Quirks or even elements of quirks can be classified according to strength as follows:
Detrimental- directly harms or inhibits the user. Quirks commonly have at least one detrimental aspect acting as a limiter.
Vestigial- pretty much useless, or only affects appearance in a non-functional way. Most Quirks have one.
Utility- Quirk has a range of applications.
Weapon- Quirk has an inherent danger to it, or raises the inherent danger level of the user.
Epic- Innately dangerous or uncounterable. A reincarnation/high healing factor on the level of Wolverine (comics) could be considered Epic without being directly weaponizable.
Mythic- unfathomable. Capable of miracles, like resurrection (likely with a time limit, but still powerful), one man nuke, etc. Yaoyorozu might have a move that pushes her into this territory. The Final Solution.

Another thing to consider with Quirks is the Growth Rate/Type:
Mundane growth rates can vary, but are classified by the fact that they can only grow in the same way a Quirkless person could grow in threat level: exercise for strength and training for skills. 
Other than Mundane growth, Quirks could grow in capacity in age or by a built in mechanic, and are classified from Slow to Godly. Demonic is also applicable, but tends to be used when there is something... wrong... with the mechanic. 
Growth Rate and Type are mostly things to consider for hero candidates, as established heroes are likely to have aged past the need for growth. Another thing to think about when considering growth is equipment compatibility. Some Quirks will increase in growth rate if a suitable tool is paired with them. Consider jet boots on Uraraka, or giving her drones that need less power and noise to function due to neutralized gravity. She could then expand into being a type of sensory hero.

While not directly related to the Quirk Strength, a hero can be classified from F rank to S rank based on a combination of their Quirk Strength and how well they are used. I'd like to call this an Operator Level. As a prime example, consider Mirio Togata of the Big Three recently introduced in the anime. By my reckoning, his phasing Quirk is just a Utility, but his application and precision in using it puts him into upper A if not S rank operator. For another example, there is Uraraka, who also has a Utility Quirk and showed her skill in using it against Bakugou. On the other end of the scale could be All Might, who due to injury, has stepped back in Operator Level due to the time limit incurred. 
I think that the average, untrained hero candidate's Operator Level is around C at best. Those who have trained hard on their own could reach B tier, and the most powerful students will be A. S rank would be veterans of the industry, or given to special talents if one factors in age. As for those who have really simple Quirks, like Deku's mom (no offense) due to innate power levels, are rarely ranked. Still, even the Quirkless could be S ranked if trained well enough. Ever read the Vigilante spinoff? Or heard of Batman? They would be S rank operators without Quirks at all. 

As far as other ways to classify Quirks, look no further than Brandon Sanderson's Reckoners trilogy, which is also a superpowered society. Want to read a story of unpowered people fighting against a Superpower Apocalypse? Steelheart starts it, and go read it. I mean, if you can read that, or you can read my stuff, by all means, read Sanderson's stuff. 
Seriously, go do it. Mistborn is fantastic, too. 
Anyways, linked to that is the term "prime invincibility," which is basically a trait that makes someone effectively immortal. Like reincarnation, extreme healing factors, shields, and invulnerability. I'd like to borrow this term. 
Also something I am borrowing from the Reckoners is that everything has a weakness. Something that depowers someone, or otherwise can nullify them. All Might has a time limit, Deku has a power cap or he destroys himself, Iida overheats, Uraraka gets sick, Kaminari short circuits, stuff like that. Kai has a couple of weaknesses that are covered in the prologue, but I'll explain that more viscerally when it comes time for it. 

More on Quirks:
It is a confirmed though unacknowledged phenomenon in canon that there is a lot of instinctive knowledge that comes with having a Quirk. Take Toga (drinks blood for shapeshift creepy girl) or Stain for example. Without instincts driving them to consume blood, they would have gone through life thinking they were Quirkless. Clearly, procedures that come with activation of a Quirk are ingrained into the user. 
Obviously, that is a little different for Deku, who has to figure things out. Things aren't as natural for him. And One for All is a unique Quirk to begin with. 

It is confirmed that there are Quirks that operate directly on Quirks. Three examples are given: All For One, One For All, and Aizawa's Eraser Quirk. While these would be rare, they are clearly not unheard of. Just having a Quirk that operates directly on other Quirks might put your power level into Epic, but with limitations considered, that might be difficult. 

Well, I'm sure I'll cover some of these within the story, but I wanted to get this into a convenient place for people that want it.

