Zhao Youyue did not know that the song existed within another world as well. It was the Mandarin version of the OP of "Bakusō Kyōdai Let's & Go!!". Parallel universes were interesting.
She had not watched "Bakusō Kyōdai Let's & Go!!". However, this did not stop her from enjoying "The 4WD God".
"Bakusō Kyōdai Let's & Go!!" was led by a pair of deuteragonists, while "The 4WD God" was led by a protagonist Zhang Haolie. He was the combination of the deuteragonists in "Bakusō Kyōdai Let's & Go!!." This would be a Pseudo-Invincible styled[1] anime.
Apparently, Zhang Haolie would never start a race smoothly. He would always fall behind at the start. However, just as Ultraman would only show his strength when his red light beeps, Zhang Haolie would only speed up during the later stages. This would be textbook shonen. The main character would always blow up with passion and claim victory with a bang.
In reality, it sounded ridiculous, being able to egg a mini 4WD on by shouting, or to release the ultimate skill 'Victory Charge Tornado' by hollering out the skill name. Yet, it worked, every single time.
Whenever Zhao Youyue saw the male protagonist's mini 4WD releasing its ultimate skill, her mind would freeze------ how did this even work?
This was the bane of all human intelligence!
Yet, she had to admit that such a setting was very sensational. The male protagonist's cries would reach her and boil her blood, and she would sincerely hope for him - who would be brimming with positive energy - to win the competition.
No wonder so many kids dug this anime. In fact, some works would not require any rationality at all. Once you look past the lack of logic, it did have its appeal. Such genre is similar to those 'killer sports' works. They took different approaches, but reaped equal results.
Zhao Youyue remembered once watching an anime that was related to spinning tops. Those spinning tops would be able to summon divine beasts and carry on battling on another level. Wasn't that ridiculous? Not to the kids. They took it all in stride…
How boring would it be, if mini 4WDs, tops, and yo-yos in anime obediently followed the rules of reality.
These anime have all been produced to sell the toys. They were all large-scale, feature-length advertisements.
Now that "The 4WD God" anime is being broadcasted to great effect, all mini 4WD models within the series are being highly demanded. Many kids believed that they would be just like the characters within the anime, releasing 'ultimate skills' and winning competitions.
Zhao Youyue's purpose of creating a female character this time was not to obtain any sort of ability, but to obtain a 'high popularity character card' as a consumable.
Therefore, she did not need to apply a hack on herself, she was not here to create another Mary Sue character, such as the perfect goddess, 'Chu Luoxun.'
It would be best to stick to the storyline and obtain a high popularity character card.
She chose to toss aside the idea of working for another iconic character. Disasters don't happen in tales for kids.
Actually, something could be made out of it. "Eva" was a good example. After the heroine died, her spirit possessed the male protagonist's racing car, becoming one with the machine. Even when the car runs out of battery, it would stir to live at the crucial moment, turning the tables upon the enemy, terrifying all who witness it!
Wouldn't that be fantastic?
She could always work something out.
However, Zhao Youyue did not want to die anymore. This piece of work was meant for kids. Let's spare them the grief and harshness of reality.
She did not dare to cause random mess onto such an extremely popular work. If not, her destiny might be reversed, and that was not something funny.
The male protagonist Zhang Haolie was extremely popular. The popularity of the work only served to boost his own popularity. He was just one step away from becoming an iconic character. Unfortunately, he was not a female. Or else, Zhao Youyue would be able to her first ever 'easy win.'
However, due to the explosive popularity of "The 4WD God", it wouldn't be very difficult to create a highly popular female character. She had to be unique in her own way. She had to be formidable.
This would depend on Zhao Youyue's own imagination. The more the better, without ruining the work.
She only needed to possess a female character and conquer the invincible male protagonist once. That would be more than enough for the audience to remember her.
However, she sensed that the scriptwriters of the original anime would never approve of such a plot. Ultraman would never be defeated by any monster. Even if he were to be defeated by one, that monster should probably be the ultimate monster which had been lurking about and built up with layer after layer of foreshadowing, not by a little monster that suddenly pops out of nowhere.
If there are any flaws in this anime, it would be the fact that none of the female mini 4WD players had left a deep impression on the kids yet. The female players were mostly passerbys. Having a passerby defeat the male protagonist all of a sudden would make no sense.
The scriptwriter would immediately notice the oddity, and dismiss the results of that 'intoxicated' state.
Zhao Youyue had even done some research on the anime's scriptwriter. His name was Tian Jun. This anime was his third mini 4WD-based work. His first two animes had obviously paved the way for this third one. It was also the best in all aspects, among all three animes.
The third anime had even adopted a newer, updated art style. The anime would not have been as popular without it.
Zhao Youyue is always well-prepared when she resolves herself to take something seriously. She had not yet thought of any breakthrough ideas. Therefore, she chose to finish all the previous content first.
She even entertained the thought of not even being a player, but as a competition commentator or a mini 4WD developer. However, the named female characters were all primary school students. They were the same age as the male protagonist Zhang Haolie. It made no sense for a primary female student to be a commentator or a researcher.
Moreover, Zhao Youyue did not know the anime's scriptwriter. It would be very troublesome to get him to create an elder female side character. After all, this was a long-running anime. It was not so easy to add a new character out of the blue.

