The Main character is a boy who is forced by his parents to go to an academy to hone his skills and help fight in the war against these creatures.

Bright light hit my eyes… It seemed like I had been sitting at home just recently and trying to translate an article that I had been working on. I had gone to sleep, and the next thing I knew, I was standing in the middle of a street! More precisely, I had found myself in the middle of the very street in which I had worked five years ago when I was a student... What was that squeal? It sounded like tires grinding against the asphalt. Light, screeching tires… Is that a car coming directly toward me?

I jumped back, but the car still hit me, although not as badly as it would've had I stayed in place. I managed to remain standing. I wondered why that psycho had been driving so fast. Was he not paying attention to pedestrians at all? Wait, it could've been my fault. I must've zoned out and somehow ended up in the middle of the intersection.

"Are you a complete idiot?" asked a voice with an unfamiliar accent. The door of a car with tinted windows, the make of which was unfamiliar to me, opened. Perhaps its driver wasn't a local. Not that that would excuse my behavior.

"I'm sorry." I could forgive him calling me an idiot, but I would defend myself if he didn't calm down, or if he started a fight. I really wanted to take a swing at somebody, and maybe even get hit myself. It would hurt, but that would pass. It wasn't like I was made of glass. That would, at least for a while, break up this monotony that had already started to plague me.

"Oh, he's sorry! You humans are such strange beings!" At that moment, I finally got my shit together and noticed the taxi sign on the roof of the car. "What about the battery deterioration caused by the sharp maneuvers I had to make? And my nerves! And my wife who's waiting at home, worried about me?" shouted the taxi driver.

I listened to the list of troubles that had befallen him, but it all seemed so unimportant to me. What if this wasn't real? Maybe I was just dreaming? How else could I explain the fact that there was a 6'6, blue-skinned man standing in front of me, whose wide nostrils made his nose look more like a pig's snout than an ordinary human nose?

"Ten credits and we can part ways civilly." The unusual taxi driver unexpectedly finished his speech and stared at me.

"I don't understand..." I raised my hands and rubbed my eyes, hoping that this would help me wake up.

"If you don't want to do this the easy way, fine, I'll act according to law."

He pulled out his phone, which looked rather weird in his hands, and made a call. After just a couple of minutes, two patrol police cars appeared at the scene. Fortunately, ordinary-looking humans came out of them. For some reason, they, unlike me, didn't find what was happening strange at all. What's going on here?

"I've uploaded the information about the incident and my certified statement to the city server," my blue-skinned hallucination greeted them. Maybe I'm just imagining this whole thing?

"Then we'll take the offender with us. The compensation fee will be sent to you after we've analyzed the situation, within the regulated time limits." Even if I was imagining things, it would be better if I didn't show it. I really didn't need any additional troubles; I was already in over my head.

In the meantime, the conversations ended. I was carefully placed in the backseat of the police car, and we set off. Now, having come to my senses a little, I realized that the car wasn't exactly flying, but sort of floating. But it moved quickly, smoothly, and seemed very real. No, something weird must be going on around me. I have to try to figure it out. I should be casual about it, there's no need to openly show my interest or ignorance.

"And who was that?" I said as calmly as I could.

"The blue-skinned one?"

So, my question wasn't an unusual one.

I nodded in response. The policemen seemed rather relaxed now. They couldn't be seen from the outside. Maybe they would tell me something useful.

"He's an ordinary Velly migrant. They send them to the new worlds to maintain the infrastructure. The salary is mediocre, but, this has its benefits. Every now and again a psycho like you appears."

"A Velly migrant?"

"Are you kidding? Or are you high?" The policeman inspected me with some kind of device, and sighed in disappointment.

It looked like I wasn't high, which was good. However, the fact that everything that was going on was normal for everyone except me was really bad. But there was nothing I could do about it. Any additional questions would only bring me more unnecessary trouble.

"Sam, we've received information about our offender."

"What does it say? Have the charges been confirmed?"

"Yes, he's been sentenced. His reputation has been lowered by two, and there's a twenty-credit fine."

I was listening and taking mental notes. I would definitely find out what had happened, but for now, I had to make sure not to get into even more trouble. So, everyone here had some kind of reputation which was, judging by the policeman's voice, much more important than the credits. By the way, they charged me double. The taxi driver had requested only ten credits. Had he been trying to do me a favor?

"Well, did he have enough money on his account to pay the fine?" The policemen continued their conversation without paying any attention to me, and I must admit that I was a little taken aback by them talking about a detainee like that while they were present.

"Yes. What's more, a corporate lawyer from RosEnergy took his case. Not only do we have to let him go, but we also have to take him home."

"Geez, and why does this wimp deserve such an honor? RosEnergy lawyers don't work with just anyone."

RosEnergy seemed to be a state-owned energy corporation. And I was inclined to agree with them — why would I be granted such an honor?

"According to our documents, he's a level two battery, so this shouldn't come as a surprise. He's a valuable employee; the company is making sure that he doesn't miss a workday."

"Wow!" Both policemen looked at me through the rearview mirror, and I could see respect in their eyes.

A battery? Level two? I really wanted to ask them a couple of questions but I stayed silent, knowing that that wouldn't end well. They can take me home in silence, and then I'll deal with everything else myself. I hoped that the Internet was still a thing in this world of flying machines and blue-skinned people. I believed that I didn't need anything else except the web.

Having moved closer to the window, I began to look around, paying attention to all sorts of things that were unusual to me; there was an obscene amount of them. A group of blue-skinned people was walking down the street, talking about something. If it weren't for the color of their skin and the pig snouts, they wouldn't be distinguishable from ordinary teenagers. I saw one more leaving a night club. Unlike the taxi driver and that clique, he had a perfectly normal nose; small and neat. He looked somehow better off than they did. He had a suit, a shiny watch on his wrist, and an expensive car that was obviously waiting for him.

Thinking about the difference between them, I continued looking out the window. Advertising posters caught my attention this time. One of them was of a man, smiling, dipping his hands into a container full of yellow liquid.

There was another unusual one depicting a spaceship that was flying away from the familiar blue ball. It had a slogan written in gorgeous golden letters at the bottom.

The last poster had no pictures. Its simple, white background attracted my attention for two reasons: first, the name of the sponsor, RosEnergy, was written at the bottom, and according to the policemen, that was where I worked; the second being the entire battery and energy thing. They called me a level two battery, which meant that there was a level one battery, which also meant there was some sort of a ranking system for it. When did I become a battery?

"We're here." I had almost missed when we stopped and they politely opened the door for me, suggesting that I walk to my apartment.

