The Duke of the Dragon Ball world has already completed his training with Whis and now he can destroy a universe. Although he has shared his powers with you, you will still be slightly weaker, probably a loss of 10% of your strength in the One Punch Man world because the law of that universe states that Saitama is the strongest being in that universe. You will probably be 10% weaker than Saitama in your universe, so don't fight with him yet until you get stronger.", the Duke of the Detective Conan world said in a concerned tone.

All the Duke of the One Punch Man world wanted to do was beat Saitama at video games and laze at home all day. It seems one of the laws of the One Punch Man world was when you got too strong you lose your motivation in that universe.
"But do not worry I have shared my multiverse Phoenix powers with you. In case of any emergency you will suddenly have an incredible psychic power in the One Punch Man universe that transcends that universe. No one should be your opponent.", the Duke of the Marvel world said in a friendly tone.
"But remember not to use the Marvel universe Duke's powers. In your universe the most important thing is psychical strength. Once you beat Saitama you should be able to move between the One Punch Man multiverse. You have to use your fist and strength to beat Saitama, you don't have to kill him, you just have to beat him. But it will not be easy as the law in that universe states that Saitama is the strongest existence.", the Duke of the Detective Conan world said in a concerned tone.

Duke had slept until noon in the apartment. When he woke up there was no one in the apartment. Genos had left a prepared breakfast for Duke on the coffee table. Duke heated up the breakfast and swallowed it all down. Duke thought of going out to have a heavy breakfast. When he opened the door to go out, he saw Fubuki who standing there in front of him getting ready to knock on the door.
"Huh ! You sister is finally willing to let you out.", Duke said in a nonchalant tone.
"I have my own ideas. As far as my sister is concerned you don't have to worry about her.", Fubuki said as she folded her arms in a defensive posture.
Duke could tell from her blunt tone that the sisters had a heated argument yesterday. But he can't talk about other people's family affairs so he decided to change the topic.
"I am going out for a late lunch. Would you like to join me ?", Duke asked in a polite tone.

After Set dodged the punch he threw his own punch at the man. Due to the size of the man, his endurance and reaction time were highly reduced. Set, recognizing the obvious flaw, used his hundred and ten points of Strength, Speed, and Agility, punching the man with strength and speed while avoiding all his attacks.
The man was shocked by the outcome of the battle. Moving from confidence and contempt, to doubt, to shock. Set wasn't stronger than the man, that was obvious. But what he couldn't have accepted was how much greater his speed and agility were than him.
Because he believed that strength was the ultimate power and focused only on training that, he was in for a rude awakening when he couldn't even touch Set.
Set struck the man's body, but he didn't do any harm. The man seeing the blows that had no damage smiled sinisterly and threw a punch. But his efforts were in vain as Set dodged his strikes. 'Ths guy is tough since he focused on strength his stamina must also be equally high... what to do?'
Set analyzed his opponent, although he already discovered multiple flaws, he was just waiting for the perfect moment to put his plan in effect. Set jumped out of the alley quickly, but there was something wrong, he looked different. His hair had changed from dark blue to crimson red, as did his eyes. The lower part of his face was covered with a crystal mask matching his eyes and hair.
"Looks like some people are fighting here."
"Are they serious? Don't they know the consequences?"
"They are probably on drugs, or they have really big balls... to fight while knowing the consequences!"
"Let's just wait for the city guard."
Set jumped back quickly. But before he could, a big build man shot out of the alley. But he was also different this time. The man was wearing a black mask that covered his whole face. He hurled a punch quickly. Set staring at the fist healing in his way tried to dodge, but he knew there was no escape. So he raised his arm to defend his weak spot. Although the attack had found its mark, the man was not happy. He was more worried than anything else. 
Set was blown away by the punch and slammed into the wall. Rubble and dust were sent out into the air as if it were a cliff hanger in an epic novel. The arm he used to defend was broken beyond repair, and you could even see the bones sticking out. From now on, that arm was out of combat. The battle against the man was two times harder now. 
'His speed is considerably lower than before. What happened? Is this the drawback of his innate abilities? I don't know, but I've got to take my chance. I'm already in public, the city guards are probably on their way, I need to finish this!'

