"Let's see then" he smirked and quickly grab my arm.

"wh-" Holy Shit! bakit di ko napaghandaan yun?!

I tried to resist but I'm not strong as him. He quickly dugged his face to my neck like a vampire and lick my neck.

"Crap! Let me go creepy necktie freak!" I shouted. Napatakbo naman ang mga ka Gang ko papunta samin para tulungan ako.

I struggling hard but no use and his grip was so strong and suddenly pushed me towards his chest and move around. I noticed that he's kicking my gangmates while holding me tighter. Di man lang ito nahirapan. 

No use! He's really strong. I gathered skilled comrades but still... I couldn't defeat him.

"Let me go!" I shouted again. He looked at me while under his arms. Di man lang siya napagod. gaano ba talaga siya kalakas at di man lang makalapit yung mga kagang ko sa kanya?

"You can't defeat me Serene. that's certain."

"Don't act highly. One day, I'll defeat you with my own hands, be ready" I said then pushed him harder.

Nakawala naman ako sa pagkakayakap niya at agad na nilapitan ang mga ka Gang ko

"Sana di mo pa kinalimutan ang deal natin" He said while grinning

"Don't worry, I'm not that kind of person na aatras sa usapan" wika ko at binigyan ng signal ang kagang ko na kailangan na munang umatras.

"Good then. I'm expecting highly from you. I can't wait to see you at the altar wearing a wedding dress" he said while wearing his teasing smile.

"Better to give up with that dream, Mr. Zeke Flame Ashford" I said and rolled my eyes.

"It's not a dream but a goal that I must achieve no matter what happens. You'll be mine by hook or by crook"

The Red Roses are as beautiful as her Scarlet hair, her beautiful fragrance attracts many. This story depicts how the Fire Dragon fell for the Knight in armor.

The Huntingwood had many trump cards. Even if it suffered a few losses here and there, it was undeniable that it still had a huge advantage over the Thornfield's family: they possessed an adept-level powerhouse, the Grand Knight Tyler Anderson.

The Grand Knight Tyler Anderson was born in the famous Anderson family, one which rose to glory a few hundred years ago, when its founder broke through the grand knight realm while supporting the Phuinem King's war campaign. Handsomely rewarded, and giving birth to descendants full of potential, this ancestor from the Anderson family created many inheritances before dying:

Unique swordsmanship, unconventional tactics, education programs to improve the youths' potential, principles and morals to abide, alliances, body tempering resources and even a grand knight breathing technique! These inheritances were passed down through generations, and each rising grand knight who appeared over time added some items, enchanted weapons for example, before dying.

Grand Knight Tyler Anderson was in a dilemma. His family, widely known as the house of sword masters due to their unique swordsmanship, was in dire conditions. He was already 120 years old, and his physique was already decaying. His descendants lacked the potential and fervour necessary to break through the grand knight realm. Outsiders weren't an option either. 

There was one potential youth, indeed, but the girl, called Oriana Anderson, was only 28 years old, despite being already a peak knight. Breaking through the grand knight realm would take her more than 20 years, even with her heaven-defying talent, which was far from enough to stop the old Grand Knight from worrying for his family's future.

Tyler Anderson had received his share of injuries over time. One particular fight with an adept had crippled his right leg, thirty years ago. Although he wasn't the match of adepts anymore, he still possessed strong foundations, and a monstrous physique! It was enough to deal with the Thornfield family, or so he thought. 

When the Huntingwood family's supreme elder fought and lost against the Thornfield's famous Water Dragon, Tyler Anderson was in high spirit, thinking that the old man had been similarly injured. As long as he won this war, the Huntingwood family promised to offer him a high-grade elixir which would enable expand his lifespan by 50 years! Although he still had about a few decades left, grand knights were different from adepts. Grand knights only had 150 years of life expectancy, unlike adept who had over 300 years if lifespan.

The elixir was crucial to him, and his family. With 50 more years to live, Tyler would see the Anderson family rise again, hopefully gaining a new grand knight, and he would be able to rest in peace, after passing down his skills and knowledge to his descendant.

However, the Water Dragon was at his peak. His 'injuries' weren't anywhere to be seen, and he even seemed to be stronger than the last time he appeared. Rumours had been crafted by the scheming old man. What a terrifying enemy!

Drodosis' grandfather had purposefully showed 'average' pseudo-adept strength in his last duel with the Huntingwood's supreme elder, in order to take the grand knight by surprise. There was no way a normal grand knight would submit to an adept family like the Huntingwood's, which obviously lacked the means to hire one! It had to be an injured grand knight, willing to do anything to heal himself!

The Water Dragon was right…his opponent was barely a grand-knight. Even though he had internal energy unique to grand-knights, his real combat strength was only that of a pseudo-grand; his missing leg didn't escape the Water Dragon's eyes! The latter rejoiced and grinned: he had the advantage!

Moreover, as the Thornfield's family supreme elder, he had entered the treasury to consume several hundred Watercloud gems before coming to this fight. His spirit, which had been stuck for decades at 19 points, suddenly had an increase, and he was now at the peak of the pseudo-adept realm!

"Seems like I fell in your trap, old man", the old Grand Knight Tyler acknowledged the shrewdness of his opponent.

"Who are you calling old? Haha! You made a great mistake by siding with the shadow-element Huntingwood acolytes. They are weak in wars. Maybe, if they stayed in the shadows, they would have risen to greatness, but they were impatient! They lack the wisdom of a long-lasting adept family like ours. It's a pity to see a legend like yourself fall today. I truly feel sorry for that", the Water dragon said as he transformed.

The Water Dragon nickname wasn't for show. It was one of the 3 unique spells restricted to inner circle descendants of the Thornfield family! The Water Dragon Transformation spell was even more restrictive, since it required the caster to possess the Thornfield bloodline. Legends told that the family's ancestor had consumed a water dragon's bloodline before getting insight for this spell.

From a 6-feet average human, Drodosis' grandfather grew in size, to become a terrifying 8-meters-long, 3-meters-high dragon! Water elemental particles' concentration rose to terrifying heights, and the once-scorching sunlight became blocked by thick clouds. It was beginning to rain. A storm was about to break out…such was the secondary effects of his transformation!

The Grand Knight Tyler Anderson was absolutely shocked! This was a monster one could only find in legends! The Water Dragon was huge, dominant, overwhelming…At first, he thought it was just an illusion to make him lose confidence! He had met plenty of such acolytes in the past, yet he survived them all!

Tyler was no average man either. Although he only had one leg left, his muscles were so refined that he could still move with a speed equal to ten points of agility! This was a huge advantage against the slow water dragon…

However, the Water Dragon had long since expected such a reaction. While Tyler was confused, the Water Dragon had already begun casting a high-grade spell!

Once, the prairies were dry. However, after the Water dragon finished casting the Water Elemental Breath spell, the prairies were flooded! This spell was actually dealing over 100 points of damage, a value which would make anyone gasp in horror! It had surpassed the threshold of pseudo-adept limits!