alright. a lot of you guys are saying that this fic is going to have a lot of anime crossover and the story going to be a mess. I already limit all the fic Harem to just 3 or 4 girls. you may be wondering this already have 6 crossovers. Working!!, Wotaku ni koi wa Muzukashii, Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai, Eromanga Sensei, Ansatsu Kyoushitsu, and lastly Oregairu.
I already limit this to 10 crossover fic (Hopefully not more if a sudden inspiration came. if that's is it, then I am sorry). on those 10, 3 or 4 crossover is going to be just a side character for example one of them is Working!!.
Then comes the Character. Harumi Takeda is an MC I take from a manga called "My senpai is annoying!". even though he is 24 years old, he is still an Otaku, and since it's an anime world, it's going to be where the character enjoy and having fun (Because this is a wish-fulfillment story). I just take his characters and the other character isn't exist in this world.
Ansatsu Kyoushitsu student's character, if I write all of them in one chapter, It's going to be awfully packed and confusing. the writing is going to become nowhere and it got to the point where It's actually too much. 28 students for god sake it's going to be the death of me but I really want to just write it.
The latter added anime, it's just going for the important character for this fic, for example, Sakura, Korosensei (Because the action is needed, duh), and Shizuka.
the last thing is, For god's sake, I am just a newbie writer. the point of all the fanfic I have is just to write what pop-up in my mind and try to create the story. I really am thankful for you guys support at my fanfic but please don't just ask for too much in your guy's favor. maybe some of you hate, and some love it. even though I already create 3 fanfic and the first one is a mistake, I try hard to improve.

Ren was what you called an otaku, watching anime all day, playing video games, and reading manga and web novels.

"Huh what is this?" Ren muttered, in his screen while he was downloading his favorite anime show, a sudden pop up shot out.

"What is this? Some kind of new game? Well whatever, I was bored anyway better try it." Ren clicked yes, and another window popped out, it was a character creation screen. 

So it really was a game, and oh wow this character create screen, has a lot of choices. Let's see what type of character should I make. Oh right should I make it look like Ragna from that fighting game I recently played. That guy look cool, ok let's see here...

Ren used the character customization screen the best he can, and was able to create a character that looked exactly like Ragna. He is a young adult with white spiky hair and heterochromia: his left eye being green and his right being red. His clothing consists of a hybrid of modern, futuristic and old features. He wears a vibrant red sleeved jacket with two long thin tails hanging from the back. Under it is a black shirt with three red belts and also several belts covering his right arm. He wears a pair of black gloves with a red shell on the backs of the hands. 'Yep this was the same look as the Ragna I played, the only difference is the right arm where the fake arm was suppose to be.

After creating his character, Ren clicked the create character button. A noticed popped out, "Have you finalized you character creation?" Ren clicked yes, and went to a stat allocation screen. 

Let's make this character near what I think Ragna's stats will be like. Strength:50 Dexterity:38 Agility:30 Endurance:50 Mana:40

"There we go finished." Upon clicking finish, a load screen came out. 

