Where was she, was she okay. His mind drifted to his pink petal haired friend? Lover? He didn't know but he did need to know if she was okay or not. He could feel that she was alive at least,he felt that in his gut.but where he didn't know nor did he understand, Why her,Why Sakura.

A dream...what does it mean to you? does it change the way you look at things? does it give you the random motivation to do what you want to achieve? Or does it mean nothing, a simple wake up and forget about it.

This story is about a girl in her teens where she is in a time where she tries to find herself, while being in a love triangle with her sweet childhood best friend who has been with her through her most difficult times of her life also the best times and a guy who stole her heart from the moment she laid eyes on him. Will one simple question lead to who she chooses to be with?

What does it mean to write a story? 
What does it mean to hold a dream? 
What does it mean to run from the past? What does it mean to run off the path?

You may be confused why I ask those questions but pause for a moment and think of the answer.

But I can't believe that I am this heroin. I have never been able to use any powers or even be able to help anyone. Why am I the new one?

But for now the  spider only is there to help spiderman and iron man save the world. But only when the new hero or the new heroin is a sleep.

But now I see about the the dog is true. What dog? My dog is the super villain. A dog? Yes, a cursed villain sent to another dimension. But the time fits. So a cursed villain turned into a villain and a spider appears when you are a sleep. Umm yeah? 

Now that is just great. But you said that you had no idea about the villain. It... well came to me in a dream. What do you mean? The spider too. The dream spider. But I think there more to my power just when I sleep.

I have seem to have the same powers as spiderman but lack as much strengths. How so? My strength is well twice as stronger then spiderman. But only if I can confirm it. Let's test it. Are you sure?

Why not see for ourselves? But if I do have twice the power of spider isn't dangerous? It might be dangerous. Well I think that both of you should stand back. Are you sure? 

She then smiled. Who knows what will happen? She looks behind her. My power are twice as better as spiderman. Well that's what some would say. But some are as good. What do you mean? Well like everything else the same as him. But I am not a big fan of highs.

But I need to put up with it for the time being. You aren't? Yes, I am not. I am so sorry about that. It's fine. She rolled her eyes.

What happened I don't know myself. But after coming here my fear isn't as bad as before. Could be apart of your powers? It could be... the Dream Spiderwoman. Who is that? This is the character I have made up.

What are her powers? Well she does have the same powers of spiderman and her dreams of a  spider that help others. You see the dream spider is the Spider of good fortune. It can help you when you are stuck. 

That could only happen when The Dream spider is a sleep. Her nickname is Dream Spider. So why Dream Spider? Her main power comes from dreams. That when she is her most powerful. 

I see. Is it just me or isn't your character the new heroin? No she isn't a hero. She more like a fortune tell. But why would you think she is a hero? 

Come on try to use her powers. Fine I will. She started to open her dream eyes. Her eyes closed. She seems to be a sleep. Dream eyes can tell the future. When her eyes opened she was sleep talking. 

Be aware of one that is close and yet is far. Eyes can lie, near the sea touches land. Heroes must use what they can to stop there new enemy and focus on their task at hand.

A new spider is need before your time runs out. Without help your world will lose. With this your last warning with time limited to train and hurry you must. Please before hope is lost. 

They knew what the dream spider was warning them about. If they didn't train Nicole before her dog does something it would be to late. Okay you take her somewhere. But where? I don't to train.


But she is asleep. Why don't you carry her somewhere? Like where? Just take her to the Avengers main base. You mean to Shield? Yes, they have rooms she can rest in.

As one of favorite heroes finds someone from the real he feels a connect with her. They both have spider powers. But the girl wasn't able to use them. But spiderman knew she did. He decided to take her to an old friend. Iron man was able to find why she wasn't aware of her spider powers. It was because she wasn't able to use them in the real world. But he could understand there was another reason why she couldn't. This is was a secret. Read to find out home they met and her spider powers.

"Abilities and powers?"

"Yes."


"Whose?"

"Yours, Duero."


What?! What does he mean powers? I do not understa-..... I am not following at all.


"I do not have any powers. What are you talking about?"

"Have you not noticed until now? That moment at the diner, with that human called Linfu. Are you saying that you really did not experience anything?"


"What do you mean? When I got freezed? Or ….." what? It is just hitting me now. I can recall something familiar like that.


At the diner…..

"So wait… the one who lend me the powers was you?"

