Soon enough he was able to see over all of logsteadshire. Well. What was left of logsteadshire at least.
"I guess this is it. This is where it all ends. I'm sorry Wilbur, I'm sorry Tubbo, Techno, Fundy, everyone. 
I can't keep doing this."

Tommy looked around him.

Tears fell down his face.

He now stood on the top of the pillar, arms spread wide, a wide, psychotic smile on his face.

Tommy threw his arms out wide.

"COME AND GET ME DREAM!!! 
I SWEAR!!!
I SWEAR ON THE ENDER DRAGONS NAME!!!!

And with that he jumped. He fell from the tower and plunged himself into the cold waters below.
The voices in his head were all screaming. 
Yelling words of encouragement.
Encouragement to kill Dream.

Tommy rose from the water, drenched, but a smile still on his face. A thought crossed his mind as he dropped his remaining items on the floor.


'Now Dream will think I'm dead.'


His eyes were locked onto one target now. Find Techno's house. Get resources. Kill Dream.

"From now on I am no longer Tommyinnit.
From now on.

I am massacre."

What if Tommy didn't stay with Techno? What if he just raided his house and left to go on his own again? What if Tommy finally snapped? 


What if he became Massacre. 
God of death.

(Are we in a dream… or is this reality?) 

Zheng asked himself in a murmur. He was lost, not knowing if this was a dream  or reality. If this was reality, why did he fall asleep? Why did his team  forget MoLi? If this was a dream, why could he use his Qi and Blood Energy? He  didn’t even have trouble refining his Qi. 

HongLu said, “I watched through A Nightmare in Elm Street multiple times. I  noticed a phenomenon, which I call the three worlds. Which three worlds? First,  the reality we are in. This world is lighted by sunlight. Nothing will happen.  A world with only humans. This world is safe. You can have fun and laugh. The  second world is the safe dreams. Freddy will enter the dream of his target. He  plans events and people who the target had experienced and encountered. In the  third movie, the protagonist is locked in a sanatorium. However, when she falls  asleep, she suddenly finds herself back in her home at a time in the past. She  is waiting for her mother to come home. The rock music from the radio is loud  enough to disrupt the neighbors. In her past, the first thing her mother did  after she returned was to turn off the radio. The same events occur in the  dream. The protagonist thinks Freddy is the dream.” 

HongLu paused. The team was drawn by his explanation. LiuYu quickly said, “I  also saw this scene though I don’t remember the details.” 

“The events that follows…” HongLu twirled his hair. “Her mother repeats her  words but Freddy suddenly appears as her mother’s guest. He slices off the  mother’s head. Yet, it is still talking. The protagonist screams at the  horrifying scene.” 

HongLu held out two fingers. “This is the second world, the safe dreams.  Freddy enters your dream, manipulates your dream, up until he attacks you. From  that point on, he becomes omnipotent in your dream; he can’t be killed. That’s  the third world, the despair dreams.” 

Silence fell upon the team as they pondered. 

Some time passed before Zheng spoke, “What is the difference of the second and  third world? Aren’t they both dreams manipulated by Freddy?” 

“Yes and no.” HongLu glanced over the team, pausing for a moment on someone  specific. “Why will there be a safe dream? If Freddy can manipulate a person’s  dream at will, he can easily kill that person. Why didn’t he? Because of  entertainment and madness? Because of the desire to torture? Or is it something  bigger? I think he has no other choice. 

“If we view a dream as an intact egg, the first thing you need to kill the  person inside is to break through its shell. I think Freddy doesn’t have the  ability to kill a person in his own dream. A dream is the domain of that  person, where he is invincible. Much like how you are the god of your  daydreams. This explains the origin of the safe world. 

“Freddy uses various ways to break through this shell. Terror is his most used  tool. There’s also sexual temptation which he used in the third movie. He will  also lower your guard with pieces of your memory and then shatter this memory.  He will kill the one most beloved to you. He will do everything to break open  your heart. The moment he achieves it is the moment you enter the despair  dream. In there, he manipulates the world, and you!” 

Shivers ran down their spines from hearing HongLu’s analogy. Sleep wasn’t the  issue anymore as long as they were in this world. Freddy might grasp the  weaknesses within them at any moment then drag them into the despair dream.  There was no use knowing his attacks. Everyone had their own weaknesses and  their defense must be weak in this respect. An attack might meant death. 

Zheng frowned then turned to Xuan. “What do you think? Just speak what’s in  your mind. I hate it when you are silent. At least let us know if you have a  plan.” 

