"How come they don't seem injuries at all?"

"How come? Well, first of all, they aren't just delinquents- they are trained fighters. They have their own fighting styles, but they are trained fighters who can take a lot of damage and endure a lot of pain- at least above a normal person. Also, they are injured. They don't look like it because of their clothes, and they are enduring the pain, although it might not feel like much to them."

"Wait, what!?"

"If they took off their shirts, even if they don't have any blood on them, which is impossible, they will have some bruises or at least some type of wounds on them."

"So they..."

"They have can endure much more than what normal people can. They are stronger, too. They seem to be as strong as the people who are known as the 'warriors.'"

"Yeah," said Courtney. He looked around. "Hey, Carl."

Carl looked around. Sure enough, just about everyone was silent and were staring at them.

"So what do we do?" whispered Courtney.

"Um, hi?" Carl said to everyone. The atmosphere was very awkward.

"Oh, don't mind us. Just go ahead and continuing explaining about the warriors," said William. "Just talk louder so that we can all hear you."

"Oh, okay," said Carl. "If you don't mind me, then sure. The warriors are powerful beings that surpass the normal human limit. They are much stronger than normal people and are said to be magical beings. Well, they are humans, by the way. There are many different types of warriors, and there are a some popular ones. The first type is the animal warriors. It is also the most popular type of warriors. As you can guess from their name, animal warriors fight with a technique of an animal. The members of the Illusion Serpents and the Valiant Eagles are probably animal warriors. The Illusion Serpents slowly wear down their enemies like how a venomous snake kills their prey by waiting for their poison to kill them. The Valiant Eagles attack with a fatal blow that are meant deal high damage to their enemies like how an eagle kills its prey with one hit. They are examples people who can be animal warrior.

"The second type of warrior is the sense warriors. These warriors are also very popular. Sense warriors have a strengthened sense out of the five senses. Some can listen to everything in their surrounds, some can see a microorganism with the naked eye, some can sniff out exactly what is in a package, some can taste out every single ingredient of a food, and some can feel the fingerprints that someone left on an object.

"The third type of warriors are emotion warriors. They are also pretty popular. They are warriors who are able to affect the emotions of people around them. They can affect someone's emotion and make them happy, sad, embarrassed, angry, nervous, guilty, and have other emotions, although people with a strong mind are usually hard to affect. Emotions are very important during a battle, which is why emotion warriors are pretty powerful. They are kind of difficult to become, but they are quite powerful, which is why they're pretty popular. That's about it."

"Well, thank you for your explanation. By the way, you are correct. We are animal warriors, and so are the Illusion Serpents," said William. "Now let's clean up the mess."

Is it one of the unique animals with excellent camouflaging abilities?
Somehow, Shao Cheng couldn't help but repeatedly turned his special ability on and off, finding the unresponsive animal quite interesting, after all, he already estimated that this one is the same type of existence as Pinky, a different kind of animal with excellent ability than its normal species.

However, for the first time in Shao Cheng's new life, such a slight unguarded attitude was an absolute wrong action to take because before he knows it, a pair of sharp small fangs have deeply sunk on his offered hand.
And in a matter of second, he also felt the slight touch of a slippery and scaly skin brushing his unconsciously trembling slender fingers, which has made his breath stop.

Shao Cheng couldn't think anymore and has completely lay prone on the ground causing Purple to stare blankly at the unconscious wicked man that seemed in danger of dying any second.
"What to do…"
Before Purple can think about what actions to take next while completely believing that his Papa Bug will survive even after being bitten by the most lethal and poisonous snake in the entire world, his attention was instantly attracted when a loud cry has echoed out.
Although it was such an extremely heartbreaking and sad cry by a notably young boy just base on the sound of his voice but Purple couldn't help but twitch his lip while blankly staring at the shivering and crying small snakes who went back to the corner where it has been staying.
"Waaa! Sister saves meeee… I have just bitten someone… Woooo… my frail fangs hurts! ... sobs... I really didn't mean it… I… I… was so scared my body reacted! Waaa!!! Don't kill me…! I'm a really nice snake!!!"
"..."
My assumption was completely wrong... and this is a real baby... also a coward and a crybaby snake...
I feel so guilty to Papa Bug... even feeling a bit of pity…
Purple felt various complicated emotions while staring at the sobbing baby snake with a beautiful and stunning crimson color on its body before finally turning his attention to the pale face wicked man who was definitely being tortured by the lethal poison.

Sleeping on a medium bed was a young man, the room in which the lad was sleeping was untidy but only one side of the room. Shoes were unpair, the desktop had a lot ramen cups, candy wrappers on the floor everywhere, however, the other side of the room there was a bookshelf with the book organized in vertical line A-Z and in a horizontal line were the themes like fantasy, romance, scientifiction, historical,etc.

Next to that, there were portraits of people, animals and landscapes. There were plants, some grew into small, others long, and others were puffy. This gave the room some type of formality. The chandelier on the ceiling was purple, it gave a soft purple light, which is on at the moment.

