Iirc, a video i seen where mma fighter rank all martial art in the world, they place aikido as low rank stating "the move in aikido does not make sense UNLESS "u have great strength and super fast" and they hint that maybe the founder of aikido is super human but for regular joe its not practical. If u do have the strength and speed to perform aikido, he noted thar aikido might be the most supreme martial art in the world. That said, He rank aikido very low since its not really useful for human. One of the mma fighter did however uses the movement in aikido as his stance because of how light it is.