Fortunately, my house hadn't changed. I quickly said goodbye to my escort and hurried to my studio apartment. Where are my keys? Having found them, I quickly opened and closed the door.

I found myself in an unfamiliar place. The wallpaper and the stove were the same, and the coat rack was on the left, next to the mirror, as always, but everything else… A huge, 100-inch screen was hanging in front of something that was either a futuristic-looking bed or a dentist's chair. Strange containers with a liquid similar to that from the poster stood on my table. What's that projection display with a clock right above my old gas oven…? Why is it showing July? I remember it being September! And the year? Next year? What's happening?

I could guess what I would discover, but I rushed to my laptop nonetheless and opened a couple of websites to check the date's accuracy. The numbers that were on the kitchen clock were displayed everywhere. I didn't know how it had happened, but I had managed to forget the entire previous year.

I spent the next hour sitting and reading, going through article archives on a couple of websites. I was filling in gaps in my knowledge about what had happened during the ten months that were missing from my memory. There were both short and long reports on how Earth was conquered in one day, how we were given new technologies, and how those who were against it were punished. One after another, the old professions died out, and the majority of the population became batteries. This was one of the technologies that the Velly, the blue-faced aliens, had given us in hopes of uniting us with their civilization. As it turned out, a mysterious source in the center of the galaxy emitted strange types of cosmic energy and almost every living creature could collect it and release it. And its power was quite decent.

A level one battery could produce as much energy as a nuclear reactor after just a week of training. Level two batteries, that is, those who spent a lot of time training and were able to, like me, increase the efficiency of their body, could produce ten times more. Levels three and four were admitted to work on spaceships. They powered the anti-ship cannons, and even the main-caliber ones. Level five could power the main reactors of any civil vessel as well as the planetary shields. Levels six and up were military psychics who served the Velly army, suppressed rebellions, and urged planets to accept compromises.

Judging by the booklets scattered around me about various ships and star systems, I still wanted to go into space. I wanted to increase my battery level and then fly away to explore the universe. For that reason, I had training containers full of yellow liquid that should aid me in discharging energy. Why not? There are new worlds, new races, and new experiences. And even though a big chunk of my memory is missing, this idea sounds great.

Stay away from the windows? Hell no! Without losing any time, I got closer and observed the nearest building, over which black smoke had already begun to rise. What's going on there?

A plane, or something similar to it, flew over the building, and three figures in black space suits jumped out onto the roof. Are they a part of Special Forces or what? They had no parachutes, nor any other special weapons; they just jumped onto the roof, rising from a cloud of soaring dust. However, there weren't three of them, but four. Or was the fourth guy the reason why they came there? Damn, they're too far, I can't see anything. I tried to use my phone. I turned on the camera and pointed it at my target. That's better… Huh, it has focus, zoom, and even slow-motion. A couple of years ago, even the military couldn't dream of such technology, and today I had such a thing in my pocket.

In the meantime, the Special Forces trio and the stranger attacked each other. Shots were fired, followed by several explosions; I couldn't make heads or tails of it. And then the whole building began to shake, threatening to collapse, but it remained standing, held in place by a huge energy field. I couldn't resist rewinding the video and then watching it in slow motion. The trio was shooting at the fourth guy, who was repelling the bullets with his bare hands. And he wasn't a blue-skinned — I wouldn't be surprised if they were really capable of doing that — but an ordinary man. A pale-blue ray came out of his hands and, having gone through the defense of one of the guys, blew him up from the inside. The other two immediately wrapped themselves up in energy shields, but the man had no intention of attacking them. Instead, he threw some kind of a ball behind his back, and then caught a glider that rushed past the roof and flew away. And then came the explosion. The ball must've been a bomb designed to divert attention. And it worked. One of the armed guys, a blue-skinned, was forced to stay back on the roof and hold the building until all the residents were evacuated.

Having made sure that everything was over, I moved away from the window and fell onto my chair-bed, which was surprisingly comfortable, and probably the only positive thing that had happened to me so far. The future, in which I had unexpectedly found myself, turned out to be not the most peaceful place. And earlier, when I was reading about those high-level batteries, potential troubles seemed far, far away. Only now did I realize how close the danger really was.

Max, I remind you that you have to leave in ten minutes if you don't want to be late for work.

The phone, on which the video kept playing on loop, flashed the notification that somebody, probably me, had previously entered. Work? Right, I'm a level two battery, I have to go and make a living. If only I knew how I was supposed to do that...