"Yes, it certainly was me. But I just helped you. Some of those powers were actually yours." He talks about it again. What does he mean by these powers? Why does he say that I have it?


"You are saying that those were my powers?"

"Yes, Duero, they were your powers. I wanted to lend you my strength to release those powers."

"But you earlier said that I had to use the Linndon crystal to awaken them, right? How did we synchronize?"

"It generally happens slowly but since you were going through the portal, which was bending time and space, the process was fast and you experienced it through the journey to the this current world."


Huh. So that was what the headache was about, no wonder it was awfully painful.


"The headache that I felt when I passed through the portal, was that it?"

"Yes. That was our powers trying to match and get into a stable state."

"What about just now? The part at stairs, it felt wobbly and they seems to move. It gave me one hell of a headache. What was that?"

"Oh no, that was not me."

"Then? Who was it?"

"It was you. You just got too drunk, that is all."

"So why did you appear now? In my dream. Is this happening because I am drunk? Then again, that could be possible." I put my hand upto my chin to think about that very thought of this whole thing being just a dream. But it seems all too real.


"It is no dream, that I can definitely assure you. You just happened to be in trouble and I thought it was a perfect opportunity to release the powers that was being locked up inside you. And you fell asleep fast, which gave another chance to talk to you in your sleep, as this is more efficient and you would believe if you actually are witnessing it, even if it is a dream."


"So what happens if I wake up. I mean we have been talking for way too long now and I think the time is too late now." Usually in dreams, everything takes a very long time. It may seem like a small and short moment and it would be but time moves way faster for some reason.


"It is not late." He speaks again in his loud voice.

"What does that mean? How come it is not late?"

"I have powers to travel across dimensions, to destroy most things in the universe and to bring peace to everything, surely I can slow down time in your dream."

Wow,"How powerful are you?" I am really impressed. 

"More powerful than a human mind can comprehend. But you are different, obviously."


What? Different? This whole dream has become a question and answer series. I might as well learn all about everything before this dream ends.

"How am I different? I am just a human, from earth."

"You can use powers, you can use spells, you have a dragon inside you and this is not just about when you are on this world but when you were on earth. You are different."


He is right. Why can I use those powers when I am just a human? Why could use and chant spells to open the portal?

"So, tell me. How am I different?" I have to know.


"Your great grandfather was never a human to begin with."

"Aaaa" *snap* I snap my fingers as I realize that, "You did mention that before."

"Yes, I did mention it before. He is from a different world and the beings on that world could use magic, spells and powers just like this world can. He got married to a human on earth who was fully aware of his powers and his backstory and was willing to spend her life with a man who was never a human to begin with."


"Great grandmother.." 

"Your mother also was aware of this situation when she married your father. It is said to be a tradition in the Linndon family, that both sides must know the capabilities and existence of the dragon inside."

"I did not know that." But it makes sense. They did leave together to another world.

"Hmmmmm … so what? What kind of species am I ?" 

"Well that is a question, to which the answer is unknown to me. I do not know what kind of species your great grandfather was."

"Well, do any of your kind, do know about this?"

"No, not really. We were not told by your great grandfather. He did not really like the idea of letting other world know anything about his species, except…" he stops there.

"Except what? You can't leave me hanging on damn cliffhanger." 

"Except his family. That is why I was surprised to know that you did not know about this."

"Well he did not tell me. Is there any way to know? I mean did he leave some clues or puzzles or something. He must have."

"I do not know, as I am not aware of that topic nor do I know anything more about it. You are probably the one to figure it out."


 It is upto me, eh. Very well then. I must find out what kind of mixed breed species I am , if there is possible way.

"Thank you for this info."

"You do not need to thank me."

"No. I really do." Without Ryouku I would not have gotten this many information in just one go or in a time span of days or even months.

"But if I wanted to know more about these powers. How do I contact or communicate with you? Do I have to sleep or get too drunk or something? Is there like a procedure to get myself in this black void where I can talk to you?" I look around the 'pitch black empty as it can be void' as I ask that question.

"You do not need to come here just to talk to me." He says.

"Why do I not need to come here?"

"Well you could come here, but to talk that is unnecessary."

"Okay … so how do I talk to you? You can read my mind but I can't read yours. Right?" Can I read his mind? Probably not.

"No. You can't read my mind." He read my mind just now,"You can communicate with me through your mind itself."

