Of course he can pick him with this reasoning. One of Mikas strongest points is that he likes to make others happy. So picking up this shunned child to give him a brillant perspektive would actually fit his Charakter perfectly. Besides maybe the talent to strengthen his trait is the basic condition for awakaning his ancient gene.

Anyway, I spent a bit more than a minute with him, but in the end, I recalled him as well and placed his ball back in its place. Afterward, I stood there thinking about which one I should choose. My heart went out a bit for the last one, but ultimately I could not do my decision due to pity, could I?

How about inventing something like "venomflare": Combust the venom inside of the enemy in exchange for a massive burst of damage. Cures the poisoned status.

The next move on her list was also Hyper Beam since I couldn't think of an alternate poison move that was roughly/nearly as strong as it. That was about it for Medusa and next up was Ignis.