The red ball dashed across the expanse of space with incredible speed. The AI fleet only managed to fire at it twice before the red ball entered the ranks of the AI fleet. The landing ships seemed to be made out of paper when faced with the red ball. There was no spaceship left after the red ball arched past the skies of the City of Light Moon.
"It's the Chancellor. The Chancellor has returned to fight alongside us!"
Those who saw this red ball cheered and roared. Even though there was still fear and anxiety, they weren't lost anymore. This war, be it victorious or failure, they would fight alongside Yao Yuan, so they weren't lost anymore…
One had to admit that the energy particle flux system was incredibly powerful. This was another variation to use the super-powered energy shield. This super-powered energy shield was stronger than normal energy shields and it used a different manipulation of the particles to create an energy neutralization effect to enable the super-powered energy shield to phase through normal energy shields. Of course, this required an exhaustion of a certain amount of energy.
This super-powered energy shield was the peak of the usage of plasma shields. This was Bo Li's pride. It's technological advancement was on the same level as the psychological control system. However, when these two systems were used at the same time, the pressure on the pilot would be too high. Therefore, one shouldn't use them in tandem unless the situation desperately called for it.
Yao Yuan understood why the password was called "Last Length", it was the last length after all the other options ran out. When he entered this mode, it was as if he had entered an energy world. In his vision was a glowing energy flow, and the space around him was limitlessly zoomed in or zoomed out. Every single one of his senses were enhanced by several hundred or thousand times, whether it was pain, colors, noises, even the elevation. In that one second, he would have experienced the amount of sensory simulation that would be compiled over several days. It was something that was really hard to be described by words.
But…
Yao Yuan tried to ignore his head that was spinning and controlled the Red Lightning as it rushed towards the group of landing ships. If this was a real battle, the Red Lightning should have gone to "bully" those large motherships, but since this fleet wasn't controlled by a sentient lifeform, they wouldn't be cornered by Yao Yuan. They wouldn't call back their ships simply because the motherships were under attack. Humanity had to take down all the landing ships; otherwise, once the City of Light Moon was taken over, even if humanity later destroyed all the spaceships, the fate of extinction would be inevitable.
The war continued to rage on…
Zhang San piloted a Space Combat Jet and followed behind the main fleet carefully. He was looking for an opening, an opening to go deep into the enemy fleet. He was looking for a ship. It couldn't be perfectly preserved spaceship because the ship's energy shield would stop him from getting too close, and it couldn't be a broken spaceship either because that would defeat the purpose.
In fact, Zhang San had actually snuck out. Since he was a Black Star Trooper, he was assigned a Space Combat Jet. The battlefield was covered with creator's particles, so once he left the mothership, there was no way for Guang Zhen to call him back. The main issue now was how he was going to enter an AI spaceship. Pretend to be enslaved? But there was no telling whether the robots would capture him alive. After all, this was a battlefield…
"What to do now, what to do now…"
Zhang San was fretting as he piloted the Space Combat Jet. If his Anima power was as developed as Xi Kong's, he would have contacted Yao Yuan to ask for his opinion. He was caught between a rock and a hard place. Infiltrating the ranks of the enemy spaceships was harder than he predicted. However, he knew he couldn't drag this on. Zhang San could see the battles that were happening above the City of Light Moon. There was a ray of red that was dashing across the place, creating plenty of explosions. This was Yao Yuan fighting the good fight. It looked impressive, but everyone knew that the stronger the Homo Evolutis weapon, the bigger the exhaustion it would have on the pilot. It was the same for the strongest Homo Evolutis, Yao Yuan.
Zhang San had something akin to a blind faith in Yao Yuan. Even though Yao Yuan had openly banned personal idolization, since this faith had nothing to do with politics, it was practically a religion. He would sacrifice his own life to save Yao Yuan's. Furthermore, the place those landing ships were going to land on was his home!
Suddenly, a silver ball flashed before Zhang San. Then a guardian spaceship shattered into pieces. Seeing this, an idea appeared in Zhang San's mind. He immediately turned to ask Intel beside him, "That's… a Steel Ball? Intel, can you contact that Steel Ball?"
Intel naturally had caught a glimpse of that Steel Ball. He asked instantly, "I can, Zhang San… you're prepared to accept my suggestion?"
"Yes, this is our only chance, right? Intel…"
Zhang San smirked as he drove towards the Steel Ball. This ruined the formation of three jets per unit, but since Zhang San's unit consisted of him alone, this wasn't much of an issue. However, plenty of Black Star Troopers saw this, and they wondered why this Space Combat Jet was heading towards a Steel Ball.
However, the Steel Ball's speed and agility was not something the Space Combat Jet could rival. Therefore, in the next few minutes, the only thing Zhang San could do was trail behind the Steel Ball. He couldn't get close enough to the range of the Steel Ball's creator's particle zone. This caused him to be flustered and tickled. Finally, he had to try to use his Anima power to gain contact with the Steel Ball pilot. Of course, he didn't dare to roar or do any such thing in the soul web, he merely nudged the fireball represented by the Steel Ball. As he expected, after the Steel Ball took down several battleships, it started to approach him.
Very soon, Zhang San entered the Steel Ball's creator's particle zone and Intel instantly established a channel of communication between them.
"Dear Black Star Trooper, I am trooper Zhang San and I need your help. I… I've received a secret mission to transport a computer virus into an undamaged enemy spaceship. However, that is impossible with my Space Combat Jet. I need you to help me lead the way. This is a secret mission and you have to accept it!" When Zhang San said these words, his face was so red. Thankfully, they couldn't see each other, or the blatant lie would've been exposed.
The pilot of the Steel Ball was Amulo. He was so excited he could scream when he heard this. Finally, there's a mission! Of course, there wouldn't be just mob-killing, there had to be a main quest. This was normal, this was how a real war should be (?) so he replied, "It's an escort mission then? No, no, no, you need me to escort you onto an enemy main spaceship? Okay, I understand, leave it to me, hahaha…"
It came as quite a surprise to Zhang San that the opposing Black Star Trooper had bought his lie so easily. Regardless, he didn't have time to waste. He started to follow behind the Steel Ball that opened the way for him. All the spaceships, landing ships, and shuttles could barely survive for seconds facing the Steel Ball. The efficiency of the Steel Ball made Zhang San's mouth fall open. Plus, the desire of the Steel Ball pilot was bigger than Zhang San's. He planned to bring him onto an enemy mothership. However, since the mothership's shield couldn't be broken down, they had to give up. They then found a nearby main ship. The Steel Ball shattered the ship's energy shield and Zhang San quickly rushed in. With the Steel Ball's help, Zhang San drove the combat jet through a small opening on the main ship's surface. After he got in, Amulo drove away on a high from completing the escort mission.
Zhang San walked out from the Space Combat Jet in his space armor. To his pleasant surprise, there wasn't an army of robots to greet him. It was as if this spaceship had no mechanized infantry. Regardless, he didn't let his guard down. He walked on tip-toes as he led Intel deeper into the spaceship. Then he followed Intel's directions to locate an electrical port. Intel then connected himself to the spaceship's system.
"…Data connecting, hacking, password cracked… Decrypting data, entering program, editing program…"
Just as Intel started working, Zhang San saw a group of robots with varying shapes rushing at them from down the corridor. There were about several thousand of them. He swallowed his saliva and pulled out his laser blade. However, suddenly, the eyes of these robots glowed twice before they stopped where they were like they had run out of battery.
"Have you done it? Wonderful! Intel, control this spaceship!" Zhang San yelled excitedly.
"Data decrypted… Discovery of strong data flow! Calculation error! The AI fleet is using the second mode of AI existence. Data overflow, anti-hacking program activated, failed, shut down program initiating, failed, self-destruct program…"
None of them discovered that…
Between these spaceships, no matter how big or how small, every AI spaceship was connected with thin, nano-level metallic wire to the pyramid-shaped motherships…
They were sharing information even within the creator's particle range!

