Tl;dr: A healthy body, builds up a healthy mind. A healthy mind, builds up a healthy body. An unhealthy body, brings down your healthy mind. An unhealthy mind, brings down your healthy body. Mental issues are more complicated than just this. I am no expert at what I am about to mention as such, takes it with a grain of salt, but there is always more to it than what meets the eye. Inherently as a living being, you desire to live. It can be genetically inherited, giving you a higher tendency towards one thing pr the other. Say a person who is born woth things like: ADHD, ADD, Autism and other such psychological differences, can have an effect on a persons mental health, due to the physical deficiencies they can cause. ADHD, can for example, due to their brains forcing them to be active due to said brain being tired, get caught up in a feeling and we all know what emotions can do to a person. Say you are stuck in a situation of being angry, and no matter what you do, you can't stop yourself from getting angry. The only option being to move yourself away from the source of your anger, but even, you don't stop being angry. People with autism, due to a lack of a specific drug in their body. Such as vitamins are also a form of a healthy drug for the body. This drug can cause problematic issues, such as: Incapability to sleep or having problems sleeping. Where if you lack sleep, it can cause various other problems for you, as a person. These problems possibly being and not being limited to: Physical tiredness, emotional outbursts, mental issues and others that go under those subjects. The drug in your body that tells you when its time to sleep, is gained by exposure to the sun. A lack of specific drugs in your body, having too much of a drug and overall, just not being in balance can cause physical or mental problems. Your genes, your upbringing, your enviroment, your experience and most likely, other subjects too. Are ones that help set your mental limits. An example can be: A child that grows up in a harsh enviroment(being poor, living in specific areas of the world, bullying, abuse and other similar subjects) matures fast, though it might not let them have a childhood, but it can help them in the future, an emotional mature person deals better with emotions than one that isn't, some of us are emotionally immature and thus have the emotional maturity of a child, this does not mean they act like a child but their understanding and hold of their own emotions, can be considered on the level of a child's. I just hope for those that went through any of the possibilities I mentioned, has gotten a happy life. Fun fact 1: Toxic relationships can be caused by emotional immaturity. Fun fact 2: Some people feel emotions more intensely than others. Others have problems feeling them. Having a great hold and understanding of your emotions, can be considered a talent too. Fun fact 3: Everyone has some form of psychological difference these days. It just might be so minimal, that its barely noticeable.
