Black Dragon King?
This was a new term. Link looked at the dragon elders around him. Seeing all their grave and secretive expressions, he could tell it wasn't a good term.
Link glanced at Gretel and asked, "How do I turn back into a human?" He could feel that he could do it, but he had no clue how to.
"Take a deep breath, hold it, put it into your stomach… Right, now you're back into a human."
Link felt his body's inner structure clearly and could easily do what the queen said. When he was done, he felt his body squeeze. The extended Dragon Power quickly retracted and his body shrunk at a speed visible to the naked eye.
Three seconds later, he was a human again.
After that, his clothes automatically jumped out of the dimensional storage gear and seamlessly returned to his body. Link looked down at his hands. They were normal, without any dragon scales or crystal thorns.
The only difference was that his skin was much smoother. The calluses and scars had all disappeared.
After transforming into a dragon, Link finally understood its profundity. He realized that a dragon's body was a very powerful magic armor in nature… No, it wasn't armor. It was more like an extremely intricate living machine!
The magic was intricate to the max and contained endless wisdom, including knowledge that Link had never even thought of before. He could say that this magic was practically a giant library!
Now, Link just wanted to find a quiet place and put all his effort into studying it!
Whoosh! The Red Dragon Queen unfurled her wings and flew down from the podium. When she reached Link, she collapsed her wings and looked at him seriously, her eyes troubled.
The mood was a bit heavy. After a while, Link asked, "Can I transform certain parts like you?"
"Yes, but you need more practice."
This was good news, and Link was satisfied. This way, he could give himself a layer of scales during battles for sudden extra armor.

There was a picture on the first page of the magic ferry. It looked vaguely looked like a dragon!
Link had read the Aragu Annals that recorded the Araguan history. It said that the world had cracked apart and sage Moses split the realms, thus creating Aragu.
Both mentioned a disaster in the prehistoric times but came up with different solutions. Moses had split the realms while the dragon sages chose to construct a ship.
They were legends and sounded unbelievable. But if legends from two different realms were so similar and even the High Elves recorded a similar history, it was enough to prove that something catastrophic had truly happened to Firuman in ancient times.
Stunned, Link kept reading. The second page described how the sages used the magic ferry to survive the catastrophe.
Steering the magic ferry, we entered the endless sea and floated for countless months before the world finally calmed. Mountains reappeared, and life began again. The magic ferry helped us through the disaster.
There was a picture here too. It depicted a group of dragons flying out of a giant bubble.
Link stared at it and then was overjoyed. The dragon's body is the magic ferry. Is the sea actually the Sea of Void? Does that mean I can enter the void safely with a dragon's body?
Gretel had always said that dragonification was the ultimate treasure of the dragon race, but Link never saw it. He had killed Isendilan and didn't find his dragon body that scary. Now, Link finally understood its value.
It's a ferry for the Void!
He continued reading. The book told of how the sages steered the magic ferry back to the peaceful Firuman. The stories started becoming more ordinary. The sages returned to Firuman, developed down their own paths, and started differentiating.
Those who had directly controlled the magic ferry learned from the lesson and believed in equilibrium. They steered the large magic ferry and lived in isolation. The others developed all over the world.
After countless years, they started reproducing, prospering, and fighting each other. During their wars, they lost their history and power, becoming mortals.
Here, the epic used an image to show the clear timeline of the history.
In ancient times, the sages of Firuman escaped into the Sea of Void. Then they came back and started diversifying. A small minority of elites possessed boundless wisdom. They felt that the magic ferry was very reliable so they continuously improved on it, finally becoming modern dragons.
The most evolved and became the modern humans of Firuman.
However, this book only contained the basics. It didn't describe any specific figures or details. Link didn't see anything about the Black Dragon King either. He wasn't interested in that though so he didn't search for it.
This book also recorded the evolutions of the other races.
The Yabbas were a branch of the dwarves; High Elves and Dark Elves were from the same family. As for the Beastmen, they were a foreign race that entered after a human Magician opened a realm portal.
The book vaguely mentioned the source of the God of Light too. The words were very unclear and only contained a few sentences. The most important was: The God of Light has a close connection to the ancient catastrophe.
That was it. Link felt anxious after reading it, but he couldn't find the answer anywhere. He could only sigh.
It took him three hours to read this book. After that, he let out a long breath. No wonder humans could prosper even without talent or heritage. We've had such a glorious era in ancient times! The Aragu Empire, countless sages, and incredible magic are so impressive.

The elder was silent for a while and then sighed. "You're right. Dragons are perfect but are still greedy. The three dukes are lost, the Void crack reappeared, it's hard to live in isolation again… Take this book."
He took out a black leather magic book. There was only one word on it: Dragon.
Link pressed down his excitement and flipped it open. Seeing the first page, his heart was already pounding. "Can I copy it?" he asked.
The elder chuckled wryly. "For more than 2000 years, countless youths entered this library. Number 269 asked me a similar question, and I would give them this book every time. Only you can see its value. Take it, young man. It is yours."


Link was the top Archmage in the entire server. He had just defeated the strongest boss, the Lord of The Deep, Nozama with his party. However, instead of going back to town, he was transported to a secret location with pixelated CG. 

It sort of felt like a vacuum, and within it came a glorious and commanding voice that calls himself the God of Light. 

"Link, would you be willing to be the saviour who will pull the World of Firuman out from the churning abyss?"

What a huge mission! If it was in the real world, Link would have rejected it immediately. However, he was bent on being the hero in game.

"Bring it on!" Link answered confidently.

"Then, best of luck." 

And so begin Link's journey of magic, friendship, betrayal, love and despair in the ever changing World of Firuman.

As time goes by, except when Qin Yu trains, he spends most of his time trying to figure out the offensive techniques of his own. He determines to break down what he must do in order to figure out his offensive techniques into 3 aspects: body-maneuvering skill, close-quarters offence and weapons.

Body-maneuvering skill,

Body-maneuvering skill and defensive dodging are related. It is also connected to close-quarters offence, pursuit and fleeing. Qin Yu's requirements for his body-maneuvering skill are as follows: quick like lightning, sensitive like a cunning hare. To do research for his body-maneuvering skill, he has to study the art of Qi Men Dun Jia, and study various other body-maneuvering skills.