Well, who expected this crossover?
Kaisei Oguchi is a teenager with a troubled past and a powerful Quirk- he can summon the ever adapting Swarm of the Starcraft universe to do his will. Trying to make the best use of it, and with a plan that he has shared with nobody, not even his most trusted sister, he enters UA with the intent to become the greatest hero, like no one ever was. Oh. And a side of revenge. Revenge is nice, too.
Expect him to be a little dark. In control of one of the greatest weapons of a cosmos, who wouldn't be? Who is safe from his wrath? Not even All Might will escape unscathed.

"You're starting to give me a headache, Sport," said Wanda.
Timmy glanced down at the dizzied face of his pink-tinted pencil and immediately stopped tapping the disguised fairy against his desk.
"Sorry, Wanda," he apologized. "I just can't wait to get out here."
His eyes once again glued to the classroom clock, Timmy resumed counting down to the fated time.
"Come on!" the 10-year old impatiently mumbled under his breath. "Come on!"
As the young child continued to stare at the clock, Mr. Crocker continued with his history lesson that his students had tuned out an hour ago.
"…and that, class, is how I ended up cursed with being a teacher," Mr. Crocker finished in a bored, monotone tone. "Now before class ends, I have an announcement to make. We have a new student joining our class today."
Hearing the words, "new student," was enough to gain his class's attention. They curiously watched Mr. Crocker approach the classroom door and opened it, revealing a young girl for all to see.
"This is Chloe Carmichael," Mr. Crocker introduced.
Confused, Timmy raised his hand and asked, "Uh, why didn't introduce her before class?"
Ignoring his student's question, Mr. Crocker turned to Chloe, "You can take the empty seat next to Timmy Turner."
Chloe did as she was instructed and took the seat next to Timmy. Not too long after, the sound of the dismissal bell rung throughout the entire school. Finally receiving the freedom they coveted, every student rushed out of the class room, some unaware that they have ran over their teacher in the process. With no time to waste, Timmy opened his locker just as Cosmo and Wanda have assumed the shape of his textbooks.
"Isn't it kind of strange that Mr. Crocker would introduce a new student at the end of the school day?" Wanda wondered aloud.
"Hey, he's just thinking outside the box and thinking outside the box is great!" Cosmo beamed. "I do it all the time!"
"Sometimes you need to think inside the box, honey," Wanda smiled at her husband. "Anyway, Timmy, why don't you offer to show Chloe around the school? She is the new girl after all and this is a good chance to make a new friend."
"I don't know, Wanda," replied the cautious 10-year old. "I don't even know her. For all I know, she can be some type of weirdo."
He then closed his locker door, allowing him to finally notice the aforementioned new kid standing right next to him.
"I wasn't talking to my textbooks!" Timmy shouted in a defensive and highly suspicious. manner.
"I don't mind," Chloe said with a gentle smile. "It's not like talking to textbooks is weird."
"Um… Yes it is. It's very, very weird."
He was completely taken aback that the New Kid didn't immediately consider him weird. That was something that never happened to him before.
"Anyway, what are you doing here?" asked Timmy.
"My locker is right next to yours," said Chloe. "Looks like we'll be locker buddies."
Chloe grabbed her things from her locker and walked away. As soon as she was out of earshot, Timmy re-opened his locker and said, "Wow guys, someone didn't call me weird for talking to you."
Receive nothing but silence, the 10-year old looked inside his locker and realized that he was only talking to his normal, non-verbal textbooks. He then turned around to find a group of girls behind him, staring at him with confused and horrified looks on their faces. They each feigned a smile and walked away from him slowly, leaving Timmy very annoyed. He quickly grabbed his backpack from his locker and slammed the door in a huff. The moment he was finally out of the school, Timmy was approached by his friends, Chester and A.J.
"Is it true, Timmy?" asked A.J.
"No. I don't talk to inanimate objects," Timmy insisted.
"Not that," said Chester. "Everyone knows you talk to inanimate objects. We're talking about the new girl having a locker next to yours."
"Oh. Yeah, that's true," Timmy shrugged.
"It looks like the new girl's being forced on you," Chester concluded.
