Magus Association: Politics, old families and unscrupulous individuals. Much like scientists but investigating magic. Oh and they hate mundane science, as it is a product of mankind and is slowly and literally replacing magic, a product of gods and spirits.
Holy Church: Assholes that claim to be holy but in reality use any means to get what they want. This includes using sealing designates as their executioners to dispose of innocent bystanders if they deem it necessary.
Dead Apostle Ancestors: Vampires, necromancers and other immortal beings (there's a literal forest too). Some of them worship Type-moon, the progenitor of all vampires. (Vahn is also a type now)
Sealing Designates: Entities that have something different or unique than any normal magus. For example, Vahn being capable of creating items from nothing is considered True Magic, is imposible for current magi. Multiverse travelling, too, is a True Magic.

Einlion: It would be impossible for Vahn to be a Servant as there isn't a contract alive that can realistically bind him. He is also 'within' the system, so the Moon Cell would have no way to interpret his existence as a Servant. You also have to remember that he is recognized as both a Moderator and a Type, meaning he is an existence above the HGW itself xD.