Close-quarters offence,

During the course of his training, Qin Yu found that he is fond of challenging his limits and fond of being burning with excitement. Therefore when it was time for him to choose his way of offence, he chose to practice ... close-quarters combat! In close-quarters combat, life or death can be decided in a mere moment. It is extremely dangerous but also full of the passion of life.

Weapons!

There is a desk near the entrance of the library with an old man sitting there, he is responsible for issuing and collecting the books. all the members in the family are allowed to enter the library and borrow books there are no restrictions and a person can borrow five books at a time and he can not reissue the same book continuously so that others get a chance to read that book. He is a possessive person. So, he said to Xiao Mi that they will get to their room and read, he took the books to the counter and registered it and returned to his room.

Both of them sat peacefully on the bed and continued to read books without disturbing each other. At afternoon food was delivered to him in his room, he and Xiao Mi ate and continued to read books till evening. After that, they went to bath one after the other. The room was fitted with some kind of crystal for lighting and one has to cover it if they want to put off the light. they both immersed in reading and steadily gained knowledge about the continent. Dinner is delivered to their room, they both ate dinner without any conversation. All are busy with marriage works of Ye Jian and nobody came to disturb him. He after reading for some time and went on to sleep. He said to still reading Xiao Mi "I am going to sleep. Switch off the light after you are done with reading".

Ye Jian slowly closed his eyes and remembered what all he had read today about this continent. This continent is called dragnor continent and is very vast. Its four sides are covered with ocean water and the surrounding water body is called the Profound Heavenly ocean. According to the book, nobody knows how big the ocean is and nobody knows the name of the planet they are living in. nobody cared, whether the planet is round or flat. It did not mention anybody who explored the ocean. It says that heavenly profound ocean contains ferocious magical sea monsters and nobody returned alive after venturing into it.

The dragnor continent is divided into three large empires. The Azure Dragon empire in the south. The Red Dragon empire in the center and the Ice Dragon empire in the north. The Azure Dragon and the Red Dragon empire are divided by narrow range of mountains from east to west and its breadth is about 1000 miles. The Red Dragon and Ice Dragon empire are separated by a huge river called heavenly serpent river which divides the continent into two parts. The south of the Azure Dragon kingdom is a vast wilderness and many ancient looking mountains occupied the area. The deeper we go in the south there are more magical beasts of higher ranks. Only a  fulfillment realm expert can go beyond 1000 miles south in the south wilderness.

 A vast part of the wilderness is not explored even up to now and no one knows what's deeper inside the wilderness. One can see mountains reaching into the sky from the edge of the wilderness. The martial cultivators who are near the wilderness go hunting for magical beasts. Similarly, there is a vast uninhabited area to the north of the ice Dragon empire called Dead Snow area with thick icebergs and tall mountains covered with snow in that area. The temperatures are below the -30C and it is also vastly unexplored.

The Azure Dragon empire is divided into three kingdoms Blackstone kingdom, Green Leaf kingdom, and Crimson sky kingdom. Misty sky city is the capital of the Black stone kingdom. The Red Dragon empire is divided into four kingdoms. There are two mountains ranges which separate the Red Dragon empire into four parts and each part is a kingdom. Ice Dragon empire is divided into two kingdoms. There is a total of nine kingdoms in the dragnor continent.

There are teleportation formations all over the continent to travel from place to place. the continent is so vast that it takes months to cross from one kingdom to other using horses. The teleportation formation is a type of array built by the Fulfillment realm experts, even though one has to travel through at least ten teleportation formations to reach from one kingdom to the neighboring kingdom.

There are so many sects in the continent for teaching martial arts cultivation. They all have certain requirements to take in disciples into their sects. The sects are divided based on the power wielded by them. There are only 9 first grade sects each sect belonging to one kingdom. The first-grade sect of Blackstone kingdom is known as Profound Seven Hill sect and of Crimson Sky kingdom is Burning Heaven sect and the first-grade sect of Green Leaf kingdom is Green Valley sect.

According to books, the martial way of cultivation is divided into six realms and each realm is again subdivided into 9 levels. They are Origin realm, Vein opening realm, Nascent soul realm, Spirit realm, Heaven realm, Fulfillment realm. One has to study the martial cultivation method to start their martial practice and in the manner given in the cultivation method should transfer qi gathered by them from the surrounding heaven and earth spiritual energy. They have to continue practicing their cultivation methods to increase their qi levels. There also martial techniques which are used to emit the qi gathered in their body outward in a certain form which helps them in combat. There are numerous martial techniques which can be practiced depending on their requirement. By constant perception and understanding of the cultivation method and martial skills and gathering the qi from surroundings, one can gradually break through their levels and improve their strength.

Before Ye Jian is not able to properly cultivate his martial arts due to his poor spiritual root and perception skills but present Ye Jian is from another world even if he is not topper of all the students in the previous world, he is at least considered intelligent and is the topper of his batch at his college. One silver coin is equal to thousand copper coins, one gold coin is equal to 100 silver coins and one purple coin is equal to 10 gold coins. The purple coins are made from the purple essence obtained from the spirit mines and are very rarely seen in the daily life activities. For a large amount of there is also card system in which the amount is directly deducted from the card but the card is issued by Celestial Trade organization only to those with individuals with a minimum balance of 10,000 purple coins. The Celestial Trade organization is the most reputed and trusted organization with branches all over the Dragnor continent.

Cultivation methods and techniques available with the families are inferior when compared to the well-established sects. The core cultivation technique of the family is always taught to the talented individuals in the family and always kept secret. The top talents of a family always try to get into reputed martial sects so they can get better cultivation methods and techniques. Sects accept disciples below 18 years of age and who passed their minimum required criteria. There are three types of disciples in the sect, outer court disciples, inner court disciples, and direct disciples. Outer court disciples can become inner court disciples after passing an examination. The inner court disciples are given more resources to cultivate, the direct disciples are the disciples of elders and sect master of the sect.

Digesting all this information Ye Jian brain felt tired. He thought it will easy to learn martial artists with no exams involving physics and maths where we have to remember formulas and should have high accuracy and speed in solving twisted problems to get a high score better than others but after reading all this information he felt his world is much better, here all is based on strength and nobody gave any importance to how intelligent you are, if you don't have any strength.

