name of a flower.

The man asked, "Do you know this flower?"

"New flowers bloom almost every day."

"You have great knowledge."

It was naturally because I read Ways of Survival.

The flowers of Paradise, the Perpetual Motion. The flower, which only grew on this hill, bloomed at dawn and yielded fruit at night. The fruit fell before dawn and would be used as fertilizer to grow more flowers. Perpetual Motion was a flower that repeated forever.

It was truly great. His overall stats had exceeded the limits of the scenario and almost every skill had reached the maximum. Maybe Reinheit was the 'limit' of this scenario.

I stared at him and Reinheit clapped.

"It is difficult when you are burning with too much hostility. The Perpetual Motion will be broken."

I asked, "Why did you call me?"

"I was wondering about the rumours. You have caused a loud buzz the moment you entered this scenario."

Reinheit was different from the 10 Evils I had met so far. If Gong Pildu and Lee Seolhwa were growing into the 10 Evils, Reinheit was already near completion.

"A being like you entering the scenario is a threat to me."

The disappearance of the scenario wasn't a happy thing. Whether it was a constellation or an incarnation, every being eventually needed a story.

However, Reinheit didn't agree with this. He was tired of being a toy in someone's scenario and no longer wanted to be a slave to the scenario.

"Thus, I created Paradise." I knew Reinheit was sincere. "The dokkaebis call this a 'tomb' but not me. I became a blood-stained demon after many years but I believe real life can only bloom after the scenario has disappeared."

The words were filled with deep emotions. I might've been caught if I hadn't read the original novel.

「 The purest evil. 」

That was what Yoo Jonghyuk called Reinheit.

"Constellation Kim Dokja. You want to go to the next scenario."

"That's right."

"Stop. Such a thing doesn't exist." As expected, this was what he wanted. "I've lived for 800 years and it isn't the first time I've seen someone like you."

I stood silently by his side and touched the petals of the Perpetual Motion. Before the surprised Reinheit could stop me, the trembling flower quickly shriveled and the fruit fell. The fallen fruit suddenly became rotten and rolled down the hillside.

The guard passing by saw it but didn't pay much attention. It was because they had no intention of cutting out the rotten part of Paradise.

"U-Ugh... release me! It is wrong!"

"I didn't steal anything!"

The criminals of Paradise were being transported to the underground area below the hill. I knew where they were being dragged.

Just as permanent institutions didn't exist, Paradise wasn't free. They would probably become Paradise's fertilizer. It was just like the rotten fruit became the plant's fertilizers.

As Pink Pearl followed Pink Diamond you can still feel her heartbreak she wondered when she started falling in love with Cairo and she wondered if Pink Diamond had the same feelings for him just like she had, she was so busy thinking that she didn't notice that Pink Diamond had stop and Pearl walked straight into her without realising she quickly looked up at Pink Diamond and saw the look in her eyes as Pink then said " oh Pearl what do i do i think I might have fallen in love with him" Pearl stops and looks at her in shock and disbelief as she was about to say something she heard Cairo call out for Pink Diamond. As she looked at Pink Diamond she could see the happiness in her eyes when she saw him walk over towards him with the most joyful look she has ever seen, she couldn't tell what they were talking about but she can see that whatever was being said was making Cairo laugh with joy. As Pearl watched them she started to become more and more jealous of them and right then she wished with all her heart that Pink Diamond well falls in love with another and Cairo well be hers and hers alone, Cairo looked behind Pink and noticed that Pearl had once again been looking at them with jealousy. Cairo sighed as at first he didn't want to say anything but he thought that now would be a good time to tell her that he too has started to grow feelings for Pink Diamond, as the two talked Cairo had decided to ask Pink Diamond to go down to earth with him and that he was going to show her a beautiful lake that he had discovered.

As he asked Pink if she had wanted to go down with him she grew excited and quickly said yes, Cairo looked and smiled with Happiness as she heard her answer and told her to wait while he goes and gets changed. As he walked off Pink happily jumped towards Pearl and said " Pearl can you believe it Cairo asked me to go out with him tonight" Pearl looked shocked and she felt like she was going to cry but she had to stay strong so she just smiled and in a shaky voice she said " am very happy for you my Diamond"  Pink Diamond was too overjoyed to notice the pain in Pearl's voice and about the fact that she too had feelings for Cairo. As she looked over she noticed Cairo know wearing leather jacket with a white top and some jeans she blushed and wished so hard how it was her going with him instead of Pink but she quickly buried her feelings away and just smiled and she slightly whispered to herself " am just a Pearl I can not love him"  Cairo looked at Pearl one last time before taking Pink hand and saying " are you ready to go" Pink nodded so excitedly and they wropped down to earth leaving a sad, broken pearl behind on the moon. 