The Grand Knight Tyler Anderson received the water breath on his chest, and could only watch helplessly as his enchanted armour turned into scraps of metal. Blocking the impact with shield, he could only curse the fact that he had only one leg left. The impact was so powerful that his shield was torn apart, and his body was blasted. It was as if tons of water had struck him!

His arm was bent in a weird and awful position, but the fighting spirit never wavered in his determined stare. Taking his spear in his left arm, he looked like a heroic spirit from legends. Strange runes spread all over his body. 

The Water Dragon narrowed its eyes, as he knew what it was. 

Grand knights could contend with adepts because they possessed killing techniques, and more importantly, secret grand knight techniques, allowing their internal energy to outburst and invigorate their cells for a few moments. This outburst of strength was so terrifying that it could transform them into near-invincible beings for a small amount of time.

However, it was a pity. The Water Dragon was unlike other pseudo-adepts. A dragon was, after all, an aerial being. Why would he stay on the ground, against a grand knight? The Water Dragon escaped in the air, leaving the Grand Knight Tyler Anderson confused and frustrated.

He had never met an acolyte so scheming and shameless! The pride of elders was nowhere to be seen in this supreme elder's demeanour! Minutes later, Grand Knight Tyler Anderson's grand knight secret technique lost its all-powerfulness, and he was struck by weakness, sign that the Water Dragon immediately perceived. 

Yet, the Water Dragon didn't rush, it supressed the grand knight with dozens of spells, from long range, leaving the Grand Knight Tyler Anderson's helpless.

One was a grand knight, the other was a pseudo-adept. The Grand knight should have easily won against the Water Dragon, yet it would have been underestimating the Thornfield Family's resources. The Water Dragon, once he had transformed, had adept-level strength! On the other hand, the grand knight Tyler was nowhere near as strong as he used to be, back in time, when he was at his peak.

One was weaker than expected, the other much stronger. The issue of the fight was determined. However, as the Water Dragon was about to go for the kill, the Grand Knight stood up, his eyes flickering with killing intent. The Water Dragon felt something wrong, and immediately changed direction, a decision which saved his life. 

The spear in the Grand Knight's hands had tripled in size, and it was surrounded by a strange flame, 
thorwn in an outburst of hope, supported by strength and internal energy. The spear was obviously an enchanted item, one which could deal as much as 120 points of damage, a terrifying number! It failed to hit the head, and pierced through the Water Dragon's belly instead. The injury was nasty, but it would recover in a few months. 

On the other hand, the Grand Knight Tyler Anderson had exhausted the very last bit of energy he had.

"I failed you…ancestors. I apologize…", Tyler whispered, knowing that his hand was near.

Sensing that the Water Dragon was closing in, he found enough energy to issue these last words: 

"You were a worthy opponent, Water Dragon! You were very strong, and it's an honour to fall in such a battle. I ask you this, as a Grand Knight. Don't take revenge on the Anderson Household."

"Why would I do that, Tyler Anderson? I respect you as an enemy, but don't misunderstand my respect for friendship", the grinning Water Dragon said. He had also transformed back in human form. 

Transforming might give him temporary adept-level strength, but it also cost him a crazy amount of mana! Each second was counted in a fight, especially in high-power fights like the one he had just won!

"Take this…It's a Drake Gland, an adept-level resource I acquired in my prime. It's no use to grand knights, but for acolytes, I heard it could increase their advancement success rate to adept level by 30%. Your family will surely rise, and this Drake Gland will improve bring the odds in your favour!", Tyler said, as his vision was fading.

"Fair enough…I shall not take revenge on your family's household. You were indeed honourable till the end, Grand Knight Tyler Anderson!"

Soon enough, legendary tales would spread the story of the majestic fight between the Water Dragon and the Grand Knight Tyler Anderson, an epic duel which was hundreds of times more incredulous than Drodosis' overwhelming victory over the Chase and Gloom armies. A pseudo-adept had defeated a grand knight, something which had not happened in decades! 

Even adepts nodded in acknowledgement!

The moral of the lesson was clear: never underestimate an adept family which survived for hundreds of years!

With his biochip Alpha as his most trustworthy companion, he had never felt more alive, as if his innate desires, previously shackled by laws and society, were unleashed. CHAPTER 44: BLACK FEATHER DRAGON

2 YEARS AGO


I'm quite worried. Not because we are surrounded by dragon knights from both Alterra and Elysia, not because the emperor of an enemy country is watching us from above, but because I can sense Senpai's rage against those special persons watching us. There is tension all over the arena as if they are all readying themselves to leap towards us.


I gazed upon the audience. I looked at Z and her dragon knight Alphonse, and I also gazed upon the macho Nathaniel and his sassy dragon knight Danielle. They look like they are on extreme alert, and their focus is on the other side of the arena where the Elysian dragon knights are situated. I'm a little relieved that the Alterran dragon knights are not into us but to the enemy audiences. But it worries me that the tension never falls. I think one wrong move on either side will trigger another war between the rival countries.


Suddenly, Emperor Sirius Elkyria continued his huge proclamation.


"We have valuable guests from our neighbor 'friendly' country. Sir Xenon Wingate, Dragon Knight Second Class of Alterra, please show the Emperor of Elysia how powerful a dragon knight of Alterra is."


Senpai's eyes widened as he saw the Alterran Emperor's smile on his face. Senpai muttered "I see what this is." with a smirk on his face, and then genuflected. I followed my master and did the same gesture as a sign of respect.


"Yes, your highness," Senpai said loudly. As he said those words, I can see a faint glow on Senpai's emerald eyes.


The platform of the arena opened, revealing the second Pentagram Knight we'll be challenging. An opponent dragon knight is a man in his early thirties, with long black wavy hair and a dirty mustache and untidy beard. He's tall and white, about seven feet. There is a long tattered red cloak covering almost three-fourths of his body, and inside that cloak is his Pentagram Knight armor. There are also belts on this knight's legs, restraining his saggy jeans.


Beside him is his dragonoid, who is a young twenty-year-old girl. She's wearing a dirty gray hoodie with long sleeves, trying to hide the tattoos all over her body. She also has some abstract streaked tattoos on her right chin, and there are piercings on her nose and ears.


"My name is Sir Eroll Fizarro, and this is my dragonoid Morgian. I believe it is I who will be your second Pentagram Knight challenge."


Senpai bowed briefly, and then he proceeded to attach the shield plate on his chest. It seems that he's hastily wanting to fight this opponent dragon knight without properly introducing ourselves, and that is bothering me a lot. Senpai seems like he's all out of mind.


When the Pentagram Knight noticed Senpai's cold reply, he just smiled. It's as if Sir Eroll Fizarro knows why my dragon knight is acting like that, and he completely understands him. So without further ado, he installed his own shield plate on his chest.