The lad on bed moves to one side, then the other side, and stays there. The air conditioner was broken so the room was over 75 degrees Fahrenheit, very hot. The adult male however didn't have a fan, so he was very hot, sweating like he never had in his life. But this problem will soon be solved; why? Well because he has already called the HVAC technician. 

The window to the man's balcony was open letting some air in. The air however was not cold like the lad had wished for, but at the moment it was all that could help him.  There was a small noise coming from the balcony but the young man didn't bother to check, sometimes his next door neighbor would put on music, and would go to the balcony to make grilled food.

The noise got quieter so he didn;t bother paying attention anymore and paid more attention to trying to sleep. Some minutes later the young man on the bed was asleep, blankets on the floor, pillows around him, and he was stretched out in the entire bed.

Despite that, there was something crawling in the corner of the bed. It moves very slow, silently, and carefully. The 'something' crawled slowly into the lad on the bed, making sure not to be discovered, the 'something' would stop moving when the young man moved just a little bit.

The 'something' was more like an animal, but not just any animal, a snake. The snake was black, completely black, and the animal's eyes were bluish. If someone were to guess how long the snake was they would probably think two or two and half meters long. The snake moves to the chest area of the young man, it folds itself and stays there for some time. 

The snake opens its mouth and goes to the neck of the young man. Two fangs were revealed, the snake got closer, and closer to the neck of the lad.

The snake didn't bite immediately, instead as it got closer the snake closed its mouth. But then there was a noise coming from the outside of the young man apartment. The snake opened its mouth again revealing the two fangs again, the snake got into position and bit the man's neck, small blood was coming out of the bite, but that is not only where the snake bite, no.

The snake moves to the other side of the neck and bite it too, more blood coming out. While the snake was busy biting into its prey. Someone was looking through the door, the HVAC technician was recording the snake with one phone and calling 9-1-1 with the other phone. He was there before the snake bite into the young man, however he didn't know what to do so he called 9-1-1. 

After calling them, he began filming, he was going to show this to the police in case they needed it. Soon the HVAC technician heard people coming, and it was the EMDs coming. When they got in they were face to face with the two meters long snake who just looked at them and hiss. 

The animal-control was also called, which they arrived a little after the EMDs did. The animal control got the snake and the EMDs got the young man, who was already dead. They tried to get the poison out, however, it didn't help, the man was taken away and so was the snake.

The owner of the snake was soon found and was taken to court by the owner of the place where the dead young man , and where the owner of the snake also lived. The snake owner lost the case, however what the court did with the lady who was the owner was not told to the public. And is still a mystery except for the one who took her to court. 

The dead young man was given a funeral by the rest of the people that lived in the same building. And by some others that were invited because they knew the young man.

This young man's name was Valeth Lee. He was an orphan for all his life, he was originally from Korea, but he was kidnapped by the kids traffic people. Valeth did try to find his parents however after finding them, they didn't seem to care enough about the fact that their son was kidnapped because they never told the police, or anyone.

It hurt knowing this, but it was also a big thing Valeth could get out of his heart. 

He continue with his life without parents or someone to hold on. 

Life continues and so do people..... 

But the least expect can happen sometimes, it is not our choice, it is life choices in which we choose to accept or not accept. 

This is life...