"How is that even possible?" Hjuutza immediately blurted out. With all he had seen so far, he did not doubt Jack's words.
His words were genuine curiosity laced with shock and amazement.
"I'm not sure either. So far, the last piece of memory I can recall is that inside a control room, the alarms went off. The next moment that I wake up is when Zhenin's father fell on the ground, bloodied and weakened, blood dripped into my gem, and that woke me up." Jack explained.
"Then how did you know you could do what you did?"
"I just did; it was more like an instinct. For me, everything that I did was like moving a finger in a specific way. I can't truly explain how I did it, but I just did."
"Then how about this universe?" 
"Have you heard of the Beyond Theory?" Jack asked.
"The one that states that outside the universe is an even bigger collection of multiple universes?"
"That's the one," Jack smiled. "You're quite knowledgable, huh?"
"My line of work involves even the immortality project. It's just that my workflow may be a little too desperate and excessive," Hjuutza answered, embarrassed. " So, you're saying we're currently outside the known universe?"
"Yup. However, there's a weird barrier that blocks me from peaking into the known universe physically. But I can feel it, just a little bit more to the front is the entire bubble of the known universe.
"Then what about the white gem?"
"I don't understand it yet myself, all I know is that I reincarnated as a white gemstone intact with everything that happened in that event."
When I first wake up, I couldn't even pull my consciousness outside of the stone. I couldn't do anything for a full hour. When I was able to pull back, I'm suddenly here in this space, in front of me was a screen displaying the scene around the stone. Behind me were seven flames, and one of them was red.
Instinctively, I touched the red flames and suddenly felt my soul connected to an actual body. That's when I realized he's in danger. Apparently, as long as I know the underlying wisdom for technology, I'm able to do it without tools, all I need is energy. I was able to give him first aid, but without the necessary knowledge, he still died in the end.
When he died, he also brought his wife here. He was grabbing his wife's hands and me. Too bad that their souls scattered for a bit before I was able to absorb them completely. 
Unlike you who's been absorbed when you were alive, The short moment of their death had their souls scattered. I was only able to absorb around 40% of their souls.
When their soul appeared here, the first thing I wanted to know is the three ultimate questions, who am I? Where am I? and What is going on?
The desire for answers created the same tendrils that copied your memory; that's how I know that I was able to do it.
"Then how did you whisper in my head?"
I told you, as long as I know how the technology works, I can do it just by spending energy.
"Right, right... Last question. Memories are supposed to be just electrical charges that are saved in the brain. How do I still remember things?"
Haha, that's something I just found out recently too. Even I can't recall everything in my life, but there are specific memories that shaped who I am. This is still just speculation, but it seems your soul defines your character. It might not have the same intelligence you once had, but look at you, always curious about research.
"..." Hjuutza contemplated for a short while. "Then, now that I am a soul here, how am I retaining memories?"
"A brain is just like a computer, complete with memory, processing power, different I/Os, and all of that."
"Ah, so right now, I'm a computer in soul form using your hocus pocus."
"Correct."
"Then what's exactly on that yellow crystal?"
"You'll soon find out." he closed the conversation as he heard another voice from the floating screen behind him.
When Jack turned around, he saw Zhenin and Ninzhe's astonished faces to the scene in front of them.
Even Hjuutza's face contorted.
Inside the heavily locked room is a vast space large enough to be a gymnasium. Torn wires were hanging on the ceiling. The floor was littered with crimson and teal blood mixing, forming a majestic yet gruesome abstract art.
Floating upside down in the middle of the room is a woman with a mane, along with her curvy body are lion fur. From her foot to her neck, besides looking unkempt and dirty due to not being able to shower for years, not a single cut is found. And yet, crimson blood continuously pours out at the corner of her closed mouth. This gave the woman an expression similar to that of crying from her mouth with the blood dripping towards her eyes and downwards. 
Besides the woman, is a floating man. His green, crocodile skin was just as dusty as the woman's fur without any signs of cuts and lacerations. And yet, teal blood continuously poured out in every orifice in his face. Compared to the gruesome yet solemn look on the lady's face, the grim and barbaric look on the man gives off a very suffocating aura.
Unlike Hjuutza, who had a dead body yet was still alive. These two are dead proven by the distinct lack of vitality, not even a shred of soul left. However, their bodies remain to be alive while continuously producing fresh blood.
All the blood flowed down towards a platform that seemed to be shaped like a basin. But due to the blood not being used for a very long time, it started to spill on the floor. If it weren't for the grills that worked like a drainage, the room would've been drowned already.
The Leiman twins were already stunned silly, too scared even to breathe.
*DING*
Seeing the situation, Jack sent out a message to Zhinen.
[Urgent Quest!]
[Escape the room. Don't let the blood touch your skin. Use the quest item to open the door.]
[Quest Item: Pulsor Battery Ram (One Time Use)]
[Reward: An explanation.]
Just as Zhinen finished reading everything, his necklace glowed red as a metallic tool appeared in his hands. It was very similar to an alkaline-battery powered flashlight. Along with the item came with the knowledge on how to use the tool.
"Hey, let's leave this place, now," Zhinen said in a steadfast tone.
Ninzhe remained in shock, but he still followed his big bro. Zhinen had been faced in this kind of shock too much for a day that he temporarily developed an immunity.
Facing the thick metallic door, Zhinen pointed the barrel of the ram and pressed the button.
Solidified light shot out of the metallic door like a cannon and blasted the door open.
Zhinen was pushed back due to recoil until a cable caught his heel, which made him tumble.
"NO!" Shouted Ninzhe.

After a tragedy, Jack Hommens loses his life under the pressure of gravity. Yet, before his body was smushed, incredible coincidences forged his very existence into a material at the same level as a singularity.

When he finally came to, everything has changed. Feeling all sorts of phantom pains, he lost his limbs, torso, and even head. Drifting into the emptiness of space as a piece of white stone.

After awakening, he began to recall everything that happened. He began to make plans: planetary armies, galaxy breaking level weapons, even worlds beyond the universe. Nothing is out of reach.

