He went through travelling not thinking on how to save the princess instead thought of it on the spot? This is the inconsistencies in writing that kills many stories. Based on the replies on this, they're the same as the MC. A bit oblivious. Your excuses doesn't work. If it's another parallel world then everything would be the same. Why is the marvel franchise only the reference here? There's a lot more popular franchises aside from marvel. So having a world that only referenced marvel is a clue in itself.

With such computing powers, he wouldn't lose to any hand to hand fight at all. He can react precisely as he wants. "Fighting" experience is only the development of instinctual actions, you keep practicing so you lessen the reaction time needed. With practice you don't have to think how to react when you see a punch coming. With his gargantuan analyzing ability he'd be invincible. Also telepaths will be no problem, with how fast he's thinking the minds of the telepaths would have turned into mush as soon as they tried entering his mind.

I think you've missed the entire point of the conversation. They respected the decision that's why they didn't kill her and wiped out the entire kingdom. To even call them being childish and petty, remember the conversation? Alexia wanted to be direct so she got direct. LOL It's the audacity of iris ignoring what happened, her hubris in not apologizing after committing a grievous mistake. Interrogating someone with noble status with torture. Cid is not some stranger hobo, he's the one guiding her sister(beloved mind you) in swordsmanship.She cared about her sister? So why didn't she supervise the questioning? She let her pawns do the job, not questioning whether they can do it or not. It's not surprising that in the original story she's just a whiny spoiled princess surrounded by praise that upon failure she broke down. A leader only due to nepotism that when crisis started happening she's like a headless chicken in the middle of a war.