Using a dust curtain, Set blasted toward the man. The man was enraged. He jumped towards Set, and, because of his superior physical condition, he reached Set in a matter of seconds. 
Set seeing the man instinctively tried to blast the man with the hell flame. But with his current speed, it was impossible to catch the man while he was on guard. The man grabbed and broke Set's remaining arm and grabbed his neck wishing to chock Set to death. 
But then it happened! 
Set's neck under the tight grip of the man turned into fire, and so did his body. He vanished as if he had never been there. But the action did not stop there. Suddenly, the man felt the cold sweat running down his back as if there was imminent death behind him. When he turned around, Set was wearing his space cloak, but even before he could react, Set had vanished! And when he appeared, he was standing right in front of the man with his right hand around the man's neck. 
But before the man could retaliate, Set's hand glowed with blue light, and the Cursed Flame was unleashed.
'Dual ability user?!!!' was the last thought the man had before he...
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"
A loud scream was heard from the alley. Every bystander watching was unnerved!

  Zack turn the television and look for the news report about the event . Then Zack then shock as he saw the name list that dead he cry again(No..you..sob..sob...too...sob...Rachel). Zack remember her promise to Rachel and felt like it just now he talk to her. Zack then saw one of the 10 pictures of police officer that  dead he recognize one of them. (Is that the policeman that save me...ahhhhhhhh..why must everyone that near me must die!!!)Zack shout angrily. After that Zack doesn't go to school or talk to anyone again .

  (Hah what an stupid attack) Zack said as he run to the man an jump with side kick. Zack kick hit the man hand and the knife drop from the man hand flew away by the kick. After that Zack send punch to the man stomach and he fainted.
  Zack turn to the leader but found that the leader already fainted with red palm print at her cheek as been slap . Zack walk to the old drunk man but stop as the man laugh (hahaha.. you great kid but at your heart full of regret do you want to go to another world) the man said.
  Zach want to help the old drunk man but he shock as the man suddenly glow and her clothes change like and greek god clothes. (Who..how..what...you not an normal human)Zack said with wide eye.

A sudden splash of cold water brought Arvin back to consciousness. He looked around and found himself in a dimly lit room. There was the man with a black mask on his face that splashed water on his face standing just in front, glaring down at him. While around him, various men and women were sitting on the floor.
Arvin thought about the last thing that he remembered. He remembered that he was being escorted by a soldier. They then came to a huge building ton whose entrance there was a big board that said…CITY WATCH.
Then he remembers that one of the soldiers smack him in the head, knocking him out. Then he woke up here. He was confused about where he was…
"Wake up smelly pig!" the man with the mask said to Arvin. While Arvin was still trying to get his head straight. So he did not listen to what that man had said. As the man with the black mask saw that Arvin did not obey him, he got angry. He got so angry that he kicked Arvin straight in his skull. Because of force from the kick, Arvin was flung backward. Because of the kick, he rolled backward. And from the impact between the skull and that mask's man foot, a cut formed on the right eyebrow of Arvin.
Due to the force of the impact, Arvin's head started spinning. While his head was spinning the man with the black mask came and started dragging Arvin on the floor. That man took his clothes and started pulling Arvin from his clothes. Then while dragging Arvin behind him, the man came through an iron door, which was the only room present in the room.
Behind the door was a brightly illuminated room. In that room there 4-5 young men were standing with a tense look on their faces. After that man brought Arvin here, he left through the same iron door. By this time Arvin has come to his senses. He got up from the floor immediately, as the masked man left. He looked around and saw the faces of the young man standing there.
As he looked at their faces he had a feeling that maybe the worst was about to happen. Then the door at the end of the room opened and a soldier came out of it. He then came to them and started saying…
"In a few minutes, you will be taken to an arena. There you guys will have a battle royale with each other. The last one standing will be released today. But the rest will only be released after 7 days. Do you understand?" That soldier said while glaring at all the young people in front of him. Seeing that all the young men didn't even have the courtesy to reply, the soldier got angry.
"I F**king asked you guys a question!!! Do you understand?!" Soldier screamed.
"Yes." Everyone said in unison. While the voice behind that yes was weak and dejected one…
"Good, very good. Now everyone, follow me…" the soldier said…

That soldier led Arvin and the other 5 young men through the door from which he came just now. That gate opened to the colosseum-type arena. In the center of the colosseum was the fighting stage. While around the stage there were sitting arrangements made for spectators.
Arvin saw that the spectators mostly consisted of soldiers. While there few people without the typical armor of soldiers. All the spectators started cheering as soon as all of them came out of them and towards the center stage. As they all got to center stage, a commentator started speaking in a loud voice…
"Harrison…time committed-theft of an ax from the blacksmith shop.
Micheal… crime committed- harassed some ladies in a pub.