 In this world murdering someone is not a crime if you have enough strength to suppress all the opposition raised against you. Only strength is the paramount criteria. If he did not have his family backing him he thought he would also end up in that slave market. Ye Jian took a deep breath and motivated himself that he is going to concentrate towards improving strength so that nobody will oppress him with their strength. he is a very prideful person and do not want to depend on anybody and do not want to be humiliated by others. With another deep breath and determination, he gradually fell asleep.

 Xiao Mi read the book for a while and after turning off the light she got on to the bed and saying to herself that she should not roll towards Ye Jian she fell asleep with her back towards Ye Jian.
 In the middle of the night, Ye Jian again felt a warm body in his bosom. He sleepily opened his eyes and seeing it is Xiao Mi he wrapped his arms around her shoulder and gently pressed her against his bosom and feeling warm and tender body in his bosom and due to all the mental exhaustion due to reading books he slept happily with a subtle smile on his face.

 Next morning Xiao Mi woke again sensing that she is in the bosom of Ye Jian and she was the one who is in the Ye Jian's part of the bed. she hurriedly moved away from Ye Jian and scolded herself, thinking about what is happening to her.

 She doesn't have a habit of rolling on the bed and she always slept peacefully without any major movements during sleep. She thought hard and remembered that she was forced to eat a red colored pill when she was captured by the bandits in the forest.

 She doesn't know the effects of the pill and after seeing that it did not show any effect after a long time she forgot about it. Now she thought about it only this can be the reason for her abnormal behavior and she decided to look for a book in the library which discussed pills and to see if any remedy is available for that pill. She then went for a bath and sat on the bed edge reading a book.
Ye Jian woke up a while later and seeing the back of the Xiao Mi he is mesmerized. he did not see any figure in his previous world which is so curvy and sexy. Her wavy jet-black hair flowed behind her up to her bottom, wafting a delicate aroma of honeysuckle into the bedroom as she was bending slightly forward and reading a book with rapt attention. The present scene was ingrained into his memory and kept looking foolishly at her back. After some time he regained his composure, he said "good morning" to Xiao Mi and went to the bathroom to brush up and bath.

After they both ate the breakfast, delivered to the room, Xiao Mi said calmly "Ye Jian I want to visit the library to exchange the books". Ye Jian replied " I am also thinking to exchange my books. let's go now". Xiao Mi followed Ye Jian and brought the books related to pills and poisons from the library. Ye Jian also some books relating to the basics of martial arts which guided him how to sense world spiritual energy and transform it into strands of qi. The way of circulating qi through the help of breathing and similar type of basic techniques used in martial cultivation by a beginner.

Year XX Month XX Day XX, whole A-class students suddenly disappeared. 

During the confusion a while ago. Student Ryuu Shinomiya, carrying a can of drink in his left hand. Was standing by the back door of the class. 

'What is that?' Is what the first thing that came into his mind upon seeing a huge circle with different shapes and letters inside it that suddenly appeared on the floor that envelopes the whole students including the teacher who was just sitting in the chair in front. The circle glowed and release a blinding light. The whole students was confuse an didn't know what to do, they just stood as some of them was trembling especially the girls. The teacher said to calm down but no one did. As they slowly disappeared in the blink of an eye. 

No one remained but Student Shinomiya alone because he did not set his foot inside the class. A whole 20 students including the teacher had gone missing. The families of the students keeps asking the school why were their child did not went back home last night. The principal said that they will conduct a investigation regarding the matter,  the mass media didn't shut up and talked about the news that a bunch of students suddenly went missing. Some of the parents were cursing student Shinomiya for is he the one that wasn't involved in the case. Shinomiya stayed home and didn't go to school for days. He didn't tell anyone about them disappearing right in front of his eyes for it will only cause another confusion in the media or no one might believe him in that reason. 

Two weeks have passed ever since the students of A class went missing including their teacher. As days passes by the mass media slowly forgets about this case and didn't brought it up again same goes for the students families, they said that they don't have a family member who goes to X school or went missing. Shinomiya didn't let it bother him and lives his life as what he usually does. 

He didn't care about the case, he also didn't care that his classmates went missing for he has no close friends. "They are just a classmate" that's all" he said. A year have passed and he is now entering his second year in highschool he attends the same school, no one knew he came from the A class but the B class. He goes to school normally and graduated after two years. He spends his time reading books and studying and some exercise of sort. However,  that moment when that tragedy happened hadn't left his mind at all. He do things that will make him forget about it but it did not work.

On a rainy day in X city, Shinomiya went to a nearby library to relax, he read a book about swords and magic and it pique his interest. The books title was, 'He Talia' he bought the book right away after reading its plot,  he went straight home and immediately reads the book in his study table.. 

'He Talia' a world of swords and magic, there exist a God, God of creation whom created the world and life. In the age of Gods there lived a dragon, he is name by the god of creation as the crimson dragon "Shinku" and treated it as its equal. God once descended the heaven and travels the world riding the dragon on top of its head. Then one day the God said, "It is time I leave, farewell Shinku... " the God once again ascend to heaven. The dragon became lonely for hundreds of years until the time when a powerful demon king was summoned from another world and took over the peaceful world by almost destroying it. One day came and the humans summons a hero and dealt the demon kings invasion. And peace was once again granted in the world. 

Little did they know that the crimson dragon was the one that killed the demon and king and helped the hero. The dragon and the Hero became friends for a short period of time. They talked a lot of things. The dragon was having so much fun taking to the hero, then one day came and the hero left the dragons side hoping that they would meet some day. The crimson dragon 'Shinku' sleeps in the demon kings castle for hundred of years and he will awake soon in the future to...

"To keep the promise the made with the hero... hmm?  Where's the next page?"

After reading pages the story book 'He Talia' Shinomiya flipped the page and found no words written. He sighed in disappointment and closes the book. 

"What a waste of my money when there are no next in the story... Wish I could be the one to write the next one.. Huh but... I might make the author of the book angry hahaha!"

Shinomiya picked up the book and flips the pages, he went back from the first and flips it once again. Then he fell asleep...