Xuan calmly shook his head. He continued eating spaghetti without a word.  HongLu explained for him, “This is just a speculation. If we are all dreaming  the same dream, this is the safe dream. Freddy can’t attack us. However, he can  listen to what we are talking, see what we are doing. I suspect he can even  reach into our heart to seek our weaknesses. That’s why Xuan can’t speak even  if he has a plan. The reason I spoke is because I am taking a risk. I am  betting Freddy can’t attack us in the current dream. He would have killed me  for saying so much, so I won. Either we are currently not in a dream, or he  can’t kill us in the safe dream. But he’s listening.” 

(Xuan is staying silent to prevent Freddy from knowing his plan… but there’s  another possibility. If it turns out that way, I can only…) 

HongLu looked over the group again. He pulled off two strings of hair, pointed  one at Zheng and the other at Xuan. “Then I will make a conclusion.” 

The team finished their breakfast. Everyone was feeling a weight oppressing  their hearts. They did not have the mood to think much knowing that they were  in a dream and Freddy didn’t have to wait for them to fall asleep. Kampa, Zero,  and WangXia inspected their weapons right after eating. Given that they brought  the weapons into the dream, they might be able to damage Freddy here. 

HongLu said as he saw people began to leave, “We don’t know why we would  forget the people near us. We don’t know why Zheng can remember MoLi. It might  be because he witnessed her in the despair dream. From now on, carve the people  around you into your heart. Don’t lose your memory of them. Secondly, don’t  think of the things you desire, the things you fear, the things you worry, or  even Freddy himself. They are the crevices of your soul… I have said everything  that needed to be said. My responsibility is completed. What’s left falls on  you, Zheng. How would you as the leader lead us through the thirty days in this  dream?” 

Zheng looked at Xuan then at HongLu. He gritted his teeth then said, “We can’t  split up since we are going to get attacked at any time. The night watch tactic  is useless. It’s ridiculous that you wake up at the next day after chasing  Freddy. I think we should all stay in the same room. We can sleep but four  people need to stay awake at a time. And Soul Link.” 

Lan asked, “There’s a use to Soul Link?” 

Zheng shook his head. “I don’t know yet. However, Soul Link allows you to  sense unrest happening in someone’s mind. Alert everyone who’s awake as soon as  you sense it. That person might be under attack. That’s it then. We don’t know  if our weapons are effective against Freddy in the dream. The only thing we can  do is stay alert. Xuan, Heng, and YinKong, go buy a house while it’s noon. It’s  best if we can move in tonight. Rent one if you can’t buy one in such a short  amount of time. We can’t afford to split up again. Freddy will take us out one  by one. And lastly, live on!”

