Might be alittle off since it’s been a hot minute since I read the original, the other Nik isn’t worse just more morally black. Their backgrounds are similar but while this Nik has a harem and devotes time to them he doesn’t get anything from just screwing a bunch of women(not caught up yet idk if I gets that perk again), he also has at least made an effort to get over his original trauma/past. The other Nik at times kinda personified the ends justified the means alot and at certain point with his perk of getting skills for just sleeping with people further fulled his more morally black actions, not that I didn’t like him. Imo they are like two sides of a coin of what can happen when you are bred and trapped in darkness. One accepted it whole and with power charged forward, the other is working to drag themselves away from it and benefit from it. I know some of this is wrong or kinda misleading Fan but it’s just my inference between the two in the best way I can put it.

Well it has to be a sword if I remember correctly the skill that lets him make them crozzo blood or something like that states sword and not just magic item. Then there is the whole smith pride despising disposal blades and family obsessed with the power/wealth they can gain from making him a magic sword factory
Recently Welf has been carrying around magic swords which he mostly gives to Daisy to carry in her slightly larger sack now. He does carry one on him though for emergencies. He seems to feel guilty for forcing Axel to support the team all by himself and wants to contribute. This is enough for him to actually break through his own hatred for the swords. Especially if he wants to protect Daisy.