.
.
.
A-Hole… crime committed- bathing with fierce bird poop"
As soon as the last sentence was spoken out loud and everyone in the stadium started laughing their a**es off. It was after a minute or two Arvin realized that the guy in the last sentence was him. He didn't do that, what was he supposed to feel about this?
But soon his chain of thought was broken when that commentator started speaking again…
"This a battle royale… The last one standing will be able to go his way out of here today. While the rest of you rats will have to stay in this place for 7 more days…. NOW FIGHT!!" the man screamed. As soon as he finished the sentence a gong rang…
Arvin didn't know what kind of place this was. And he was trying to digest what was going on. But as soon as he heard the sound of gong he came out of trance. But it was too late. The nearest guy to him has already started moving before the gong. And as soon as gong rang, he punched Arvin in the face. That punch was a surprise attack that Arvin had not expected, and so the punch connected straight to his nose.
Arvin was not flung by the force behind the punch but still, he fell on his feet because of the punch. If it was older Arvin, that punch would have resulted in a broken nose. But due to the potion, Arvin's body has been refined to such a level that the punch didn't hurt him at all. It just stung a little bit.
That young that punched Arvin was about to attack him once again, but Arvin had realized the situation he was in. So he abruptly got up, he made some distance between him and that young man, and formed a boxing pose. He never fought anyone before. This was his first time fighting, someone. 
Therefore he didn't have any idea about how to deal with these people. So he made a simple plan. He made a plan that at first, he would just try to evade. Then if the opportunity presents itself he will attack.
With resolve in his mind. He waited for his opponent to attack him. the young man then took a step forward and swung his right hand towards Arvin's face. But as the punch was progressing towards Arvin he noticed that something was wrong with this young man…
Arvin avoided that swing with ease. He just took a step back and avoided being hit by it. But by then that young man has gotten full-on Bruce Lee. He had started swinging his hands randomly aiming at Arvin. But Arvin swiftly avoided them…
'Is this man this weak? The first few swings had some power and speed to them. But I was able to avoid those swings with ease. Is he that weak?' Arvin thought. As he was thinking that man swings lost all of their power and speed behind them. Arvin saw this opportunity. So he stepped forward, made a fist in his right hand, and shoved it straight in the young man's stomach.
As soon as the punch got connected, that young man lost consciousness. Arvin when saw that the young man had lost consciousness, he looked at fist like they were magical. He had never punched anyone before in his life. This was the first time he was the one who was at the other end of the punch because while on earth most of the time he was at the receiving end of the punch.
Impressed by his newfound powers, Arvin had a resolve in his eyes. He got confident that maybe he could beat the other people that came with him and get the hell out of here. With that resolve, he turned back. He saw that only two young men were left conscious who were fighting each other. Both of them have blood on their faces. It was hard to tell where they have been injured. Seeing that they were already injured, Arvin smiled creepily.
He then ran towards them, while both those young men were so immersed in their fight that they didn't notice, Arvin was running towards them. As soon as Arvin reached them, he swung his body and launched a full-force punch towards the nearest guy. The punch got connected on its head, making him fall on the ground unconscious.
While the other guy was shocked by the sudden appearance of Arvin, as he came out of nowhere. Seeing that the newcomer was unharmed, without any scratch, that young man had a bad premonition. But unlike Arvin, that young man was a common man. He didn't have any fighting capabilities. As he saw Arvin he knew that the longer he fights, the more he will suffer. So after knocking the first guy, when Arvin threw the punch at the second guy he didn't resist at all.
And soon the last guy standing in the arena was Arvin. It was then he looked around the spectators. Everyone was cheering for him…
"A-Hole! A-Hole! A-Hole!"
And soon the commentator also announced…
"The winner of the match is A-Hole!!!!"

Shen was not able to notice Meta punch has predicted his skill and he kept trying.

When he was able to dodge once, be thought it was luck. As he dodged second he thought it was a trick but as he dodged his third punch he was pulled back from his fantasies of easy win and noticed that his opponent has grasped his weakness and is using it against him.

Shen's fatigue has almost reached 60% as well. He has to do something quickly or he will lose even if his stamina is more than his opponent.

Suddenly Shen started to attack him without letting him get back at Shen.