"What?! Just because the New Kid sits next to me in class and has a locker next to mine, doesn't mean she's being forced on me," Timmy insisted.
"Yeah and my mailbox doesn't get tossed in front of me every time I say my dad's name: Bucky Mcbadbat," Chester replied in a sarcastic tone.
As if on cue, a flaming mailbox landed in front of the three.
 "Isn't that your mailbox?" Timmy asked.
"Not again!" Chester cried before running off.
"Anyway," A.J. pulled a chart from behind his back and presented it to his remaining friend. "It's a statistical fact that when a new kid is placed next to a student and then given a locker next to the same student, then it becomes obvious that the new kid is being forced on said student."
"…Do you have a graph for everything?" Timmy questioned.
"Of course. It's a basic trait of an unpopular genius. I've got graphs for student popularity, teacher salary, and the growth rate of my clone…"
"What?"
"Ah! I mean… The growth rate of my avocado…!"
The flustered genius flashed Timmy a suspicious smile before suddenly running away, leaving the graph he presented behind.
As he pondered his friends' words on the journey home, Cosmo and Wanda flew up to Timmy as hummingbirds.
"Can you believe those guys?" asked Timmy.
"Yeah," Cosmo agreed. "You'd think Chester would be used to his mailbox being tossed in front of him every time he mentions his dad and we've seen A.J.'s clone before."
"Not that," Timmy said, shaking his head. "They think the New Kid is being forced on me."
"You shouldn't let what he said get to you, Timmy," Wanda advised. "Kids tend to over exaggerate coincidences. Of course, you would know that."
"Hey! Trixie ending up being the last person without a dance partner was not a coincidence!" Timmy insisted, before suspiciously whistling.
"It still didn't keep her from taking Phillip away from me," Cosmo cried, tearing up from the most recent lost of his nickel.
The disappointed 10-year walked up his driveway until he heard someone say, "Hi, Timmy!"
Curious as to who called him, Timmy followed the direction of the familiar voice and was shocked to find Chloe waving at him from across the street. Stunned by her 2nd random appearance, Timmy walked to the house she was standing in front of and asked, "What are you doing here, Chloe?"
"I live here," Chloe answered.
"Wait a minute…" Timmy stared at her in disbelief. "You actually live across the street from me?"
Chloe nodded her head, prompting him looked back at Cosmo and Wanda with a concerned look on his face. He then turned his attention back to Chloe and said, "Ok, uh, I got to go home and do my homework."
"But we don't have homework," Chloe replied as a confused expression landed on her face.
"How do you know that?"
"I was taking notes from outside the classroom door."
She then pulled her notepad out of her backpack and showed Timmy all the notes she had taken. He blankly stared at her and quickly ran home. Once inside, Timmy frantically rushed up to his room and slammed the door shut as Cosmo and Wanda poofed in.
"So she's your neighbor too? That's a coincidence," said Wanda.
The stressed 10-year old took a deep breath and chuckled.
"So she's my neighbor too. So what? That still doesn't mean she's being forced on me," he insisted.
As if on cue, Jorgen Von Strangle poofed into the room and roared, "Turner!!!"
The force of his thunderous voice was enough to send the trio flying.
"It wasn't me! I didn't do it! I didn't know that would happen just because I got curious!" Timmy instinctively replied.
"What are you talking about, puny Turner?" Jorgen asked.
"Nothing," the 10-year old shot a giant, suspicious grin at the hulking Fairy. "Anyway, what are you doing here?"
To answer Timmy's question, Jorgen poofed a graph out of thin air and shoved it into Timmy's face.
"As you can see from this graph, there is a rise in Fairy Godkids who need fairies, but there's a lack of fairies available to be Fairy Godparents," the large fairy explained.
"How's that possible?" Timmy sputtered. "There are like a million fairies in Fairy World who do nothing all day. What about Juandissimo? Is he even still Remy's Godparent?"
"They're all busy!!!" Jorgen roared.
"You know, you wouldn't be in this mess if you didn't make that rule about no new fairy babies," Timmy pointed out.
In response to the child's jab, Jorgen jerked Timmy up to his face and glared at him with a menacing look on his face.
"Do you really want another him?" Jorgen asked as he pointed to Cosmo.
"Hey, Wanda, look at this ball I found!" Cosmo grinned as he showed his wife his new pale yellow, buzzing ball.
