These inconsistencies are killing me... Elemental interactions are mostly just wrong or non existent here, Storm release is just wrong, Bijuudama has been demonstrated to REQUIRE a charge time and it's not like a gigantic eight tails can be stealthy in any way. Especially egregious because this is literally the Sandaime "The Professor" of Ninjutsu... Mixing Wind and Earth? to defend against a so called lightning/fire made up kekkai genkai which is literally the MOST disadvantaged combo you could pick against those two, facing DOUBLE elemental suppression. If it was Lightning/water like it was supposed to be this would make more sense. That's not even mentioning the fact that it's impossible to use two elements in the same jutsu without a kekkai genkai. Which is exactly what makes them so special in the first place, able to take advantage of elemenal inteactions in one technique. Which brings us to the Five elements bomb which the Sandaime is known for. The only thing that pushes his power levels high enough to even be the Hokage in the first place? With the power to match A TAILED BEAST BOMB! Author isn't a real Naruto fan Story was annoying me before with it's overly verbose prose, but I could deal with a little wordiness.