Overpowered system loading,.....

"Overpowered system? Is that the name of the game?" While Ren was thinking, a sudden white flash came from his computer, on seeing the light Ren started losing consciousness.

A gentle breeze brushed Ren's face, afterwards he felt the pitter patter of rain dripping on his face. 

What the hell, is my roof leaking? Ren slowly opened his eyes. Once he opened his eyes what he saw shocked him, his roof was gone, not just that he's room was gone. 

"WHAT THE HELL!?" Wait where the hell am I? What happened? 

All around him where just an endless ocean of trees, Ren was in a forest but he couldn't remember how he got here.

While Ren was confused and slightly frightened, he heard a robotic voice inside his head.

What the hell is this? Okay.... I need to cool down, the last thing I remember was downloading a computer game... Don't tell me, like in those anime and light novels I read, I actually got transported to another world with a system!!! 

"OH YES!!!!" Wow finally something exciting actually happened! I can't believe I got transported to another world, and of all the cheats I could have, I get the system type cheat, and this system is actually literally claiming to be an overpowered system. How awesome! 

Ok then, let's double check my status... I see so I became Ragna the blo*dedge, my favorite character, in the recent fighting game I played. The skill Invincible barrier seems to be a passive given by the system, the Intermediate sword skill is also a passive, and I actually feel I can do the moves Ragna used in the game. 

The Experience points and level are things I already know of, but what is this Overpowered Points? Let's see if I can ask the system.

'What kind of power ups?'

What's with that difference? Well I get it the Sharingan can copy skills and moves, while the Emperor's eye can see the subtle details of the body or like the anime said, predict the future.

The moment I open my eyes, I saw nothing more than a starry sky. It was a beautiful scene that would make anyone stop and enjoy it, but I wasn't worried about this.
What I was worried about was, Where am I?
"AAh!!" A sudden pain came into my head and with that pain I remembered what happened.
I was playing a VR game, called Dream World; it was a game that changed the whole industry as it allowed its player to get any skills no matter what their character was. Meaning even if someone take an archers character, with training other skills, he could have blacksmiths skills or potion maker.
It was a great game; everyone played it, including me. My character was a Vampire and the only character in game that could not pass his limits, the need of blood. It took me more than 5 years to grind my skills, from vampire skills to necromancy or magicians.
I had every skills, that any player could imagine and when I became Global No.1 player, I was granted to break my limits and now no longer need any blood to maintain my health.
This news made me so happy that I jumped up, while wearing my headset. But when I landed, my legs got entangled with power cable, a shortcut happened, and I died…
 "If I died, then is the afterlife?" I stood up on my feet as I said that.
Around me were big trees, surely these tree are not from earth as they are way too big, but what attracted my attention was my hands.
As I looked into my hands, fingers and then my body, I noticed I was skinny and my right hand fingers, had 5 rings in each finger. And my body was covered in black-skinny clothes. Also, I had a cape and the cape's color reached up to my ear.
"Don't tell me, this is real?" I said to myself, as all these clothes, rings and body structure belonged to a certain someone, with which I am very familiar.
I looked around myself, and found small water pit, I ran towards it and while staying near the water, I put my face above water.
It was a very bright moon so I everything was as clear as day.
In the water, my doubts were cleared. It was Yama, my game character that I played.
*Gulp*
After this, only one thing came to my mind, "If this is not an afterlife, then where in the world am I?!!!"
I was starting to get nervous, as I looked around.

Something calmed my mind, but it also piqued my question, "this sound… Is it that premium dispel negative effect?"
Dispel Negative Effect, A passive skill, that was premium and available only for limited time, I bought through putting all my savings on it. This effect doest what it's name says, it removes any type of negative effect on the user, even the feeling of pain, thought in game we couldn't feel pain, but when attacked our vision was blurry, but after this skill no more blurriness,
"Don't fucking tell me, that it's like that anime called Overlo*d", I had watched an anime, which also had this same setting, the only difference might be that, he had his servants but I don't have anyone…
"Wait a second, If this is like that anime, then do I also have all my skills?" That question came to me as I remembered the anime. Within a next second, I tried to test it.