Once they had landed on earth Pink took Cairo had and smiled softly and said to him " so where's this lake that you mention" Cairo just chuckled and walked down a small path as he held Pink hand and after a 15 minute walk they come across a clearing and Pink looked in wonder and joy she couldn't believe how beautiful the lake was and with such beautiful and amazing things she has never seen before in her life. As she was taking it all in Cairo noticed one of the flowers was about to bloom under the moons ray and he quickly turn to pink and said " Pink look the Moons flowers are about to bloom" Pink turned just in time to see a big white flower bloom it let out a beautiful smell and she couldn't help but take in all of its beauty, Cairo smiled and kept talking he talked about the flower and told her how it only blooms every full moon and how he loves the smell of it. As they talked and laughed Cairo couldn't help but be more drawn to Pink deep down he felt like he can tell anything and she would support him and help him through both good times and bad times, as Cairo goes and sits down on a rock he dips his feet into the water and hummed softly as he swings his legs in the water before he knew it he started singing " wise men say only fools rush in but I can't help falling in love with you Shall I stay? Would it be a sin? If I can't help falling in love with you" Pink looked at him with love in her eyes as he heard him sing with such love she still couldn't believe that this was the same person that used to be so heartless and cold and would never let anyone near his heart. 

As time went on Cairo started to notice that the sun was starting to come up and so he turned to her and said " Pink we must go it's almost sunrise and i have a feeling we might be getting visitors soon"  Pink was confused about what Cairo had met by that but she didn't question as they walked back to wrop pad and got ready to wrop she noticed the look on Cairo face it was pale and filled with worry it was like he had completely changed after the night they had.  As they come back to moon she saw Cairo quickly run off to his room and she was saddened that he had not said anything to her when he  had left, she looked and saw Pearl standing on the stairs looking down at her with such pain in her eyes that she herself had never seen before it was like she was upset about her and Cairo being together but she then thought that was impossible after all Pearl never said or mention anything about her love for Cairo, in fact, Pink doesn't even recall Pearl ever talking about him. As Pink slowly walks up towards the control room she stopped next to Pearl and asked: " Pearl do we have any messages?" Pearl looked at Pink and answered back " yes my diamond White, Blue and Yellow are coming to visit and see how you are going with your colony" Pink then widens her eyes when she realized why Cairo was so uneasy if the other Diamonds found out he was falling in love with her it was possible that White well take him away and re-train him and he will go back to cold person he once was. 

As Pink was panicking and worrying over what will happen Cairo was getting ready to meet White Diamond again he hopes that White well like how things are turning out and that she will be happy with the results of his work and of him protecting Pink with all his abilities.  As time went on he felt in his heart that White Diamond was arriving soon so he quickly walked out of the room and down the stairs to wait for her, Pink Diamond and Pink Pearl decided to go down with him and sure enough White, Yellow and Blue all come in. Cairo quickly said " Welcome my Diamonds it is so lovely to see you" White was the first to respond and say " Cairo it is so good to see you I can tell everything going according to plan then" Cairo smiled and said proudly " yes my Diamond everything going great"  as Cairo and White talk Yellow and Blue decided to spend some time catching up with Pink and talk about everything and how things are going on her plant as they talked they noticed that Pink keeps looking ant Cairo and White Diamond and they weren't sure as to why that is.

What if White diamond went to earth after pink was supposed to have been shuttered, What if she found an orphan boy who she decided to take back with her and raised him to become an obedient slave and what if this boy meets steven and wants to be friends with him but can't find the heart to betray the one person that looked after him.

It was not hard for the fire to completely destroy the rose bushes and when the flames are reduced to dying embers, I mourned my loss. "This is the Emperor's Flower you searched so desperately for. Of course, this one is in bloom and not the one that just went up in flames."

"Where did you get this? It is beautiful," I breathed. He offered the flower to me and I took it from his hand carefully. The flower looks fake, made out of lace or another cloth. The purple haired man sat down beside me and I start to doubt his status as an emperor. Emperors would not willingly sit on a dirty chair, not to mention plain dirt. 

