I disagree. Danzo wanting to kill the uchiha is pure greed for their eyes and the hatred he’s inherited. If he had the bigger picture in my mind he would keep them around to use against konohas’ enemies. There’s no logic to killing all the uchiha. He doesn’t have any uchiha in root as well. He’s like a racist but only for uchiha. He also might be trying to weaken konoha to make it easier for him to become hokage, but there’s so many ways to do this yet he fixates on the uchiha.
After the Uchiha Clan would be destroyed, Konoha would surely lose its title of The Strongest Village in the Shinobi World.