"But how? How do I do that? I did not learn to do that anywhere?"

"And you do not need to learn it. Remember at the diner I talked to you? Through your mind?"

Yeah, I do remember. "Yeah …. What about it?"

"And you did respond to me. You could hear me talk and I could hear you talk."


Little by little, I am getting a hang of this. I can understand this situation now, by connecting the dots. It is a little hard to comprehend something if you do not believe it can happen, at the very least in real life.

"So just like that I can talk to you," he continues,"I am always there in your mind. You can talk whenever you like and I will hear it. You do not need any procedure nor do you have to learn one. It is that simple."

"Oh, okay." That is pretty cool, to be honest, "But if you could talk to me through my mind, why did you not do it before?"

"Like I said, our powers had to synchronize." 


"Yeah but," he is right but there is something on my mind, "Then why did you wait till the fight in the diner? Why not just communicate with me when I dropped in to this world. Why did you not do that? Could you not do that?"

"Well I could get into your mind and talk to you, after you had arrived into this world.

"But why did you not do that?" He could have just told me everything at that time. It would have been early and all.

"If I had done that you might have lost your mind, if looked at a normal human's perspective." He continues, "Think about it, how would normal people react to hearing a voice in your head. They might think they are hearing voices because they are insane. Even if you got through the portal, it would have struck you differently than now."

He is right. I would have been terrified and probably even would have fainted.

"So that is why you waited for this opportunity?"
"Hmmmm" he hums loudly as if showing that he agrees with what I just said, "Talking to you in your sleep is an efficient way, since what happens in dreams are more believable, due to the way people's subconscious mind thinks."

"So when will this dream or something of that sort end. I am getting accustomed to this no gravity floating feeling, and I do not if it is a good thing."

"I don't know where this ends... we've been walking for hours now..." a soft, anxious voice speaks to me. It sounds familiar, like somebody I know.
It's true, we have been walking around for hours, the strange thing is, I cannot remember when we started walking, the only reason why I know we have been walking for hours is because my feet are sore from it.
"Do you not have any idea what building this is?" I ask this soft voice.
Not that I can piece together who this voice belongs to, it just sounds like a voice I hear almost every day... but... softer.
"No.. no clue. There are no lights, so I have to feel my way around." The voice replies.
A stifiling silence fills the space as we continue walking down this long, winding corridor. The only sound being emitted is from our footsteps, and maybe the odd floorboard.
"How long have you been here?" The voice asks me.
I don't even know where "here" is. Does she mean the building we're walking in?
"Ermm... I don't quite know what you mean..." I trail off, not knowing how to answer.
"I mean, how long have you been here in the dream world? A few days? A few months? Years?" she asks me.
"Dream world? Do you mean to say this is all just a dream? But it feels so real, I can feel things and taste things!" I exclaim, with a little panic in my voice.
"Well. It's not like I've been here for a particularly long time, so I don't know an awful lot about this 'dream world' but I always seem to wake up in the real world after coming here, so it's just 'dream world' to me." She explains softly. 
"So you get it too? The waking up part after being here?" I ask her.
"Yeah, and I'm always in a completely different place when I come back here the next night." She adds.
"It's really scary.. these dreams are... I don't know why they happen." I put my hands over my head in fear.
I seriously don't understand why I change so much whenever I come to this "dream world", it's like somebody just took me and turned my whole personality upside-down, it's seriously humiliating.
The building we're walking in is unknown. Much like the school from a few days ago, it's abandoned, dirty and completely dark. I latch onto the sleeve of this person I'm with, as if I'm a child, as the fear is beginning to get to me. She giggles and speaks as if she's smiling.
"You alright there? I don't mind you latching onto me but I need to make sure it is you and not someone... or something... else..." she asks, with a little hesitation in her voice.