Dale nearly stumbles over his feet trying to follow after Dream, the flowers toppling from his head. Why did he invite the scary-ass man out to eat again?
He opens the door for Dream carefully, expecting to get yelled at, at least and getting stomped on at most but Dream just thanks him and gets in.
The difference between him and Hayden was so stark it almost hurt but his fascination with his Jasmine couldn't be explained and to be honest he didn't want it explained.
After weeks of feeling like his world was in shades of grey, the blonde spitfire crashes back into his life and everything is suddenly in Technicolor, his savage responses too.
He gets in quickly and starts the car, looking at Dream from the side of his eye to see him searching through a small purse.
"Can you smell me?" Dream asks out of the blue.
Dale splutters, nearly crashing the car. "What?"
"Alphas have very sensitive noses, I need to make sure that my scent is completely hidden."
Dale blinks, frowning slightly, he made it sound like it was a bad thing, he didn't know much about Omegas, even less about males but he the females he knew didn't hide their scents, as a matter of fact, they wore it proudly.
For the first time since he walked out the door he finds for his scent and finds it almost non-existent, he scrunches up his nose in distaste, disliking the lack of scent but he knows better than pointing it out or asking why.
"A little." He finally says when he can still catch a whiff.
"Thanks." Dream mutters absently, bringing out a little bottle from his purse and spraying something on both sides of his neck.
Dale just watches with fascination, unable to catch any scents from the bottle, and soon after, Dream.
"You said I reminded you of someone?" Dale asks after a short silence, easily pulling out of the street, he was curious about what Dream thought about him.
"Yeah, someone I bumped into in the city I lived before, it's not that important." Dream waves away, looking out the window so he doesn't notice Dale wince. "You look like him but maybe all Alphas just look like that."
"Like how?" Dale prompts shamelessly, listening intently.
Dream looks over to him, wondering why he kept prodding, unless... He narrows his eyes suspiciously. "He called me Miss too, like that very specific word, are you him?"
Dale chokes, his plan backfiring. "I-I wouldn't... I-I mean."
"It's fine if you are, I mean you weren't wearing your glasses that day either and I grow my hair out..."
Dale just keeps quiet, letting Dream come up with excuses for him, very relieved that there was no issue with him finding out that he had met Dale before.
"Although I specifically told him I was male so maybe you're not just selectively blind but also have a bad memory."
Dale just glances at him with a done expression, wondering why he kept on savagely dissing him. "Sure." 
"You might not be a bad person if you're Hayden's friend, are you friends with Mae too? And her blue-haired girlfriend, I rarely see her."
"Shana?"
"Yeah." He affirms.
"I am, we all practically grew up together, although it's mostly Hayden, Shana, and Virgil, Mae and I moved in our final year of high school."
"Oh." Dream nods importantly, interested in hearing about Hayden's past.
He couldn't imagine that someone as rich and famous as he and his mom choose to live in Pine Creek and were so sweet and nice.
"How was he when he was younger?" He asks curiously, ducking when they get to the street the bakery was at.
Dale stares at him weirdly when he goes down but again keeps his mouth shut. "Pretty much the same, he stuttered harder in high school though."
"Even more than now?" Dream asks in surprise eyes wide.
Dale looks down at him, squatting in front of the seat with wide eyes and fluffy, long blonde hair, arms crossed on top of his legs and he quirks his lips.
"Believe it or not, yes." 
Dream looks at the floor of the car where he was currently squatting and glances up, confirming that they had long passed the bakery before settling on the seat again - he couldn't risk his mom or Deidre catching him or even worse a worker, Deidre might not snitch but they definitely would.
He frowns at the implications of Dale's words, why would Hayden stutter like that? Did he have some kind of past trauma?
"Honestly, I think he's just adorable like that." Dale says in response to the visible frown on his face. "He's just fragile."
"Oh." Dream could see that, Hayden was too precious, he belonged in some fairy world where the clouds were pink and he could read all day.
The rest of the journey is mostly quiet, Dream easily getting distracted by the busyness of the Paper District, it's like they entered into a big city.
Flashy signs and shops, music blaring and people constantly on the move.
Dale watches his carefully, Dream's fascination with Paper District was almost child-like, meanwhile coming here gave Hayden mini panic attacks from how loud it was.
There were a number of fancy restaurants he could walk into without a reservation and he would promptly get a seat and he was very willing to abuse that power but there was the one in like twenty chance of it being the restaurant that his mom her set his date at.
He glances at the clock in the car, the date that was supposed to begin fifteen minutes ago.
He is going on a date, right? And with an Omega too although he couldn't shake off the feeling that his mom wasn't going to approve of Dream but that wasn't even his major problem, Dream didn't even approve of him.
On a spur of the moment, he chooses the least likely restaurant for his date to be at and parks the car in the parking lot.
Dream gapes slightly when he gets down, hiking up his skinny jeans. "Don't we need a reservation for a place like this?" He asks nervously, appraising the ritzy place.
"It's fine." Dale reassures him.
Dream nods and quickly tucks his head into his shoulders to reassure himself that his scent was still hidden before following after Dale, he's the Alpha of one of the Packs, after all, he's pretty important - he thinks to himself.
Although why the Alpha would want to apologize with dinner when he doesn't have to is still a mystery to him.
Dale frowns when he catches on to what Dream is doing, why is he hiding his scent so steadfastly.
A waitress walks up to them as soon as they step in, eyes fixed on Dream, he wasn't sure he liked the look of disdain that the lady was wearing, actually, he didn't.
He notes that she gets close enough and sniffs the air and her face goes blank for a bit before she's smiling up at Dale, with suggestive eyes. "Hello, sir." She bows slightly. "I belong to your um..." She trails off with a knowing look in Dream's direction, smiling brightly. "Would you like a table for you and your acquaintance."
Dale flinches back like he had been slapped obviously, the waitress had thought that Dream was an Omega from his physique but when she couldn't catch a scent, she dismissed him as a human, and all her animosity faded away. "Acquaintance?" He repeats in a dark tone, who was this putting labels on Dream?
"I-I thought..." She fumbles.
"This conversation is unnecessary, I'm hungry." Dream blurts out, giving the waitress the evil eye.
She only stutters harder, bowing furiously as she immediately leads them to a table.
Dream rolls his eyes, used to that kind of treatment from other people, it was why he gladly hid his scent.
He settled down and collected the offered menu, ignoring Dale who just stared outrightly at him without picking up his own menu.
After a while of the constant staring, he rolls his eyes again, dropping his menu to glare across the table at Dale. "What?"
Dale quickly looks away, realizing that he's been staring like a weirdo.
"I get treated like that all the time, it's nothing new." He shrugs.
Dale frowns harder, green eyes stormy. "Why? I don't understand."
"Of course you wouldn't, you're an Alpha, you're at the top of the fucking food chain, now choose what you want, I'm about to call the waitress over."
Dale had to force himself to look in the fancy menu, mind elsewhere as he scans through the page, he doesn't remember what he ordered but that's fine, he wasn't really hungry.
What he was though, was curious and he planned to get some answers.
"I apologize for not knowing, would you mind telling me." He says sincerely, curiosity mounting.
Dream pauses his motion of drinking the water that had been offered them, eyes wide.
All the information he's heard about Alphas has led him to believe that they were bossy, inconsiderate jackasses who threw their weight around but Dale was proving all that information wrong.