"Your majesty, so these 'watches' and alarm clocks would be able to tell the time?" 
"Hmhm... they will!"
Tim was really mind blown by the fact that such a thing could even exist.
Sometimes, he felt like Landon wasn't human.
No no no... scratch that!
Most of the time, he felt like Landon was a God in human skin.
The more he read the notebook in his hand, the more fidgety he became.
"Your majesty, will we sell these goods out of Baymard in future?"
"Yes... these ones will be sold out, since they work on Batteries."
The concept of Batteries, wasn't new to Tim and a lot of workers within his industry.
The only battery that existed in Baymard right now, was the one for heavy machines.
These ones consisted of sulfuric acid solution, and several flat plates that acted as galvanic cells in series.
Granted when they made their first battery ever, it wasn't as well done as those ones back on earth.... but it still got the job done either way.
The only problem was that those ones didn't last as long as those ones back on earth.
When they made their first battery, its outer box was made of metal... and some of the plates were done unevenly.
But once better tools and plastic came into the picture, Landon switched it up and modified several outer components once again.
All in all, these batteries were constantly improved upon monthly.
For wrist watches, tiny 'coin' or 'button' sized batteries were ideal for them.
And for wall clocks and alarm clocks, the Batteries needed to be like the ordinary batteries made back on earth.
Landon was talking about the ''A', AA', 'AAA' battery types and so on. 
To make batteries, one needed special materials and chemicals that would aid in the transfer of electricity.
There needed to be a cathode, anode, and a fluid or material that would aid in electrical flow.
Landon was sure that the people outside Baymard, wouldn't be able to come up with the exact components and chemical solutions required for battery production.... without guidance.
So why should he be worried?
Even if they made the other components of the watches and put them together, the watche's hands wouldn't tick without a battery.
Take for example Lithium batteries.
He had already planned on extracting Lithium from 'Lithium Feldspar rocks' underground the caves, and use them to make ordinary batteries as well as coin batteries.
Lithium was the core drive within these types of batteries.
And if people didn't know how to extract it from ores and rocks, how were they suppose to make these batteries?
Plus other places didn't have plastic or rubber, to make the outer frames for wall clocks... as well as alarm clocks.
So there was essentially nothing for him to worry about.
Once Baymard officially opened up to the public in July, these items would be exported to various regions around Hertfilia.
"And your majesty, this photocopying machine is supposed to lessen the burden within the Printing Industry?
If it does what you say it can do, then the workers would probably celebrate in your honor!"
"Was it that bad?"
"Your majesty, you have no idea!
We have a massive waitlist from all the workplaces already."
Well, Landon could understand their joy as well.
To put it simply, when any workplace needed to make copies of any document, they would immediately place orders with the printing... do that their copies could made.
This industry handled school papers, reports, books, I.D cards, driving licenses, and other important documents around Baymard.
So if the hospital needed 20 copies of a particular document, the workers within the printing department would have to get it done for them.
Of course the hospital would have to pay for these services as well.
And all these printing orders had put everyone around Baymard on a waiting list, which greatly slowed down development and productivity.
Hence Landon had wanted to make photocopying machines A.S.A.P.
Firstly, all industry and workplace documents should be photocopied within those particular workplaces.
For security reasons, it wasn't proper to have confidential documents leave those workplaces.
And secondly, this would greatly improve productivity and efficiency around Baymard.
Everyone wouldn't need to run up and down the place, as they could just make several copies of multiple documents within their offices or workplaces.
And the printing Press could finally focus on their numerous jobs, like printing books, I.D cards, labels on several company boxes, plastic bags, clothes and so on.
Plus having a photocopying machine will also be good for the Landport and banks in future.
Any visitor or customer's document that needed several copies, could be done within those establishments... rather than running back and forth, and keeping these people waiting.
Now focusing on the machines themselves, the interior part consisted of 5 main components within them: a light bulb, a photosensitive drum, 2 rollers, a toner, and a conveyor belt for loading the paper.
Baymard already had conveyor belts... as they were previously manufactured at the start of October.
And of course light bulbs and rollers already existed as well.
So that just left Landon with the toner and the photosensitive drums to make, which weren't hard to do.
Anyway the machine worked like so:
When one places his/her document upside down and presses the start key, an intense beam of light (from the bulb).....flashes onto the document.
This light then gets reflected towards the photosensitive drum.
Now here's where the magic really happens.
This drum is electrostatically charged by a high voltage wire.. as well as coated with a photosensitive chemical (selenium).
Since Selenium is a semiconductor... that would mean that it would act as an insulator in dark areas, as well as conduct electricity when light falls on it.
Bottom line, when the light gets reflected off the document..... it reaches the photo-conductive drum, and gets its ions displaced.
As negative charges make an electrical shadow, the drum begins to rotate.
And finally, this negatively charged shadow moves towards a positively charged toner.
Negative and positive... you get the picture.
Both charges stick to each other, and an inked image of that document is formed within the charges.
Then a new sheet of paper is feed into the hopper of the photocopying machine.
The hopper carries the paper on a conveyor belt upwards, and moves towards the drum and the toner.
The charges drop onto the new sheet of paper, and the document is finally photocopied.
As the photocopied paper makes its way out of the machine, it will pass through 2 hot rollers. 
These rollers aid in fusing the toner particles onto the paper permanently, by inserted heat and pressure onto it.
The whole process involved light, reflection, conductivity and ions.
Well anyway, this machine will have an "On' and 'Off' button on it.... and would work electrically, and steam powered (for those within buildings that don't have electricity).
A photocopying machine doesn't necessarily need the internet... it wasn't a printer.
Also, Landon had decided to add several other buttons at the corners of the photocopying machine.
Kind of like a keypad.
If they wanted to make 10 copies, they just had to tap '1' and '0' keys.. and then press 'Start'.
Well... with this, he decided to start teaching the workers a little bit about computer engineering as well.