The beginning of the new journey part 2
It is an area where most of the poisonous snakes can be found roaming around without any sense of identity. Mostly snakes lie in the bushes or is in cracks between rocks , or above some trees dangling around. Here it slithers around like animal roaming around in the wild. like having its own pub wriggling its tail and moving its tongue in and out.
The whispering sound can make one adult man nervous, a coward to pee his pants, a woman to shriek and a child to cry. It is not a gloomy atmosphere just an un usual atmosphere.
Killing the snakes would not alert the leader around as it within its capable range not to alert, private skirmishes within these animal are enough to eliminate them by half, although these are the area of peak of silver level it does not mean they will care about some petty human. 
Killing the snakes are very easy for people above level 4 of bronze rank, as for below it is not so easy, especially in this situation, as for sword blade it is very difficult to do it alone , so here comes the team which helps to solve most of the problem and the rest are for sword blade problem. 
The worst is not the snake but the mosquitoes, it is very good news that army men prepared mosquito repellant for it, and the mercenaries did not even remembered the most important thing. It would be almost most dangerous if not for the army men carrying it around.
These mosquitoes are not ordinary mosquitoes it has a hard shell and it sting can even penetrate an elephant body.
Only these mosquito repellant is most effective way for these ordinary people to survive its attack, it is worth mentioning that it is harder for ordinary people to survive this type of mosquito if attacked in group, it is very dangerous for the ordinary people for travelling these dangerous area.
No matter what they were grumbling about they were supporting sword blade most of the time, most of the snake is solved by themselves, some of them left out of the hole has been solved by sword blade.
Sword blade fighting style is basic swordsmanship or just to say simple chopping, hacking, block, advancing, every move is very simple no matter from whatever angle it is seen he could not been seen as extraordinary, there is no way this person leads the way for the people in darkness.
But the calmness in his dark black eyes without any movements, which shows from the black mask, just shows this type of person can reach by a height that no ordinary person can reach.
In any normal condition any normal person could have his nerve wrecking by now by hearing these insults but he did not, no matter whether there is thunder or storm coming he have the calmness others do not have.
This only trait can be regarded something out of ordinary in a group of people. Calmness.
The original snakes here are not the dangerous, these are cold blooded animals from generation to generation, there is no gene change.
Snakes are still thee snake no matter whatever the era is the reptiles are found what is different is in the area where there is mana available they convert themselves to demonic beasts according to the conditions.
Though crossing the area of snakes comes upon slime territory, there dangerous opponent in vast muddy places is slime. This silky meatball creature which can be deformed in any shape without nay physical feature are the most dangerous creature which can be found for the beginners.
In any video games that we chance upon or any novels we read there will be the slime king for the opponent though it hardly matters this type of creatures basically never goes extinct, even if the enlightened species were to go extinct.
Those slimes through generation of evolution further evolved , not though outwardly appearance but the simple fact that it has more sensitivity to vibration , from evolution of countless generation the normal ones  up to level 4 of bronze level slimes have sensitivity range of fifty meter which have a tight fielding shield. Though modern machinery killing dozen of slime is killing as a paper tiger , what if there is a leader among them , what if they can airlessly form a clan , what if they have already formed battle attics, they are no what if, if they cannot be formed, and yes they can form their own tribe, though survival of its fittest these pumpkin race has strengthened its own kin from generation to generation is not wrong way to say , they can survive with ought number dwindling without artificial causes is already a miracle.
The most horrible thing about monsters are there ranks up evolving into higher form.
Fighting slime is not very dangerous process while most it looks very dangerous indeed it can at least be normal.
Slime have liquid body which have not changed till now, so the elements like water which is changed into ice can freeze its body so that it can go near death state or a fire element which can burn to  ash, is considered its natural enemy , the most important thing about is however is its nucleus, though blasting it would kill it, or removing it from the body would make it near death still  it is probably not so weak, from its primordial evolution till now it has always rigorously protected its core and through its rigorous evolution its core is its hardest part, though it would have its variant mostly they are the same, the core is harder than a turtle shell  and piercing is harder than freezing it.
The already prepared army me had prepared the best possible bane for its existence, the mana core reactor, which is basically a box which resonates at a particular wavelength of the particular slime in this particular area , the vibration cannot kill it though it can immobilize it, though particularly the same result.
Sword blade and his party members along with the rest of the member moved along the muddy road, crossing the snakes though tough work without any   major injuries.

"Not that far but climbing them will take more time then just walking across a flat desert."
"How good is the magnification on that thing any way?"
"It says sixty four, but I haven't tested over six while walking. There is just too much sway in our strides."
"So what about the other vision types?"
"You have the standard type that's charge is mitigated by recharge. Then thermal and night vision, haven't tested them for obvious reasons. Then there are two others that are quite hard to explain."
"Hard but not impossible?"

Hasso looked down at the beast cub toying with something. "Well we have some time to kill."

Hasso was still watching the cub when he noticed that it had moisture and what looked like some small scales on its snout . "Did it kill and eat a snake?"
"Ahh, I killed the snake."
"What? When?"
"Remember when i screamed. 'AHH, a snake!' I reflexively threw a knife and killed it. Then picked up the knife and left the snake."
"Great, hopefully it doesn't think you left the snake for it to eat."
"You mean it will fallow us more because of that snake? Should have buried it in a deep grave."

Nick looked over the desert "I definitely don't want to run in to what ever did that damage."
"It could have been the hawk catching it by surprise. How did you know how to spot dive bombing birds anyway?"
"I my mother was a camper and bird watcher while my father was a hunter. In other words I had an education in animal behavior and how to survive in nature."
"If you were educated in animal behavior, why did you leave the snake behind?"
"I never said I was a good student. I got more in to the survivalist side of camping. 'If you need it, take it. If you don't, leave it.' It's hard changing one's own mentality after it's set."
"So, survival. How much of that knowledge is still useful to us?"
"Us directly? Making a shelter is about it. We don't have a need for fire or food."
"How about indirectly?"
Nick handed back the monocular module. "Well I have noticed about three communities out there. Two to the south west and one to the north west."
Hasso quickly put the module in. "Three?"
"Yes, can't see much from the one to the north west but the smoke rising. The second to the south east is the same but a lot more smoke, meaning a larger community. And the first to the south that you probably saw."
"I thought I saw something but didn't want to assume."
"If we headed south from our original position, we would have hit them. That is if they weren't travailing through."
"How can you tell that?"
"Their dwellings are tents that are small and of makeshift materials. They are setting up camp before the sun goes down. Couldn't see the inhabitants that well though."
"Too far?"
"No. Too much heat from the sun and the sand."