"Wish I could see the next... "

were his last words before sleeping. The dreamt about a place wherein no one was there but only him. It is a never ending white room where ever you look. He walks and walks but never reaches the corner. "Uwah~ this dream is so realistic and I can even think properly... Where the hell is this place? " Shinomiya muttered.

[Why not you write the next? ]

"Huh whose there? "

 Shinomiya was surprised hearing an unknown voice echoed throughout the never ending white space. He looks around and no one was there, he didn't let his guard down and is cautious on his surroundings. Suddenly, a bright golden light descended above the white space. The light was blinded Shinomiya's eyes, as he angrily said, "What the hell is this?" 

[Welcome Human, in the...]

A voice once again echoed throughout the space, Confused Shinomiya kept his eyes closed. 

[...Afterlife]

"H-huh?"

Shinomiya couldn't believe it but the voice said that he already passed away a moments ago. He asked the voice why he died. And it replied,

[Heart attack]

Shinomiya couldn't believe it but he died in a heart attack. According to what the voice said., Shinomiya cause of death was heart attack,  and his soul was brought here by the goddess of spirits. This peculiar soul of Shinomiya's was quite different from a normal one. Normal souls would be bright white, however his was not white but crimson red. Shinomiya wondering why asked the voice a question. "Am I going to live again? ". And the voice replied, "Yes,  you can". Shinomiya was delighted its response but, not in the world he previously live in but another world.

Shinomiya curiously asked, "What kind of world would that be?". The voice laughs and said, "Nothing special, but the book you were reading earlier..."

Dumbfounded Shinomiya raises his left eyebrow. Unexpectedly, Shinomiya's body suddenly glows and a some sort of a familiar circle appeared below his feet with various shapes and carved letters within. Shinomiya rattles and didn't know what to do.

"Hey!  Y-you voice! Explain it to me beforehand!!!"

As Shinomiya was still talking he disappeared in sight. Moments later he opens his eyes and saw a huge dark destroyed room and a bunch of debris around. On his right side there are a huge dusty throne above a dirty long stairs. He looks at his left side and couldn't see the outside as it was covered by a dark huge two sided door. He looks up above and saw a broken ceiling and a clear blue vast sky. He was thinking that this is a throne room and big one. And seems like a fight occurred here for there are many scratches on the wall and blade marks. 

 'Where am I?'

He looks at his hand and saw an exquisite huge sharp claw he was surprised and asks himself, 

"What is this?"

A deep intimidating voice echoed throughout the throne room surprised Shinomiya once again. Thinking that this was his voice.

Young Ryuu's classmates was summoned to the other world and he died years later and somehow followed his classmates to the other world by transmigrated his soul into an empty dragons body. Thus, momories and experiences of the dragon poured into his mind and he became the dragon itself.

Chapter 1
A winter night in the Parvusean mountains in northern Mittel, a small band of humans has set up camp by the shores, awaiting an important delivery by sea. They sit and merry themselves with beer, food and bad jokes. As they are getting drunk and tired, a boat slowly and silently washes up on shore. One of the humans who are keeping watch during the night notice and moves over to investigate. He finds a small parvus girl with blond, colorful hair and blue eyes. There was a note left beside her, "Yomare" it said. On the back there was a mark of an infamous Praedo raider, it instantly filled the man with fear and the day after, the small band of humans has vanished with the Parvusean girl.

""A bastard is a bastard""

The tensions were high in the throne room, the king's scandalous third son Prince Luther is a known womanizer. He spent more time in his bedchambers than he ever spent in front of a book. However, in recent years the royal family has faced pressure from one of his bed maidens. Emelia used to be the lover of Prince Luther, and she is the mother of one of his many, many children. She was unusually cunning; the king and prince dread the day they let her into court.

Today's discussion was about a request made directly from Emelia. The people gathered were King Edward 'the Lionheart', Prince Luther and Emelia herself. "So, if I understand you correctly Emelia, you want to give your son access to the royal library?" The king said, attempting to sound as imposing as possible. Emelia's son was a small brown-haired boy, he had no capacity for fighting and thus was given little education. "Yes, he's always being bullied by the children. I want to give him a place where he can study in peace and I noticed your library is never being used" Emelia placed down her argument. King Edward thought for a while, silence filled the room. The prince broke the silence, almost sweating he spoke up "I-I think we should let her, father". King Edward raised an eyebrow "You think so Luther? Is there a good reason for me to let this wench get her way?" Luther stuttered again and then signaled to a servant close by, the servant walked up to the king and whispered something in his ear. "I see, this… complicates things" King Edward mumbled. 

Emelia had a wide network of contacts, almost everyone in the court owed her something. She knew everything and every one, this has made her a controversial figure in the kingdom. If King Edward could, he would've arrested Emelia years ago when her filthy son was firstborn. Even now King Edward wishes to Unus the one and only god that he grants him an opportunity to order her arrest. While King Edward was wishing the death of Emelia, he got a bright idea. Now that Emelia had made a request, he could request something in return. 

"Emelia, I'm sure you're already aware of my plans so I'm not going to bore you with them, however, if you would offer your support, I'll gladly grant your son access to the library." When Emelia heard this, she pondered. She knew exactly what the king was plotting, her support would require her to be away for quite some time. Leaving her son on his own for years, but even so, this was not only a way to get access to the library. No, this would not only grant her son access to the books he needed, but allow her to gain information and possibly waddle her way into the politics of other kingdoms. She agreed, and the meeting was concluded.

Able moved silently through the halls, a trick he picked up from mimicking cats and mice. It was one of the many ways Able learned to avoid the other children. Even so, Able would sometimes get unlucky and would get noticed, the children would waste no time to surround him and would start picking on him. This often-included beating, as Able was physically weak and had no way of defending himself. There wasn't anyone out there to stop them either, not that anyone cared, Able was just a bastard. 

However, today was different, Able had somewhere to be instead of just endlessly wandering the dark halls, his mom had managed to get permission for him to use the library. This library is a place Able will spend a lot of time endlessly studying topics, all from history to magic. Able would read every day at this library, ever since Able had gotten access to this library he had been confronted less by the children who spent more time learning war strategy and how to handle themselves than reading in the library.