"That's a wasps' nest, Cosmo!" Wanda shrieked.
The wasps flew out of their nest and begun stinging Cosmo.
"Point taken," Timmy accepted.
"Anyway, due to our lack of fairies, I'm making you share your fairies with someone else," Jorgen smirked.
Disbelief and shock completely paralyzed Timmy's entire body as he tried to properly process what he had just been told.
"WHAT?!" he exclaimed.
Not too long after that blurt, Chloe climbed down the rock wall in her room as Jorgen, Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda poofed in. The moment she noticed their sudden appearance, Chloe instinctively grabbed Jorgen's right arm, flipped over and slammed him on the ground. Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda's jaws dropped in disbelief as Jorgen rubbed the back of his head.
"My guard was down," Jorgen explained in an annoyed tone. "Naturally if I was ready, she would be the one who would be on the floor like an unprepared weakling."
The hulking fairy then staggered onto his feet and glared at Chloe.
"Anyway, Chloe, I am here to present you with your Fairy Godparents," he continued.
"Fairy… Godparents?" Chloe repeated, confused.
"You know, wands and wings," Wanda smiled.
"And floaty crowny things," Cosmo cheerfully added.
"Wait a minute," Timmy injected. "I thought you had to be miserable to be assigned Fairy Godparents. How is she miserable?"
"I'd tell you but I now have to go and ask someone how to deal with emasculation… for someone else," Jorgen answered before poofing away in a huff.
Chloe stared at Cosmo and Wanda with a look of amazement and whimsy on her face.
"Is this really happening?" asked Chloe.
"Yeah, is this really happening?" Timmy asked; the tone of his voice not even bothering to hide his annoyance over the whole ordeal.
"I have Fairy Godparents?" excitement began to build up in Chloe as she finally began to accept what was happening.
"Not quite," said Wanda. "You see you have to share us with Timmy. We were originally assigned to him."
"You have Fairies, Timmy?" asked Chloe.
"Ok, now she's being forced on me," Timmy thought.
"I'm Cosmo," Cosmo introduced himself.
"And I'm Wanda," Wanda added.
"And we're…!"
"She already knows that part," Timmy interrupted.
"Wait… What do Fairy Godparents do?" asked Chloe.
"We grant wishes," Wanda answered.
"Really?" Chloe turned her attention to her fellow Godchild and asked, "What can I wish for, Timmy?"
"Why are you asking me?" he asked, confused by the sudden question directed at him..
"You've had fairies for a while so you gotta be an expert on this kind of stuff," Chloe answered.
"Actually…" Cosmo started.
Quickly covering Cosmo's mouth, a boastful smirk landed on Timmy's face and he answered, "You're right. I am an expert. You see Chloe, you can't just wish for anything. There are certain rules that you can't break."
"Like what?" asked Chloe.
"Uhhhhh…" Unable to remember any of the numerous rules he had already encountered and/or broke, Timmy decided there was only one way to answer without looking like an idiot, "Just wish for anything and you'll find out."
"Okay… Wish for anything. Wish for anything," Chloe excitedly chanted. "…"How do I make a wish?"
"Just say you wish for something," Timmy answered.
Nodding her head, Chloe then closed her eyes and thought about what she would want as her first wish. After sifting through many possible wishes, she immediately opened her eyes and grinned at the others in her room.
"I wish… that everyone in the world would share everything!" Chloe wished.
"What?!" Timmy exclaimed for the second time.
With their wands in hand, Cosmo and Wanda waved their instruments of magic and granted their new Godchild's wish.
"This isn't going to end well…" Timmy muttered.
The group immediately heard a crash outside and quickly looked out Chloe's window. What was a wish to everyone to share their possessions instead resulted in everyone stealing.
"Chloe, I know this isn't what you were going for, but you basically made everyone a thief," her fellow godchild pointed out.
Timmy then noticed a man running out of his house with a box containing his collection of Crimson Chin comic books, something that he wasn't going to stand for.
"Hey, I share those comics with no one!" Timmy shouted. "I wish I had a jetpack!"
Cosmo and Wanda waved their wands and a jetpack appeared on Timmy's back. He quickly flew out of the window and tackled the man with his comics. With his comics recovered, he then flew back to Chloe's house as Chloe, Cosmo and Wanda appeared outside.