The sun started to set over the desert valley. And a loud low howl was heard of in the distance. And Nick moved in exaggerated movements "Now, get. Leave. Your mama is calling for you. Run home."
Hasso watched as the cub just playfully moved around to Nick's exaggerated movements. "Your only making it like you more."
Nick hung his head low and walked back to where Hasso was siting. "Fine, I won't do anything else."
Hasso watched the cub come even closer than before and laid down watching the pair. "You already did too much."
Another howl was herd from the distance taking the cubs attention as it started to whine then sit up to make its own howl. This long distance exchange between the beast and the cub continued as Nick and Hasso looked on in silence. Then the cub got up and waked off.
Nick looked back at Hasso "I wonder if it will be OK on it's way back."
Hasso materialized a rifle. "Don't worry, it will be."
"So you do care."
Hasso ignored Nick and moved slowly to the edge of the bluff. "Dang, I lost it. Where could it be?"
Nick pointed to a spot not far from them. "How about right there."
Hasso saw the cub was walking back wagging its tale with the remains of the snake in its mouth. "Well I guess that answers my question."
The cub dropped the snake portion and nudged it towards Nick. "Look, he brought a gift."

"This is going to be a massive creature. The only place where they work out as pets is in fantasy stories."
Hasso sat back down beside Nick but facing the east. "Then we will deal with that when it comes. I'm more interested in the moons right now."
Nick turned his body to face east. "Well, I'm interested to."
"I'll let you look after me. OK?"
Nick laid back as the cub laid down curled up for the night. "Fine"
Hasso started by looking at the white moon in the robotic energy field. There were several lines like roots cumming out of one of the moons craters. Switching back to regular view and saw some metallic structures where the lines were observed. Switching over to the other field he saw nothing where the structures were. Like a blight infecting the stellar body. He continued watching for a while then decided to observe the other moon.
Hasso started with the robotic energy field that didn't show anything. Moving on to the regular view showed that it did have water, a shore line, islands lakes, rivers and a few designed structures. Switching over to the other field Hasso was blinded by a brilliant light that made him cry out. "Ahh, that's not good."
"What?"
"Found the source of the 'other' energy field."

Imagine waking up in a robotic body with your memories half destroyed. Finding out that you are in a hostile land of fantasy and magic with little means of communication or survival. And the only hope you have is to track down random signals that have a chance of leading you to upgrades, allies, traps and or enemies.

I made my way down the train in silence, my snake weaving through my fingers. I stopped when i smelt it and looked into the compartment. A boy was holding his hand as he frowned at the cut. I closed my eyes for a second and continued my walk. 

"Ooh, what do we have here? New meat?" A boy mocked. "Leave her alone Goyle. She'll get tormented enough if she meets Potter". I frowned at the blonde boy who sat with a scowl toward his friend. "Do you not have a voice or something?" Goyle snapped. 

I stared into the compartment at them. "I don't speak to Brats" 
"Who do you think you are? Talking to me like that?"
"I'm me" 
"You're probably weak"
"I doubt i'm the one who's weak, Gregory" 
"How do you know my name?"
"I know who all of you in here are"
"Go on then" The blonde nodded. I pushed Goyle back and looked at the girl, "Pansy Parkinson". Then to the other boy, "Vincent Crabbe" and then to the blonde. 
"Draco Malfoy. I must say your hair is very bright, just like your fathers" 
"How do you know my father?" He frowned. "I know everyone. Now any more questions or can i leave?" 
"Why don't you join us?" He said, his frown growing deeper the longer i stood there. "I wouldn't want to intrude"
"It's fine, please sit down" 
"Ok" I nodded with a smile and sat down next to him. "Oh my god what is that?" Crabbe said, scooting further away. 

I looked at my hand with a frown at my serpent and smiled. "You've never seen a snake before?" 
"Why have you got one?"
"They calm me down?" 
"What type is it?"
"A saw-scaled viper. Thought to be the deadliest type of snake in the world. Don't worry, he only attacks if i tell him to, or if he thinks something's a threat to me"

It just floated staring at me. "Alright then" I nodded and stood up. "Viper, stay with the blonde. I expect my snake back later" I said as i put him down. The dementor moved out of the way and i walked past it and down the hall. He followed as i walked down and glared into each compartment, seemingly unseen. I turned around with a smile. "Just a few more down, don't hurt him too much" I smiled before opening the carriage door and climbing up onto the roof, relieving myself of the blood smell.

I stood at the front listening to conversation by conversation before my attention was diverted to one in particular. "You fainted? You really fainted?" Draco grinned as he Tormented Harry Potter. "Shove off, Malfoy" Ron Weasley snarled before turning Harry around. 