"So, what do you want from me?" I authoritatively ask her.
"Speak up. Something tells me you have answers." Naomi instructs.
Who is she to speak to me like this? And anyway I have no idea what these "answers" she speaks of are. 
"I have no idea what you're on about." I monotonously state. 
"Naomi. At least explain to her what you're referring to." Evan cuts in.
"Sure. You're a nerd, so explain this different dimension I keep travelling to." She plainly commands.
"Different... dimension? What makes you think I know anything at all about metaphysics? I think what you mean to say is you have weird, crazy dreams that you're mistaking for a real experience." I say, shocked at her command.
Could she be referring to the dream world? If so I can't answer any of her burning questions. I have to admit, I am interested in far-fetched concepts such as dimensions and parallel universes, but I never thought of the dream world as a parallel universe, just a figament of my imagination, like a dream. 
"Yeah yeah, I would say that I'm just dreaming too, but when I'm in this dream world with people I know, and they have the same dreams too, it can't be 'just a dream' as you put it, so tell me, what the hell's going on?" She rudely replies. 
As much as I can't bear to talk to this girl, if I'm going to get to the bottom of what this dream world is, I'm going to have to hear her out. Even if it pains me.
"So, tell me, what exactly happened in this dream of yours?" I ask.

"Well. If I'm going to explain it to you, I'll have to explain it from the start. Evan and I had an argument two days ago, about something stupid- but that's not important." She looks away shyly. 
It's weird to see Naomi so... out of character. Meanwhile Evan says nothing, does nothing and probably thinks nothing. He must be the silent type. Though the question that presses me is, what is Evan like when you argue with someone like him? I reckon it was just Naomi arguing with herself. I chuckle at the thought of this, which catches Naomi's eye.

"What's so funny!" She exclaims, humiliated by my actions.
"Nothing, nothing. Just the thought of you basically arguing with yourself." I state, amused at my thoughts. I notice Evan smiling slightly at my statement. I smirk back at him and he looks away. 
"N-no! It's nothing like that! Ugh- you stopped my train of thought!" She scoffs. 
"Alright go back on your train of thought." I reply.
"So, we argued two days ago. So last night, I had a 'dream' where I found myself in this abandoned shopping mall, trapped with Evan with no means of escaping." She begins.
"Seems like a pretty normal dream to me," I cut her off in amusement.
"Ugh. Just let me finish!" She exclaims, clearly enraged by my actions.
"So, we were trapped in this mall, but the weirdest thing about this was that, Evan was the complete opposite, he was really positive and cheerful, saying things like 'it's okay we can get out of here!', which in reality he doesn't say anything at all, let alone positive optimistic things. And I was... well... I was... different... too..." she trails off, clearly humiliated by having to admit her flaws.
"She was really gentle and calm." Evan abruptly states.
"Are you saying I'm not gentle and calm?" Naomi retorts, offended by his statement.
"Well you're not the most calm person I've ever met." I roll my eyes. 
"A-Anyway! Give me answers. Have you ever heard anything about this dream world?" She commands me, yet again.
"Funny you ask this, I've had the same sort of dream." I begin to explain.
"You mean you've been trapped in this dream world before too?" She asks with interest.
"Well I still don't understand what you mean by dream world, but yes. That being said... I feel as though I had one of those a few minutes ago, like just before I came to speak to you guys... or maybe I'm thinking of last nights..." I think aloud. 
"Wait you mean to say that you just had one? Like you just happened to fall asleep somewhere and you had one of these dreams?" She laughs at me. 
"No, smartass, I... can't really put a finger on it, it's almost like I was transported to this alternate reality world, or something like that. The odd thing is I feel like I just woke up." I explain. 
"So what you're saying is, it isn't a dream world at all but a parallel world? Now you're just making things up. No wonder people call you a nerd. Bet this is all those video games you play, heh, do you even do anything else?" She mocks me again.
"This isn't the time to be bullying Kuro, Naomi. Besides, you just spaced out for a whole ten minutes before she got here too. So don't go around making fun of Kuro for sleeping in classes." Evan simply states.

I'm Kuro, an ordinary teenager- but I keep finding myself in this parallel world-type thing, where I meet people I know but we're all just... different people. I want to know more about this parallel world and how it works, but it's just so weird and abstract and I don't know where to even start!