As we continued our journey down the long hall, I listened closely to the sounds of our footsteps; distinct crisp taps against the glossy ceramic tiles echoed out loud with each step we took. However, after some time had passed, what was once the sound of two footsteps suddenly grew to three. Ours were in sync, but the third was a half a beat off from ours.
I had my eyes on the receptionist in front of me the entire time, but it appeared they hadn't noticed the sound of the phantom third footsteps behind us. Someone who I initially didn't notice had stepped out of their office, that was how I rationalized it in my head. I've been a bit jumpy over the last few days; but perhaps to the receptionist, the additional set of footsteps probably wasn't something of major significance.
I took a deep breath in and resolved myself to not look back. If you look you lose. Looking back would be a sure fire bad end screen in a horror game. There's no way I'll be stupid enough to look. Must resist the temptation. Curiosity killed the cat.
While such wishful thoughts of escapism flew through my mind, from behind, I felt the sensation of a gentle finger as it brushed across, starting from the middle of my back, all the way down my spine. The suddenness of it all had me jumping slightly like I'd been electrocuted and without a second thought, I turned around only to find nobody was there.
"What are you doing?"
"Ah... Nothing... Sorry, I thought someone was behind me just now and I got a bit startled."
"Are you getting haunted by a ghost now instead of your exes?"
"Ha. Maybe."
"Anyway, we're here now, just wait inside here for a moment. Investigator Zenos should arrive shortly."
"Alright."
The receptionist unlocked the door, then turned on the lights in the room before she left me to wait in an eerie boardroom all by my lonesome. Similar to the hallway, it was a completely white room with a long white table at the center and black cushioned chairs surrounding it. There was a black chalkboard on the long wall in the room as well as a projector screen mounted along the shorter dimension of the room.
In total there were two doors in the room along the wall opposite to the chalkboard. Honesty, the room felt very peculiar to me. 
If I had to point out what made me feel so unsettled, it was likely related to the out of place, old fashioned shaded antique lamp at the very center of the table that provided additional illumination to the room. The lamp, despite its antiquated appearance, looked to be battery powered as there was no cord. I suppose the reason for it being there was in the unlikely event the ceiling lights malfunctioned for some reason. 
Shit. That's not foreshadowing. No freaking way is it foreshadowing anything. I really wanted to just leave and go home, but it really wouldn't look good if I did that after coming so far. Even if I knew it was coming or expected it was coming it still had me on edge. 
Quick, make some other reason for it being there so I can cancel the foreshadowing. It was surely also there for meetings to provide small amounts of light when the main lights were off so people could take notes during presentations when the projector was in use. Safe! Yeah… that should work and cancel out all godforsaken acts of foreshadowing. 
I pulled out a seat with my back facing the chalkboard so I could keep an eye on the door. If anything messed up was going to happen, it would surely come in through the door. If I had my back to the door I'd definitely be boned. 
I waited patiently on high alert like an eagle eyeing his prey. For a solid five minutes I glared at the door like my life depended on it, but it didn't take long before I got bored. Just as I was about to let my guard down when I realized nothing freaky was happening, I heard the sound of a glass crack to the left. One of the fluorescent bulbs in the overhead lighting panels had gone out. Since there was still a significant amount of lights on, I didn't pay it much attention and just treated it as a one off. I still had delusions that my secret technique of the quick play magic card, foreshadowing cancellation, was somehow miraculously in play.
Several minutes passed by in silence where nothing else occurred. In my boredom, I took my phone out with the intention to play some games to pass the time, only to find that the battery was at two percent. Reflexively, I pulled out my charging cable and plugged it into the power outlet at the center of the table without much thought, but the moment I plugged it in the lights momentarily flickered on and off. 
Due to the unexpected sequence of... well, in reality I knew it was coming when I realized I'd made an inadvertent horror oopsie with my careless actions, but I was still caught off guard and instinctively unplugged the power cord from the outlet. The moment I did so, the lights immediately shut off. The only illumination in the room that remained came from the gap beneath the two doors along the wall opposite to me.
To any other person put in my situation, with all the freaky stuff that has happened recently, the common sense thing to think of would be that it was the work of ghosts. It would also be common sense for me to try to turn on the battery powered lamp that just so happened to conveniently be in the room; however, I am not a man of common sense who will fall for such obvious ploys. It's like blatant clickbait, someone clearly wanted me to turn on that wretched and despicable lamp at the center of the table. With that being the case, I did the only rational thing I could do. I closed my eyes with the intent to take a nap.
If god gives you lemonade, you make lemonade, right? Well, if god gives me darkness, wouldn't the natural reaction be to sleep? It was a sign sent down to me from the heavens to sleep and act like everything was perfectly normal. If I turn on the lamp, there will surely be some sort of jumpscare waiting for me, but if I do nothing and don't see it, then it's as if it never existed to begin with. It was the same concept as crouching backwards through a horror game to avoid every jumpscare scare. Right now all I had to do was patiently wait for my savior to enter the room and I would be safe.
Coincidentally, as if my savior had responded to my train of thought, it was almost as if everything was coordinated beforehand; I heard the sound of the door handle as it was slowly turned until a small click resounded amidst the darkness. It seemed my savior, the man of the hour, Investigator Zenos was finally here. I reopened my eyes and looked directly at the door closest to me only to realize the light that entered the room through the small gap under the door was much unlike before I closed my eyes; it was presently flickering on and off.
The door slowly creaked open as a low, long and drawn out squeak reverberated throughout the room. My eyes were locked directly onto the door waiting for Investigator Zenos to step in. In a small interval between when the light flickered on and off, two shadows appeared cutting into the continuous stream of light that entered the room through the gap beneath the door. I let out a sigh of relief as I was certain it had to be Investigator Zenos.
Without any warning the light suddenly stopped flickering and remained shut off and the squeaking noise from the door simultaneously ceased. I immediately noticed that another click sounded out from the other door leading into the room on the far side. When the door was fully opened, a man entered the room and looked directly at me and asked, "Mr. Genovese, correct?"
Seeing the man call me by name, the tension in my body from moments before vanished as I slumped backwards into my chair. I glanced towards the door close to me for a moment without answering him, only to find the door was fully shut and the light was shining through the gap beneath the door like when I first entered the room.
I was now left with several unanswered questions, but there was no one who could answer them. Was I just hallucinating due to the stress? Was everything that just transpired in my head? Unfortunately, I would likely never be privy to the truth.

But if we don’t market it as one, nobody will read it. Look man, isekai to web novels are what thots are to twitch. If you’re not doing isekai, you may as well just jump off a cliff, die, and pray to all the gods above that you reincarnate as a beautiful cat girl. Isekai is like a slice of humble American Pie. It’s like the child you never wanted, but after you stuck your dick in that glorious isekai pie once, you immediately realized you could never pull out again or ever be satisfied with anything else except for that hot garbage.

I know, I get it, the masses demand le isekai, but we can’t sell out.

John Smith grew up in foster care. Though he was a good kid, he always got paired up with families that kept him for a year or so. Many of these families were abusive, and didn't provide for him properly. Because of how often he moved around, he was never able to really have friends. Instead of wallowing in his sorrows, he read and learned. By the time he was ten, he knew more things than most highschool kids. He understood calculus and was fascinated with science. He knew that he likely wouldn't get anywhere with friends because of his situation, but his education would. When he turned nine, he joined the Brilliant family. They were quite nice people, and had two younger kids of their own. They wanted to take on foster care in hopes of helping a kid, as well as learning how to deal with older ones. John really liked his new placement, and was the first place he remembered where he could not worry about if he was going to eat that night. On the night of John's birthday, he went out for a walk by himself. It was the first time he recalled having such a large amount of interpersonal activity that he just needed some time to think. As he continued on, he felt a sudden shock swell through his body. Then, a large boot of purple lightning went through his body. The lightning continued for a few seconds, and by that time people had come out to see what was going on. As they looked at where John was standing, they saw electrical currents flowing through and around him. As someone tried to approach him, the lightning flowed over to him. John soon reality that his power would transfer over to anyone near him, so he quickly ran off down the street. There was a junkyard down the road and he hoped that it would act as a large battery to hold his electrical charge. As he entered, the electrical currents flowed into the nearby metal scraps and old cars. Soon the whole junkyard was lit up by purple electricity. He was finally able to stabilize himself, but not without a cost. The family never looked at him the same afterwards, and almost saw him as some sort of monster. After that point, John spent much of his free time alone reading, or down by the junkyard. After the events that played out that night, all of his friends stayed away from him at school. He was left to his own graces again, and found out ways to pass the time. Using old directions from the manuals in the junkyard, he was able to wire up a old computer and tap into a nearby cell tower reception. Because of how old it was, the tower didn't see it as another line being attached to it. When summer came around, he set himself out to learn as much about his new found powers as possible. He figured that he could try to get into a special school for kids with powers, but it cost money that he didn't have, and that his foster family likely wouldn't give out. With that in mind, he focused all his attention on practicing and learning ways to improve. He learned from public websites that the electrical power affinity was the weakest of all the known ones. This was because it involves either taking in electrical energy from an outside source, or self generation. Because of how these operated, it would be like using a battery or using a steam powered generator to power a city. So he began to research different types of metals that would conduct electricity better in hopes of maybe gathering radiant energy. He found out that a lot of these old pieces of junk had valuable material in them in high amounts such as gold, silver, osmium, titanium z and many other rare materials. After a few weeks of scavenging, he got around two pounds of gold and silver. He also gathered about six pounds of rare metals. With his gathered items, he used an old blast furnace and tapped into the power lines to create a Plasma chamber. He then made a cast for a rod and spear tip. Using the new plasma chamber and his gathered materials, he made himself a spear/lightning rod. It then took him the rest of the summer to refine it and make it smooth and sharp. The spear in it's final product didn't look that abnormal in color, but bad hints of gold and blue in it. He then took the remaining material and saved it for a time where he could sell it for money if he needed to. He continued his training into the next school year, when things started to really rev up.