I then looked further up the red table to see the scowling twins, Fred and George Weasley. I smiled at them and turned my attention to the Headmaster. "Please welcome to the third year, Karayan Grief" (I pronounce it Car-I-an)
The hall fell silent and looked at me, some knowing who my family is, some knowing the rumors and others completely clueless. 

I sat on the stool and McGonagall lifted the hat. "No. There is no need"
She put the hat back down with a frown and i turned to the hat. "Your secrets safe with me child. SLYTHERIN!" 

I frowned at it before making my way over to the table and sitting down at the end of it. "You're gonna go bad, Grief" One of them grinned. "I already am, Johnson" 
"How did you-"
"I have my ways" I smiled. 

Dumbledore finished his speech about the dementors and sent us to bed. Although i don't need sleep, i like it. I also like eating normal, genuine food other than animal blood, even though it does nothing. 

"How did you get here so fast?" Draco frowned when he and his friends walked in with the rest of the group. "I walk quickly" I smiled. "Now give me back my snake" 
"You still have it?" The others frowned. 

He came closer and pulled on his collar, Viper slithering out from it and up my arm. "Why did you have it in you shirt?" Pansy sneered. "I don't know he went down there by himself" He shrugged, dropping his collar and turning to them. "He likes body heat" I smiled. "What and he doesn't like yours?" Goyle chuckled. "Something like that" I shrugged before going to sit down. 

The others left, leaving only me and the other boy. He came and sat next to me with a frown, Viper immediately going over to him for the warmth. "Let him, he doesn't get body heat often" I said when Draco tried to stop him from going in his shirt. He frowned and let him slide in. "What do you mean?" 
"I'm not exactly warm" 
"What?" 

I held my arm out to the confused boy. He frowned slowly put a finger on my arm, making his confusion grow. "Ice cold?" I said, raising an eyebrow and looking at him. "Yeah. Why?" 
"That's something i'm not ready to tell anyone" 

"What's your deal?" 
"Excuse me?" 
"Why are you so creepy and, cold"
"Creepy?" I grinned, turning to him again. "Well you knew all of us, somehow you know my father, everyone went silent when they heard your last name and you're ice cold. What wouldn't you find creepy about that?" 
"Everyone went silent at my last name because my family are one of the richest in both worlds, wizarding and muggle. There a rumors going around that my family are some kind of monster because we hide away, keep stuff to ourselves. I got tired of being around them and it ended up that they just hid my letter from me so i came here to get away from them, and to get away from the temptation" 
"What temptation?" 
"You wouldn't want to know" I smiled before watching Viper pop his head out for a second before going back in Draco's shirt. 

"You didn't have any food?" 
"I wasn't hungry"
"Do you turn into any animals?"
"No" I grinned at him, knowing what he was trying to figure out. 

He turned to the fire, going into deep thought. I watched as his eyes followed the motions of the flames and as he repeated thoughts in his head. 'Keep thinking' I thought to myself as time went on. 

"This is an odd question but, can i see your teeth?"
"Clever boy. It took you a while but you got there in the end" I grinned before opening my mouth to reveal the sharp fangs. "A vampire?" 
"Yep"
"So, what do you eat then?"
"Normal food but that's only because of the taste" I got out a flask and passed it to him. He opened it with a frown and sniffed it. "Oh god that smells horrible"
"It smells like blood"
"Is it?"
"Yes" I nodded and turned to him. "But only animal blood. It took me three years to stop drinking human blood"
"Why?" 
"The taste, the smell. My family, they aren't doing the same as me. They steal human blood from places because they don't have the guts to kill" 
"And you do?" 
"Yes. But then i'd have to live with it for the rest of my life, which is forever unless i get a stake to the heart" I giggled. "I shouldn't have said that" I frowned and looked at him. "It's hard for me to stop myself if i smell human blood. Because i haven't had it for so long. But if there's too much in one place then i'll loose my concentration and snap, i'll drink it and wont be able to stop" 
"Are you parents really your parents?"
"Yes. They had me before someone changed them and then when i was eight they changed me and my older brother. He would've been thirteen then"
"So you're eight?"
"No i'm different. I can choose to age or get younger. So i'm thirteen like you"

Yes, i am a vampire but i try my best not to drink human blood. So i drink animal blood instead. But if i smell a single drop of blood, it's hard to stop myself, although i just manage to.

No i don't have red eyes, mine are a bright icy blue. My mother called them moon eyes. I have all of the typical Vampire traits:
Extremely fast
super strength
able to jump high
Being able to listen into conversations
But i can also control people, make them do as i please. And the main difference, i can choose my age. I can choose to get older and if i do i keep aging and i can choose to get younger as well. So really, i don't have a specific age, but right now i'm thirteen.

I go to Hogwarts (Third year) to get away from my bloodsucking family. They kill to get human blood, they steal it so they don't live with the feeling. 

I have light brown hair and you already know my eye colour with freckles dotted around the middle of my face like a mask. 

I thought it was going to be easier to hide myself from people if i went away, little did i know that i was actually a whole lot harder.

