So i saw a variety of comments so far on my fanfic . 

Some very appreciative, a ton of thanks for that.

Some however had a problem with the story or its progression speed or even portrayal of some of the characters which you guys thought was forced.

Anyway, i will be answering some of those things here, hopefully solving your issues.

First : some of the readers thought my fanfic is a copy of another on webnovel called 'teen gamer in teen wolf' or something like that.

Well i have read a part of that, I won't deny that. However, while some scene setting have been similar no doubt, the entire thing is not a copy. Especially that scene with first dinner at Allison's and the first night with her. I adapted them into the fanfic only because it was similar to what i had initially planned.

However to say my fanfic is entirely a copy, i would just say that either you have not read it properly or you enjoy picking on writers. 

In fact, statistically around 65-68% of fanfics on webnovel have similar setting to other fanfics based on same novel, tv series or movie. But guys, that is all they are, a fanfic. i am not gaining any money or fame out of this. I write because i like it. 

Plus honestly speaking, i know i might sound a bit cocky as an author right now, but please go and properly compare our novels if you think it's just a copy. whether by content, grammer, storyline or original character's description or background, i have always strived to do my best for there to be least possible holes in story and that reflects in my fanfic as per what i have seen.

however if you decide to hate this despite that then well i have nothing more to prove

Second: A lot of people were worried about the progression speed of the story, concerned that i might be skipping a lot of episode content compared to the original canon. well that is both true and not true. 

if you are worried about just the low amount of chapters then i would have to say your worry is not needed, because of two main reasons. first of all, my chapters are fricking long dude. i got the inspiration from author Leylin who has posted his work on Naruto fanfic at both fanfiction.net and webnovel. he believed in quality over quantity and that showed in his work. each one of his chapters are enormously long, on webnovel atleast they evaluste to around 50 to 60 pages per chapter. my fanfic is gonna be similar. if you read my fanfic in paging mode of webnovel, you will find that my chapters hover around and average of 40 pages, whereas generally chapters of  fanfics on webnovel span around 11 to 12 pages per chapter. so you can judge the rest. In total my fanfic until now is comparable to 15 to 16 chapters of any normal fanfic. so seeing that, i would say the story progression is going just fine.

another thing is that, Scott is not the MC in my fanfic . therfore I didn't see the need to completely follow the tv series events. I will definitely use the timeline of the series as a guide to my fanfic, but i wont be adhering to it word to word. I will add only those existing plots that i feel pertain to what my MC is developing towards. Plus, i might be adding new plots of my own, as you will see in the upcoming chapter.

Third : many of you had a problem with Allison's chracter in my fanfic or the MC's name. well, i don't have much explanation to the second one except that i like it, so sue me if u like.

about Allison, her character had always been something i pondered ever since watching the show. dude that girl just keeps forgiving Scott for everything he did intentionally or unintentionally. I dunno if you had the opportunity to observe the girls in the real world guys, but they don't do that, no no no. if any of you have recently come into a relationship then let me tell you, Scott is the worst model to follow.

Plus i felt the tv show was too skewed at Scott for most of the beginning of the storyline, for very obvious reasons. but that reflected on Allison's chracter in the show too. her getting together with Scott initially made a bit sense, beautiful girl and new werewolf who also happens to be a sweet understanding kid who wants to use his powers to excel in sports, kind of weird thing but acceptable. but later in the story i just felt Allison's character could have easily bonded with one of the others if the rest of the main characters were not shown as either idiots or jerks. it was not until Isaac came in later seasons that we saw that Allison could have easily moved on from Scott earlier in the series had there been any other option available.

anyway, i wanted to correct this hole in the story, hence my MC and Allison . obviously I am going to make a lot of changes to the plot line to support this since i like Allison's character and i can bond her pretty well with the concept of my MC as she is one of the only human teen in the show for a very long time. most of the main teen characters in the show have been one form of supernatural or other except for Allison and Stiles i think. so ya, that was my idea behind doing this. 

also, some of you found Allison bitchy or untrustworthy character. or that my MC stole her from Scott. but hey, have you seen teen wolf ? Scott is not one of the most cleanest of characters guys. in fact if you remeber, he was the one who cheated on Allison first immediately aftr their breakup, try to go and see episode 8 of season 1 if you don't remember. therfore, i decided to insert my MC a little bit before that to let allison naturally go to him instead for being honest and everything. in fact, in the series if you remember, Scott still doesn't tell her for a while after this why he did all that. it was only when the hunters start to go actively aftr Derek and Scott taht allison finds it out.

so ya guys, that is all for me this time. i think i addressed all the issues i mentioned at the start of this discussion. please do comment if you find anything wrong or that you have something to add to my opinion. i would love positive feedback, and to all haters : i love you too since you just increase my views and collections when you come here to spew poison on me and my fanfic. It doesn't make any personal impact on me you know, i just write because i like it not because of some professional thing. positive feedback helps me improve my craft, negative feedback is just another form of joy at how much people have tried to go deeper in to my fanfic. therefore both are welcome as far as I am concerned . even if no one reads my fanfic, i would still be posting anyway no matter if i took some short breaks, because ultimately I have a life and i post only as a self entertainment. some watch television, some watch videos, i write books, that is all.