"This is getting out of control! I wish everything was back to normal!"
Cosmo and Wanda waved their wands, but instead of his wish being his granted, their wands instead wilted.
"What is it now?" the exasperated child asked.
Wanda poofed up Da Rules and opened it up to the page with the answer to Timmy's question.
"Sorry, sport, according to Da Rules you can't wish away another Godkid's wish," Wanda explained.
"You know I'm starting get tired of Da Rules," the annoyed 10-year old muttered. "I wish…"
Timmy quickly covered his mouth and thought, "That was a close one. I almost started that page collecting adventure again."
Suddenly, Dad snatched his son's jetpack and strapped it on.
"Dad, what are you doing?!" Timmy exclaimed.
"Son, you need to learn how to share things," Dad scoffed.
Dad turned the jetpack on and started flying around the neighborhood in an erratic manner. Soon, he flew by his son's comics, setting them ablaze.
"My special, platinum, limited edition Crimson Chin comics!" Timmy exclaimed.
He quickly took his shirt off and used it in a desperate attempt to put out the fire but, in the end, the comics turned into ash.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!" Timmy screamed.
As the child tearfully picked up the ashes of his comics, he heard Chloe say, "It's ok, Timmy. You can always get more."
 "More…?!" Timmy's right eye twitched as he turned his glare to Chloe. "Those were special. Platinum. Limited edition. CRIMSON CHIN COMICS!"
"They're also very flammable," Cosmo added.
"You're not helping, dear," Wanda said in an annoyed tone.
"There are no more!" Timmy continued to yell.
"Calm down, sport. There's no reason to yell at Chloe," said Wanda.
Timmy angrily turned to Wanda and yelled, "Calm down?! How can I calm down?! My comics are gone and this wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for her! This is all her fault! It-!"
The enraged 10-year immediately rendered silent as he finally realized how he was acting. He slowly and cautiously turned around and noticed a hurt expression plant itself on Chloe's face.
"Chloe, I- I didn���t mean it like- I didn't… uhm…" Timmy struggled to find the words to say in this situation.
"No, you're right," Chloe said with a sorrowful smile. "I always mess things up."
"What do you mean?"
"In my old town, I always tried to help others or do good, but I just end up making things worse. Eventually I was all alone, because no one wanted anything to do with me."
"So that's why she needs Fairy GodParents," Timmy thought to himself.
He looked at the ashes of his comic books then looked back at Chloe and sighed.
"Don't beat yourself too much," said Timmy. "I know what it's like to try to help only to make things worse."
"You do?" Chloe asked, surprised.
"Besides, anyone who wouldn't want anything to with you is an idiot. I mean I've only known you for less than a day, but you seem pretty ok and your first wish was for the benefits of others. So, you shouldn't let the things of those who doesn't appreciate you trying to help say get to you."
Chloe face lit up and smiled. Cosmo, on the other hand, had the complete opposite reaction. Frightened by his godchild's words, the green-haired fairy dived behind Wanda and shriek, "Wanda, Timmy's acting mature! Something's not right."
"Timmy's a growing boy, Cosmo," Wanda pointed out. "He's supposed to be getting more mature."
Suddenly, a group of masked men ran by, one carrying a restrained Mom.
"Can you now unwish your wish before those people hurt my mom?" Timmy pleaded.
"Ok," Chloe eagerly cleared her throat and declared, "I wish everyone was back to normal and that everything is back where it should be."
Cosmo and Wanda waved their wands and granted Chloe's wish. Soon everyone stopped stealing and the stolen items were poofed back home.
"Everything's back to normal," said a relieved Timmy.
"Thanks, Timmy," Chloe beamed.
"For what?"
"For what you said,"
Embarrassed, Timmy scratched the back of his head.
���It's no big deal," said Timmy. "Anyway, how do we deal with the whole sharing Cosmo and Wanda thing?"
"They already live you, right?" asked Chloe.
"Yeah. You don't think we should switch who they stay with every day?"
"They should just stay with you."
Timmy blankly stared at Chloe's solution.
"But how are you going to make wishes?" he asked.
"I'll be fine," she assured her fellow Godchild. "Besides we wouldn't want Cosmo and Wanda moving around so much."
"Ok then."
All was quiet for a moment, causing the atmosphere to become too awkward for Timmy.
"Ok, see you tomorrow," he said.
"Ok," Chloe smiled.