"Does the creator of the flower need to find the flower?" I gasp, staring at the man in black. He had changed his appearance once again, having taken off the silver mask and the horns protruding from his forehead vanished. His smooth skin made the black antlers seem like an illusion. A powerful man like him would create a flower? "I gave this flower to many merchants but I have not found anyone who can make them bloom. I can, but I think if yours was not maliciously burned, you would have succeeded."

"Oh, may I ask how you came here? Not a lot of people would visit these gardens." I see him turn his head to face me but I instinctively look away. I feel his cold hands lightly grip my chin which sends shivers down my spine. He forces me to look into his jet black eyes but I notice something strange. "Your eyes look like they contain stars!"

"Yes, I know." The suspicious man grins with so much confidence. I finally take the time to study his sharp jawline, his honey skin, the swirling tattoo on his neck and his lean body. He looks very terrifying, especially when he grins with his snow white teeth. He sighs, "Who would have known the girl in the library was Phoenix's fourth princess! It is such a pity your roses had to be burned the day I arrive."

"Did you watch me the whole time?" I was too busy feeling sad and spiteful that I did not notice the man enter the gardens. I did feel someone was following me into the garden but when I smelled smoke, I disregarded the unnerving stare. I tried to look away from his hypnotizing eyes. "Are you truly an emperor? The Emperor of Tenebris?" 

"I am Noctis Malum, Emperor of Tenebris. I have invited your family to many of my balls and I must say, your sisters are snobby wenches. I do not believe you went often?" I cover my mouth to stifle a laugh. After he directly insulted my sisters I had more reason to doubt his identity. He knows my thoughts. "I truly am an emperor." 

"I have attended about three in the last ten years. I know you hold yearly gatherings but I am usually grounded during those days. I love Tenebris but I'm too unruly to not be punished every other day." I shrugged at his disappointed look. His eyes betrayed his emotions. I twirled the black flower in my hands. "I will believe your words. After all, the host of the balls never showed up. I was always curious about who ruled such a vast kingdom." 

"Are you surprised?" I told him I was very surprised. The deep laugh that comes from his throat sounded again, almost eerily. "I understand your confusion. I hold annual events but I watch the pompous rulers from shadows. Nobles from all over visit my palace hoping to find my favors. I think your siblings are still hunting me to this day." 

"I thought you would be like a character from a book because you were so mysterious. the rumors I've heard about you were also not flattering," I told him without thinking. His dark eyebrows rose above his dark eyes. "They say that you bathe in blood at night, torture prisoners of war in your dark dungeons, kill anyone who is not your subject, tame the most vile beasts and-" 

"And most of them are true," he says darkly. Noctis uses his magic to absorb the ashes still lying around the gazebo. He realizes that his unconscious action startled me and stopped. "I do not bathe in blood at night but I do like taking baths with rose petals. A little feminine but it helps me relax. I do not personally torture prisoners, I make them fight each other." 

I had to shiver twice because my sisters enjoy rose petal baths and I do not think males would ever think of flowers in baths. The Emperor of Tenebris proudly lists his darker side using the prisoners as an example. Somehow, he can make the strongest teams crumble without meeting them even once. The frightening overlord sitting beside me knows the human mind and can easily manipulate others. 

"I will kill anyone who trespasses onto my land but only if I find they are harming my people or land. Nice trespassers will simply be shipped back to their original place. I tame the most powerful beasts to find ways to prevent deaths from beast attacks. The rumors have fair grounds but all else is works of imagination." Noctis sighs wistfully. "I sometimes do wish I have a scarred face like they say. Do you also fear me?"  

I quickly shake my head, choosing my words carefully. As a princess I must watch my tongue and when speaking to a powerful emperor, I must be more careful. "I am more fascinated than afraid. You are not like other kings and emperors, you are an enigma. I heard your people adore you and they even consider you to be godly. Why would others spread half truths about a formidable emperor?" 

"My people have never seen me as their emperor. If it does not confuse you, I use many disguises in this world. You saw me as a noble attending your family's balls. My subjects see me as the best knight in their kingdom. Even my soldiers cannot recognize their emperor." I have never heard of such a thing and Noctis knows this. "Tenebris is usually peaceful despite the constant threat of attackers. I create another image to act as the emperor." 