One thing I noticed that this story is a fanfic that I take references from ongoing or completed mangas and anime. So, this is not my ORIGINAL NOVEL. 
But, for some reason, this story is under 'Original' novel in webnovel website.

I will say it again. this is a fanfic. My fantasy. This is for entertainment purpose and for improving my English skill as well. 

And, I really want to change my story from 'Original' column to 'fanfic' column in Webnovel. So, if someone know how to change it, please enlighten me.

What's the point of separating 'fanfic' from 'novel' if the fanfic is gonna be treated as a novel at the end of the day?

Well, I'm very sorry dear readers who were enjoying this book but I'm currently not happy with Webnovel right now. Maybe once we get better services as writers I'll pick up writing this book again but until then this novel is stopped. This was an original idea and work of mine but after seeing how my fanfic book was treated, I'm not sure I can accept that happening to this book.

Yes, I did write Amalgam System as an excuse to bang Ushiwakamaru using my imagination... How did you know? But in all seriousness (not that I lied previously), I don't have the time to write these days and the ones I actually put effort into world building get like... zero motivation within me.

Webnovel is a cesspool a little like Wattpad where I only use the Apps to store my novels rather than actually get it seen. There are newer and younger Webnovel sites or even RoyalRoad that has a more decent community that will pat you on the back if you manage to write an interesting work. The amount of titles you see is ridiculous now...

Here, there are contests done every few weeks for the sake of churning out as many new works as possible just so they can drown out any actual good work that has had a writer takes months of planning before actually starting to write.

Even if you DO win a contest, you are disqualified if you don't sign a contract with Webnovel. It makes me wonder how this site is even running when they basically get writers to churn out their best ideas without giving them time to create substance.

Only Gardener Writers are benefited by this...

I myself am a hybrid between a Gardener Writer and a Architect Writer, while I CAN start a work fast and update frequently at first, if I hadn't written a plan beforehand with an ending in mind, my mind would wander until I can't foresee a good ending.

In my honest opinion, I'd rather not give a story a lacklustre ending and just discontinue it if it becomes hard to write. Sakura Is Reincarnated and Amalgam System are those sorts of fanfic novels.

I hadn't gone in with much expectations but apparently everyone wants to read a list of interesting tropes strung together rather than a story that reads... you know, like an actual story!

When I'm advised by someone on Discord that I should make my title something that sounds exactly like a brief description and that I should definitely add action to the beginning part of the novel... My mind suddenly stops thinking.

It's easy to write an action scene every two seconds and string it along with a bare minimum plot relevance, but the Architect Writer part of my soul screams to be that my work has turned lacklustre because there's no weight in the fight.

Sure, everything can be cool in a fanfic, but my artistic and self-criticising soul screams to me that I should make a story worth remembering, and not an interesting list of things happening for the sake of it. I can't believe it took me so long to realise why I was so incompatible with what is normally considered to be a 'Webnovel' in others eyes, I didn't know how much of an Architect I was...

Who knew I was the sort of person who would actually have to think my stories through to the end before actually writing drafts of chapters. It's no wonder I can't seem to keep my heart into writing fanfics because everyone agrees that they HAVE TO BE BAD and must be written by constantly doing plot twists every chapter without intrigue.

It's hard enough remembering someone else's expansive universe, but now I have to create a new story without being too judgemental towards my own work? I'm too self-criticising to do that!

I analyse tropes and genres, of course I can objectively look at my work and figure out its most blatant faults. Although I know those who have heard of me probably look down on me in a condescending way because I wrote Battlefield Restart 2- An Adventure Beyond Greatness (which reads and sounds too absurd sometimes), but I'm serious about my hobby as a Webnovelist online.

I might be rebooting my fanfic titles, but that would depend if anyone wants a serious and planned out fanfic that pays homage to the original where credit is due, or just want me to drop it, as extreme as that. I'm not writing as just a 'Gardener' again.