'Son of a bitch,' Night thought as he tried to figure out what his next step was going to be.

After thinking for a few minutes....there wasn't much thinking to do....his desert transportation died....now he had to walk. The main problem was that he didn't know where the fuck he was going and at this point....he was completely lost.

When he had started this trip into the desert, Night had idiotically assumed that he would have come across at least another oasis....or seen a caravan...or just found something.....besides sand. His original trip from Nazca City to Manco Town...only took around eight hours....how could he travel for days and not come across a single sign of life?

Thinking back, he realized that he had probably made a poor choice. 

Six days ago, he had set out from ravaged Manco Oasis with two packs full of random supplies strapped to an alloc. The night of the slave rebellion.....After he had situated Grief and partially recovered from his injuries, Night had tried to contact the escaping slaves without any luck. Because he managed to find his satchel full of stuff after the mine building collapsed, Night still had the communication stone to send messages to the escaping slaves. 

However, he couldn't get anyone to respond to his messages on the communication stone. He had tried contacting the freed slaves in the town for several hours before he left....and had even kept sending messages for the first two days of travel in the desert. He had hoped that he could meet up with the escaped slaves to swipe some of the supplies...and have at least a few calm days to plan the next stage of his adventure....but it seemed like that wasn't in the cards. 

He could only think that he was out of range of the communication stone. The final base of operations for the escaped slaves was around 10 miles away from the town. He had never checked the allowable distance of transmittal on the communication stones...he didn't even think of the need to check. 

Despite the fact that he was now lost in an unfamiliar place, his desert travels had been mostly carefree, but were completely lacking in the presence of anything.....but sand dunes. He didn't even have his usual company to talk to on his trip.

Misery was still laying down in some meditative type trance in Night's soul space.  The night of the slave rebellion, she had said that she felt like she was going to breakthrough. But, she only seemed to be taking an extended nap after having a large feast. There had been no changes in the last couple of days and Night constantly wondered when Misery would wake up.

After the rebellion, Night had a slight panic attack after thinking that he had lost the Blood Stone for Misery's body when the building had collapsed on him in Manco Town. Although he managed to find the Blood Stone sitting among his other belongings, he was still very worried that he would loose the special red stone. The soul inscription on the Blood Stone was not that easy to make and he was now terrified to lose it.

During his resting moments of travel, he actually carved out a small space in his eye stone to house the fingernail sizes Blood Stone...if it was stuck in his eye he probably wouldn't loose it. The small blood stone also looked like a red pupil in the stone eye. Night thought it looked pretty bad ass when he looked at his reflection in his shiny dagger blade. However, Night had kept it still covered with the stupid eye patch....the sand kept getting around the eye when he left it uncovered.....he really hated sand.

As for his newest party member, Grief, she was still in her dream world waiting to gain enough soul strength to form a body. During these days of travel, there weren't even intelligent beasts to attack for the soul energy right now...the desert was just plain empty. Also, Grief didn't seem that interested in what Night had wanted to talk about at the moment....she was just too calm and collected...she was content to just be in the dream state. 

So essentially, Night was alone in the desert. 

Even his last company....the alloc that he had started to call Fred.....had just randomly given up and died. Night didn't know what the hell went wrong with the animal....he had fed it several times with no issue but he must have missed a key element to caring for the animal. The beast had been one of his lucky finds in Manco Town. After the slave revolt, Night had to scavenge for supplies in the mostly destroyed small town...those freed slaves surely seemed to be specialists in looting the town...only the bare bones of rations were left for Night to use.....after hours of searching he eventually managed to work up enough food and supplies to last about two to three weeks. 

So after determining that he had no choose but to move on foot through the dunes, Night was standing by the beast's corpse and sorting though the supplies. From a weight standpoint, he could carry them all....however, he would look like a man carrying a horse in his back due to the physical size of the supplies. 

Looking up from the dead camel beast's body, Night started to regret his decision to leave the small oasis town without a map. He had been very anxious to leave the town because he was worried that some support from Nazca City would arrive and hunt him down. While he felt good about his current strength, he wasn't that certain that he could take on a high level Demigod. His battle with the Level 4 Demigod had been quite difficult. If Misery hadn't helped him, he probably would have died. 

So.....He took off on the journey without a map while thinking that he wouldn't have any issue finding another oasis...but he was wrong. 

The landscape of this desert was very similar to pictures that Night had seen of the Sahara Desert on Earth. All it was waves of sand. The desert was extremely hot during the day but quite chilly at night. There was no shelter....and constant mirages on the horizon that gave him all types of false hope. At least, Night managed to navigate by following the direction of the orange sun. He knew he could walk in a straight line by following the sun....or at least that is the way it worked on Earth...he could have been walking in circles here and would have never known.

He had never really taken time to think over this world once he arrived. Since coming to this planet, most of his time was spent either indoors or in the mines. When he did explore, he explored at night. He hadn't had but maybe an hour or two to observe the daytime world since he arrived here months ago.  

