After taking the elevator Mei zhen leaves from the back door with her luggage in tow to see a black car waiting for her. Just when Mei zhen was thinking how to handle the equation of life someone interrupted her thoughts, she came out of her world and saw that she had already arrived at her high rise condo apartment. This was a 30 floor building with each floor having only one unit which can be only entered by a keycard to only your own floor,there were 4 Keycards to each floor. Since, Mei zhen is a woman and lives alone ,she had to keep her safety and privacy in check so she spent a lot on purchasing this condo ,while searching for a good neighbourhood with less traffic sounds. The location of her house is a little far from the city center but it was close to her publishing company and also she has a home office and works from home so it didnt matter to her that she was in city outskirts. This was community with 5 buildings with similar structures,the security was top notch and there were assigned helpers for each floor who will stay in the nearby areas and can help you with cooking,laundry and keeping the house clean.there were some rich people and many B-list and C-list celebrities living here. If someone wants to visit you or you get any deliveries the security will call the intercom and you can only ask the security to receive the guests or deliveries and send them to your floor or you can go pick them yourself.
Mei zhen lived on the 28th floor,the condo had a huge living room with a balcony, the living room connected to dining hall and there was an open kitchen which can be closed when you cook smelly food so as not to contaminate the whole condo with smelly air. the kitchen was connected to a small balcony. There were a total of 4 rooms with one being a master bedroom , study and 2 guest rooms. There 3 bathrooms one in hall, one in master bedroom and one connected to the 2 guestrooms. The master bedroom had a huge closet which is connected to the master bathroom, you can either enter from closet or the master bedroom. The condo had all the necessities home appliances,furniture etc. 
Meizhen entered the condo using a finger print and eye scanner and saw that her whole condo was a little dusty.  Her helper was called Wen xinyi, she was a very naive woman in her early 40's with a loving family blessed with a boy and a girl who were still in high school who were good at studying. Meizhen usually called her Aunty Wen ,she liked  Aunty Wen because of her good nature but she didnt want to allow anyone inside her house when she was not home ,so she asked her not to come and clean the house while she was gone .Even if Aunty Wen wanted to come and clean she didnt have the keycard since Meizhen had all 4keycards in her possession. Its not like Mei zhen didnt trust Aunty Wen but she didnt want anyone else to have access to her home.
Meizhen brought the luggage inside and gave a text to Li wei , had some water and started unpacking her luggage and called Aunty Wen to clean the house and make some dinner. Even though she was very tired she couldnt just sleep because she a bit of neat freak and had a little OCD. Just as she was done unpacking her luggage Aunty Wen rang the bell. Meizhen greeted Aunty Wen who came with a few fruits and vegetables as well as some groceries because Meizhen was travelling a bit so they didnt see each other that often,she gave Aunty Wen a tight hug after seeing the latters thoughtfullness,they had a little chat and then Aunty Wen went to clean the house and cook for Meizhen. Meizhen went to her room to take a shower, she came out in her pajamas to see that Aunty Wen had cooked some healthy and light recipes. Aunty Wen left the house as she was done with her work. She was too pretty for an author who wrote such a pain-filled book.. The girl immediately recognised him and approached him excitedly.. She shook his hand childishly blushing red.. She seemed just like the others in the crowd to him.. he sighed. He had felt a strange knot with those writings which had dragged him to meet this girl, but he was deeply disappointed. To add to his misery, this girl was bragging non stop..
" Hi Mr Robinson.. !! I am a great fan of yours.. " she started, blushing still more..
" I have seen most of your interviews.. you are gorgeous in everything.. I was shocked when you called to meet me.. Should we have something to eat?.. My stomach is grumbling with hunger.. Wow! Your watch looks awesome, it should be really expensive.. It looks like an antique.."
He looked at his recently repaired watch.. The stones still looks a little misplaced but he still preferred to wear it.. The picture of that short haired girl flashed across his eye, he remembered her whenever he saw his watch, now he could control his anger at her after he had had his revenge. He never saw her after that even though he remembered the touch of her extremely light body, he had felt her floating in his arms when he had lifted her.. He knew from those eyes that she had been starving. He shook off his eyes away from the watch and faked a smile on the girl in front of her.. She had been talking to him for a long time now and he was barely hearing any of it.. 
He noticed sadly that this author girl neither mentioned about his books nor about hers in their entire conversation.. It was hard for him to picturise her as an author, she looked like a school girl who had just met her idol in her fantasy world..

He bid the girl farewell as soon as he could and left back to his home.. Even though he was top in his industry, he still had tough competitions.. He was rarely getting good works to be published for his company and he had reached his saturation with his kind of stories, with which he himself was starting to get bored.. He had strangely felt a new drive towards the work of this new author and had thought of signing her, or of buying the Thompsons.. Nothing was out of his reach.. But he really doubted her potential after their first meet...