"You are indeed an interesting man. If you are a ruler of a huge kingdom, I think it is interesting that you lie low. Perhaps, do you change your appearance to stay mysterious and out of the eyes of rival kings?" I see him nod, purple hair bouncing as he does so. I commented on his success in fooling me. "I thought you were merely a young noble." 

"I just recalled my reason for searching for you. Back at the showing room, you were told by the queens not to ask questions. I have been curious as to what it is you wanted to inquire about me," the emperor moved to sit on the steps of the glass gazebo. Again, his dark figure does not look at peace with the shimmering building. 

I am still seated on the dirt. I shrugged to tell him the question is no longer important. Still, he urges me to ask. "The question is slightly intrusive. You said you bought land from my grandfather. He was at least one hundred and seventy when he gave up his throne. How old are you, and are you married?"   

"Calor was a very admirable king but I was an emperor way before he was born. In your life you may have heard of three Emperors of Tenebris? The original, the son and then the nephew?" I nodded as I remembered attending two funerals in Tenebris. It is said that the original was poisoned and his son became the emperor. The son also died tragically and now, the nephew is the one on the throne. Noctis' smile struggled to hide his emotions. "There was only one emperor the whole time. The generations were all illusions I created to avoid speculation. I am also not married." 

I find myself gawking at the Emperor of Tenebris once again. If his words are true he is old and looking for a bride. As much as I felt comfortable talking to him, knowing his age suddenly turned off my interest. "I apologize, I do not think I can speak with you any longer. Please do not waste your time here and find someone else. Phoenix has many beautiful women and if my father is brave, he can break one of my sister's betrothal for you." 

I gather the skirt of my dress in my hand, rise from the ground and stumbled away from the glass gazebo, hoping Noctis does not follow me. I run through the garden arch, confronted by my sisters. I gulp, too exhausted to dole out their punishments. All seven princesses block my way and strategically corner me, picking an area far away from my sparring brothers. 

"Oh, what is this ugly flower doing here?" Glim says as she ripped the Emperor's Flower out of my hands. With encouragement from the other girls she plucks the flower, petal by petal. The black, lacy petals fall to her feet and explodes. Glim stared at her torn shoes, livid once she realizes the flower I held almost harmed her. "Is this black magic?" 

"It is black magic! What type of good flower would explode and it is black!" Clara shouts as she slaps me with her small hands. She is the youngest princess but she is the most physically violent. She is short so she can only hit my abdomen but she does punch with emotion. "She must have inherited the evil magic from her mother! Let's beat her until she loses her powers." 

"No, we cannot touch her because father likes her so much," Flare says mockingly. She flips her golden hair behind her back, blue eyes rolling as she speaks of my relationship with Father. She holds up a knife and my heart starts to beat. They may not touch me but if they work together, they can kill me and fool my father. They start to close in on me. 

"Stay back of you do not want to be scorched!" I shout out to them whilst shooting a ball of fire into the sky. I can feel my throat start to dry. The fire ball shot up because I could not focus during my moment of panic. If I can find my composure, I will be able to give them a few burns. "Clara, remember the time I burned your hair until it looked like porcupine quills?" 

Clara covers her ears with her small hands and shouts over my voice. "I still hate you for that! Look, my hair could be at my waist but you made it shorter. Maybe we should cut your hair in clumps. You will appreciate your fiery hair when it looks like a sheep had been abandoned while getting its wool shorn." 

"Whose hair do you think you lot are cutting?" A loud voice thunders from behind my sisters. All seven girls split on either side of me, throwing accusing looks in my direction. Of course, they think I caused then to be caught by the newcomer. I see Noctis glide across the ground, looking disgusted. "Is that how you should treat your sister?"

"Do you know who we are? We are the princesses of Phoenix, we can do anything. Who are you? A mere noble who is self-righteous?" I wince for my sisters, wondering how Noctis will react to their high pitched screams. Clara stepped away from me and lifts her hand as the man in shadows glided over to the huddled group. Now that I look at his feet, he is literally floating.

"Yes, you are princesses of Phoenix, I am well aware. Does that also mean Lucerna can burn you too? After all, she is a princess of Phoenix, she can do anything." The emperor politely held a hand over his mouth to hide his yawn. His yawn was fake but my sisters managed to take his action as a huge insult. Clara inched closer to him but he does not flinch, even when she attacked. With two fingers he held her wrist, "Clara, why are you still so nasty?"