Able spent days inside the library, he didn't have much else to do. In the training field he'd get bullied, and in the chapels, he got branded as a child of a wench and gets chased out. In the library no one really talks to him, mostly because there isn't really anyone there, just the occasional servant passing by and making sure everything is clean and that no rats are chewing on the books. This solace gave Able peace, and allowed him to study for days without end, Able's thirst for knowledge was never sated. Every time he learned something new there was always other material that linked to it. No book knew everything, but that didn't mean Able couldn't and luckily for Able, the royal library was one of the biggest in the world.

Able had spent considerable time inside the library, he'd usually spend time with his mom and the animals. However, with his mom being gone for several years by now and said animals being dead. Able had the choice of either befriending the other children or just spend more time in the library. For Able, this wasn't even a question and he chose the latter option without even giving it a thought. And with that, Able had just shut himself in the library for another 5 years.

The kingdom Noibla, the place where King Edward 'the Lionheart' ruled had come under the threat of a local dragon residing in the northern mountains. The dragon has been reported to be seen flying out of his cave more frequently, and upon further investigation, it was revealed that the dragon was planning an attack on the capital in order to weaken its state. A weakened state meant easier raids for its minions, and with the army in disarray, the king could do little to stop it. The king's advisors had come up with an idea of inviting a famed wizard to the court to set up a warding barrier that would last until the king could get the knights under control. The wizard in question wasn't that well known, but she had shown to have great skill so the king agreed to hire her.

The wizard was for some reason refusing to give up her name, so everyone just refers to her as 'the Court Wizard'. The Court Wizard herself was pretty, she had long red hair, while wearing a green coat and owned a set of glowing scarlet eyes. She, like many wizards, carried a staff, although the staff wasn't anything special, her knowledge and skill were. Her skills were so surprising that the king was pressured to give her increased annual payment and even offered her a new staff but she refused. 

The Court Wizard was making rapid work on the dragon barrier and so had some free time, she decided to check out the royal library famed for its size. She had heard of it, but she didn't know what it held. However, she wasn't expecting much from the Noiblaen people as they are an extremely martial society. When the Court Wizard got there, it was barren, there was no one there. She looked around at the books for a bit, she found a lot of strategy books and history about great conquerors and generals. 'As expected,' she thought. She looked around a bit more and to her surprise, there was a section about magic. What she found when she entered said section was a person, rather a young-looking boy reading a book about protection magic. After having reached the last page he slammed the book together and threw it on the ground like a piece of wet paper. He then went to the bookcase and picked out a new book about protection magic and started reading.

The Court Wizard was a little shocked about the boy suddenly tossing the book, and she wondered why. She walks over and picks up the book that was about 4 meters away from the boy, it seems he hasn't noticed her presence yet. The cover read 'Shield and protection magic' and the book was colored with blue. She took a quick read through it and swiftly realized why the boy had just tossed it on the ground, the book was full of crap. None of these spells would work, as they were all way too simplified and would only produce shapes of what the product should actually be. Though, the Court Wizard wondered why the boy was so angry. When she turned over and looked at him, he was becoming frustrated again, got angry and slammed the book on the ground. He went over to the bookcase and picked out a new book about protection magic and started reading again. He did this about 3 times before the Court Wizard has had enough and went back to working on the dragon ward.

The work on the dragon ward went without a hitch as always, although the Court Wizard wasn't the most experienced in making barriers it wasn't that difficult. As she had free time, she decided to visit the library again. And to her surprise, the boy from last time was there, except now he was just reading up on some history. It seems that just like last time, he was immersed in his own little world. The Court Wizard actually decided to try and read one of the magic books this time, she picked one at random and it was the 'Forsh, the god of nature'. This book was infamous in the wizarding world, mostly written as a way to assimilate the religious sect of Forsh into the Unus faith. It didn't really showcase any real magic and it focused more on putting Forsh as a god similar to Unus. Forsh was the leader of the Elven pantheon, or when it was a pantheon. The elven faith has been heavily influenced by human religions. This has had the effect of destroying the pantheon and establishing Forsh as the sole god of the elves.

The Court Wizard was interrupted when someone burst into the library and urged her to get back to work on the ward, as the dragon has started to become even more aggressive and they are fearing that an attack might take place anytime now. She worked day and night on the dragon ward until it was finally complete. As if detecting the urgency, the dragon had shown up on the front door of the capital. The Court Wizard, King and all of the distressed commoners had come outside to watch the dragon descend on the town. The Court Wizard immediately activated the ward, it took a while before it could fully activate. However, the ward never really activated, it just kind of made a circle around the capital. The Court Wizard suddenly realized something. She realized that when cramming the night in order to finish the ward, she had accidentally incorporated a part of the 'Shield and Protection Magic' book that the boy had slammed into the ground. She was quick to realize that the ward was a complete failure and that the capital might be destroyed because of a simple mistake.

The Court Wizard wasn't the only one in distress of course, the King obviously had realized that something was wrong and accidentally let it slip. The onlooking commoners who heard it rapidly started running and screaming, looking to strap up and leave the town as fast as possible. 

The proud castle in the heart of Noibla had descended into chaos, one would have to be deaf in order not to hear it. It didn't help that the dragon could now be seen flying over the mountains. The massive red dragon was one of the fiercest beasts in the entire northern region. Being over 8 meters tall and 10.5 meters long. The shiny impenetrable scales could be seen reflecting the sun as it flew closer, soon the dragon would be right above the town and rain its infamous blue fire on it. The Court Wizard, finding it impossible to fix the ward now decided to prepare for impact and created a protective shell around the inner castle where the king resided. 

The monstrous dragon was now right above the town and it took a nose dive into it. It burned the houses, slaughtered the cattle and murdered its inhabitants. The garrison the king had raised in preparation for this outcome was completely outclassed by the massive lizard. Nothing could stop the dragon now; its rampage would continue and it would eventually send its army of wyverns and subjugated humans to invade the kingdom. It was all over for the people Noibla, who would be enslaved and slaughtered by the doom waiting for them.