Nothing happened, this "Show-Skill tree" allowed players to see their skills but it seems like I really am not in game.

With bats appearing out of no-where, all of them joined in one point and then created a same person as me. It was one of my skill which allowed me to create clones of myself, lower level and higher level.
"As I thought I do have my skills…" My doubts are all cleared. I am right now in my game character and posses all my skills but still the biggest question is, "where am I?"

With my single wish to fly up, black wings grew from my back. "Damn, they look really good…" and this was the first thing that came to my mind.

But god made the islands structure good. The one island is bigger than others & in centre of all islands where Mars palace is situated. An island which looks like cresent moon surrounding the main island at whole south side, it is second largest island among six islands. In east & west side of main island there are one island each side and they are almost similar in size. North side of main island there is a big island & there is a small island which is situated between north and west island.

Mars: I will build six cities in this six islands. My kingdom's capital will be situated in this main island, a seaport town and my kingdom's navy base in this south cresent moon shaped island, an agricultural industry based city in north side large island & rest of the three island I decided later what I do with them.

And for now security and safety purpose I need a good military for my country. I decided I build a military based on Bleach's gotei 13, but in case of my kingdom's military it consists of 7 divisions. Five division will be guarding & maintain order five islands except capital. One division will be made only for intelligence gathering & secret work outside the kingdom. And above this six division will be one division which is king's spacial squadron, this division's head will be chief of millitary of kingdom Roquellard. This division guarding the capital. The 7 divisions are like this

Division zero: King's spacial squadron, base of operations mainly main island/the capital but can any islands. Division head is chief of military/head of all divisions.(kingdom guardian)

Division one: Royal naval force, base of operation south island. Division head is kingdom navy head.

Division two: Secret intelligence brigade, do intel gathering and secret work outside world. 

Division three: Military force. base of operation big north island.

Division four: Military force. base of operation east island.

Division five: Do all types of work & miscellaneous works(healing, backup). a unique brunch of people also known as 'Five Star' division. base of operations small island of North.

Division six: Military force. base of operations west side island.

These seven division will be future military of this kingdom. Now division zero head is 'chief of military' of this kingdom's military, other six heads will be captain of their division, each captain will have 3 lieutenant under them, each lieutenant have 
5 sergeant under them, each sergeant will have 5 corporal under them, each corporal will have 10 officer under them and each officer will have 100 soldiers under them. This will be kingdoms military system in future except division two, which system will be different. 

There will be 1star, 2 star & 3 star officer  based on their capabilities 1 star is highest and 3 star is lowest, but there will be 3 lieutenant under captain of the division & they will be chosen based on most capable people in division.

And king mean me will be chief of commander of whole army which is highest rank in all the military.

Author's Note - So here what happened. I left the room. Two of my friends got in some WWE thing. They just broke my Laptop. I had done some good hand exercise that day.  Didn't have any backup made of the chanters I wrote. So, I just got f**ked up. I dropped that story seeing I don't have enough passion to fill the loopholes of the previous chapters and continue with that weak starting plot again. So here I just started a new one on same theme. Don't know if it will be good,bad or worse. My English still sucks. But I am working on it. No extra proofreading or editing. It's me only. So forgive if there are  errors and kindly show me so that I can fix those. Best of luck to myself for starting new story and you for starting reading this low quality sh*t. But still, Read if it feels like readable. I only know how to right sh*t. So no sh*t will go right even if you start saying sh*t about it. Hehe..

The SI character will be slightly OP from the beginning.  I am trying to make a story mainly focusing other things than Strength. So if you want level up type story, forgive me. But this story is not for you.

Those who watch Anime and read Manga, Light-novels should have heard of words like Reincarnation, Transmigration, Reborn etc. 

Many fans love contents created with the theme of reincarnation or reborn in another world storyline. Thinking about what good things they could do if it was possible in their life. Like, being reborn in a world of fantasy or Anime story, becoming a more OP character than the protagonist of original story.

Ren, our protagonist of this story thought about these 'important' matters too. He wasn't a pervert like some extreme fans. But as a teenager who was becoming interested in opposite gender due to his age, he liked to watch anime of Ecchi, harem, Reincarnation, Transmigration genres.