When both shield plates displayed the number 100%, the giant screen on the arena started the countdown. Twenty seconds went by so fast even though all we did was to stare at each other's adversaries. Correction, Senpai is not focused on the fight. He just kept on staring at the Emperor of Elysia and his Empress with disdain.


"Let the battle begin!" The announcer shouted, commencing our second Pentagram Knight battle.


Senpai slammed his blaster shield on the ground, preventing any long-ranged attack from the enemy. But our enemy is not yet doing his move yet. "Serena, unleash my restraint!" Senpai shouted.


"S-Senpai…" I held my chest. "Are we really-"


"Hurry!" Senpai's shout is so ferocious as if he's angry at me. Of course, it hurt me a lot. This sudden change of moods of him is unacceptable, and it's as if he's no longer the kind and gentle Xenon Wingate senpai I know.


But since it's the order of my dragon knight, I have no choice but to obey. I spread out my arms and fingers, creating a magical circle with a pentagram star symbol in it. I muttered my command chant as I try to remove the magical limiter inside my dragon knight.


"Unleashing restraints to bloodline magic: Avenger's Wrath." I chanted. Then, a laser materialized from the magical circle on my hand and it surged towards my dragon knight's heart. Green smoke started to spawn on every inch of Senpai's skin, and his eyes turned into living green flames that leaves a streak whenever he moves.


Seeing this, the Pentagram Knight Eroll drew his weapons, which are two long black shotguns. We have heard that this particular dragon knight is capable of dual-wielding such powerful firearms, and he's also a formidable opponent even if he uses those guns as battering rods. 


The dragonoid Morgian also revealed her fighting stance of magical kata, which is identical to Z, but the only difference is that our enemy dragonoid is wielding feathered daggers between her fingers.


"Ha!" The enemy dragonoid unleashed her feathered daggers to our position, and it was followed by the echoing gunshots by the dual shotguns of her dragon knight.


With his extreme reflexes, Senpai predicted all the enemy projectiles with his flaming eyes and used his shield to block all the attacks. The sound of the clashing shrapnels and blades towards the shield echoed around the arena.


"I don't intend to play games with you, Sir Fizarro." Senpai frowned as he spoke as if he's completely disappointed in the Pentagram Knight. "Let's get serious."


"Aren't you a little bit hasty?" The Pentagram Knight laughed. "This is supposed to be an exhibition match to impress the Emperor and Empress of Elysia."


Hearing those words made my Senpai even angrier. He held his chest, which glowed with golden light. "Activating Vesryn Pulse!" I felt the intense pumping of his heart inside my heart, and it immediately turned my body into my true form: a Nexus Dragon.


"Exceed! Forge into the sharpest blade!"


My Nexus Dragon Form only lasted for two seconds, as it was immediately modified by my stupidly hasty dragon knight. Blades spawned from my wings, and I grew three katana-shaped horns on my dragon forehead. My hind claws also sharpened, and my dragon whiskers also hardened into edgy steel. With the power of Senpai's forging magic and combining it to my very existence, I am now a Nexus Saber Dragon.   


The enemy Pentagram Knight stand in awe as he saw my never-seen-before form. Normally, Senpai would save my Nexus Saber Dragon as a trump card to formidable enemies, but now that he's so eager to finish this fight swiftly, he would do whatever it takes.


"Activating Vesryn Pulse!" Sir Eroll Fizarro used his ancient magic towards his dragonoid Morgian.


Black smoke started to engulf the arena as the dragonoid transformed. She revealed herself into a nine-meter-tall black dragon covered with feathers similar to those of a crow. Its wings are similar to those of an eagle, and its claws are the same as of a falcon's talon. Its long lizard tail has a black-feathered fan on its tip. Its head is not those of a lizard, but instead, it has the head of a black phoenix. There is a glowing red V-shaped horn on its forehead. From a distance, everybody would mistake this dragon as a garuda, but this is just a normal form of a Black Feather Dragon.


"Rooooaaaaaawwwwwk!" The Black Feather Dragon roared like a rooster.


"Serena, full assault mode!" Senpai immediately split his blaster shield into two, forming two buster swords. Now that we're wielding blades on our hands and wings and horns, all our techniques will be focused on firepower. "Go!"


I leaped forward and flapped my wings, unleashing a sonic boom and a bluish-white laser on my trail. With my Nexus Saber Dragon form, I can move twice as fast as before. This form is actually one of my fastest dragon forms compared to Nexus Barrier and Nexus Archer Forms. Since this form requires a close range to be effective, I had to be faster in this mode.


"Oh, you can't catch me!" Sir Fizarro immediately commanded his Black Feather Dragon to fly up. It flapped its wings and created a sonic boom with twice the strength I made. With such power, they are able to hover away from us with triple speed.


While retreating, the Black Feather Dragon unleashed giant feather daggers on its wings. Hundreds of sharp projectiles went to our direction, so Senpai made the initiative to stand on my forehead and deflect all those incoming sharp knives with his buster sword. I also deflected some with my bladed wings while I surge forward.


"Guh! Ack! Ah!" Senpai cried as some of the feathered daggers went through his parrying techniques. Those feathered daggers that slipped through Senpai's defense struck his shoulder, legs, and chest. That shot on the chest was actually fatal if it wasn't for the protection of the shield plate, so Senpai's shield plate now rests at 24%.


"You're being too reckless!" Eroll Fizarro laughed. "There is no way you can catch me with your sluggish dragon! Did you forget that I am the fastest Pentagram Knight of all!?"


Suddenly, the Black Feather Dragon made a U-turn, and now they are charging towards us. They are changing tactics from long range, and now they are planning to ram on us!


Finally realizing his mistake, Senpai immediately reverted his buster swords back into a shield. He poured magical energy on it so that the shield would expand into a giant roof.


"Black Feather Swipe!" The Black Feather Dragon immediately converted its body into a gigantic phoenix-shaped shadow that surged towards us. With the speed of light, the dragon slashed its talon-like claws towards mine.


"Graaaaahhhh!" I roared out loud as I cover my head and my knight with my wings. In the nick of time, I spawned bladed spikes all over my body before we collide with the enemy.


That opponent's attack could have been perfect if only they didn't underestimate the sturdiness of the blades on my body. Since my dragon body is covered with swords, the Black Feather Dragon suffered tremendous damage on its wings and arms for ramming straight to me. There was a deafening shockwave because of the impact, and both dragons fell down on the arena. Now the Black Feather Dragon is bathing with its own blood, full of ruptures on its feathers and skin. 


I reverted back to my human form because of my weakening heart. The same happened to the opponent Black Feather Dragon, and the only difference is that the enemy dragonoid has sustained greater damage. Now Morgian the hooded tattoo girl is nothing but an unconscious woman lying on the ground.


"Guh... ah…" I panted. I held my wounded right shoulder, which is dripping blood nonstop. There's also a cut on top of my head that unleashes blood that flows to my right eye, which makes my vision blurry. I'm dizzy, and I'm on the verge of passing out.