"I do not know you!" Clara spits on his tan face in an attempt to make him release her wrist. I look closer to see his nails have grown and are digging into her skin, drawing a few drops of blood until the puncture started to leak red liquid under his fingernails. Clara failed to kick his groin. "Let go of me! My sisters and I will tell our father what you are doing to us. You will wish you've never messed with us because our father is powerful!"

"Oh?" A dark eyebrow arched as his voice becomes dangerously low. The emperor must be amused, not batting an eye at her threats. My sisters were hesitant to help Clara because they are calculating creatures. They know Noctis is not a mere noble. "I have met you at least four times in Tenebris. Of course, you have seen an illusion of me but I am an emperor, not a measly nobleman. If I rip your arm off right here, do you believe me when I say your father would be apologizing to me?"

"He would never apologize to you. You must be a bored man using the image of Tenebris' emperor, Noctis, to ruin our business." Clara turned to her sisters, begging them to help her escape Noctis' but each one pretended to look away. "My sisters and I will teach you how to respect princesses! Let go of me! My mother will castrate you!"

"If she dares to touch me, I will make you infertile. See if any prince or king will want to marry you and your nasty personality. I know your mother very well and I hope I do not have to offend her. You are all so disappointing," the emperor shakes his head and finally releases Clara. He watches the little girl run back towards her sisters who tried to soothe her with open arms. Noctis turned his nose towards the dark sky. "If you do not mind, I will take Lucerna away. I will speak to your father."

"Wait!" Solis, the eldest princess of Phoenix calls out to the man gliding towards us. She uses her delicate hands to stroke her hair and I can see she is about to try her 'charms' on him. My sisters all look away as Solis pushes out her chest and starts to lift her skirt along her legs. "Why don't you take me away first? My sisters can finish our business and since you want a woman, I am available."

"No, you are not. You are betrothed to the eldest prince of Gratia but your marriage has been pushed back for the past seven years. The eldest prince met you when you were both children and I assume you were nasty just like Clara is now. Being married to a spiteful woman such as you will be disgraceful. Also, I do not need women." Noctis grins in my direction which I do not understand. He brushed shoulders with Solis, ignoring her advances.

My sisters looks at him like curious cats. They must be thinking about his identity and his familiarity with our family's matters. I do not think anyone outside our family would know who each offspring of Phoenix is going to marry and yet, Noctis has proved me wrong. He must have known I am the only princess not promised to any royal family, but I cannot understand why he found interest in me. 

For the whole time we spoke in the library we talked about my favorite books. Each book I pulled off shelves, he knew the title and story just by looking at the leather. Fantasy, romance, war strategies, history books, encyclopedias, map collections, he recognized them all! I was shocked he could comment on the romance books I used to read as a young girl. 

The brooding emperor grabbed my wrist and strung me along as if he is pulling a cart. I do not hear my sisters follow us and I urge him to let go of my arm. I try to pry his hand off my wrist. "My Lord, a man and woman should not touch each other like so. I did not need to be rescued but I thank you anyway. Please release me." 

Noctis spins on his heel to face me. Once again, his beady eyes speckled with gold stares into my mind. He looks disappointed, "Why do you let your sisters belittle you? Have you not changed since your younger days? You used to cower at my banquets, hiding from your sisters. Your brothers and father are not always near to help you. Why do you take their punches without even trying to block a blow?" 

I use all my strength to rip his hand off my wrist, regretting using so much force. It seems I have injured myself more than the emperor. "You know nothing about my sisters and I. We used to be very close but now that we are all older, we changed under the stresses of life. I do not wish to harm my siblings." 

"What if you had no choice? Suppose the girl with the blade did not think of stopping at cutting your hair. What would you do with a knife plunged into your heart, all for the sisterly love that died?" His dark eyes lost their golden flecks, reminding me of a crow's eye. Completely dark and dull. "You are letting the evils in them grow. Is that also sisterly love? I cannot comprehend." 

"You do not know our family well enough, do you? You think you know everything about the royal family of Phoenix?" My hands itched to slap the arrogant smile off his face. He may know my family well but he could never know why my sisters are so vicious towards only me. "You do not have to understand me. My Lord, I suggest you sail back to where you came. I beg my leave." 

