After coming out, John directly used the Cube on Dark Aster. After a spark covered the entire ship, the Dark Aster ship started transforming. Soon the whole ship turned into a huge humanoid giant of about 20 metres tall. It looked black with blue eyes and had almost the same body structure as a human being.