"What the fuck did you do?" Virgil demands his eyes dark, the only reason Dale doesn't have a black eye yet is because he's still carrying me. 

I intervene quickly before Virgil changes his mind and decides to land the punch. "V-Vi-Virgil." I stutter out desperately, reaching for him. "I-It wasn't D-Dale, h-he d-didn't d-do any-anything."

"What sort of boyfriend are you, letting your girlfriend get beat up by dudes in the boys bathroom?" Dale accuses, snatching me back and ending my efforts to reach for Virgil, his leaf green eyes nearly glowing. 

Shana is momentarily stunned, "Girlfriend?"  She mouths to me, I close my eyes in embarrassment, this was one of those days I wanted to start over. 

Virgil isn't even fazed by the obvious confusion. "Thanks." He bites out coldly, the appreciation has the same energy as 'go jump off a cliff. "Now give me back my girlfriend."

"No. Now get away from me, you're in my way." Dale deadpans, making a move to continue his journey. 

"I won't ask you again." Virgil says in a deadly voice, stepping in front of us, electric blue eyes nearly jumping from his face with how hard he is glaring. 

"Hayden sounds terrified of you so no, I'm not giving her back. Now get the fuck out of my way." Flashback (Dream)
Aina POV
    I stood there to see a man being stabbed in the back, to see the tail fully penetrated through his stomach as blood gushes out. I didn't know where I was, and who they were, but for some reason to see the wounded man has caused my heart to ache as I watch in fear and horror. 
    My attention was diverted from the unknown man as I hear a woman scream, I couldn't make out what she said but I think it was the man's name. The wounded man who's probably lying on the floor bleeding to death.
    She dashes beside me as I felt the air on my side. I see her running towards him, desperately trying to reach for him. Then a glimpse of a tail that's connected to her caught my eyes. A fox? A dog? Wolf? I don't even know. All I know is that she's a hybrid human… A hybrid human just like me. 
    I remained still there at the sight of the woman striking the man who has a tail as sharp as a knife. With no hesitation, she ran and held the wounded man, clinging onto his life. I didn't know who they were but I felt the pain and the anger from the women as she holds the man in her arms. 
    I could feel my legs and body shaking violently again… Fear? Shocked? Or is it anger?  I couldn't tell once more, maybe all of it...
    I stared at the two bodies huddled together. I soon understood that they were lovers. But I can't make up their faces. I can't even hear their voices clearly. Everything around me was unclear and confusing.
Who are they? Why do I always see them? And why do I feel so much betrayal and anger inside of me? Why am I seeing this again? Why is it that I always dream about this? I know this is a dream... but I still get scared... Wake me up... I need to wake up. 
    I opened my eyes I felt the familiar pain all over my body. I was on the ground once more... Numb, yet cold. It's happened again….I can't wake up...
    I look to see a shadow above me, looking at me with the same smile on his face as his touches glazes down my cheeks and down to my neck, then up to my forehead where I felt a prick of pain. It hurts...
I don't like it… It's cold... It's... It's evil…I'm scared…I'm so scared.
"Aina… Follow me." My eyes widen, but not out of fear, but the pain inside of my head that swirled around, pouncing every corner as it wound the wounded already. 
No... I don't want to… I don't… Why... Why do I feel so afraid of you? Why are you hurting me? Who are you? Why... Why did you hurt those people... Why did you hurt them?  Why do you keep showing up?
I look to the side to see the woman lying on the ground, not moving. To see her lying beside the man who she held before. 
It hurts… Why… why did you hurt her... I…
"Follow me."  Then a ray of light opened my eyes. 