"I am fine. If you don't believe it, ask Scarlet and the others," stated Richard, almost in despair, because his twin sister didn't seem to believe him.
Early in the morning, when he was about to leave for a mission with Hokuto, Scarlet called him because Niken wanted to talk to him. He was happy as he also missed his dearest sister. Still, he never expected his sister would bombarding him about his health as if he had an accident or something worse.
Both Richard and Niken did not have a foni stone, so Niken borrowed Kazuto's stone to contact Richard via Scarlet's.
"How about you? I thought you couldn't contact us for fear the white knight would track you."
"We met a wizard. He helped us to cover the fibration of our cultivation energy flow."
Wizard? Hokuto and Scarlet looked at each other, hearing the word 'wizard.' Literally, they have never met a wizard or felt one's aura of power.
Even Hokuto, who often went out around on missions, never met a wizard. It was a common knowledge that wizards were not allowed to use magic against Elementalists.
So it's no wonder that most wizards will choose to stay low rather than appearing in front of Elementalists on missions.
Scarlet quickly grabbed Richard's hand, who was holding her foni stone without hesitation and then asked in an enthusiastic voice filled with interest.
"You met the wizard? Where? What is the person like? Is that wizard pureblood or mix-blood?"
Richard released his hand from Scarlet's grip and let the girl took the stone.
Niken described how she met Zehell via Lionel briefly. But Niken didn't tell her brother about her and Kazuto having a magic circle and underwent quite a dangerous incident in this northern country.
She didn't want her brother to worry and didn't focus on his training to hone his fire bending abilities. After all, she wanted to make a surprise for her real strength when they met again next year.
Initially, Niken wanted to chat more with her brother. She missed her brother very much, and ever since she had a terrible dream last night, she has become restless.
Niken wanted to chat with her brother a little longer, but Richard had to go with Hokuto. On the other hand, Scarlet had to return to her training to develop a source of energy for her potential strength.
Like it or not, Niken had to be content chatting for a while with her brother and ended the connection.
Niken sat by the lake, sighing softly at the clear lake water. She felt calm when Kazuto didn't accompany her. She realized Kazuto felt her reluctance when she was with her. That's why Kazuto gave her some privacy so that Niken could chat with Richard more freely.
She did not know how long she has to act wary of that man because of her dream.
It's just a dream; it's only a mere nightmare. Niken tried to convince herself not to think about it too much.
But what if what she saw wasn't a dream? What if what she saw was a reality that would happen in the future?
Niken was a time traveler. She could go to any period without setting her destination time. All this time, she went to the past and never once went to the future.
What if it turned out that she just went to the future? Does that mean that in the future, Kazuto and Richard will hate each other and fight to the death?
Why? What made the two of them hate each other?
"Niken, what are you thinking?"
Niken looked at Aqua, who blinked her dainty eyes while looking at her with a curious gaze.
"You seem troubled about something. What are you worried about? The lake's condition has recovered. All the evil mermaids have also returned to normal. Now we only need to wait for Flynn's state to recover and wake up from his sleep. What are you still worried about?"
Niken glanced around to make sure no one was overhearing their conversation. She even closed her mind-linking connection with Kazuto because she didn't want the man to read her mind.
"Aqua, when we got back, actually, I didn't pass out. I…"
"Are you time traveling?" guessed Aqua, followed by a nod from Niken's head. "What are you worried about right now related to your journey to a different time?" Once again, Niken nodded her head. "What did you encounter?"
"I saw... Kazuto killed my brother."
Aqua was surprised at this unexpected answer. Why did the black knight kill his inamorata's family member?
"I already talked to my brother, and he's fine. Does that mean what I see is something that will happen? Does that mean I just went to the future period?"
"You are a time traveler, so there is a chance that you did go to the future. But I don't have the answer regarding the black knight who will kill your brother. I also doubt that you were indeed going to the future."
"What do you mean?"
"Niken, you just used the ability of the vlinder to manipulate Flynn's memories. There is a chance that your own abilities might be backlashing at you. What you see are the negative feelings you just took away from the worst emotions in Flynn's heart. This feeling is what forms an illusory world to influence your mind so that you hate this world.
Among spirit familiars, vlinder was the hardest to comprehend. Its distinctive ability is to create a world of illusion at will. Your vlinder is currently in a cocoon form. So whatever emotions you will take away from manipulating someone's memory, those emotions will transform into negative thoughts. I suggest, before the vlinder comes out of its cocoon, don't use your abilities to manipulate people's minds frequently."
Niken sighed at Aqua's suggestion. Why does she have so many restrictions to use her abilities?
When she wanted to use her time spacial, Lionel forbade her not to use it because she could only use it twice. Now when she just found out that she could change someone's memory, Aqua also prohibited her from using it often.
Niken felt dispirited because the greater the potential ability she had, the greater the side effects that could backlash her.
At least, she could feel more relaxed knowing that what she saw was not an event that would happen in the future. Niken decided that what she saw was just an illusion of the results of using her abilities.
Only then, she could calm her anxiety and not too wary about her lover.
