Yes its annoying the mc gets fined by landlady but, she doesnt kick him out even after 2 years of not payjng rent. she is basicly a tsundere, yes she cares but in her own way.

very well written story, system isnt broken, but he had 5 years to grind before the story starts so op in the beginning. later by ch100 hes top 5 in NC. Sadly Raws stop at ch122.