The enemy dragon knight is in front of me, about twenty meters. He's unscathed, of course, because of the shield plate, but it's now at 70%. With my current situation, I won't be able to fight him.


Suddenly, I heard footsteps behind me. With a gentle tap on my wounded head, he whispered "Forge." And a bandage was magically created to wrap my wounds and stop the blood flow.


"I'll take this, Serena," Senpai said, averting his gaze from me. "For now, rest. I'm sorry if I got you wounded."


I didn't reply. My eyes are focused on my dragon knight and his face of desperation. His green eyes never stopped flaming, and I can remember him being so serious in this battle. The last time I saw him in rage was a year ago when he killed the dragon knight who killed his friend.


With his shield plate at 13%, Senpai stepped forward and spread out his right hand which is wielding a shield. Slowly, the shield unfolded like a mechanical gadget until it transformed into a completely different weapon: a high-tech crossbow attached on his wrist.

Long ago, the humans triumphed over the dragons, sealing them into human mortal bodies now known as dragonoids. The dragonoids became enslaved by the humans and use them as military weapons by the power of the Vesryn Pulse. With this newfound magic, mankind divided its empire to four and wages war against themselves for their own selfish ambitions.


A set of dire events occurred, pushing a single man to the limits of his sense of justice. Betrayed by his countrymen and losing his friends, lover, and honor; Xenon Wingate rises from the depths of hell and finds himself in a state of inner rage; a cemented resolve to kill everyone who has done wrong to him. He enters the Dragon Knight Academy with his dragonoid slave Serena Maizono and challenges the Five Pentagram Knights as a condition for acquiring an army. This will be the first step to execute his ultimate plan of revenge to satisfy the tingling sensation of his wrath.

Opens 5 years in the past

       It's late into the evening on night in the Kingdom of Obadiah the residents have flooded the streets to enjoy a mari gras type festival The residents are drunk and the Royal army are patrolling the Kingdom grounds. Royale knight 1: the annual kingdom festival he says to a fellow knight, taking a shot outta a wooden mug. Ahhhhhh. Gotta love it eeh. Royale knight 2: yea, I love this time of year, it allows the entire kingdom to come together and have fun. Royale knight 1: not to mention the free booze! Royale knight 2: cheers to that brother. The knights are interrupted suddenly, by A loud high pitched cry. It echoes across the night sky. All the knights of the Royal Army look up into the night sky. Royale knight 1: what was that? Royale knight 2: I dont know, but I don't like the sound of it. Just then sounds of a horn rings throughout the kingdom. Royale knight 1: i know that sound, Royale knight 2: yea looks like we're going to find out, common he says as he gallops away on his stead. Royale knight 1: I'm right behind you. All the Royale knights rush towards the Castle of Obadiah
       As they enter the castle, the King and his Council sit before the Royale knights. One of the Councilmen has tarot cards in his hand. On them is a Dragon and a castle up in blaze,
Looks like Fate has dealt us our cards men, the king says. Councilmen the king cries out; do you have a visual of the dreaded beast we must slay! Working on it my lord the Councilmen says..... here got it my lord! Excellent Councilmen. Now let us see what this demon serpent looks like Obadiah says as he peers into the ball. So this is the beast huh. Yes my lord the Councilmen says. He sure is a ugly one ain't he, the knights begin laughing. Alright men listen up The king says projecting his voice. Today fate delivered us a demon in the form of a dragon! The beast is massive and breathes fire. Just by looking at it size I can tell that this is no regular dragon but I believe it to be the king of dragons. If left alone who knows how much destruction this great beast will cause. May the gods watch over us in this day of reckoning, FOR TODAY WE SLAY THE DRAGON KING!! King Obadiah shouts boastfully. Yeyyyyy all the Royale knights shout. 
       Just then, all the Royale knights head out towards the stable to hop on their chariots, there's about 300 of them in total. Once mounted, they all head out towards the woods under the directions of their king. While headed out to woods, many of the knights begin talking about the dragon king. Royale knight 3: once we slay the king of dragons, the Royale knights of Obadiah will be talked about in every kingdom till the end of time. Royale knight 4: dont get so far ahead of yourself.  They don't call him king of dragons for nothing.        Minutes later they arrive at the area and they see it:  A Huge Dragon with wings standing 15ft tall and on two feet breathing blue fire causing destruction to the forest starting forest  fires. It then shows the prince orion standing beside KING Obadiah, the king then begins to  give a speech: Listen up men he says loudly staring down the beast.