....he had even chosen the name Night for himself because of his proclivity towards the night itself.

However, that had completely changed now....he'd gotten more than a full view of daytime of the desert over the last couple of days.....he even thought for a second that he might have really died and was trapped in some perpetual hell...walking the same stretch of desert over and over again...these fucking mounds of sand all looked the same to him.

As he had done very frequently over his day's in the desert, Night focused in on the desert with his soul perception while standing besides the animal corpse. 

When he promoted to a Demigod of Dream, he had seen a vast improvement in his soul strength. His soul perception could reach around 3000 feet.....that was a little more than half a mile.  It had more than doubled from his previous level. 

However, the extended soul perception didn't really do much good....he hadn't seen a damn thing but sand in last six days.

After scanning the area, Night sat down leaning against the dead beast and trying to hide in the bit of shade the body offered from the hot setting sun. Sitting there he started pondering over his environment....Night couldn't keep from wondering about the entire planet. 

What had surprised Night was that his sense of time wasn't effected when he came to this world. It seemed to function on a daily cycle that was similar to Earth. However, based on estimates he had read about on Earth.....this planet was approximately 20 times greater in size than earth. 

Recalling his limited information, he guessed that this world and its sun must have been of similar proportion to Earth's systems....just larger in scale. Maybe that is why the standard day functioned similar to Earth? Night wasn't sure but the scale was definitely a contribution to the conundrum. On this planet, Nibiru....The deserts were larger, the sun was larger, the planet was larger, the mountains were larger, the forests were larger...and apparently the beasts were larger!

Night became excited as finally found something besides sand with his extended perception.....and it was moving rapidly in his direction. From what Night could tell, the beast was a big snake...about 35 feet long....and it looked like a Sidewinder from the deserts of Earth. 

'Shit, that's a big snake,' Night thought as he tried to develop a plan. The snake would arrive in about a minute or two. 

Looking with his perception, he could see the beast. The snake had two small horns above its eyes and had small rough scales that look like the various shapes of desert sand. It moved rapidly through sands in the typical side-winding manner.

Night was trying to figure out how to handle the possible incoming attack from the snake. He had fought with smaller beasts like spiders and centipedes in the tunnels.....but they weren't this big or fast.

Night ducked behind the body of the alloc and hid himself in the little bit of shadow that was created by the dead body. He erased his life signs and watched as the beast came into sight. 

The snake moved quickly forward towards the Alloc corpse and took a striking pose. In a split second, it struck at the dead alloc and latched onto it. 

Night kept trying to figure out how the snake was going to swallow such a large animal, but then he realized his assumption about the animal was wrong.

It wasn't eating the alloc...it had latched on and was sucking out it's blood. The snake was undulating its body and appeared to be pumping the blood out of the alloc. The animal was like a hybrid of a leach and a snake. 

'What a weird ass animal,' Night thought to himself as he tried to figure out what to do. He couldn't ride the snake thing. He could probably kill it when it was distracted with the blood feeding.....but attacking a potentially venomous snake at close range with a few knives might be risky. He honestly couldn't decide out what to do.

So, he just watched as the snake sucked and slowly inflated with blood from the alloc. This went on for a good 30 minutes before the snake finally let go. The snake had swollen up to roughly four to five times its original diameter.

Night kept trying to figure out how it was going to get away with such an awkward shape. It went from looking like a normal snake shape to looking like an overstuffed sausage. The snake beast curled up and started to undulate its body in a weird motion. Surprisingly, the motion caused the snake to start sinking down into the sand...right next to the dead alloc that had some of Night's supplies strapped to it. After a minute or two, the only part of the snake that was visible were the two hornlike projections that sat above it's eyes.

Night could sense the snake under the sand with his perception. It seemed to be hiding and waiting for something. 

'It shouldn't be hungry. What the hell is it waiting for?,' Night questioned himself. 

The sun was practically set at this point. Darkness was completely on the desert. Several moons were starting to shine overhead. 

Night was actually afraid to approach the alloc for the remaining supplies. He had a feeling this snake was waiting for something. He didn't want to risk a fight with the snake just yet. Maybe he could wait until it went to sleep....then kill it easily in his soul space.

After about an hour after the sun went down, Night was still sitting on the other side of the dead alloc. The snake hadn't went to sleep yet.....it seemed to be in some weird trance like state.....but it wasn't sleeping.  

While he was sitting, he noticed something else at the limits of his perception. Two people were walking around and arguing with each other. No.....they weren't people.....these two guys were demons.