In the year 2030, Humanity was faced with a cataclysmic event. A large meteor was going to hit the earth, so world leaders took the risk and fired nukes at it in a last ditch attempt. Far from what they expected, the reaction with the meteors material sent a shockwave around the planet. This shockwave killed thousands, and knocked out power for weeks. After all had settled down, humanity began to rebuild. In that aftermath, children starting at the age of 8 began developing new found powers and abilities. They did research on it, and found that there was a mutation on chromosome 23. With this, a new age if humanity commenced.

A hundred years has passed since <The Great Upheaval>, <Superman> and <Ultraman> was forced to merge again as <Cosmic Armor Superman>, in order to heed the call to restart both their Earth's destiny anew. Some heroes and villains, have retained and was able to exist on the reborned earth...others are not so lucky...

<Larfleeze> of the <Orange Lanterns> was one of the unfortunate "deaths". He and <Ophidian the Tempter> have been fused together but was remade into a blank slate. Their personalities are gone and they have are now known as the <Agent Praesul>.

Their fusion was caused by, when they were being <Restructured> into existence again, the <Orange Central Battery> and <Blue Central Battery>. Both combined into the <Sepia Lantern Central Battery>, an unprecedented fusion on two very opposing force. 

This produced a very unique side effect, the <Greed> effect of handling the orange battery can only focus on one, whoever wields the <Sepia Lantern Ring> and its battery, will only contend on one form of greed...

...and now its seeking a new host...

[Somewhere on the Far East]

"Damn fucking idiots! I know I'm just an undergrad but I do have some skills and has the ability to challenge myself and learn, why why won't you just give me a fucking break!?"

Rand Brown, an undergraduate of a local college, just came from work and was lounging around near the coastal area. 

Born from a poor family, Rand has a few average skills of the trade, but was always hindered by his lack of a college diploma, each and every time he looks for work.

Currently lives alone in a rundown apartment, he couldn't afford to live alone but was forced out by his father. He works part-time on his uncles' store but is determined to find a much more high paying job. The day was wasted, as he was given the standard lines of "unfortunately we are not currently looking for..." or "the job needs at least XX year experience...", the usual drivel spouted at you when you aren't qualified...or is lacking in educational credentials.

"If only I wasn't poor and average, I would be doing more good. Why oh why am I being tormented and those that needs punishment and deserves to be tormented even more, are free getting fat and getting richer everyday!?

Why are they, being blessed when they are fucking criminals, who cause pain and suffering to people? Why are the heroes always looking to "reform" them, when clearly they don't deserve redemption? Aish...this world is totally unfair. If only...I had some of that power...just enough so I can repay my family and maybe...make my mark on this world."

I can't take it, life is so unfair. All I could do was put my face on the palm of my hands and cry. I have never cried when my aunt, uncle or grandma and grandpa...I only cried when a girl I courted on high school rejected me.

After a few minutes, I looked around, fixed myself and stood up. I looked at the waves as they hit the rocks near the shore. Before leaving I looked up, to get my spirits up and try even harder...when a bright <Sepia Light> was heading towards my direction.

Some people nearby are screaming, while I at the point of impact, was cemented on my location. I couldn't move---no matter how hard I tried.

Then the bright sepia colored light spread everywhere...

I remember that it was almost evening when I was sitting on a cement bench near the coast, its nighttime now. I was all right but my clothes make me look like a bum "salary man" in one of those K-dramas (Korean). I looked around and the impact crater is visible but suspiciously no one is around and there is no commotion.

Usually an object falling from the sky, is a great way for news and media outlets...but there are none anywhere. I double checked again, my back, my legs, arms, spine and then....my hands.

There was a smooth brown matte finish ring on my left ring finger. I do not recognize the logo but I do know that it belongs to a lantern...

<"Greetings I have traveled trillions of light years for you, <Sepia Lantern Alpha of Space Sector 2814>. You have been chosen to wear and bear the mantle of the <Sepia Lantern>.">

"WHO ARE YOU!?? WHERE ARE YOU!??"

<"No need to shout. I am called <Agent Praesul>. The entity that resides in the <Sepia Lantern Central Battery> that is currently residing in the dimension of you soul.">

"Wait...what? No no no no, I understand the <Ring> but the central battery? Wait. According to <Heroes and Villains Almanac>, the only lantern that needs its central battery to be always near...them.....is..."

<Correct. Before me, the ring was an <Orange> color. A fortuitous accident, has enabled the fusion of a <Blue Lantern Central Battery> and an <Orange Lantern Central Battery>, bringing the two disharmonious force into one.

Thus the sepia-colored ring or the <Sepia Lantern Ring> and <Sepia Central Battery> was created. Every thing is much more efficient and thus tremendously halving the "greed factor" of the orange color.">

"Wait, halving so there is still an after effect?"

<"Its a silver lining. You are now able to choose any <One> obsession or desire that you want: money, women, or power or SUPER power: speed, strength, agility, etc. and all that. Now...make you choice...">

This is happening, a chance to change my life for the better. It would've been better if I was struck by lightning like <The Flash> or was trained by the <League of Assassins> or chosen normally by a <Green Lantern Ring>---but no, instead I got a new version. One that no one has heard about, a villains power.

A few good things though, its new, not as dangerous as the former color...it was fused with a blue lantern item---an item for good. Maybe this is a good thing. Maybe it was just my luck or...my destiny to have this in my hour of need...

