No just an error Ishida is the name Pegasus give to Ambitionist with that you can easily correct the problem in your mind. But for the novel it is not the first time that happen and i dont think the translator will come back to correct it.

well the first time a line of asterix was used in this story the first to make a comment on the line said : i will be an oddball to comment on this line. so the person who made the comment use the term oddball to say he is strange to comment on a line of asterix after that a lot of comment has follow his exemple by saying oddball plus a number to make a chain of comment.