The dragon king then breathes fire. But you are the Royale protectors of the people of the kingdom of Obadiah. The knights all let out a huge cheer. Now, the king continues on; for throughout our years we have been tested in our endeavors and through our skill we were victorious. May our skill once again be our aid and help lead us to victory once more. For today men win or lose, we make history! The Royal army Cheers as they charge in to slay the veil beast.
       The dragon keens in on the charging mob. He then gets on all 4 legs and lets out a roar so intense, that it intimidates many of King Obadiah's men for a brief second stopping them dead in their tracks, while others aren't affected by it, and continues to change in. The dragon king then shoots a fireball at the mob. The king, quickly teleports to in front of the ball. He then quickly casts a spell that reflects the ball back at the beast, striking it on the side of its face.
       Royale knight 9: yay, take that vowel demon. Royale knight 5: it was a direct hit Royale knight 8: many thanks my lord. King: be weary men, for this is unlike any other dragon or beast you fought before. Do not let your pride be your downfall today. Royale knight 5: right my lord. Men he yells, ready the giant crossbow  he yells. Just then a huge crossbow is rolled up, pulled by 6 horses and men pushing it in the back. Once in position, the 3 men then load the crossbow with a giant flaming bomb. The men report back in. Crossbow ready Sir! They yell. Fire! Royale knight 5 yells. Just then the bomb is shot at the beast. The dragon sees the bomb coming towards him, he stands up and wards it off. Damn he blocked it. Quickly reload the bow for the second shot! Royale knight 5 yells.Yay the men yell as they ready the bow.
       It then cut bat to the battlefield. The Royale knights Knights begin to shoot their rifles, crossbows, and arrows at the Beast, but its skins is so thick,that the attacks are doing nothing except bounce off, angering the beast. The dragon let's out another high pitch roar. He then begins to try and snatch up the Royale  knights. Many knights get snatched up and are killed, but the knights don't let up. King Obadiah steps in once again. This time he says a spell, and just then roots from underneath the earth ensnares the dragon, constricting his movement. Using this opportunity the knights continue their assault. Fire the bow! Royale knight 5 signals. Firing the men yell as they pull the trigger  launching another fire bomb. This one connects, hitting the beast dead center of the chest. Royale knight 5: it hit. Nice work men, now our chance quickly load the bow once more! Yay the men say as they again ready the weapon. Not letting up, the other knights begin to climb on the Dragon and begin to pound it with their weapons. the beast begins to get overwhelmed, look says prince Orion,  I think that its feeling the attacks now my chance he says as he goes to head towards the beast, but he's stopped by his father the king. 
       Father, why must you stop my hest every time.  How am I ever supose to grow as a warrior an prince.  My son says the king although you are very skilled, one thing you must learn is how to oversee. This is your biggest weapon of all. But father, for I dont posses magik like you so I can not do the things that you can the prince says to the king. My son the king says, everything I can do was taught, I first had to observe before I could preform.  Always remember,  the limits to this world are the ones that you set. Just then  the king is interrupted by a knight.  My lord sir, we have trouble. 
       It then cuts back to over at the battle field. The dragon has began to regain a little movement. As he tosses and turns, he is able to break free tossing many guards off him. King Obadiah: the beast is strong, he then smirks I expect no less than the king of dragons. But he was hit in the chest by that last attack and it seemed to hurt him. I think i have an idea. It then focuses on the dragon king, The beast has taken to skies an hovers  in place. It then blows blue fire downward upon the crew. But King Obadiah recites a spell that creates a giant barrier to cover the Royale army.
       Obadiah yells, Now, While the beast is distracted!  Aim for its chest with the crossbow. You heard the lord Royale knight 5 says. Fire! In an instant the flaming  fire ball is shot, striking  the dragon king in the chest once again grounding the beast.        
       Another direct men good work men  royale knight 5 says. Looks like we really hurt this time around. It then cuts back to the King and the prince. Yes, direct hit we got him! the Prince  says, looks like the dragon king isn't so tough after all. When the Dragon doesnt fall King Obadiah steps up, save your praises till the end my prince, never underestimate your opponent, even an injured beast can still deliver a fatal blow. A battle is only over when your opponent is Incapacitated. King Obadiah then steps to the dragon king.  
       This ends now fow l demon! For I! Refuse to let you harm or take the lives of anyone else in this kingdom land! The dragon king then keens in on king Obadiah roaring at him. Your devilish cry doesn't scare me demon! Obadiah yells as he then creates blue fireballs with his hands and hurls them at the Dragon king. After smacked with about 4 fireballs the Dragon shakes it off and  lets out a Huge cry. "I Think its mad" the Prince says. Just then beast blast a huge flame of fire at the king. But the king blocks using a water shield to shroud himself. Nice move dad Orion says as he watches his dad take on the dragon king. Men, Fall back" Obadiah commands. He then  begins to say a chant, in attempts to summon a meteor shower. Suddenly huge rocks begin to plummet to earth from the sky upon the  beast stoning it with fiery rocks and burying it underneath the rubble. Obadiah then drops to his knees due to him being excused. 
       You did it my lord! a Royale knight screams out. All the knights  then let off a cheer and let out a sigh of relief. They then begin to relax and take off pieces of their armor and chat among themselves. So its finally over a squire says so that's the power of a dragon king. A Royale knight then speaks up. Yey, squire, for today you witnessed a true monster. The squire then looks at the knelt king Obadiah and that's the true power of or king huh. It then cuts to king Obadiah.
        DAD! Prince Orion cries out, as he rushes over to a very weak King Obadiah. Father arent thou alright? Yeh, son for its just my body, a temporary setback for using that much power. that was one of my most powerfullest attacks The king says to the prince.  Yes father, but it looks like you did it with that last attack. He's down for good. The prince  says. Obadiah says nothing as he stares at the rubble,  when suddenly his eyes widen. It then cuts to the pile of meteors, small rocks begin to fall off it. What a knight yells out. I think were in for a surprise  Royale knight 8 says. Just then the dragon king erupts outta the meteor pile with a loud scream sending meteor rock everywhere. All their faces change. With only a couple soldiers left they prepare for the final round. 
       Men man the crossbow!! Royale knight 5 orders, the Dragon cries and blows its breath, torching almost the rest of the Royale army.  
       This isn't good Orion says as he looks at the battlefield.  He sees all the dead and wonded knights.  He then looks at his dad and sees the weaken state that he is in. No this can't end like this, I won't let it!! He then draws his sword. It then cuts back to the battlefield, bow ready sir! Alright on my mark we shoot. We got one last shot at protecting the kingdom. Steady, steady he says. 
       It cuts back to prince Orion staring down the dragon king with his sword drawn. Demon king,  you will atone for what you have done today, all the lives you taken an people you injured, he tightens the grip on his sword. You shall pay WITH YOUR LIFE!! He yells as he charges at the dragon king.  Orion wait Obadiah says. It then cuts to the crossbow unit. Fire!! The bomb lands again dead center in the beasts chest knocking him on his back. 
       It then cuts to prince Orion.  Now's my chance, imma decapitate this monster. But as Orion charges in, he is blinded by rage and doesn't see the dragons tail. The dragon raises it tail to crush the prince  when just then dark clouds begins to form and the clouds are charged with the electrons. 
       It then cuts to king Obadiah. I cast thee to Damn nation for eternally fowl devil" King  Obadiah shouts as he rises his palms towards the skies. He points his right hand at the dragon and The Clouds send down a huge Bolt of lighting striking the dragon in the chest killing it.
       Father i think its over, you did it. the Demon hast been slayed and casted to damnation. Orion says. But as He turns around, he sees that his father is back on the ground once more. He then drops everything and rushes over to the king.  father Orion cries out. Are you ok. Orion the king barely gets out. carry me back to the Kingdom, i need to rest in my royal chambers he says in a dying state.
Orion then whistles and a flying magic carpet shortly arrives.  Orion loads the king on it and takes flight. While the king be alright the remaining Royale knights ask, but Orion says nothing  as he files toward the kingdom.  Once back and in the King's royal chambers. Orion tucks his dad in before he passes on. The king tells his son a few words. Son, the king starts out. Ive used to much mana, an As you probably figured I'm  not gonna make it. No father you must, not just for me; but for your kingdom! The people of Obadiah still need their king, I still need the king, the prince passionate says to his father. For the kingdom of Obadiah is now in your rule, for you are the new king of the kingdom of Obadiah. The dying king says to the prince. But father it's so much more that you must teach me so much I need to learn Orion says to his father. Always remember Orion,  the limits to this world are the ones that you set.
       Obadiah hands Orion the crown and he then dies, and Orion is left crying at his side.

Chapter 4: Dawn of the Futuretech Dragon

What happened to a Dragon Knight's honor? Does Kyle doesn't have that anymore? He just mercilessly killed a weak dragonoid in front of my eyes. He didn't even try to negotiate! Are all the magazines and comments about him forged?

I wordlessly glared at her. She made a sorry face, but that's not the deal right now. I have to go after that damn dragon knight!

"I'll ask you again before I put this knife to your chest. Where are the dragonoids?" Kyle asked blandly.

"Get away from her!" I made a thrust with Richard's sword.

The dragon knight immediately stepped back and grabbed the blade while having his finger avoid the edges then threw it upward to disarm me. He made a roundhouse kick to my left neck which resulted me being knocked down.