The Court Wizard, after getting the king and the royal family to safety had decided to go face the dragon. She thought of this as her responsibility as she had failed to set up a protective ward for these people who relied on her. She went out to face the dragon, but just as she was about to start fighting. A powerful light shone upon the town; it seemingly terrified the dragon who was driven back as the light came closer until it eventually flew away. The Court Wizard took a minute to calm down and assessed the situation, she hadn't even fired off her first spell yet so it couldn't have been something she did. The King was only really useful on the battlefield and he was currently routing to a nearby town. Then who could have done it?

Her thinking was abruptly interrupted when loud cheers came from the commoners, they seemed to be directed at… her? The only thing she had done was fail setting up the ward, why was she being praised? 'It couldn't be' she thought, there is no way that no one knows who drove the dragon away. Then the Court Wizard got a sudden realization, 'there's no way' she thought and looked towards the ward. Yep, there it was, strong and powerful, outshining even the sun.

After the dragon attack was successfully repelled, the king had managed to get his army in order and replaced his old plotting knights with new loyal ones. Using the dragon's attack on the capital as a cause, the king went on a campaign in the hot Eldine mountain chain in order to get revenge and conquer new territory and riches. 

The Court Wizard meanwhile was still searching for who repelled the dragon. She initially thought it might have been a passing wizard, but she immediately ruled out that idea as wizards who could repel dragons were rare and she would've noticed if such a bigshot was coming. She then searched the commoners for any sort of artifacts that might've repelled it, but that turned out fruitless. There were seemingly no leads to who it could have been so she gives up after some time. After stopping the search, the Court Wizard decided to pay a visit to the library again in order to properly burn the book that caused this mess. However, as she was searching for it, she noticed the boy who almost seemed to never leave the library. She takes a look at him when she notices something on his hand, the remains of charcoal. The same type of charcoal that she had used in her dragon ward. She didn't hesitate and immediately walked over to the boy and said: "Hey, did you by any chance fix a magic circle?"

Able is a child born to the scandalous 3rd born son of the King of Noibla, Prince Luther. Being physically weak, Able gets bullied by the other children. And with everyone seemingly abandoning him, he finds solace in the books of the library. After an unnamed wizard offers to mentor Able, he seems to have all the tools he needs for an exciting adventure!

For the second part of his world quest, Izroth had to clear something called the Path of Dragons alone. However, he had no information whatsoever about any such place, therefore, he did not even know where to begin looking!

But, after reading the contents of the purple covered book, even though Izroth still was unaware of its location, he learned a bit about the creatures called dragons. Of course, Izroth knew what a dragon was since there were some within the Seven Realms, however, they were an extremely rare species!

While there were numerous creatures within the Seven Realms that had dragon blood running through their veins, it could only be considered mediocre at best when compared to the pure bloodline of a true dragon.

According to the contents of the book Izroth just read, it seemed to be a similar case with the dragons of RML. Unfortunately, there was very little data on actual dragons and most of the book was simply speculation and theories about the dragon race. In actuality, the dragon race was shrouded in mystery and it could be centuries before someone reported seeing one!

Did Izroth have a few centuries to wait for a dragon to appear to ask where the Path of Dragons was? Of course not! Though the book was not entirely useless. It would not have caught Izroth's attention with only wild speculations and random assumptions.

Somewhere inside of the fourth kingdom, Tempest was a group of people who worshipped dragons as sacred and divine beings. However, there were three things that made getting there for Izroth a little complicated.

The first was that he had no idea where the fourth kingdom Tempest was located. But, Izroth figured that this information would not be too difficult to obtain. There was even a chance that its location was buried in one of the books within the palace library.

The second reason was that the dragon worshippers were nomads. This meant that they could be anywhere at any time within the borders of Tempest. Fortunately, there were a few known locations that were listed inside the purple covered book. Therefore, Izroth would just have to check them one at a time and hope that he got lucky, otherwise, he could be looking forever!

The first two reasons were not too challenging and anyone with decent connections or the proper resources should be able to accomplish both tasks without too many problems. However, there was nothing Izroth could do about the last issue.

Not all the kingdoms got along with each other. You had some kingdoms who were allies to Amaharpe such as the third kingdom, Proximus and you had those who remained neutral like the second kingdom, O'Tohelm. But, when one held onto as much power as Amaharpe, they were bound to have their fair share of enemies.

In this case, Amaharpe's enemy was none other than Tempest. To make matters worse, they were not simple petty enemies, but rather the two kingdoms were blood enemies!

More than a century ago the two kingdoms fought a bloody war that killed tens of thousands of people on both sides. In the end, Amaharpe was victorious, however, they paid a heavy price and was too weak to even occupy, as well as, secure the territory Tempest ruled over at that time.

During that time, Amaharpe and Tempest were two of the most absolute powers within the Mortal Realm. But after that war happened, it allowed other kingdoms to catch up to them in terms of power and influence. Of course, neither side ever forgave the other and the two have been blood enemies ever since. This was something Izroth had read about in one of the books titled "Seventh War of the Titans".

After obtaining the title Protector of Amaharpe, Izroth's ties to this kingdom was basically carved in stone. It was unlikely that a powerful kingdom like Tempest did not have its fair share of eyes and ears stationed inside of Amaharpe.

There were too many unknowns in Tempest, however, their power was more or less around the same as Amaharpe's. In other words, there were definitely legendary existences in that place! But, Izroth did not believe that they would see him as such a huge threat that they would send a legendary existence after him even if they did discover him crossing their borders.

As long as they did not send any legendary existences, then Izroth was confident in his current fighting and retreating capabilities.

Izroth sat the purple covered book down on the table before him as he turned to look at the mountain of books that he had already gone through. It was well over a thousand books! However, there were still a sizable amount of books waiting to be read.

'I should finish reading the rest.'

Izroth spent the next hour flipping through the pages of books within the palace library. If anyone walked in and saw what he was doing, they would shake their head and mock him. He would grab a book, flip through all of its pages, and then toss it into the pile of books at his side.

From an outside perspective, it looked as though he was just skimming through the books without really looking at its contents and then leaving a mess behind.

Just as Izroth was ready to move on to the next row of books, he heard a voice filled with anger yell out.

"What do you think you're doing?!" The voice shouted.

The voice came from a young man that appeared to be in his late teens. He wore a gray scholars robe with a single silver stripe going across his right arm sleeve. Right now, his expression was one of great displeasure and irritation.

