The trainers who were here for the mystery pokemon one by one called out their pokemon. It was pretty impresive, as there were pokemon such as Blastoise, Venusaur, Alakazam and Espeon. A pretty rare sight to see so many last stage evolutions at one place. So far the only place you would see them gathered like this would be at the Pokemon League. They were strong as well. Some people were flying above the forest with their Pidgeotto or other flying type pokemon to scour the surroundings through the sky.

Ares thanked Nurse Joy as he put his pokeballs away. He rented a room to stay in for the night. He would challenge the Pewter city gym tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. For now he would stock up on some supplies, items that would help his pokemon in training and some evolution stones, if they were buyable here. He needed one for Pichu when she evolved into a Pikachu. If not, there was always the Black market, though he would have to carefully look for the entrance. There were always people on the lookout for customers. While the police didn't approve of the black market, as long as the items sold weren't illegal, they would bat a blind eye to it.