I am glad to know he let me go without trying to hold me back. Out of embarrassment and frustration I let the river flow. I ran blindly towards my room, hoping to rest for the rest of the day. I do not wish to interact with any more people after the incident with my plants and the Emperor of Tenebris.

The time spent in the hallway became uncomfortable. I lost track of how long we were pinned wall to wall walking sideways. I became tired and stiff, I really wanted to sit down but couldn't. 
It seemed we had spent an hour walking when I heard a "UMF". Up ahead Ashley had finally stumbled onto something new. I rushed the twins in front of me faster.
As quick as a snap this bright light appears at the small exit of the tunnel that I had to continue the discomforting position to get through. I as well stumbled down a foot, to feel this green lush grass cushion me as I am bent down from the fall. Looking forward is an endless path of trees of all kinds, oak, spruce, willow, all so beautiful. Behind me, the little hallway was gone. Thank God, that thing sucked. A warm spring breeze carried branches in a dance. I was so happy that we had to this place, Ive never seen so much GREEN! Is was beautiful!!! I took a moment to look around at my group. We had all taken a spot in the grass around us to rest our legs and stretch from that uncomfortable event. 
Focusing more on each individual, Asher was tall (I would say around 6,4) and strongly built yet not over done. Nathan was just an inch shorter, and less built and more thin. His night black short hair was curly, making us seem like if he straightened it, it would touch his shoulders. He wasn't too bad though in my opinion. Ashely has a strong stomach, but her thighs were kissing. Her chest was her money maker as I could put her around a size 32DD. She was a darker skin color that looked like she had tanned a bit too much. Her bleached hair had been perfectly put into two Dutch braids that reached her mid-back. The twins both had the same clothes and hair style that made making telling them apart too much effort. They both had hair to their ankles that was put into tight braids. Their hair was as dark as Nathan's and small round faces that gave them a look of eternal youth. They both had silvery grey eyes that matched to their pale skin. They were both y'all and slim, with little to no bust. 
These are the people I would spend the next 4 years with, growing with each of them. Oh boy was I the rut of the pack. 
I was never self conscious before, but I am now, my skin was clear like Bella's, except my markings on my back. Something I would have to hide from them all if I was to keep my identity a secret. I had a small waist that curved like a C on both sides. I had strong arms and was a size 29C. My hips were large giving my a pear shape. The gap in my thighs gave me an awkward standing position. My butt was a fair size, the shape of a heart too, but not plump like Ashley. My hair was grey with black eyebrows and lashes. This was natural, something me and my mother share that no one else does. People think I dye it though so it doesn't blow my cover. 
"Cleo."
I've been wandering in thought too much too quickly. They had picked themselves up to begin down the trail in the trees. Looking at the Trail with more focus, it was almost...too green. 
We began trailing down in a line one after the other.  
The trees were so dense, I could only see through on or two only to have my view stopped by another tree. The only way to go was down the path. Down at the grass. 
"Hey guys, there's something new up ahead." 
Nathan at the front stops so they we all can see next to him since the Trail has more room than the hallway. About 6 feet ahead, a small purple flower was growing. It wasn't a slow growth, but one that just grew and bloomed in a mater of seconds. 
"I want to touch it." Layla says. Ashely lightly slaps her arm."
"Are you crazy? What if it's poison!"
"Ooooh. Yea."
I chuckle a tad to watch the flower. It finally reached full bloom when the grass sprang out and sucked it into the earth! 
We all took a slight step back, baffled, confused, and some scared. 
"What the fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck." Nathan said.
"LANGUAGE!!" Bella spoke like a harsh school instructor, and proceeded to bonk him on the head.  She sure has some fire. 
Asher took off a sock he had on. He said, 
"If the same thing happens to my sock, then we reached the next stage." He threw the sock almost exactly where the flower was. For a moment nothing seemed to happen, but again, the grass in extreme speed sucked the sock into the ground. 
"Well, nice knowing you all, was fun while it lasted." Nathan said with sarcasm. The twins held each other and began to shake. 
"I don't want to die this soon!" One cried out. 
"Your so dramatic." Ashley said. "We can get through simply by running fast. The flower took a moment to bloom and then the grass ate it, and the sock was there for a moment as well. As long as we don't stay in the same spot for more than a second or two, we'll be fine."
Easier said than done.