Today, Peter drove straight to his mansion. It was rather like a palace.. He had build it five years before when his career had begun to flourish.. It was not inherited from the Robinson's,… it was something he owned from his hard earned money.. It was an old house surrounded on all sides with thick wood at the time he bought it.. He destroyed the old house to build the most magnificent building.. He rarely came there though, only when he becomes too happy or too sad or the times he needed some peace to read or write...
Today Peter was having a mixture of emotions.. And he was confused.. He went to his library.. It was one amongst the largest library with richest collections.. He had specially designed it in his home and was build completely of wood and antiques. A chimney burnt aside the huge cushioned chair which was carved in stones and were rocking in the breeze… He had opened the glass wall before the library that opened to view the seashore on one side and a beautiful garden on the other... He had not paid much attention to improve the surroundings of his house since he rarely visited there, but absorbed it's beauty through this window whenever he came over.. The garden below too was covered with wild shrubs and trees but still looked beautiful and radiant.. Climbing through the spiral stairs to reach the middle rack, he randomly chose a few books.. He had filled this rack in the past with the books that contained the most exquisite form of writings that had greatly inspired him.
Sitting on the rocking chair he went through the titles.. Suddenly his gaze struck on an old binded book.. It was a book written around twenty years ago.. He remembered reading it a few years before, when he had bought it at a bookstore.

She was the social media manager, so it was easy for her to keep an eye on that.
"That's a good idea, make a list of all the celebrities which fit our requirements in fees, popularity and their image," Karen said as she liked the idea, but she reminded, " Keep this in mind, the image of the celebrity is the deciding factor here.
"Yes, boss" Ellaine said as she wrote down the details in her pad.
"Boss, how about shooting an advertisement?" Amber said as she raised her hand.
"I don't think it is the right time". before Karen could say anything, Hazel pinched in.
"Why?" Amber asked confused.
"When companies start, they don't just outright jump into the market with advertisements. They need to make a small local market for themselves first". Hazel explained to Amber.
"Ohh..." Amber nodded in agreement.
After that, all the ladies present, again involved themselves in a discussion.
The discussion kept on going for some time.
Karen looked at Alex who was sitting silently, at the very end of the table, not taking part in the discussion, "Alex, are you not feeling comfortable?".
Hearing Karen, the chattering in the meeting room stopped, and the focus of all the ladies in the room shifted towards Alex.
"No, I am feeling fine". Alex said as he straightened himself.
"Then, don't you have any suggestions for us?" Karen asked, placing her palms on her chin as she supported herself with her arms on the chair. She looked curiously towards Alex.
"I have, in fact, I have two suggestions, but I don't know if you will like them". Alex said while scratching the back of his head, embarrassed.
"Owww... Alex, why are you being so shy? Just tell us even if nobody likes them, you will get to know what and where you are lacking". Elaine said as she encouraged him.
"Yeah, and it's even possible that we might end up using them with some or no changes". Jennifer said, mentioning him the possibilities.
"You listened to them, go on". Karen said as she gestured him to go on.
"Well, I don't know why the upper echelon of this company is so adamant on going with this publishing company. We need to keep in mind that everything is available online, not many people might end up buying our books" Alex said as he told everyone to not have their hopes high.
All of them nodded while Karen knitted her eyebrows. This problem, she was well aware of already.
"Well, first of all, we all know shooting is always going on here. One movie or TV series after the other, right?" Alex said.
All of them nodded, on hearing Alex.
"Now Ellaine here, suggested that we ask for a celebrity to endorse the company, right?" Alex asked.
"In a sense, yeah," Ellaine said.
"Now, on the same idea, we can have a different method of promotion. The projects here are of different genres too, so why don't we use a bookstore or cafe scenes to promote the books of our publications? Seeing the leads of the movie or series, reading a book people might get curious and end up searching about them or even buy them" Alex said, and by the end, he was very excited about his idea.
All of them looked amazed at his suggestion, this was such a basic and a very good idea to promote their books. It won't even cost them a bit.
"Why didn't I think about it? We don't need any resources for this. We can just go to any set and hand them over a book". Hazel said as she lamented over her foolishness.
"But it may not necessarily increase the sell of our hard copies. People might just download pdf from the internet". Alex soon poured water on their excitement.
"So what do you suggest we can do to increase that?" Karen asked. She was beginning to get interested in Alex's ideas. He might end up helping the boss a lot.
"Chief let me ask you something if for about two or three hours you have no access to the internet, nor do you have anything else all you can do is sleep, if I were to give you a book will you read it?" Alex asked with a smile.
"Well, I have to, if I can't do anything else". Karen said.
"This can be our way to sell our books".