"A…Amphere…" Airelina called my name in a faint voice. She was just a meter beside me, yet I can't reach her.

When the dragon knight turned around, I immediately stood up and rushed to Airelina! I grabbed the knife that has been keeping her pinned on the wall then stabbed it to the dragon knight! Too bad, he managed to block it with his arms, which blood sprayed to my face.

He stepped back, and withdrew another slim sword from his waist. He made a straight line hack, but I luckily managed to block it with the knife I was holding! There was another attack, a thrust directing to my chest! But I parried it away using the knife!

My body has been constantly moving like I'm not the one using it. This is my first brutal fight, but I managed to block impressive blows from a dragon knight!

There was another slash again, but I blocked it perfectly. Then another, then another. The last attack was a thrust but I evaded it by sidestepping, but then the cold knight made a straight kick to my stomach. I fell down in pain.

His eyes glared at me, telling me that this is the end of my life. A chill was brought to my spine. Am I going to die here!?

"Hyaaaaa!"

Airelina, with her sword, scythed the dragon knight who immediately stepped back to evade the attack. Then, Airelina grabbed me and dunked me on her soft chest. I was about to complain, but then she dashed away carrying me to flee from that overpowered dragon knight.

"Amphere…You totally…" She made an adorable smile. She looks cute, even though her face looked battered.

'I only met one person who I once loved...And that boy betrayed me...' The White Dragon gritted her fangs and clenches her fist so hard that her dragon nails pierce through her palms, blood drips down all over her massive breasts and all the way down to the snowy ground below her bare feet.

[Noble Knight Medraut – Lv4 ATK:1700 >1900/DEF:1000 > 1200]

A short blond haired knight in gleaming silver armour, wearing a crimson scarf while holding a steel short sword appeared on the field. Considering this was a virtual projection rather that an AR image displayed through a duel gazer, the quality was excellent in Drakes opinion. As a warrior it automatically received a 200 attack and defence boost because they were in the Squires Courtyard. 

"Next I equip Medraut with the blade that proclaims kings, <Noble Arms – Caliburn>!"

In front of Charles monster appeared a sword trapped in a stone. Sheathing its own blade, Charles monster reached out and pulled the sword out, holding it aloft.

"Thanks to my Noble Arms, my monster now gains 500 ATK, and due to the field rule of this Armoury it also gains another 200 ATK for a total attack of 2600! Then due to Madraut's own effect it now becomes a level 5 dark monster."

"Thanks to Caliburn's effect I can now gain 500 Life points." Charles continued as a pillar of gentle light descended on Charles and his sword wielding monster.

"By using Medraut's effect I can special summon its faithful friend <Noble Knight Iyvanne> from my deck by destroying its equipped Noble Arms Caliburn."

Iyvanne appeared on the field, a knight in green/blue armour with purple hair alongside a great golden lion as Caliburn shattered into pieces.

"With Caliburn's effect, when it is destroyed on the field, I target a warrior I control to equip it to from the graveyard. So I now Equip it to Iyvanne."

"With Iyvanne's effect, when I equip a Noble Arms to it I can special summon a <Noble Knight Token>. And while equipped with a Noble Arms, all other Noble Knight monsters I control gain 500 ATK."

"Since Caliburn has return from the graveyard I can use its effect to once more gain 500 LP."

"But why stop at one sacred blade when I can have two. I equip <Noble Arms – Arfeudutyr> to Medraut. Arfeudutyr may not give my monster an attack boost of its own, but the Armoury field rule still does."

"In myths the strongest of blades was gifted to the king by the Lady, so now I special summon the <Lady of the Lake> that I sent to the graveyard with my Graceful Charity, back to the field with its effect by reducing Medraut's level by 1"

A pool of water formed on the floor between the duellists, from its depths rose a pale beauty holding a pronged sword to her chest, her eyes half closed in sorrow.

"I now special summon <Noble Knight Custennin> to the field."

This could be special summoned from the hand so long as Charles controlled a Noble Arms equip spell. Its white and gold full armour suit sparkled as it ready itself on the field in defence.

"And the Lady of the Lake is a Tuner monster, so now gather the sacred lights and open the ignoble path of power. I tune my level 1 Lady with my level 4 Nobel Knight Token to Synchro Summon <Ignoble Knight of High Laudsallyn>."

Unlike Charles previous knights, the Ignoble knight looked more like a cursed knight clad in its black armour from which purple mist seeped from its edges.

"With High Laudsallyn's effect, when it is Synchro summoned I can equip it with a Noble Arms equip spell from my deck, so behold the sword of the king. <Noble Arms – Excaliburn>! So long as this spell is equipped to a monster that monster cannot be targeted by my opponents card effects. And don't forget the Armoury rule giving it another 200 ATK."

"And that's just the start! With my level 4 Nobel Knight Custennin and Nobel Knight Medraut I form the Overlay Network to Xyz summon the holy king, <Artorigus, King of the Nobel Knights>."

"Using Artorigus effect, when it is XYZ summoned I can equip the <Noble Arms – Arfeudutyr> and <Nobel Arms – Clarent> in my grave to it. With two equip spells on it gain 400 ATK."

Arfeudutyr was sent to the grave when Medraut was used as a Xyz material and Clarent had been placed there due to Charles' previous Graceful Charity along side the Lady of the Lake.

"Because I used Noble Knight Custennin for an Xyz summon, its effect allows me to normal summon an addition Noble Knight monster this turn, and along with the skill I activated at the start of my turn (March of the Army), that means I can still summon two more monsters this turn, so I summon <Noble Knight Borz> and <Nobel Knight Artorigus> to the field."

"But they won't be around for long as I use these two monster to Xyz summon the servant of the brave king, rank 4 <Sacred Noble Knight of King Custennin>."

Now Charles field had four monsters in play, an effect monster, two Xyz monsters and a synchro monster.

"I end my turn, now make your move White Dragon so i can slay you!"

[Turn 2 – Drake LP:4000 Hand:5, Charles LP:5000 Hand:0]

Drake was impressed, Charles had depleted his hand to nothing in one of the longest first turns Drake had experienced since coming to this world, but in exchange he had a practical army of monsters ready to take on Drake. This was the kind of challenge Drake found fun. No other motives, no world shaking consequences, just the challenge of the duel.
 
"Draw!"

Ugh, now Drake knew why Charles seemed so awkward duelling in his turn. The feel of working with purely holographic cards was terrible. No substance, no weight. Looks like he had one more reason to hate this duel disk they had provided.

"I play <One for One>, with this spell by discarding my <Heliosphere Dragon> I can special summon my level 1 <Blue-Eyes Kuriboh> from my deck."

[Blue-Eyes Kuriboh – Lv1 ATK:300/DEF:200]

"Kuri!" Drakes monster scream as its bounced onto the field flapping its cardboard wings.

"Next I summon <The White Stone of Legend> to the field."