He also thought as most of the anime fans like what would happen if he gets to reincarnate or reborn in one of his favorite anime story universe. What would he do?  Be OP?  Gain Harem?  Become a Shadow King? 

He laughs of to himself for thinking about these impossible and childish things sometimes. 

As a normal normal teenager from a middle class happy family, he didn't have much of a problem with his life. He had family who loved him and friends who he could have fun with. And he was soon going to propose a girl he liked from his class too. Though he didn't live that girl, he did feel attraction. Due to raging hormones  and advices from friends, he thought it would be good if he could have girlfriend.

Thinking about the next day ' Proposing and Gaining a Girlfriend' mission he went to sleep at night. 

But, when he gained his consciousness again, it wasn't the ceiling,wall or window of his room he saw. It was something else entirely.


Ren's POV-

I woke up from sleep....or not?  What is this place? Am I in dream? It's like I can feel my body but can't concentrate to a single organ. It's confusing.

It is, like a empty space. If one could say about the color, It is like….. … a mixture of white and grey maybe? Do I really can see?  As I don't think I have eyes now. Don't know how is this even possible.

Suddenly, 

[Congratulations! Entity Code -??????  ??????, Name gained in previous world – Ren. You have been chosen by the Council of Gods as the last Player to join for becoming a God.]

"Erm..What if I say I don't want to?" Ren asked.

[Host can't reject the proposal.]

"As I thought."

[Many Gods are surprised seeing you gaining attention of ?????????]

[They are discussing rubbish again as always.]

[Some Gods tried to create disturbance to the system. System self repairing.]

Ren woke up. He looked the place he was in. It was a western style room. He saw a girl wearing school uniform normally used in Japan in front of him. She was doing some paperwork maybe.

"Voluptuous figure..long black hair..violet eyes..ponytail. Ha..ha..yep. Nothing gone much wrong. I have become a  peerage member of Rias.  Maybe Kiba, Gasper or Issei ?" Ren thought while twitching like a lagged pc game character.

Feeling Ren's gaze on herself Akeno called her. "Rias-sama."

Ren"….."

"Rias-Sama?"

Ren looked up to Akeno and asked with confusion on her eyes."M-Me?"

"Who else? " Akeno replied with a question with a twitch on mouth.

"Ok..Now… I am shocked." Ren..Now Rias lost consciousness.

"Ri-aas!?? " Akeno shouted while catching Rias to stop her falling from sofa.

10 minutes later -
"So It has gender-bender tag also." Rias murmured after waking up looking up to the ceiling.(I will be calling Ren as Rias from now on.)

"Rias? What happened?" Akeno was looking at her with a worried expression.

"I thought I would just reincarnate as an unknown character outside of the original storyline and become stronger and will gain harem instead of Issei. How in the hell I instead became a character from the harem? I liked Rias. But not that much to becoming Rias. Where the hell my little bro went?  What should I choose?  Futa?  Yuri?  Or I stay as a girl and marry a guy?  Ewww! Even thinking about it makes me want to puke." Rias thought watching Akeno while crying inside.

"Rias?" Akeno called again.

"Akeno..Yes?" Rias said.

"What happened then?  You suddenly lost consciousness. Anything wrong with your body now?" Akeno asked.

"Akeno. You are so beautiful? " Rias said not being able to thinking straight.

"Huh...?!?!" Akeno couldn't find anything to say and blushed.
"You..You are also beautiful." Akeno said slowly.
"That I don't want to be." Rias said with a sorrowful expression.

The cause of losing consciousness was shock and influx of memories from previous original Rias Gremory. She has gained all of the original owner of body's knowledge and Experience.

According to the memories from original owner of this body and previous life anime and light novel story plot,  She is close to the time where the original story started. 

She has Akeno, Koneko, Kiba and Gasper on her peerage for now. Issei Hyoudou hadn't been killed and joined her peerage yet. 
She got the all knowledge Original Rias had gained. But her powers had got a huge upgrade.

While Akeno went out to call her peerage members to inform about Rias's condition, she started to look at the notifications system gave.
