Ghaneza: Shiro is busy. Upgrade here, upgrade there, doing missions here, doing missions there... Heck! Have you ever read that she's idle? She's also helping her team members upgrading and training themselves in order for them to have a high chance of clearing dungeons and also for survival since there is someone who's up to kill her off not to mention her old enemy from Aria, there's also a new enemy that she can't remember who coz the body she possessed right now have enemies too you know.
Regarding Shiro's not upgrading her human kills for monster title upgrade, it's because she doesn't want to indiscriminately kill everyone. She doesn't want to be like the scientists that experimented on her, abducting and killing children just for the sake of further research. I hope this can enlighten your views regarding Shiro.