A slightly alternate take on Timmy's first meeting with Chloe.

At night in his home, Saul was reading the book he purchased. He was interested in the book mainly because of the hearsay of reincarnation among his friends in army. In the unit, while there was little to no work, some of his friends read novels and comics of which this was a major theme. (A/N: This being the early 2010s, the trend had not caught up with the global populace). He himself had read some interesting books regarding the Dalai Lama and how he would remember his past lives.

The contents of the book were fascinating to him. As per the book, different religions had different interpretations of reincarnation. 

The word itself is derived from Latin and literally means "to take on the flesh again," in other words, "to take on the fleshy (physical) body." 
Discussion of the subject appears in the philosophical traditions of India and Greece from about the 6th century BC. What exactly is reincarnation? It simply means that we leave one life and go into another; it is all for the sole purpose of soul development and spiritual growth. The soul may take the form of human, animal, or plant depending on the moral quality of the previous life's actions. This doctrine is a central tenet of the Indian and Greek religions. However, reincarnation implies that the person remains essentially the same, while occupying a new body. 
The concept is prevalent in most of the earlier religions like Hinduism, Greek mythology, Judaism etc.

According to Hinduism, the soul is immortal and continues its journey one after the other until it attains the truth of everything or nirvana as we know it in popular culture.  This similar for Buddhism also. 

Some of the religions like Christianity and Islam rejects this idea. At the same time, sects within these religions still believe in the concept. Spiritism, a Christian philosophy codified in the 19th century teaches reincarnation or rebirth into human life after death. 

"The book is interesting to say the least, an interesting concept. It is like that movie Groundhog day, except you don't remember your previous life. Human race is a self learning race. If only we could remember our errors in previous life, it could be said that humans would have long reached the next galaxy by now. If only I had a power like this to have infinite reincarnations without losing any of memories and sanity, Ahh! One could only dream." Saul was brought out of his wishful thinking when he saw he had reached the ending.

At end of the book, Saul saw a small message which was hand written, different to the original text. 
"Congratulations, you have been selected?" Saul read out aloud, pondering and questioning over the meaning. Did it mean some kind of lottery? Or is it some kind of prank? He didn't give much thought to the matter.

Closing the book and keeping it inside his drawer, John slid into the sweet embrace of the night, all the while bereft of the knowledge that his seemingly small act of kindness had set the wheels of something in motion. Something that would make him an existence that humbled many.

10 years had passed since that night. Saul had long forgotten of a small event which had little to no importance.
He dedicated himself to the store and its business. His father John Ignatius who was 5 years older than his uncle had retired from the business and completely handed over it to his eldest son. His youngest son, Raymond who Saul loves greatly, is now an Engineer. When he was in college Raymond had told him all about animes and video games. Through him, Saul was educated into the pop culture of web novels, mangas and animes. 

Saul had already read many comics like the Superman, Batman and Justice league series, Marvel comics.Among these, he felt that Marvel was better than the sometimes childish DC comics which kept villains like Joker and Luthor always alive thus producing a lot of innocent casualties. The setting of DC was also somewhat 'dark' as some may say. Nevertheless, it never would fail to amaze anyone. Especially Batman and his paranoid mind.
It awed Saul that someone with no super power could keep up with a big team of supers. However the answer as to how he does everything is very simple. That's because he's Batman. 

His brother had recommended to him couple of good novels like the Library of Heaven's Path, The Lord of the Mysteries etc. His was what you would call a geek. But these days, who isn't with all these Marvel movies coming out. Saul was a big fan of the Avengers series. He had watched all the movies from Captain America to the latest End Game.

Pushing these thoughts out of his mind, Saul started his daily routine in the store. His days were not monotonous. Occasionally he would go to his old SAS camp to meet his boss and friends and polish his combat skills lest they go out of touch. However they had also retired recently. 
Now that the Corona virus was creating such a mess, he hadn't been in touch with his friends face to face. Sure he would call them time to time, but he believed that friendship or relationship over the phone is a short term idea which cannot last. It was just recently he had got permission to re open the store after the nation wide lockdown.

These days were frankly boring for him. Not many customers came due to fear of the virus. He mainly read comics and mangas, manhuas and the likes in these off times. His favourites were Naruto, Noblesse and the Gamer. Recently Naruto producers had launched a sequel for the series titled Boruto, telling us the tales of his son. That wasn't a good move in his opinion. 

It was raining heavily outside when he was going home.  'The climate of UK. At least it's cool' Saul remarked with a long sigh. He stepped into his room after greeting his father who was watching football. 

"Are you winning dad?" He asked his father with a sly smile. His father being a football fanatic didn't give much attention to the remark he made and said " Yeah. We'll win."

Saul went to room after informing his mother as he was tired and wanted a small nap. However he found it hard to fall asleep. 'May be because of the off timing. I normally don't sleep during this time.' He thought. He soon began and relax his mind and fell asleep.

"It was a good nap.  I think I should get up and have dinner." mumbled Saul half asleep. However it was at this time he found that he something wasn't right. Suddenly wide awake he found that he was now in a completely different space, sort of like outer space. 