I can feel the central battery "inside" me powering up and pouring power into the ring on my left hand. The ring gave off a bright sepia colored glow, I reckon that it can be seen for miles. I don't want to attract any attention, who knows what the <Heroes> would think, against someone wearing an unknown W.M.D. (weapons of mass destruction) that a lantern ring could bring.

<"Do not worry, sir. I have already erected a barrier of light that makes it appear, everything inside slash us, normal. To others outside the barrier there is no crater or damage, just a normal fixed bench near the coastal area.">

"Very prudent. You're like my own personal <Alfred> hologram."

<"Ahh yes the famous butler of the <Dark Knight>. I am far superior though and I can wield the <Sepia Energy> to protect you in dire situations. I can also use it to help you to fulfill your greed.">

We...I left the scene immediately and proceeded to test the <Ability Drain>. My former bully as the first on my list, a neighbor five blocks away, was a fucking dickbag that always makes it his personal quest to inflict misery and humiliation at me, on a day to day basis---even when we are now adults.

I used the ring and managed to gain entry, I provided my own unique get up based on a suit from a video game. My mask though is purely original, a <Sepia Smoke> is constantly surrounding my head, making my whole head hazy and mysterious. Only a bright sepia light from eyes can be seen, a total villain, if anybody ever saw me.

I can obtain a <Construct> copy by either scanning the original or the ring downloads all known facts about the subject through various means, as long as a viable D.N.A. (deoxyribonucleic acid) sample is provided. 

I obtained funds by obtaining a copy of <Batgirl>, her data and info plus a strand of her actual D.N.A. provided by some shady black market trade via consignment. 

Batgirl Construct was the one who gave me the capital by hacking known and unknown criminal offshore accounts, for me to secure "for her" payment and obtain another sample. This one from <Bane>.

I don't know how to increase the quantity of constructs but if my guess is correct, I need to use the <Construct Creation> often. 

Anyway once I got Bane, I go to the bully's house and ordered Bane Construct to beat the shit out of him. To top it off Bane Construct, rained on him threats and curses and various forms of tortures that he will do if he ever messes around with me again.

I heard the next day he vacated his home for someplace faraway from here...

On this day, <Avarum> was created. The chocolate camo military style getup, fully equipped with a main weapon, a SCAR-FN rifle, a sidearm on the left and right are a pair of .50 desert eagle magnum, six grenades on my front snugged on a grenade vest and a standard backpack with amenities and supplies.

All the weapons, equipment and accessories are of course energy constructs, they deliver a much more powerful version, I drained a lot of abilities including weapon creations, from both humans and metahumans, giving me knowledge of almost all forms of earth weapons.

My constructs grew as I constantly fought and scanned and obtain D.N.A. samples and data of all known heroes and villains.

The most helpful are the combat related ones like Batgirl, Wildcat, Bane, Slade, Nightwing, etc. I can handle long range and close range combat if need be. I also gained trade skills like hacking, intricate knowledge of the mystic and supernatural arts, other world techs and so much more.

My affinity with the <Sepia Ring> has grown immensely as well, my constructs are much more intricate than Hal Jordan or Kyle Rayner combined. I can summon constructs on the double-digits now, although they can only use 75 percent power capability, their looks are perfect to the core. They are also graced with the same armament like me, totally unlike other lantern corps in the known universe.

By draining all the abilities of almost all villains and heroes, I rendered all of them inert. My actions has always been to lay low, the <Justice League>, <Teen Titans>, even <Cadmus> are no doubt aware but my deception was just too good, for them to know the real me. 

Almost all the villains and low level heroes, that I "retired" through compensation or for those who are...*cough..."well seasoned", I put them through "a more thorough cooking process". 

I substituted my constructs for those I deemed worthy enough, low level enough, to pass inconspicuously through the eyes of say, Batman, Superman or Lex Luthor and his <Legion of Doom>. I, someone who was formerly a nobody, has eyes on these super powered humans' big name groups.

With this I gain power silently and biding my time, until I can directly confront, both the <World's Finest> and <Underworld's Finest>.

My "forces" continue to bring hard justice, not just physically, mentally but also dealt a blow to all forms of criminals' income as well. I leave just enough for their families but other than that everything belongs to me. 

Me and my <Sepia Lantern Corps> established our own utopia on <Okaara>. I saw green lanterns trying to establish outposts, must be to test the waters if the former orange lanterns was still alive. I can control both orange and blue light, combine them or separate them, during my practice. I emitted a visible large scale orange scan, from the planet and focused mainly on the incoming green lantern patrols.

In a few hours the corps base and equipment vanished...

Unlike Larfleeze, I conquered the Okaarans and established my dominance. I was not a cruel ruler but rather a firm one. I focused on combat, learning and self sustenance, teaching them various ways through the use of my constructs abilities.

By keeping the Green Lantern Corps at bay, I was able to establish a growing army of Okaarans. Armed, armored and well versed into all forms of combat. Have data on all known would be enemies of mine and knowledge of land, sea and air vehicles. They really love vehicles and those armor suits.

I established a capital called <Avarum Central>, a sepia colored castle one flowing river on the left and a growing field of giant wheat, corns and other edible vegetation on the right. A thousand meter wall surrounds the capital, keeping monsters at bay.

All current Okaarans can fight but can also farm their own food, create weapons and armor or mine, just to show how versatile they have become. Through my hard work they deified me, creating a sepia statue, that silently emits a powerful invisible orange energy in space.

My efforts in disciplining my people came with sweet results, as Okaara became a tourist destination, with how I trained my Okaarans on establishing hospitality to other species, they are a total boon to an already successful venture. 

<Okaaran Beer> has this unique taste, smell and flavor only found on Okaara. Okaaran armor is also a prized treasure, especially for any enthusiast who collects them. Through improved living conditions and me terraforming the planet, Okaaran women and men have started to evolve beautifully in a few decades. 

Our population grew exponentially, creating more bodies to be trained and nurtured. The <Vega System> was ripe for expansion, my kingdom grew at a very fast pace.

All types of species, came to become a true member of my <Sepia Lantern Corps>, my army grew again and again and again.

I still silently abduct persons with powers or abilities that I need, as the upcoming <Second Great Upheaval> that I will create by finally confronting those big name heroes and villains, drew ever so near. 

I cannot wait to put them in their place and making them watch me from the sidelines, in establishing a true, hard conditioned, peaceful era that will spread to all known and unknown universe for more than a thousand years.

But that is for the future...mother's birthday is coming up and next month is their anniversary, I need some perfect jade and diamond to create the perfect gift, that she would surely love...

My sources say that the <Fortress of Solitude> has the jade and the <Batcave> has a confiscated <Oan Diamond>...