The large white egg appeared as Drakes Kuriboh danced around it in joy. 

"Now it's time to introduce you to one of the latest additions to my deck. With these two monster I build the Overlay Network to Xyz summon the third stone of the White Dragon, <The White Stone of Power>!"

[The White Stone of Power – Rank 1 ATK:300/DEF:200 OU:2]

A new white egg appeared on the field from the Overlay vortex, its shell marked with neon blue magical runes as its overlay units circled around it.

"I activate my Stone of Power's effect, by using one Overlay unit I can add a spell or trap that includes 'Blue-Eyes' in its text, like this <Burst Stream of Destruction> to my hand. And because I sent The White Stone of Legend to the grave for this effect, its effect lets me add a Blue-Eyes White Dragon to my hand."

One of Drakes monsters Overlay Units was absorbed by one of the mystical runes on the egg shell, transforming into a light that pulled a card from out of Drakes deck to join the cards floating in front of him before the rune went dark.

"I then use White Stone of Powers effect again, but this time its ability will allow me to special summon the Blue-Eyes White Dragon I just added to my hand to the field."

The second Overlay Unit was absorb a different rune before the egg seemingly cracked open to allow Drakes signiture monster to emerge and take flight.

[Blue-Eyes White Dragon – Lv8 ATK:3000/DEF:2500]

*ROAR!*

"Now I activate <Burst Stream of Destruction> to destroy all your monsters on the field, in exchange Blue-Eyes White Dragons I control cannot attack this turn."

White lighting blasted out from Drakes Blue-Eyes as it swept across the field destroying everything in its path. The proud knights Charles had gather were helpless against Blue-Eyes unstoppable might and even their sacred blades could not save them. But one blade remained sticking out from the ground, faint trails of smoke twirling around it. 

"When Sacred Noble Knight of King Custennin is destroyed, its effect allows me to special summon <Sacred Noble Knight of King Artorigus> from my extra deck in defence mode and attach Knight of King Custennin to it as an Overlay Unit." Charles declared as his new knight marched onto the battlefield and put up the fallen sword in its hands.

"Now I use the spell <dragonic tactics>, by tributing Blue-Eyes White Dragon and The White Stone of Power I can special summon another Blue-Eyes White Dragon from my deck."

"Why would you do that? Thanks to your Burst Stream of Destruction Blue-Eyes can't attack this turn." Charles wondered.

"Because I have this, go <Ultimate Cosplay>! With this spell I can target my Blue-Eyes and then reveal a fusion monster from my extra deck that lists it as a fusion material. So I reveal <Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon>. Then thanks to Ultimate Cosplay my Blue-Eyes name and effects change to match those of the fusion monster I just revealed."

[Blue-Eyes White Dragon > Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon]

The illusionary image of Drakes Neo Ultimate Dragon appeared around the Blue-Eyes White Dragon before transforming into a bright white light that blocked the dragon from view. A flash of white light pulsed to reveal Drakes monster now clad in its cosplay costume in the form of two cardboard ultimate dragon heads, glittering blue sticker markings were stuck across its body and a crown crest adorned its true head. 

"Since my Blue-Eyes name has changed, it is no longer prevented from attacking. Go and attack Knight of King Artorigus with Neo Imitation Burst!"

The two imitation heads opened their jaws to reveal laser cannons that began to charge their power as the true head gathered its own energy before being unleashed. Twin beams of blue energy spiralled around a ball of white lightning as it smashed into Charles guarding knight.

*BOOM*

As the smoke cleared another familiar knight was revealed to have take the destroyed monsters place.

"When my Knight is destroyed I can special summon a level 4 or high Noble Knight from my Graveyard, so appear once more <Nobel Knight Medraut> in defence mode." Charles explained.

[Nobel Knight Medraut – Lv4 ATK:1700 > 1900/DEF:1000 > 1200]

"I have studied you and your monsters and I know a Neo Ultimate dragon can attack multiple times so long as its your only face up card on the field, but with Medraut protecting my life points you don't have enough power to finish me this turn." Charles continued.

"Not bad, but not good enough. I activate the quickplay spell <Dragon's Fighting Spirit> targeting my Blue-Eyes, allowing me to attack you again!"

Dragons Fighting Spirt targeted a dragon that was special summoned this turn and then granted it an additional attack for each monster the opponent currently controls which was special summoned this turn. Meaning Drakes Blue-Eyes could make an additional attack this turn even before using its effect.

*BANG*

Drakes Blue-Eyes annihilated Charles last line of defence in a blaze of light and lightning. Charles expression turned grim, he could do the maths and knew how things were going to end now.

"That not all, as you know my dragon not only has Neo Blue-Eyes name but its effects as well, so by sending a Blue-Eyes fusion monster from my extra deck to the grave, my monster can attack again! So I send the true Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon to the Grave, go direct attack! Neo Imitation Burst!"

*ZAP*

"Arrgh!"

Light blasted into Charles as he lost over half of his life points in single attack and it was not over.

"And this effect can be used twice per turn, so I send my Blue-Eyes Twin Burst Dragon to the grave to attack you directly and end this duel!"

Charles Duel disk dimmed and locked itself back up like it was before the round had started, signalling Charles elimination from the WDC. Even now his duel disk would be sending a location signal to patrol bots that would arrive in half an hour to escort the fallen duellist off the island.

"Oh well, guess this is what I get for challenging a top 10 contender." Charles sighed, knowing that he had blown his only chance at fame.

"Sorry, but it was a good duel. Better luck next time." Said Drake honestly praised as he took the opportunity to leave and look for the reason he had come to Squire court in the first place, the Trial of the Six.

The Legendary Dragons and the Pharaoh have defeated the Great Leviathan, they have won the battle against the Orichalcos. But the war goes on. Join Drake, a new Duellist chosen by the Dragons as they continue the fight across dimensions in a new world with allies both familiar and strange.