Being summoned to another world seemed a cool idea in comics and television shows, but in reality it is tougher that it seems. My name is Maxwell, but my friends call me Max, a few hours ago I was summoned to this alien world by whom the townsfolk refer to as the elders; they are a group of ancient magicians who manipulate the Arcanum to produce great feats, one among many is to summon people from other worlds.
This summon or the sow as they refer to, happens on this day every five hundred years, each time a hundred beings called the seeds are summoned to this world, each one of them gets summoned at random, from where exactly they don't know, they just know it works every time.
Each of the seeds gets summoned to a room called the sanctum which is inside the governance hall in every major city and then they are to remain within that city for a week.
During that time the seed are to learn the basics of this world, gets assigned a job, some basic equipment for their specific job and are given money to get the journey started, as after that week they must leave the city to travel around this world for a year, I was assured that after that year I will be able to come back home.
This traveling is the main purpose of the sow, and the reason why the elders conduct this ritual every five hundred years without fail, as each seed is to use this time for personal growth to become a blossom, this is the name the elders give to superior beings.
It is the firm belief of the elders that the seed is being summoned as they are at a critical stage in their lives and it would be trough this journey that they will discover their purpose in life, hence blossoming from a seed to a beautiful flower, meaning that they will achieve their maximum potential.
Of course this world gains benefits too, as while the seed travels they bring change to this world, the elders think that change is what keeps this world alive and promotes its growth. When I asked one of the elders what if one of the seed decided to become evil and cause destruction instead of helping this world, the elder just smiled and told me that destruction and chaos are valid experiences that promote growth, so we should embrace the good with the bad.  
Tomorrow I'll go to the city sanctum to get assigned a basic job, the job I'll get will be based on my previous life's experiences and abilities. The possible jobs sound a lot like an RPG basic jobs, there are warrior, wizard, monk and hunter. Supposedly as I gain proficiency in them I can actually choose advanced jobs, however those will be based on my basic job and cannot be changed.
They also told me that later on I might even chose to get a profession, which is labor related and intended to get money for the travel expenses and for better equipment, they told me about blacksmithing, alchemist, jeweler or magitech, but they assure me that it will be some time before I have to worry about that.
Finally they told me about a weekly stipend I'll receive from the city, it might chance over time as my reputation increases or reduces, but at least for the first few weeks the stipend should be enough for me to live well. 
I have been just explained all that today after I was summoned, of course first they gave me what they call a language orb, which looked like a blue light. Once it entered my chest I could understand their language and they seem to understand me as well, the elder told me that with this orb I'm able to understand all the languages spoken in this world and also modifies my speech so anyone can understand me, weird enough these orbs only work on seeds, so it is not possible for the normal dwellers of this world to benefit from them. 
After the lengthy explanation I was given some hours to assimilate it and rest, they call today "Day Zero" as it doesn't count towards my first week here, things are done this way simply because most of the seeds have a hard time coping with their new reality and need some time to adjust to it. 
So after a light meal, I took a bath and sleep in my bedroom.

Follow the adventures of Max as he is transported to another world filled with wizards, knights and monster, where he is expected to live for a full year. During this year he will face many challenges...

