Well in anime Ash never used turtwig in the scenarios when team rocket was attacking them and also the time he went with Dawn to participate in the event with Aipom. I just didn't wanted to participate in the main story where the turtwig was not shown or it will deflect the story even more and some of the Ash pokemons who learned something and evolved in these movements , I don't want to change it. So I just rested in the pokeball.. Yes I went in just to skip this day after that Starly evolves into Staravia I will come out and resume my training as the day of first gym battle coming near I am quietly preparing of sweeping it as overwhelmingly as possible.

it isn't that hard to fake someone death in naurto universe especially it is some random genin or chunin or drug/genjutsu someone into not being able to kill themselves and tbh they only need their DNA material so you can get that even from dead person and just have it lab fertilized they have enough technology to do that ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

tbh stealing byakugan isn't even that hard even with cadged bird you just need time lol... it's simple as kidnap one or two guys whatever if they have seal or not drug them with some potent aphrodisiac and make them impregnate some girls and boom you have children that are capable of awaking byakugan looking that those kids don't have this seal you have bykaugan ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

With my tools and ingredients ready I immediately began mixing and putting various substances in glass containers as I turned on the hot pot and poured in the mixture. While doing this I also began preparing another container that would create the shape of the pills once they were ready. I continued adding the proper amount of ingredients at their designated times.