PRESENT

"Aina!" I lied there, covered in a cold sweat as I find myself staring at the rose color roof. To feel my grasp on the bedsheet tight and hard. I gasp for air as I quickly sat up,  I began to feel light-headed as two pair of hands quickly held me still. 
"Aina… Are you okay?" I slowly opened my eyes once more, allowing my vision to adjust to the light. 
"Pops?" It was Master Shin. I'm awake...It happened again... It's that dream again.
"Did you have that dream again, pup?" I sat there as he held me by the shoulder, making sure I wouldn't fall. 
"I... I think I did… I saw him again... I... I saw them again.." I shook my head and catch my breath, finally awake and alert. I look up to see him sitting there with a concerned face once again. 
"I'm okay pops... It's just a dream after all... A nightmare. That's all." I smiled hoping it would comfort him one more time.
But he said nothing as he continues to look at me with concern. It's almost like he's looking through me, almost as if he wants to say something but chooses to shut his mouth. He's overthinking again.
"Pops. I'm really okay. Really. Look I'm... I'm hungry could you please get breakfast ready." I smile softly hoping he would break this silence. 
He nodded and stands up. 
"Get cleaned up. Breakfast is waiting for you." He smiles and closes the door. 
Sighhh… It happened again… I bet I was screaming just like before which would explain as to how he is here. 
I flopped down on my bed again taking a deep breath as I try to gather my thoughts, to process everything again. 
What's up with that dream? Why is it always the same? I would dream about this three times a week. It's insane and concerning because this never has happened before. It makes me wonder if this dream is even a dream at all….
"Follow me, huh?" I mumbled.
What the fuck does that mean? Follow you? I don't even know who you are? And why does he hurt me and those people? Who are those people anyway? 

I laid there staring at the ceiling as thoughts circulate around my mind. Questioning every aspect of the dream, trying to find a reason as usual. 
Why do I feel so connected to the three of them?
I growled in anger as I can't seem to get a grip around the dream. To find the meaning behind it and to see who those three people are. I don't' know any more! 
"I DON'T CARE!" I yelled as I sat up and began scratching my arm out of annoyance... Ouch!
I look down at the sense of pain to see four cuts across my arm as blood pours out from the wound. What the?
I glance to my other hand to see the sight of my claws out and to see a trickle of blood dripping down to the floor. I sat there staring completely confused, then it finally processes as to what just happened.

"Not again…" I should get ready and drink my med before going outside.

Dream looked back to see June and Roxy cuddling in the back seat
"Jace?" Dream said as she kept her eyes on June and Roxy
"Yeah?" Jace responded looking at Dream for a second before looking back at the road,
"Do you remember what Bella said to us about June?" Dream asked as she looked at Jace,
"Do you mean when Bella mentioned how we looked like parents and June was our child?" Jace asked
"Yeah," Dream responded looking back at June,
"Yeah, I remember. Why are you asking?" Jace asked
"Well, I was thinking about what Bella said and was wondering if we could," Dream mumbled as she blushed,
"If we could what?" Jace asked confused
"If we could be June's parents," Dream mumbled again,
"Dream, why are you asking this?" Jace asked
"Well, she is all alone, she only had Roxy and you know how the Gods and Goddesses are, so why can't we take care of her?" Dream rambled. Jace thought about Dream's words before smiling
"I wouldn't mind taking care of her, we seem to be doing that already," Jace answered as he smiled at Dream; Dream smiled as she looked back at June and Roxy
"Thank you, Jace," Dream said. Jace pulled the van over so Dream could drive while he got some sleep
"You guys are switching already?" June asked as she rubbed her eyes
"Yeah, it's time for me to get some sleep," Jace responded as he smiled at June. Dream took over driving while Jace slept, 
"Dream?" June asked as she laid down next to Roxy again
"Yes?" Dream answered as she looked back at June
"How close are we to Flordia?" June asked 
"We will be entering South Carolina soon," Dream answered,
"How about we go do some training?" Roxy asked in June's head
"Dream, can Roxy and I go do some training real quick?" June asked 
"Sure, but be careful and come back in two hours," Dream responded as she smiled,
"Thank you!" June shouted as she grabbed onto Roxy and disappeared.
