This make no sense whatsoever either a basic skill can make his speed double for a short moment then experiment some weaknesses from overdraft or the increase is lower (don't forget skill level 1) and just about 20% in exchange of a bit of stamina. An increase of speed by x20 is just ridiculous and with this stats too much imbalanced and he might just get hurt pretty badly by his own skill.

Don't want to be too harsh but wtf. This story so far could have potential but you need to make things more interesting and reasonable. I won't dictate to you what you should write, you're the author but I think you wrote this too early , delete it, think more about how to make it better , redo it 3 times , tells your friends or family what they think about this story then repost it and it will be better.
10 years later you could see a muscular fair skinned handsome 15 year old boy with white hair that reaches his back standing in front of a cave dressed in what seem likes something only Tarzan would have on and you could also see his perfect six pack that looks like something that came out of a drawing. This is me after 10 years living in this forest with only animals was my companion, I decided that it was time for me to go out since I was sure that hardly anything could hardly threaten me now and for the first time since training senjustu I spread my senses as far as I can to see if I can locate a town and I was able to find one to which I was able to instantly dissappear from where I was and after like some minutes I was outside the forest and no I can't teleport, I was just able to move fast enough to make it seem like I can teleport.

I looked around the forest that I would live in for the next 9 to 10 years, during my time of looking around I smelt a lot of dangers around the forest and most of them seem to avoid coming where I seem to sense them and I was happy about that, it was later that I found out that it was my werewolf bloodline that scares them from coming near me. I walked up to a cave that I found near me and saw that it was big enough for me to live in and could me called my shelter, I decided that since I would be living here I would have to find food to eat and since there was a stream near that means that I done have to look for water to drink, during my hunt for food I found some deers to which I was able to easily kill because of my enhanced strength and speed.

Additional ? Doesn't make sense that student could get 3000 when D1 can only gain 1800. In that case à student has as much money as a D5 or D6? How the system can works if a person who is a school teacher with D3 all his life have less money than a random student who might no got higher than D3 too and just studying not even working for it. Nope no sense at all in a corporatic system.