After a couple of hours, the figures of Lissandra and Law could be seen at a table inside the Queen's public library together.
       It took a while to get to the library and to find a table so that Law's mom could begin editing various news articles for the paper.
       "Just remember Law be careful and don't talk to strangers, and if you don't come back in 20 mins, I'm going to come to look for you, okay?" Liz said as Law ran to go find some books. 
       The only reply she received was a thumbs up from the little redhead boy that did not even bother to look back.
       "He may be as smart as an adult, but he still has the manners of a 5-year-old" huffed out a slightly annoyed Liz.
       As Law wandered the library, looking for history and science books. The Marvel world was leagues ahead of his own in terms of technology and understanding of science, so he decided to study as much as he could. He wanted to become a world-renowned scientist or doctor in this world was with his intelligence and abilities it would so much easier. He wandered through various aisles looking for higher level textbooks before he crashed into a teenage girl and 3 or 4 of her books onto the ground.
       Law looked down at the girl he had knocked down only to be stunned. She was a pretty blonde girl with long hair wearing a sweater and jeans. But that wasn't what stunned him, it was the fact that she looked similar to someone in his memories. Law quickly got out of his daze and noticed she had started to pick up her books. 
       "Sorry, I wasn't looking where I was going," Law said while helping her pick up her books. 
       "It's alright it happens to me all the time when I'm interested in something," the blonde teenager said with a smile on her face as they finished picking up all the dropped books. Law handed the books back to her, but not before noticing that they were college level physics textbooks.
         "Once again, I'm sorry for knocking you over. My name is Law Napier." He said as he stuck out his hand.
       "I'm Susan Storm, and what were you looking for so fervently," Susan asked using words clearly above his age range.
       'Well, at least that confirms my thoughts that she is Susan Storm from the Fantastic Four. She doesn't look like a young Jessica Alba but rather a teenage version of a Susan Storm from Earth-616. It seems that all the Marvel characters are either going to look like their movie counterparts or the comic versions.' Thought Law before he replied 
       "I was looking for high-school physics, chemistry, and biology textbooks as well as history books," Law answered honestly seeing no reason to lie. Although he usually didn't like conversing with people he just met, he wasn't going to pass up the best opportunity to talk with one of his favorite heroines,
       "Aren't you a smart little boy, tell me how old you are?" Susan asked inquisitively.
       "I'm 5, and It's not my fault I haven't hit my growth spurt yet" Law pouted. Causing Susan to start giggling.
       "Where did you find them, I've been looking everywhere for textbooks," Law asked inquisitively.
       "Well, why don't I show you then *Little* Law," Susan said causing Law to pout.
       "Thank you" Law murmured as she began to lead him to his desired section. 
       As they walked to the section, Law and Susan struck up a conversation clearly intrigued by each other's intelligence. The only thing Law could think was that the comics and movies did not capture and display her true intelligence. 
       As they continued their conversation, she started to tell him about her family, the Baxter Foundation, and about how her little brother Johnny was always annoying her and her mother to read his books.
       This shocked Law due to the fact that in the Fantastic Four comics did not have a Baxter Foundation and the fact that her mother was still alive even when she was a teenager.
       'So, I can't just think that the future is going to completely coincide with the movies, huh. Well, I did ask for an AU, this is going to be so awesome.' Law thought with a smile on his face. (Author's Note: This is just so I don't have to follow the side movies, tv shows, or the comics exactly.)
       "Here you go little Law, all the textbooks are here. Do you want me to help select the best ones?" Susan asked amicably.
       "Yes please," Law replied. 
       "Sure little guy let me help you," She said smugly puffing up her chest.
       After a few minutes of looking over the books, she picked out a few and about a couple inches thick. 
       "Here these are the best books, the others just repeat the same thing again and again. Now then I got to get going and search for a place to read my books" Susan said getting ready to leave.
       "Hey, Susan wants to come and sit with me and my mom. There is still plenty of space there." Law offered thinking to help the teenage girl.
       "Sure, that would be a great help Law. Lead the way." Susan said happily due to having found no place to sit for the past hour. Law leads him to where his mother was sitting still busy with work. 
       "Hi, mom I brought a friend to sit here, she helped me find and pick out my books. Is that okay?" Law asked his mother who finally looked up.
       Liz looked up from her work only to be surprised by the appearance of a beautiful blonde girl, while quickly gained an inquisitive look.
       "Yep, that fine Law we have plenty of space here. Thank you for taking care of my baby boy, he has a hard time paying attention to his surroundings and probably would have hurt himself if someone didn't help him" Liz said smiling at Susan who started to giggle. 
       "It's fine Ms. Napier, Law is a perfect gentleman. My name is Susan Storm." Susan replied covering for him. Liz gained a look of surprise, and then immediately that look turned to happiness.
       "You must be Mary's 15-year-old baby girl," Liz said while both Law and Susan gained a shocked look. Law for the fact that his mom was connected to so many notable figures in the Marvel universe, and Susan for the fact that Law's mother knew her mom. 
       "Oh, I should probably introduce myself. I am Lissandra Napier, your mother and I used to go to the same college but while I studied literature, your mother studied bio-chem. You can call me aunty Liz, after all, I was there when you were born. Also, you can refer to Law as your younger brother because your mom and I were already planning to introduce him to you and your little brother soon." Liz replied smiling. Susan took a few seconds to comprehend the situation before taking the situation in stride.
       "Okay, Aunty Liz it's nice to meet you," Susan replied widening the smile on Liz's face. Susan then suddenly turned to Law with a smug smile on her face.
       "Did you hear that Little Law, from now on you will refer to me as Big SIs Sue" Susan stated smugly causing Law to gain a deadpan look while causing his mother to laugh. 
       'This is going to be a long day' Law couldn't help but think to himself and Susan got settled in a seat at the table.

The Marvel World has a variety of powers and abilities. Just how much havoc and change can a single cultivator bring into the mix. Well, we are about to find out. 
	Aaron Zamora was a middle age author whose life continually screwed. Watch as a somewhat broken man uses his 5 wishes to gain the powers of Desolate Era cultivator.
