Oh, and just wanted to know how often you might plan to update on WebNovel?

Too few chapters to really write a detailed review, but so far, everything looks great! Really enjoy the translation quality, and character development feels decent and consistent at the moment. Keep up the good work!

Thank you for all the hard work! (Removing the usual "CHINA #1", or at least doing your best to eliminate it.)

Just finished reading all the currently available chapters (1–528) and thought I’d share my impressions for anyone considering picking it up. Disclaimer: The [Protagonist] has quite a large harem — already well into the double digits last I checked — and it’s very likely to keep growing as the story progresses. -Now, onto the review itself.- Writing/Translation Quality – 8.5/10: This was my first time reading a translation of a work by [R-Arven], and I have to say, the quality lives up to the praise it usually gets. Most readers of this and the author’s previous translated works agree that the translations are consistently excellent, and I’d have to concur. Aside from a few minor grammatical or punctuation errors, the writing flows smoothly and remains easy to follow—no confusion about who’s who or what’s happening. Update Frequency – 9/10: For a CN novel that the author has openly mentioned (if I remember correctly) growing to dislike and having to “force themselves” to continue translating, the update pace is surprisingly consistent. In fact, they recently dropped a hefty batch of around 20 chapters all at once (from 502 to 528), which is quite impressive. Story Quality – 7/10: The story quality feels somewhat uneven to me. Some arcs or worlds wrap up quickly, while others stretch across hundreds of chapters, which makes the pacing feel inconsistent and leaves a lot of potential unexplored. The [Protagonist]’s cheat/golden finger — the Chat Group — also lacks presence for most of the story, only popping up occasionally to show members showering him with praise, reacting to his latest “amazing” feat, or thirsting after him. That said, I do appreciate the overall friendly and cooperative tone of the Chat Group compared to most CN novels of this type, where the MC often acts like a self-proclaimed prophet trying to scam the other members. Character Design – 5/10: Many readers in the chapter comments mention something called “glazing,” which I take to mean excessively hyping something—or someone—up to an unbelievable degree. That fits perfectly here, as a lot of the characters, especially the women in the harem, constantly overpraise the [Protagonist]. The romance is virtually nonexistent, following a predictable cycle of: [Protagonist] displays overwhelming power, intelligence, or charm → women swoon → they instantly want to sleep with him. That said, this is a power-fantasy novel with an overpowered main character, so that kind of setup is somewhat expected. On the bright side, there’s a surprising lack of the usual “CHINA #1” nationalism you often find in CN novels—aside from a few minor instances—which makes it easier to enjoy even if you’re not fond of that trope. World Building – 9.9/10: This is purely my personal take, but I absolutely love how detailed the world-building is. The story dives deep into its power systems and lore, offering mostly self-consistent and logical explanations for the how and why behind various characters, abilities, and races. It really gives the novel a unique identity and a sense of care that sets it apart from the typical Zongman-style CN stories that don't add anything original. Overall Thoughts: If you enjoy overpowered [Protagonists], massive harems, minimal “CHINA #1” nationalism, and detailed, well-explained worldbuilding—especially when it comes to power systems—then this novel will likely be right up your alley. And [R_Arven], please release the raw title—I’d really love to see how many more chapters are still to come. Amazing work, appreciate the dedication!