However, Izroth did not pay the voice any mind and kept his focus on absorbing the contents on the next row of books. Besides, he was doing nothing wrong so it was likely that the voice was not even talking to him.

When Izroth ignored him as if he were not even there, the young man's facial expression darkened. He quickly approached Izroth to confront him directly. Did he think that this place was a playground?! This was a sacred place of learning and knowledge and yet this person before him was throwing books anywhere after skimming through them for less than a few seconds.

To make matters even worse, there were well over two thousand books scattered everywhere!

"You-! Did you not hear me speaking to you?! Stop and put those books down at once!" The young man said.

'Hm?'

Izroth turned his head and saw a young man who seemed to be upset about something.

"Stop?" Izroth was confused as to why Kaz wanted him to stop reading. Besides, who was he to tell him what he could and could not do? Izroth was granted the right to enter this place of his own free will and read from the books on the first floor.

Kaz scoffed, "I am the first assistant of the Keeper of Books, Kaz! It is my duty to ensure that no harm is done to the books of this library and that they are used for the sole purpose of gaining knowledge. They are not meant to be held by someone who treats them like junk and playthings! If you want to play around then do it somewhere else that isn't here!"

Izroth's eyebrows rose slightly at Kaz's words. Junk? Playthings? Was he not using the books in this place to gather knowledge? How was he playing around?

However, after taking a moment to think about it, Izroth understood why Kaz thought such a thing. Due to the  Heavenly Golden Body physique, Izroth could retain information from the books just by seeing them one time. Therefore, all he had to do was flip through each page and quickly scan them with his eyes. 

But, although he considered this to be "reading", it would obviously look ridiculous from an outsider's perspective.

Izroth could see that Kaz was simply doing his duty and appeared to be passionate about books, so he did not become upset after the misunderstanding.

'Indeed, it would like as if I were just fooling around.'

"You're mistaken, I am reading every book I pick up." Izroth replied in a carefree manner.

Kaz looked at Izroth as if he had a few screws loose in his head. What part of what he was doing was anything remotely close to reading? However, just as Kaz was ready to further rebuke Izroth, he stopped himself from doing so after hearing the sound of approaching footsteps.

Kaz's facial expression immediately lost all its color and turned pale.

"This is bad...! I can't let the Grand Master see the library like this!" Kaz said in a panicked tone of voice as he quickly moved to pick up the books and started to put them back into their proper place on their respective shelves. However, how could he possibly pick up over two thousand books in such a short amount of time?

Izroth was lost by Kaz's sudden change in behavior. As he watched Kaz panicked and flustered state, he heard someone else approaching. The footsteps of that person had a unique rhythm to them every time that person's foot made contact with the ground. It was incredibly calming to the mind and almost made Izroth completely drop his guard for a moment.

'What a terrifying skill.'

While Izroth was about to easily overcome skills like that thanks to his monstrous willpower, if that skill was used on the average person, there was no doubt that their mind would wander off and enter into a completely calm and tranquil state. Of course, that was not necessarily a bad thing if one wanted to meditate or relax, however, if such a skill was used in the middle of a battle it could be dangerous!

A few moments later, a man who appeared to be in his late fifties to early sixties entered into the library. He wore the same gray scholar robes as Kaz, however, instead of a silver strip across his right arm sleeve, there was a circle of five golden stars. In the middle of those stars was the symbol of a small opened book with blank pages.

Izroth observed the man who just walked in. He had short gray hair with a neat and well-maintained beard. Although his appearance was aged, one could tell that he used to be quite handsome in his youth. But what stood out the most was that deep and profound look that lingered about in his eyes as if he understood the mysteries of the world and what they had to offer.

Orion glanced at Izroth who was the only other person in the library besides his assistant, however, it was only for a brief moment as he lost interest. His gaze then landed on Kaz who was scrambling to pick up the scattered books.

"Kaz, what's the meaning of this? Is this what you call well-maintained and spotless? Do you take me for an old fool? You must think my standards low." Orion spoke in a stern voice as his tone carried with it a great level of displeasure.

Kaz became extremely gloomy after listening to Orion's words of rebuke. He could not help but feel bitter towards Izroth who was the try culprit behind this mess. He wanted to strangle him to death!

"Grand Master! I swear this place was spotless a few hours ago! It was this guy who was randomly throwing the books on the floor after only skimming through them without even reading anything! He has no respect for books and the knowledge they hold! He treats them like disposable trash!" Kaz said as he swiftly shifted the blame to Izroth. 

Kaz did not want the Grand Master to think any less of him because of something someone else did!

Orion turned his focus towards Izroth as he narrowed his eyes to size him up. 

"Young man, did you do this?" Orion asked in a stern tone of voice without mincing any words.

"If you mean the books, then yes. However-" Izroth said but he was cut off by Orion.

"Good, very good! It has been a while since someone has dared cause trouble in my library." Orion said as an invisible force crashed down on Izroth's body.

Kaz felt cold sweats running down his back. He had been with the Grand Master for many years and although he was a strict person, he was still very easy to get along with and there were few things that ever truly upset him. Right now, Kaz could tell that the Grand Master was furious! That guy was finished within Amaharpe! He would be lucky if the Grand Master only kicked him out of the library!

Izroth, however, was unaffected by the pressure being released by Orion. He was flooded with Willpower Checks, but every time he passed with relative ease. Would he allow himself to be intimidated and bullied so easily? The answer was obviously no!

"If you want to bully me for reading, then you'll have to try a little harder." Izroth said in a nonchalant manner.

Orion saw that his pressure was not working on Izroth and the look in his eyes became a bit cold.

"Good, very good. Let's see how long you can hide your lies." Orion said. He withdrew his pressure as an idea suddenly came to his mind.

Jin, a hardcore gamer who still lives with his mom at the age of 24. He could never hold down a steady job since graduating, his girlfriend since high school dumped him for his best friend and he's constantly getting beat up by a group of local gang members. His dad left him and his mom when he became rich from the lottery and got a new family, one free of debt and burdens as he called it. RML was advertised as the worlds first fully immersive VRMMORPG, allowing for players with skill sets in the real world, like sword training, martial arts, archery or reaction time, to benefit in the game itself! Though Jin died and at that moment a soul from another world crossed over into his body and inherited his memories. The man known as Izroth once hailed as the greatest cultivator in the seven realms, soul reincarnates into the modern world year 20xx in the body of Jin.