Right now inside a small apartment suddenly a portal opens up and Alex was thrown out of the Portal. Thankfully he wasn't throwing too hard so he didn't hurt himself.
          "So now what the hell is this place" mumbled Alex while looking around the apartment. (It looks like a normal apartment to me). Thinking this he starts to look for a way out of the apartment and luckily the first door he opened was the main door of the apartment.
          The moment he comes out he saw that he was in some type of run-down apartment complex. As he comes out of his apartment he can also see a lot of people coming out of there apartments. Seeing this he started to look for his family.
          But after looking around a little he didn't see any familiar face. So he decided to walk toward the tallest building he can see. Although he knew about Ancient Worlds of Ancestor Ground still he never thought that humans will be brought to an Ancient World.
           Right now even if he didn't do a thing Humans are destined to have a low-level World.
          From what he knows about the Ancient World it is like a greenhouse. Right now on the continent, they are in. Is filled with Monster of all types and they will become stronger 10 times the speed of normal humans.
           And right now in the Continent of Humans, there are a total of 5 different cites located at the East, West, South, North, and the Center of the Human Continent.
           These 5 Cites are protected by 5 different Guilds that are here to protect humans from any type of Monster attack. And if he remembers correctly then the guild master of every guild would be a Tier 1 or maybe Tier 2 God.
           "Hey, do you know where we are right now".
             "Man! How should I know that I am as clueless as you are? Let's look around maybe we will find out more about this place".
            "Hey, guys I know this might sound crazy but somehow I can feel that there is some type of crystal ball inside me. And I don't know why but I also feel something strange coming entering my body".
            "Eh! Now you said that I also feel that, I thought that I was only imagining things".
             As Alex walks toward the Guild he keeps hearing the voice of the people around him. It took him around an hour to finally reach the Guild. Although this place was called a City, it was still larger than any Continent of Earth.
           After reaching the Guild he directly walked inside. When the surrounding peoples saw this they start to speak among themselves.
          "Who's that, and why is he going to that building which is guarded by those Monsters".
           "Don't tell me he is going to fight these Monsters".
            "Hey, what the hell are you talking about. Why would he want to fight these Monsters? Why don't you all stop talking and see what is he going to do".
            Alex didn't mid what peoples were saying and directly walk toward the Guild. The Guild front door was guarded by 2 snake-folks the sub-branch Race of Animal-folks. And from the Mana disturbance around that 2 snake-folks, he was sure that they were in Divine Tier.
           These snake-folks had the upper body of a Human while the lower part of a snake. They look just like snake-folks he was seen in anime.
           When he walked past those snake-folks they only cast him a glare and nothing more. After walking inside the guild, Alex saw that it look more like a tavern than a guild. Because there were many tables and chairs here with many quest boards all around the floor.
          And from what he knows every single Guild has a total of 100 floors. Of which 85 floors are for giving out the quest. While the remaining 15 floors are for exchanging Guild points with all types of treasures and money.
          Although this Guild seems like a nice place to earn money from completing quests. But in reality, it wasn't because one can earn money just by exchanging Monster cores for money or Guild Points. Or other valuable's that can be found in the wild.
          Just as he was looking around an old man coming toward him and said, "Sir I were hoping you would come otherwise it will really be a pain to look for you".
         "Oh! Why is that", asked Alex little uncertainty because he didn't know why would Guild look for him. "Sir! Before that let me introduce myself, I am Guild Leader of this district Guild beach of Centre City a High-level Mage".
          Listening to him Alex gets some more information, first of all right now he was in Centre City of the Human Continent. And it seems like every city is divided into a different district. And the thing that was surprised him was the old man was a High-level Mage.
         The Whole Divine Tier Ranking works something like this, Beginner Mage, Intermediate Mage, Advance Mage, High Mage, Great Mage, Arch Mage, Heavenly Mage, Divine Mage, and finally Divinity. And each Mage Rank has a total of 12 Stages which in other words are called Early, Intermediate, High, and Peak.
          "So, Guild Leader what do you want from me", asked Alex because he couldn't understand why would a Guild leader who is also a High Mage would come to welcome him the moment he entered the Guild.
           "Sir, it's like this for the next 7 days the laws of Ancient World will he changed a little and anyone who dies in these 7 days will be automatically brought back to life. And every Monster that dies in these 7 days will release a Heart Calming energy like the one in Trial Land.
           In this way, everyone can easily adapt to this new life. And since Sir you already an S Rank Mage it will become very easy for you to slaughter all Monster right now in the Continent. And since you can't die in these 7 days you can just go on a Killing spree and kill every single Monster with great potential.
          Because of this, we can't let you out of the Guild for the next 7 days. And completing change the balance between all other Races".
           Listening that Guild leader wants him to stay inside the Guild for the next 7 days and everyone who dies in the next seven days will be brought back to life Alex was startled. "Aren't peoples from Empire of Ice also mages and maybe they also have some people which are stronger than me".
         "But sir, they don't have any pure Mana, I am not even sure that I can even be considered as Mana. So right now in a World which has High-level Heavenly Laws at most they can do is fight Elite Monsters and nothing more. And if you worried about other powerful people's from Earth becoming more powerful then you during these 7 days then you don't have to worry because in Ancient of Mages one can only use Mana and no other type of energy no matter how low level it is".