Ten days later, in the sky above the Kingdom of Seeden, a huge shadow appeared above the capital, accompanied by a loud howling noise. Many people were staring at the sky with their jaws wide open and a mixture of shock and stupor on their faces.
"Giant dragon, a giant dragon is coming!"
"That's a Holy Knight, a formidable existence who's able to tame a giant dragon… Holy Knight Deutz from the Kingdom of Seeway is coming to fetch Princess Fleur."
"Shame, this is a great shame. Our Kingdom of Seeden has no choice but to sacrifice our most beautiful princess in exchange for temporary peace… When will we finally be able to give birth to a Holy Knight?"
The giant dragon in the air was hundreds of meters long, and its huge wings nearly blocked out the sun and the sky. It was incredibly massive. In addition, it looked terrifying vicious, and exuded an invincible aura.
This was the most invincible creature in the Seely Dimension – the giant dragon!
At this moment, on the back of the giant dragon stood a middle-aged man wearing golden armor. His body exuded a powerful aura which was mixed with the aura of the giant dragon, thus forming an even more powerful and strange aura.
This was the Holy Knights' uniqueness. A lone Holy Knight might not be particularly powerful or at least not substantially different from the peak Sky Knights.
However, once they stood on the back of the giant dragons, they would be almost combined with the giant dragon where their abilities would immediately soar to a Great Wizard's level.
"Hoo…"
The giant dragon descended from the sky. The massive gust of wind almost knocked down some of the palace guards. Subsequently, the giant dragon landed on the main foyer and countless guards rushed forward to surround Deutz.
Deutz flew the giant dragon right into the palace, which was basically an act of provocation. The obvious arrogance in Deutz' eyes could be felt by everyone.
However, looking that the giant dragon underneath Deutz, who was able to blow the surrounding guards away with a mild snort as well as the reputation of the Holy Knights, none of the guards dared to take a step forward.
Holy Knight Deutz stayed on top with no signs of jumping off the giant dragon. Instead, he said with bristling arrogance, "I carry the king's orders to fetch Queen Consort Fleur. Quickly, go and summon Fleur. I'll safely deliver the queen consort to the Kingdom of Seeway!"
"Since you're here to fetch Her Majesty the Princess, naturally, you'll have to pay respects to the king first!"
Although the guards were afraid, they still shouted in a loud voice. As the palace guards, their foremost duty was to protect the sovereignty of the king. 
"I'm only tasked with fetching the queen consort. As for the king, there'll be another opportunity to pay respects to him in the future."
Holy Knight Deutz frowned but still did not enter the palace. After all, he was a respectable Holy Knight. Even when he saw the king of Seeway, he did not have to salute him, what more to salute the king of Seeden.
Therefore, Deutz would not enter the great hall of the palace and instead waited quietly outside. The giant dragon would periodically shoot out a breath of hot air, causing all the surrounding guards to jitter.
At the moment, seated high up in the great hall, King Roger was looking cautiously at the six strangers below. In a whisper, he asked, "Grand Duke Saturn, that Deutz still refuses to come in. What should we do?"
Saturn also wrinkled his forehead and exchanged a glance with Merlin and the others. "If Deutz refuses to come in, it means that he's being vigilant. Look, he hasn't left the giant dragon at all. In fact, he has been vigilant, which is quite troublesome."
Since the moment Deutz arrived, Merlin and the others had been watching him closely. They could sense a strange aura emanating from Deutz that indeed could rival a Great Wizard.
The giant dragon underneath him, in particular its vicious aura was like a slap in the face. Despite being so far away, they could still sense it. It was not surprising that it was the most vicious creature in the Seely Dimension.
"This is indeed troublesome. Wizard Vic, can your puppet resist that giant dragon?"
Wizard Rael looked at Vic. The great dragon's threat far exceeded that of Deutz. In addition, the combination of the two was comparable to a Great Wizard, so they must think of a way to separate the two.
"The giant dragon's abilities should be equivalent to a peak Ninth-level, so my puppet is able to subdue it. However, we mustn't allow Deutz to combine with the giant dragon at all cost. Otherwise, we'll have to face the equivalent of a Great Wizard, which is very troublesome."
Vic considered it and felt that he could subdue the giant dragon, provided that the giant dragon and Deutz were separated and could not combine.
The reason why the Holy Knights were so powerful was that they were able to combine with the dragon, and instantly become comparable to a Great Wizard.
"Looks like we have to get Princess Fleur to help."
Merlin stepped forward, and stated his plan. Princess Fleur would have to make an appearance to separate Deutz and the giant dragon.
King Roger bit his lip and nodded reluctantly. "I hope you'll be able to fulfill your promise."
"Definitely. Our purpose of coming to the Seely Dimension is to investigate the Rock Tribe's conspiracy. After this incident, you'll be left unharmed and will no longer be subjugated by the Kingdom of Seeway."
After hearing Saturn's assurance, King Roger was finally relieved. He also understood that at this point, he could only obey the arrangements set by Merlin and the others.
"Go get Princess Fleur!"
Subsequent to the king's order, soon, Princess Fleur arrived in the great hall of the palace. She was astonished to see Merlin and the others with King Roger. Until now, she did not know that King Roger had been controlled by Merlin and the others. All she knew was that she had to cooperate with Merlin and the others to defeat Holy Knight Deutz outside.
"Father, what do you need me to do?"
Princess Fleur was somewhat excited.
"Fleur, go outside now and by hook or by crook, get Deutz to enter the palace. You must separate him from the giant dragon!"
King Roger grunted. Right now, Fleur was their last resort. After all, by concession, Fleur was already considered the queen consort of the Kingdom of Seeway. Since Deutz had come to fetch Fleur, he would not publicly reject her request.

"Knight Deutz, Father wants to see you. After all, you're a powerful knight, and our Kingdom of Seeden has never yet produced a powerful Holy Knight."
Princess Fleur smiled and said to Deutz.
Deutz hesitated slightly. If the request had come from anyone else, Deutz would not pay attention but Fleur was already considered the queen consort of the Kingdom of Seeway in name. Thus, Deutz would have to regard Fleur's words carefully.
After a long delay, Deutz finally nodded. "Your Majesty Queen Consort, I'll pay respects to His Majesty the King!"
Deutz leaped down from the giant dragon and walked right into the great hall.
The moment Deutz entered the great hall, he heard a dull thud. Immediately, the entire great hall plunged into darkness.
"Not good!"
Deutz yelled, and the giant dragon outside seemed to have sensed the danger he was in. With a loud puff, its huge body began to slam furiously against the great hall. This resulted in a terrifying racket which seemed like the entire great hall was about to be leveled by the giant dragon.
"Wizard Vic, we're counting on you!"
Amidst the darkness, Wizard Saturn's voice revealed a sense of gravity.
"Don't worry. Black-armored Puppet, go and stop the giant dragon!"[1]
A beam of black light rapidly grew bigger, and a tall puppet wrapped in black armor appeared before the giant dragon. Its small frame seemed to contain a fearsome power that caused even the giant dragon to tremble.
"Boom!"
The puppet in black armor did not hold back and collided against the giant dragon. Suddenly, the entire palace seemed to quake as an invisible shockwave flattened almost the entire surroundings.
"Such a powerful force!"
Gasps of exclamation abounded from within the darkness. The punch released by the black-gold puppet already packed a truly fearsome force, yet upon collision with the giant dragon, the black-gold puppet was not a worthy opponent. The puppet was sent flying into the air and landed heavily on the ground, forming a huge crater. This spoke volumes of the power of the giant dragon.
"Hmph, the Kingdom of Seedan wants to ambush me? Ambush a noble Holy Knight? Soon, you'll know what a foolish decision it is!"
Holy Knight Deutz remained conscious. A surge of golden fighting spirit enveloped him, and he retreated as fast as possible. Soon, he would be able to jump back onto the giant dragon.
When that happens, Merlin and the other would have to face a Holy Knight equivalent to a Great Wizard!