"What are all these strange memories flowing into my mind..? I've been to all seven realms and have never seen one like this. Earth is it?"

"M-My cultivation..! It's back to nothing! This body is so weak and spiritual essence here is scarce. But my soul strength is untainted."

"I'll make right all the wrongs that have been done to you, your revenge shall come."

"It's called a video game? I'll play it! Since you've given me this body even though it wasn't planned, I'll accomplish your goal of becoming #1."

"So sects here are called guilds... I'll make the strongest one there is!"

"Ha? World greatest gamer? Don't think you can bully me and not pay the price!"

"T- This!" George narrowed his eyes when he saw his surrounding. He was supposed to be inside the lich tower in a pitch-black room above the library, but he did not arrive at the place that he was supposed to.

The surrounding was very different than the twilight forest. A few strange mobs could be seen roaming around aimlessly, while a lot of unidentified plants growing on the unknown soil. But all of them had similar characteristics to each other... They have the shape of blocks!

"How- How could this be?! Don't tell me it's the overworld?!" George was amazed by what he was seeing right now. He didn't think that the end portal would bring him to the overworld.

But it was really like that in Minecraft. After you killed an ender dragon and used the portal to go back to the overworld, you will be sent back to the place where you spawned in the first place, not inside the stronghold.

「Ding! Congratulations to Host for unlocking an easter egg! How do you feel? Walking in the overworld?!」 

George was pretty impressed by it, but he thought that it wasn't really anything special about it. And then he just realized something important. "Wait... If it's like this! Then-" He narrowed his eyes and laughed excitedly.

Roar!

Suddenly the little dragon jumped from George's arms and happily walked around with a curiosity of this world. It was a much different place than it's homeland, so it wants to explore this colorful land excitedly.

But of course, George caught the little dragon before it disappeared from his sight. "Be patient! I need to put you on a leash first!"

Roar!

The little dragon angrily roared at him and wanted to give George it's precious breath, but as it wasn't mature yet there's nothing that came out from it.

George chuckled when he saw what's happening. "You are such a brat! Maybe I should call you Brad... Okay! From now you are called Brad!" Said George while he put on the leash on Brad. It would be bad if he disappeared and George's source of dragon breath will be gone.

"Go!" After George used a leash on the little dragon, he then remembered that he could just release this little guy. With the help of the minimap, he could mark it's soul so it would be very easy to chase it. But on a second thought, he decided to just use the leash. He didn't want to know what's going to happen if this little dragon suddenly provoked a boss or mini-boss.

Roar!

Without looking back, Brad happily explored the unknown land. It makes George's face twitched uncontrollably. "This ungrateful brat!" He sighed.

He just followed Brad walking around the plains, discovering a lot of unique plants and mobs. Because this world has all kinds of mods, the world is very different from what it was on the original game.

There a ton of stray pixelmons roaming around the ground waiting to be caught by people, mystical flowers growing everywhere, an unimaginable amount of biomes that's loaded in this world, seasonal cycle and many more. If only the world isn't this blocky, people will think that it was a brand new realm... No, a brand new world that's created by heaven.

"Great!" George was amazed by the versatility of the mods. And that could only means, he don't have to buy a lot of things from the A.I. if he wanted some materials.

He was supposed to go back and researching the witchery mod, but he put it to a halt. "This is indeed very interesting! Even this flower has a magical property! The pollen looked very sparkly!!" He plucked a stem of the white mystical flowers and was very amazed by it. "I wonder what kind mod is this mystical flower is originated from?! It's very pretty!"

「Ding! It's from Botania!」 

"Botania? That's sound really familiar."

「Ding! Of course, it was very familiar! It's from that book that you underestimated a few times! I literally wanted to roll my eyes right now!」

"What? That very same book called Lexica Botania?" George gasped. He thought that it was a book that studied normal plants and flowers, but he didn't think that these magical flowers are inside the book, so he decided to read it with the gale force reading glasses that he previously bought. Just by flipping the book furiously, he narrowed his eyes in shock.

"What?! It's very magical! Collecting mana from a magical flower?! Th- This! There's a flower that feeds on mana that could summon a treasure?!" He gasped. From that quick reading, he just knew what the A.I. meant when it kept suggesting him to not judging a book by it's cover. This is indeed a good book and it shouldn't be underestimated. "Why didn't you said so?! Why did you only say that it was about flowers, not a mystical flower?!" He frowned.

「Ding! I knew it was a good book and told you to read it fist, but you didn't even take any effort to read the book!」

George decided to ignore the A.I.'s scolding and begun collecting as many mystical flowers that he could found. You need to use the petals of these flowers to make another type of mystical flowers that could generate mana and unique flowers that couldn't have known by anyone in the world of cultivator.

"Mmn... Let's go back! I have harvested a considerable amount of mystical flowers, so it should be fine for a while!" Thought George, so he chased down the little dragon who was chasing a weird purple slime that's walking around.

"Hey, little brat! Let's go back!" He grabbed the little dragon, but it didn't want to go from this place.

Roar!

The little dragon unhappily roared at George, but George only chuckled and teased the little dragon. "Brat... If you don't want to follow me, then do so! I won't give you any more cod!" He released the little dragon from his hand and pretends to leave him alone.

The little dragon looked at George in panic. He immediately followed him to go back. "Haha... You said that you wanted to stay?! What happened?!" He teased the little dragon who was in verge of tears.

George Candra, a nature enthusiast fell from a cliff and found himself awoke in the bottom of a ravine with a ton of skeletons surrounding him.

As he tried to climb up, he found out that he have a system, but it wasn't your usual system. It was... a shop. Yes... a shop.

With the coins that he found nearby, he somehow managed to survive in the bottom of the cliff. He even made a house in there, until someone crashed the house and destroyed it...

"..." He suddenly felt an urge to just demolish the house he just finished building a moment ago.

"WTF... There's a person on the roof." He poked the man and demanded compensation of the house to him, but the man can't seem to understand Indonesian, nor English.

"Uhh... Wo.. ai.. ni?"

The man's face darkened.
